Kurt Warner, former St. Louis Rams, Arizona Cardinals and NY Giants quarterback wants to see the NFL playoff games played in closed environments. How about that! The Sacramento Kings not only set a franchise record for the most average points allowed on defense but it's also a league record as well. That's right, the Kings have the #1 absolute worst defensive rating of any team in the NBA, ever. Way to go guys. Oh, but De'Aaaron Fox had a career high 43 points. They still lost. What is going on with Houston sports? Just days ago I ranted about the lunacy of Marvin Bagley's father tweeting about trading his son and harping on Luke Walton, the Kings' coach. And then De'Aaron Fox's father chiming in and then De'Aaraon having to get a last word in. And the Kings were playing well. That was then and this is now. Marvin looks like he's forgotten something in the locker room and the team has been embarrassed by both the Toronto Raptors and setting a franchise record for points against an opponent for the Trailblazers. I thought I was watching men play boys at times. Sporadic hustle, little heart and certainly a lack of demonstrated determined team play. What the heck is going on in that locker room? Good thing fans aren't allowed in as the few who chose to go see them play would have certainly been booing at points in each of these last two games. It's also a good thing the arena is empty now. Today's show is a little different in that it's not often as a Sportcaster you can actually talk about "playing" the sport your talking about. Right? I mean, I can't go tell you what's it like to play in Wrigley Field or on the floor at Boston Garden or even in Sacramento at Golden One Center. This whole NBA situation coming into the beginning of the season is really getting ridiculous. First James Harden of the Houston Rockets acting like a 2 year old and now Kyrie Irving declining to speak with the press. How about thinking about the fans who are starving for engagement? I really think this comes as a surprise. I know, I just talked about this a couple of weeks back but this is disgraceful. James Harden of the Houston Rockets, superstar NBA figure, has decided to not participate with team practices until he's ready. If at all. If he doesn't get traded away. This Sunday he blew off team practice to attend a birthday party. Unmasked. And that is something in itself to be ashamed of. So what are the Rockets going to do about good ol' James?
