Sarah believes that the stigma that surrounds alcoholism and as a result the intense shame that Steve felt about his addiction, contributed hugely to his death. Since Steve’s death, Sarah has worked tirelessly to raise awareness of alcoholism and is committed to removing the stigma that surrounds it.
