On July 13th, 2024, at a rally in Butler, PA, The Black Swan appeared.And was condemned back to the Abyss from which it came. Trump can't be stopped. Not by political opponents, parties, agencies, special interests, etc. not by unhinged cat ladies and their ridiculous lawsuits, not by prosecutors and their flawed indictments, nor by courts and their illegal orders... He cannot even be stopped by a bullet.As we learn more about the details of the assassination attempt, please keep understanding at the forefront of your mind.Remember this day, be peaceful, and vote this November.FYI: The recording of this episode was interrupted by the assassination attempt. In this episode, Alexander Smirnov’s case has been delayed until December. That’s a long time for him to sit in jail and wait. Nadine Menendez has severed her case from Bob “Gold Bars” Menendez and the other defendants. Bob is also trying to have his severed. I’ve long suspected that DOJ is trying to flip Nadine against all of them and still do.In Weiss’s gun and taxes cases against the current President’s son, Hunter Biden has appealed his motions to dismiss in both cases, which were all denied, to the respective appeals circuits in Delaware (2nd) and California (9th). In this episode, Fulton County DA Fani Willis’s case has been severely damaged, as has her credibility, as she has been ordered to either quit or fire her boyfriend, Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade. She chose to kick Wade to the curb.The entire drama was great entertainment and a huge win for Trump and his co-defendants, yet media and influencers on both sides of the political spectrum chose to portray it to their audiences as a net win for Willis, and many in MAGA grabbed a bottle of black pills, even as Trump praised the development as the “equivalent of Deranged Jack Smith getting “canned””.It is yet another teachable moment and an opportunity to bring out the Understanding > Reacting lesson.Also, in the Classified Docs case, a recent hearing and orders indicate things are tilting Trump’s way.Enjoy!Want to watch this episode? In this episode, we wrap up our examination of Special Counsel Weiss’s indictment of FBI CHS Alexander Smirnov, who we now know was the source for the June 30th, 2020 FD-1023 report that Joe and Hunter Biden accepted $10 million in bribes from Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, in exchange for influencing United States policy towards Ukraine and protection from Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.According to the indictment, Smirnov lied to the FBI in that FD-1023 form and lied again when interviewed in reference to claims in it.Assuming for the moment that the indictment is correct and Smirnov did lie about these things, why? Why did he make up these lies in the summer of June 2020?I asked in the last part if Smirnov was another Danchenko. In this episode, we continue our examination of Special Counsel Weiss’s indictment of FBI CHS Alexander Smirnov, who we now know was the source for the June 30th, 2020 FD-1023 report that Joe and Hunter Biden accepted $10 million in bribes from Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, in exchange for influencing United States policy towards Ukraine and protection from Ukrainian Prosecutor General Victor Shokin.According to the indictment, Smirnov lied to the FBI in that FD-1023 form and lied again when interviewed in reference to claims in it.But did he? In this episode, we conclude our reading of Special Counsel Robert K. Hur's Report.Chapters 15 and 16 cover other classified documents found at the University of Delaware, The Biden Institute, and at Biden’s Delaware Home, analysis of those documents, and the decisions to not bring charges for mishandling them.Chapter 17 goes over the deletion of audio recordings by Biden’s ghostwriter Mark Swonitzer and the decision to not bring charges against him. As has been the case throughout the report, the parallels between this investigation, the circumstances, the subject matter, the charges at issue, and more, offer uncanny parallels to Trump’s classified documents case.
