S2 Ep 22High Vibe Sales: Transform Your Mindset and Boost Your Business with This Sales Strategy

Ep. 22 It’s time to change our mindset around the often-confronting world of sales and cold-calling. The fact is if you don't sell, you don't have a business. Sales are an essential aspect of entrepreneurship, and it's not about magically attracting customers; it requires effort and a solid understanding of the sales process. But when we embrace the feminine energy around sales as well as the masculine, we can turn our sales struggles into successes. The episode is structured into two parts: understanding the "why" of sales and diving into the "how." Merchon encourages you to stay connected to your end goal during the sales process, which will keep you motivated when faced with rejection. She also offers resources that further break down aspects of the sales funnel and tangible actions to pull people through it with authentic and organic sales techniques. Get ready to break through your comfort zone, persevere through rejection, and unlock your entrepreneurial potential. 🚀💰 #WomenEntrepreneurs #HighVibeSales #SalesSuccess RESOURCES: DM the word FUNNEL on Instagram @Highvibecowork to get my sales funnel workbook. Ep. 9 Do you desire a more balanced and sustainable approach to your entrepreneurial journey? Are you searching for a solution that can help you achieve a better work-life balance? Look no further! In this discussion, I will unveil the key to attaining that desired outcome: the implementation of a gardening mindset. By adopting this approach, you will discover a newfound sense of harmony and fulfillment in both your business and personal life. Give yourself grace for the timing mistakes. Maybe Future You is super happy about the grace that you're getting. - Merchon Hargrave In this episode, you will be able to: Embrace the gardening metaphor as a unique lens to view and shape your entrepreneurial journey, nurturing your business growth. Harmonize optimism with a realistic worldview, steering you towards future possibilities with caution and confidence. Match your business ambitions with personal schedules and momentary hiatus, catalyzing a wholesome entrepreneurial lifestyle. Foresee your resource requirements and upcoming challenges, sharpening your planning prowess. Capitalize on your past learnings and use them as guiding lights, fostering a culture of learning and progression. Dear February Gardener, Remember the August Gardener! She is tired. She is overwhelmed. She is scratched up and sunburned. But there are some things you can do to help her be more prepared and less stressed next year. The August gardener is much like the 3rd quarter entrepreneur who had BIG plans and dreams and the beginning of the season but now realizes she has to pull some weeds out and clear a path for her business to flourish. Consider purchasing weed fabric to help control weeds in your garden. Take breaks and rest to rejuvenate your energy and avoid burnout as an entrepreneur. Limit evening activities to two times per week to create space for self-care and household tasks. Check the back of seed packets for recommended spacing between plants to ensure proper growth and resource allocation. Give yourself grace and learn from over-planning in order to make better decisions in the future. Reflect on the lessons and abundance that can be found in both the garden and entrepreneurial journey. Listen to the Beauty Boss Millionaire podcast to change your mindset from an employee to a CEO and learn how to start a business and make your first million. Balancing Hope and Pragmatism A key message from Marshawn Hargrave's conversation is the art of balancing optimism with pragmatism. S1 Ep 7Is It Really ”Hard” or Are You Just Procrastinating?

Ep. 7 Its time to get curious about our relationship with the word “hard”. Why do we label a task "too hard" when it may just be tedious or time consuming? Through my journaling practice, I realized that hard is a secondary emotion that comes up, or a broad term that I use to not actually confront what that task actually is. I also discovered that there are a lot of things that come along the ride with “hard” that I am denying from showing up, such as pride, perseverance, joy, new paths, inspiration, creativity, and being a role model for others. In this episode you'll be able to change your perspective on the term "hard work" and see it as a building block, not a roadblock. You'll also gain some tools to help you choose the future you that you want to be, without shame or external validation. If you want to learn how to be more curious and less scared when hard shows up in your life, tune in to this episode of High Vibe Table Talks!
