A Visit to PaleoFX: Why?
Last weekend Dr. Kahn was in Austin, Texas to visit his food truck (ATX Food Co. on Barton Springs Road) and to participate on a panel at the largest conference on the Paleo Diet. Why? This was not "his crowd" and he knows that certain members in the auditorium were not happy he was included.
