Trinity Western Spartans Coach Ryan Hofer joins the show! Ryan has lead the women's team to 10 U SPORTS championship tournaments, including five national medals, including gold in 2015, silver in 2016 and bronze in 2011, 2013 and 2017. Mender! Paul Mend joins the show to tell his story about how a California kid became a huge part of the volleyball community in Canada! UFV Head Coach Nathan Bennett joins the show! Nathan also coached the Capilano Blues where he earned PACWEST coach of the year and won a conference championship that same season. He would go on to be an assistant coach with the Thompson Rivers University men's and women's program. Bennett has also coached the Saskatchewan Huskies, Team BC, VCCE. As a played Nathan played for Alberta Golden Bears, winning a U SPORTS national championship in 1997.
