The show's guest, Dr. Roland Achenjang, grew up in Cameroon, West Africa. The show's guest, Susan Walter, is an intuitive visionary artist. After near-death experiences at the ages of four and six, Susan was given the ability to look into the angelic realms, allowing her see the angels in their pure light form. Our guest, Stephanie Arnold, had repeated premonitions of her coming death when she was pregnant with her second child, and began experiencing intense visions of dying during childbirth. Doctors told her she had nothing to worry about, but during her emergency C-section in May 2013, Stephanie flatlined for 37 seconds. Her survival resulted only because of the extra precautions her concerns had prompted. With the help of a regression therapist, Stephanie was able to understand more about her resulting NDE, as well as start the healing process. Our guest, Brooke Grove, MA, is a near-death experiencer, integrative healer, shamanic energy medicine practitioner and writer. The resulting post-traumatic faith disorder (PTFD), he argues, contributes to the anti-spiritual, materialist attitudes that, among other things, limit the acceptance of NDEs, and other personal mystical experiences.

Academic neurosurgeon Dr. Eben Alexander III has had a great impact on the world's appreciation of NDEs. A physician who served as an associate professor at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Alexander was once staunchly committed to the materialist belief that the physical world is all that exists. That view was forever altered by his amazing near-death experience in 2008, when a bacterial infection severely damaged his brain and plunged him into a week-long coma. Our guest, Wendi Powers, was born in Florida in the 1970's at a time when autism spectrum disorders were not understood. As a result, Wendi was bullied, sometimes terrorized, and suffered from depression and PTSD. But through it all, she reports, Source/God provided her with spiritual and emotional gifts. In 1974, when her out-of-state grandmother unexpectedly passed from a heart attack in the middle of the night, the 3-year-old Wendi was lifted out of bed by the spirit of her deceased grandmother, who sang to her and told her she was loved. Our guest, Kathy McDaniel, is one of those rare experiencers who has suffered through a distressing NDE (called a dNDE) and is now, twenty years later, ready and willing to talk about what she went through. Kathy sees herself as a missionary to hell, where one can save themselves and actually help others, as well. Placed on a ventilator for lung failure caused by a virulent SARS-type flu in 1999, similar to COVID-19 today, Kathy fought for her life in an induced coma and on a ventilator for three weeks. During this time, she found herself in an inexplicably dangerous, foreign realm.
