EP 71 Questioning His-Story: The Roads that Lead to London

A somewhat slow-start gives way to a torrent of flowing gravy (i.e. deliciously diabolic info) that covers the whole course of discussion...This is not a historical expose by any means. As usual, this is an exercise in me pulling threads from the past to the present to have a better picture of how events are playing out on the World Stage.Shakespeare - the "man" and the works - are deserving of current curiosity because of what it reveals about statecraft, espionage, revisionist history, and (my personal preference) social engineering. These all have bearings on how we experience the presidential election, as well as the concepts of authority and rights to rule. The trickle-down trauma through the ages impacts our minds, hearts and bodies. And thus it has ignited my fervor to find the most effective ways of healing and ourselves from within. This podcast also covers more context for tissue salts, astrology, the Human Biofield and where trauma goes, and several other relevant threads of our gorgeous fabric of life. EP 70 Fascia, Functional Patterns and Tissue Salts

This episode has been a long time coming; and a short time ending... It has been a fascinating education of mine to learn more and more about the essential roles of fascia, salt, water etc. There is wisdom in and around our Body that has yet to be tapped into - and that lights me up in a conflagration of enthusiasm to bring it around to YOU! EP 69 Full Moon Fantasies & How We Change the Weather

As I reflected last night at dinner with a friend, it is truly overwhelming to maintain a fluid grasp on the rapid changes of our time. Each week, a new disaster... each day a new story... each year, a new theme of fear or fighting. Thankfully, there are universal cycles that are more deserving of our attention, such as the lunar cycles and the change of seasons. These events offer us access to the Macrocosm of Creation, uniting our Microcosmic role to feel that we are part of something beyond what our small screens tell us is playing out... In this episode, I open with a review of a particularly enlightening video about the role of weather modification in our electric lives. The links below supplement this show, so that people can delve into this poignant topic on their own time. Not enough intention was committed to the impact of last night's EPIC full moon, and there will be more to share on that... in the meantime, it was a great pleasure to let it rip about the larger issues that we all must confront on our doorsteps before profound change can occur everywhere. EP 68 Natural Law, Unnatural Events & the Real Web

It has been my fateful experience that the path toward enlightenment (lower-case-"e" for a reason) is painstaking and playful all at once. The games we participate in, whether we are aware or not, directly influence our experience through one pivotal condition: Consent. Opting out of those choice that are counter to our values and seeking out alternative that revitalize us is an immensely gratifying path to trod... and this episode offers some guideposts on that journey. Lean into this installment of the podcast to learn more about natural law, avoidable MSM agendas, healing the body through fascial awareness, and many more beacons of Hope! EP 67 - BE HERE Man, Autumn Equinox & Tales from Texas Hill Country

It was a tremendous blessing to spend several days in Texas Hill Country, enveloped in a unique terrain and surrounded by like-hearted souls on parallel paths... Thanks to my friend, Jared Pickard, and his peerless team, I experienced a truly world-class, top-flight wellness retreat, replete with superb amenities that nourished and inspired the mind-body-soul. So, given that I am still buzzing from that excursion, I was moved to jump on the mic here and riff on my advocacy for investing in your HEALTH to gain true WEALTH. There are manifold ways to go about it, and I advocate for a ritual such as this to reorient oneself to a perspective that shifts with the seasons... I believe you'll enjoy this wide-ranging expose of my recent adventures on the path to realizing my potential in this Life. EP 66 - Alchemy and Conscious Languaging (Part 2)

The mythical and mysterious art-science of Alchemy is now accessible to the commoners like me and you! Thanks to the intrepid works of the wisdom economy, we have role models who promote the beautiful and fruitful practices of spiritual science that will serve our growth, and thereby benefit our relationships and communities. One such worthy practice is mastering the tools of our LANGUAGING - this empowers us to speak in our favor, for our health and dreams, and unravel the spells cast upon us by the dark wizards of our age. In this episode, my roundabout rantings run the range of elements, laboratories, dictionaries and inversions, all winding up in a simple solution: we all have the power to alchemize our experience. EP 63 - Mastering the Masculine with Mike Salemi

Mike Salemi has been a force to be reckoned with in nearly every pursuit he has chosen... and now, as a father, he seems fit to this most dynamic of tasks. I sought Mike out because of how he shows up as a leader for Men, presenting the most useful and universal messages on his chosen platforms. When Mike appeared as a visiting expert for my recent men's work, I was struck by his earnest desire to make an impact, without forcing anything - just simply bringing the best he could offer (which was a great deal). His genuine curiosity for the practice of breath work has proved to be a very dynamic tool in the toolbox of any athlete, but also, for men who are called to hold space for their loved ones amidst life's array of challenges. In anticipation of this podcast, I was intent on exploring his particular role as an organizer of men's communities, as well as his epic journey from competitive athlete to high-level coach, a terrific Hero's Journey. EP 62 - A Maiden Voyage of Cosmic Change with Emily Abbott

Don't let the title startle you: this podcast is really THAT deep! Thanks to Emily's open and vital spirit, we were able to explore the roots system of what has grounded women - and men - into the place we are now... Her work, in turn, begs the question of each of us: is this place we are now truly the most beautiful, most powerful setting we can inhabit? ... or is there more? I am confident you will discover - perhaps for the first time - that our bodies and their connection to our Universal Mother are potent with potential to become immensely powerful beyond all conventional imagination (operative word here being conventional). I was delighted to experience that Emily is anything but conventional, because how else would she be making such a profound difference in her sphere, to say nothing of the impact she had on me in two-and-a-half hours time. Our intersation ranges to and from a stunning array of honest reflections, including the sacred rituals of union; spiritual mother-daughter parenting; myth-busting for maternity; and many other delightful forays into Emily's profound work. EP 60 - Tom Foolery & CultivateElevate: New Solutions and Old Wisdom

What a phenomenal intersation this was! Matt's breadth of research spans several disciplines that are universally interesting: weather, health, wealth, education, media, natural healing and more. Why are these topics relevant to us? As Matt and I discuss, these problems are coming to a head in our lifetime, and in the absence of leadership, those with voices in the wisdom economy are inspired to offer solutions. Something I admire about Matt is his delivery of messages that inspire further research and thoughtfulness; they are not declarations or diktats, but they carry the conviction of his intense research. Matt's commitment to regularly delivering new knowledge into the stream of consciousness drew me to his content... and the products that CultivateElevate curates are world-class! EP 58 - The Return of Our Eternal Spring

Spring is nearer by the day, and there is so much anticipation with this turning of a season... and yet, we continue to ignore - or pretend not to notice - the changes within us that precipitate a movement of the skyclock. Thanks to the work of legendary figures such as Goethe, Steiner and Schauberger, we are offered a familiar and integrative perspective that brings us into a humble trust in Nature. Her bounty is available to us, only if we revere and respect the abundance... instead, we have an economy that is sustained by greed and extraction. Can we afford to deceive ourselves and distract from the truths offered in Nature at every moment? Will we deny our truest instincts and characteristics in favor of a world that rejects our very existence? Will our language lead us into further disconnection... or can we use our highest and best tools to rebuild and repair? We have a few more moments to recuperate our lost choices, and to collect seeds for planting in the season when the Sun returns. I hope this is a thought-provoking reflection in which you see a glimmer of yourself. This magical time of year is full of highlights and harbingers, raising our eyes to new horizons as we believe* that we are enjoying a new year. The Australian Open is indeed the first major of the year, and is rife with promise for all contestants, young and old. Now in week two - with some fascinating planetary transits also on the stage - the competition is nearing the boiling point. I take up the mantle to weave the storylines of these two arenas... as above - so below... Tennis Show #7: Long Live the King - AO 24 Preview

Let the games-sets-matches BEGIN! And so they have, in poetic style... old veterans playing like young guns... young guns shooting from the hip with great success... It may be early yet, but the promise and intrigue of the new ATP Season is already electric! From the early results in Brisbane and Sydney, to the scuttlebutt surrounding court surfaces and injuries, there is no shortage of storylines to tap into. Furthermore, we get to look back at recent history involving top talents like Rafael Nadal and Dominic Thiem, who faced off in Brisbane as well. EP 54 - Back to Our Regularly Scheduled (Re)Programming

At this time of 2023, we are offered a time to catch our breath, and to look forward-and-backward in the spirit of Janus. If we look back even further, can we see the baggage, the old stories the do not sere us? If we look forward intensely, can we mistake what we have now for something better than what could be? These are choices available to all of us if we step outside our Box that has been built over our lives, and see something different than the primary Program we learned how to operate. Control is an illusion that we chase alongside certainty, and we miss all the potential of the unadulterated Moment. Tennis Show #6 - The New Era, The Old King

After the Wimbledon Final, the prevailing opinions intimated that the young-guns had taken over... And yet, history is not written by contemporaries. My take on the last few months of this season covers a 50,000-foot view of young and old, good and improving, momentous and disappointing finishes... there has been a scintillating wealth of action every week, all year long, and this week is no exception. With the Tour Finals upon us, it's time to compile the observations and turn them into predictions and evaluations for what the game is rapidly becoming once more: the best spectator sport around the globe. I'm as guilty as anyone for over-using words like 'vibes', 'aura', 'waves', etc... but with some newfound clarity, there's a magical potency behind those words. In this episode, I explore the the deep chasm of ENERGY and its bountiful material for the curious listener to explore after I finish. It is worth hitting pause at various moments to read and research the intricate histories of our energetic bodies and the ocean of currents in which we find ourselves floating these days... EP 48 - Muck Barn University: Real Education + Accountability

In this moment of disconnection, it is deeply refreshing to tune into three young men who make terrific efforts to establish strong and productive bonds with one another. I knew Pete, Jon and Jack through mutual spheres growing up on Cape Cod. Despite the the time elapsed between our conversations, they displayed a maturation uncommon among today's youths. I tip my cap to the commitment they've made to better themselves by seeking the counsel of one another... Our intersation ranged from their founding as a de-facto men's group, to their educational pursuits, and even into their reflections on being a man, honoring relationships, and leaning into friendship. This session was positively inspiring and filled my cup to the brim... and I can say with confidence that we will continue this great beginning with more gatherings in the near future. EP 46 - FREEDOM (and the Powers that Should NOT Be)

Time to #LETITRIP on an especially timeless American topic... In the Land renowned for its expressions of liberty and justice, I believe we take for granted the bastions founded to preserve our freedoms, both under the law and under God. This episode is a very raw, real, ranting expression of lost Freedom, especially as it pertains to:PrivacyPropertyInformation These are the ties that bind us to society, and they have been severed in order to lash us into more oppressive forms of slavery. Harsh words yet, but I stand by them - and this podcast explains this staggering stance. Thanks for listening to Who's to Say? with Tom Foolery. EP 45 - Regenerative Reasons: The Guiding Forces for Remembering Nature

We are not dis-connected from Nature -- we ARE Nature! Our dis-ease stems from the influences that make it seem as though we are no longer in touch with our Creation... With that being said, we can take steps that are imperative to making that union more apparent and fruitful, and the most opportune area to attend is our food supply. Your support for high-quality, highly conscious food management is an essential endeavor to make a tangible difference now, and for the future. Regeneration - a spiritual and agricultural system - is a simple (but not easy) resolution to many of our universal health issues. It promotes truly organic practices, financially bolsters the farming and ranching industries, and importantly, reverses our modern course to industrial, soulless production of the diets that sustain us. If this is your first encounter with the regenerative movement, bear with me and follow where the tell-tale signs are leading: into a more beautiful future our hearts know is possible. EP 44 - How Many Fights Have You Been In?

There are a few fights going on at the moment, and I am wondering... are you throwing your hat in the ring? This episode is something of a sparring session, preparing ourselves mentally for the fighter's mentality: resilient, gritty, clever, disciplined, courageous. Due homage to Mike Tyson, Conor McGregor, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, and more fighters who show us the how-and-how-not to compete on every level. EP 43 - 'A More Beautiful World YOU Can Conceive' - An Intersation with Holistic OBGYN, Dr. Nathan Riley

I find that Nathan Riley stands out in a crowd, but really, he is a one-of-one. He used the personal turmoil of the Covid moment to launch a newly minted version of his career as the Holistic OBGYN. Beyond that, he has comprehensively carved out a unique space in the wisdom economy, educating and inspiring people to reevaluate their expectations around pregnancy and what is considered a safe, healthy delivery. He is emphatic in declaring that allopathic medicine treats pregnancy as a disease or a condition, and then manages symptoms accordingly. Thankfully, his approach is different, and it shines through in his content and in this podcast. In our conversation, we start fast out of the gate addressing the "identity crisis" that has been created in the face of mass infertility. From there, Nathan does not hold back for one second as he shares his breadth of knowledge and experience dealing with couples throughout the conception, pregnancy, and birthing processes. When it comes to "following" someone - on social media, through their content, from afar - I highly recommend becoming a follower of Nathan. He is offering highly valuable life-affirmative information that is sources from his considerable abilities of care and wisdom. EP 42 - TIME = Things I Must Earn

Today I tackle the grand question: "What is TIME?" Just kidding... but I did want to explore some of the ways in which time has different meanings. It's associated with change, money, energy... how do we experience this universal principle? If you value your time, it becomes essential to think not just about managing or investing it, but simply how you engage with Time, its meaning and importance. I find it to be a very personal exercise to think about the language around time, and that's what I address in this episode. EP 41 - Hindsight in 2020: The Submission

For once - and finally - on this topic, I do not have much to say. So much of the volume and import about this potent issue are finally coming to the fore, and it's my policy to let the professionals do their thing. I only want to close the book on this edition of Hindsight in 2020 by advocating for resistance in the form of submission. If we opt to set our intentions in the right place, and not expect others to do things as we might have them do, then we leave space for an event that quantum physics has already validated: the message is sent without our having to open our mouths. Lastly, I deeply appreciate anyone and everyone who has followed the light of curiosity to pursue their own education in the arenas I've been playing in over these hours. We have more to say, more to share, and a never-ending initiative to unite our intentions with our experiences. EP 40 - The Wisdom of Boredom: Can You Unplug a Little?

It is no small feat to be immune to the allure of technology as it continues to pervade our every decision and environment. But what we have lost in that immersion is the ability to be fascinated, amused, awe-inspired by small things that are now deemed insignificant. Once again, this is a severance from Nature and ALL of its wonders, big and small, seen and unseen. This episode was inspired by the work of Charles Eisenstein and his early work, The Ascent of Humanity (available in audio on SoundCloud). There is a chapter that expressly critiques the entrance of boredom in our conception and how that mis-conception depletes our resources and faculties. As a final word: be BORED, but not Boring. Your alleged boredom might lead you to some very enthralling ideas, revelations, imaginings, and more... if you'll only unplug for a little while. EP 39 - Heart of Matter: The Old-New Consciousness

Continuing themes from previous podcasts, there is a movement gaining momentum to shift our consciousness away from the brain... but what other organ is deserving of such a drastic evolution? Rudolph Steiner taught that the evolutions necessary in the 21st century to achieve true peace and prosperity will begin with the spiritual development of the individual. This conversation grabs hold of that thread once more, with a plea to pursue heart-centered-consciousness for the sake of our humanity. This podcast - thanks to the work of Stephen Harrod Buhner, Rudolph Steiner, among others - explores the initiative to refine our awareness in a return to heart consciousness. There is a strong case to be made that the interconnected, complex communications of nature are occurring among the hearts of living things... even those "things" we may not always deem to be "living". There is ample scientific insights to back up what I am suggesting, but do consider the personal, intangible implications for your own Self... If we focus exclusively on ourselves (as we are want to do), I believe we can still recognize that we are in dire need of problem-solving and connection that does not depend on the rationalization of our fickle and stressed-out minds. The heart's power comes from its linkage to each cell in our body, and it is on that level where we can cultivate the greatest change. EP 38 - Make America Small Again (First Overture)

This is not a political slogan nor a missive for some policy... simply put (plus another 40-minutes or so), I am advocating for a simplification of our scope of CARING! I am exploring the wealth of connection and growth that comes from focusing our precious time and attention into our local concerns: food, water, air, education, people, exercise, etc. If you are interested in what I'm saying here, let's keep the conversation going because only through collaboration can we divine the best solutions to our mutual problems. America - the idea, the people, the nation - need patriots who love their families and freedom, and are willing to LIVE for all to thrive. EP 37 - Hindsight in 2020: "Turtles All the Way Down"

This podcast is the tip of a historic, monumental iceberg which has been submerged under dark waters for decades now... Our journey in the Hindsight in 2020 series has led us to a pivotal paradigm: the reliance on vaccines. In keeping with the series theme, I depart briefly from the c19 moment to walk back down modern memory's lane in an attempt to understand how we came to depend on pharmaceutical injections to "enhance" our brilliantly designed immune systems. My message today is for young parents, aspiring parents, young people with family plans: do your homework as if you were taking the most important test ever. Ask tough questions of your pediatricians, healthcare providers, parents, etc. Inspire the responsibility in them - and yourselves - to comprehend as much about your children's future health as possible. As we look ahead to the next episode - focusing on the c19 injections, which are not vaccines - this stage-setting further heightens the drama of the present crisis, in which we are ALL called upon to reevaluate the methods and measures which we have for so long used to define "health". Our American society is chronically, painfully, immeasurably suffering... and it's high time we investigate a common cause. In this episode, I recite the timeless words from Henry David Thoreau's "Inspiration". We too often suffer from a lack of imagination, and our World is paying that steep price. EP 35 - Winning vs. Learning: Re-Thinking Competition with Self & Others

Paul Chek has had an immeasurable impact on how I see the world of true health, and that has been especially profound in the realm of competition. It is easy to be swept up in the hype of winning (and winning by any means) in this world that values it above all else. But what if we were to focus less on the avoidance of losing, in favor of leaning into new discoveries? This is a massive transition for inner-standing our potential progress in any endeavor. EP 34 - 'The Money Speech': The Iconic Declamation from Atlas Shrugged

Imagine a billionaire playboy - the envy of everyone and the ire of their insecurities - in a room that cannot possibly hold his mind or his soul. He holds forth, incredulously passionate in the face of a sinful proclamation, and lets loose a profound response to the inanity he's confronting... Commonly referred to as "The Money Speech", this excerpt from Atlas Shrugged - produced from the ingenious mind of the author, Ayn Rand - is an experience in and of itself. When I read this book for the first time nearly eight years ago, I could not even remotely appreciate the depth and wisdom of this philosophy. All these years later, after my own experiences working in the world, earning money, trying to comprehend the ideas of value and effort, the words declaimed by Francisco d'Anconia have grooved an even deeper impact on my education. I hope that this might spark a fire of curiosity for those who have not read this novel; for those of you who have, I hope I can do justice to your memory of this speech. EP 33 - 'Honoring Nature's Cycles': An Intersation with Mind, Body & Soil's Kate Kavanaugh

Kate wears many hats on her red-head, but what stands out is her dedication to inner-standing Nature. On her podcast Mind Body & Soil, Kate speaks with profound reverence for natural cycles, our interactions with the Earth, community, self-realization, and importantly, she invites her guests to partake in outstanding conversations of detail and depth. Her evolution as a person and creator is quite remarkable: From an upbringing in Colorado fraught with anxiety and instability, to a stubborn choice to become vegan at an early age, to finding her husband at twenty-one years old and proceeding to found a butcher shop and then operate a farm, she is a testament to how non-linear our lives usually are. She now channels her lived experience into educating people about butchery, raising ruminants, returning to humble respect for nature's designs, and curating podcasts with people from all walks of life to grow our collective consciousness. We aimed to deliver an intimate conversation and exploration of ideas that are mutually interesting, but also universally relevant. I share her keen awareness for the interconnectedness our minds, physical forms, and our natural world; all of which sustain us individually and collectively. In my opinion, her gifts of time and attention surpassed my standards of what makes a podcast really great. Tennis Show #5 Ten-Times Triumphant: Celebrating Novak Djokovic's 10th Australian Open

As a student of the game, this year's Australian Open was quite emotional and super entertaining. The most compelling storyline was Novak Djokovic's path to the Final. Injury, intrigue, and recent history made his path through the draw a phenomenal drama. Now the victor of 10 (!) Australian Opens and TWENTY-TWO GRAND SLAMS, Novak occupies the loftiest heights of the game, alongside his Spanish rival who is also suffering from injury, Rafael Nadal. I wanted to let my raw emotions run a little bit as I recap and revel in this victory, because simply put: the man deserves to be honored for his strength of character. EP 30 - Traditional + Timeless Nutrition: A Tribute to the Weston A. Price Foundation

For once I will give ground to a disclaimer: I am not a doctor/dietician/nutritionist/licensed physician of any variety. What I am presenting in this body of work is a synthesis of the thoroughly investigated and highly effective efforts of Weston A. Price and the foundation in his illustrious name. This is not to serve as medical advice, but instead, as a presentation to promote a sustainable perspective of how we can nourish ourselves AND heal the Earth that provides our abundance. I have to say that the trope to "eat healthy" is much too vague to be worth anything in the arena of advice. What makes something healthy? How often and how much? Where do I find these healthy foods? What is safe to eat in its present forms? I may not answer the depths of those questions in this first episode, but suffice it to say that this exploration into these principles will be a reliable roadmap for any journey toward vitality and long-life. My recent visit to a local regenerative farm was a delightful mirror to this endeavor: connecting with the humans who invest their money, sweat, wisdom into cultivating the genuine nutrients that give us more than energy. I will be sharing more about this visit, but it was a special experience to be in the element of an organic, regenerative farm that honors these traditions set forth by Dr. Price. Tennis Show #4: 2023 ATP Season Preview

This 2023 season has a wealth of intrigue and drama yet to unfold... The year "begins" in Melbourne Park with the first Grand Slam, the sensational Australian Open. While a handful of tournaments will have already take place by the time the AO main draw kicks off on Monday January 16th, the players and fans all feel as though the two weeks Down Under light the fuse for the fireworks that will last all year long (and literally throughout those two weeks). I often steer clear of predictions, but with a surfeit of young players poised to breakthrough into the Slams and elite competitions, I am willing and able to lay out my favorites and anticipate some key maturations. In addition, I address some of the complexities the pros must navigate throughout any season, as well as the classic debates surrounding the Greats and who will be brazen enough to dethrone them. EP 28 - Hindsight in 2020 "Origins": What We Knew and When [Part II]

I beseech YOU - informed, rational, free, curious people - to consider the facts re-presented in this series with an open mind. If instead of saying "This isn't true!" you asked, "Is this true? How do I know if it's true?", then you might surprise even yourself with what the possibilities are in reality... This episode begins with commentary on the adversarial relationship between scientific materialism and nature, as well as the possible explanations for why some of the most influential people in public office made such poor choices in the face of decades of evidence. Furthermore, I cover the sequence of events beginning in January 2020 - the first reported cases in U.S. of c19 - to support the arguments against the emerging cry: "We didn't know any better at the time!" In fact, there were those who knew better, or who at least offered some skepticism and willingness to contend with the prevailing suggestions, and were consequently silence and discredited. My only disclaimers are that 1) I do not claim these facts as first-hand knowledge, and 2) I do not seek any reprimands or restitution for malign or ignorant actions of people of influence. This is all about expanding our field of our awareness so that we can learn from our mistakes, together. This series is primarily sourced from the work of Peter Breggin, MD and Ginger Ross Breggin, COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We are The Prey. Their book is the singular, comprehensive account of the complex layers of the C19 Theater. It was published in 2022 with a remarkable scope of background information on the recent history of gain of function research, vaccine developments, and public health initiatives that became the soap box for much of the narrative. I am so grateful to people like the Breggins who have committed their valuable time and expertise to the enlightenment of people kept in the dark about their health choices. How do I know if it's true?", then you might surprise even yourself with what the possibilities are in reality... This episode is dedicated to the recent context surrounding research and the evolution of C19, as well as the introduction of several key players in this drama. In addition, the sequence of events that led up to January 2020 are tied together in an effort to display a bigger story than a novel pathogen rearing its ugly head out of nowhere... My only disclaimers are that 1) I do not claim these facts as first-hand knowledge, and 2) I do not seek any reprimands or restitution for the malign actions of people of influence. Hindsight in 2020 (Trailer)

This is a preview of my upcoming series, Hindsight in 2020. It is said that to know where we are going, we must first know where we've been. But what happens when we cannot agree on where we've been OR where we want to go? This (somewhat) brief preview sheds light on the dis-ease that has preoccupied our collective consciousness since early 2020. What we knew, when, and how have been topics of great debate, and I would like to toss my notes into the ring... Please share this episode to ignite the interest of others. I'm Hurt vs. I'm Healing: What Makes the Difference in Recovery

Injuries strike at unexpected, devastating intervals, with profound effect... they slow us down, keep us from doing what we love, and remind us how fragile we are. Building resilience is not always straightforward, but we are gaining ground in the race to better evaluate our weaknesses and prevent further injuries. But when we are in the throes of pain, how can we reset and return to a place of balance? How do we channel more positive energy to let our body heal naturally and at its own pace? In this episode, I provide some suggestions for developing a formula for healing, including: What you can do to train while injuredHow pain registers in the brain + bodyPivots when you start to get frustratedSurprising methods for healing (hint: it can't always be more stretching!)Why we experience setbacksEt cetera, et cetera, et cetera Great healing accounts to follow:@movementbydavid on Instagram@kneesovertoesguy Ben Patrick on Instagram@thebarefootsprinter Graham Tuttle on Instagram@thereadystate on Instagram@theprehabguys on Instagram Thanks for listening to Who's to Say? with Tom Foolery. Health First: Wellness in Every Interaction

On a recent walk, the concept of "Health First" struck me in a new way... it seems to reflect my approach to how I engage with my life. By prioritizing the choices and habits that keep me vital & moving toward my dream, I stay connected with constant energy to realize my fullest potential. Easier said than done, right? But the DOING is more attainable than you may think... If you were to consistently, relentlessly place your HEALTH above all else - who could you be?! In this episode, the dialogue about "Health First" covers:What do we mean when we say "health is wealth"?Core Values of Movement + DietAddition by SubtractionEmbracing a Lean-In mindsetQuestions to ask yourself if you put your health firstEstablishing core values for all Four Doctors Thanks for listening to Who's to Say? with Tom Foolery. Rituals = Richness: How to Re-Create Meaning for Your Self

It's my belief that we are too casual, too modern, too unconscious for most of the important activities of our days and lives. Without ascribing a significance and meaning to our actions, it becomes easier and easier to do things automatically and quickly. Slowing down - to say a prayer, reflect on the purpose - can bring us presence of mind and help us recognize the sanctity of this amazing experience. In this episode, I discuss:The ways in which we are detached from ritualsDating & marriage, feasting & fasting, manhood & womanhood as areas ripe for ritualsSuggestions on how and when to prayWhy we should create our own significance Resources mentioned include:Fred Provenza: Food, Farming, and Our Future on Living 4D with Paul Chek (Apple)Dr. Joe Dispenza's website Sal Di Stefano of Mind Pump on Wellness + Wisdom Podcast Thanks for listening to Who's to Say? with Tom Foolery.
