In this message we will be looking at Daniel 5. It's an amazing account of God's divine intervention. We will see that God is sovereign over all and that He will not be profaned. This message was relevant in Daniel's day and is still relevant in ours.

In this message from Daniel 4 we'll see that God humbles the proud. He turns our “I” and “me” to “Him” and “He.” It’s a passage on what happens when we don’t acknowledge God as one who has all power and authority, and instead assume we do.

In this message from Daniel 3 we'll see that Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego chose to be thrown into a fiery furnace rather than disobey the first two of the 10 Commandments. It's a story full of insight on how to handle the fiery trials that come to the follower of God. If we take these insights to heart it will change how we live our lives.

Everybody serves something or someone whether we realize it or not. But it’s important to answer the question “Who is your king?” because as Daniel points out to King Nebuchadnezzar in his dream, there’s only one kingdom that will last forever. Who we serve and what we do can either pass away like every other king and kingdom, or it can be part of God’s greater story that will never end.

In this week's message from the book of Daniel, we will see that God operates on a different level than humankind. He delivers by His wisdom and power. A crazy request by King Nebuchadnezzar becomes an opportunity for God to be recognized and exalted.

In this second message from our series Daniel: Holy Living in a Fractured World, we will see how Daniel addresses the challenges of his captivity. His captors were trying to indoctrinate him and asking him to compromise. Daniel drew a line in the sand but did so with great compassion and wisdom. He models for us how to be in this world but not be of this world. May you be inspired by his example to live a holy life.

This message begins our 10-week series from Daniel chapters 1-6. This week we will look at Daniel 1:1-7 and see that there are faith tests we often face when life as we know it ends and God begins a new chapter in our lives.

In Psalm 78 we are commanded to tell the GENERATIONS to come see what God has done in our lives. Our testimonies are an important part of continuing the faith for future generations. (Children's ministry will be available for birth through 5 years old only.)

Have you ever come to a point in your life where you ask, "Now what?" The disciples faced that very question after the ascension of Jesus. This message completes our Easter Explained series and uses Acts 1:1-11 as an outline to answer the question of "Now what?"

In this Easter message we will see that Philippians 2:5-11 is a summary of the Gospel. It's an epic story of Jesus leaving the glory of heaven to come to earth and humbly die for fallen humanity. But that is just the first half of the story. Jesus has been raised from the dead, is glorified and has returned to the glory of heaven. He is now and forevermore Savior! It is believed that the early church used these verses in Philippians as a creed, a way to remember the gospel. May we also use it that way.

The Bible illustrates over and over again that life is full of choices that lead to very contrasting outcomes. As his days were coming to an end, Moses challenged the people of Israel to choose life. He said if they did not choose life, then they were choosing death. As we explore some of the contrasts that were part of Jesus' Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem, we are to understand that there are watershed choices that lead to very different outcomes.

Jesus’ last words on the cross at first sound difficult as He cries out, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” However, this declaration actually points us towards hope. We will explore how these last words of Jesus help us navigate our own challenges with hope and trust in God’s power and purpose.

Why is the Christian teaching on the resurrection so important? In a day and age where it may be tempting to see the resurrection as an impossibility, we will look at the miracle of Jesus' rising from the dead as a core truth in Christian teaching as we study the meaning, purpose, and significance of the resurrection.

This is the first message in our "Easter Explained" series. In this message we will answer the question, "Why was Jesus Crucified?"

This is our final message in the "Becoming Whole in a Fracture World" series. To become whole we must understand and live out a biblical justice. God's justice is not about retribution. The follower of Christ is called to participate in God's righting of this wrong world.

This Sunday, we will learn about forgiveness. First, that forgiveness is God’s gift to us in Christ, but also becomes a gift to others as we live out and offer forgiveness to those who have offended us.

This week we will explore how conflict can actually be a bridge, not a barrier, to greater unity and health.

We live in a culture of reactivity. In this message we will look at how to have a calm presence in the face of anxiety. Part of becoming whole is getting to the point where the peace of Jesus, rather than the circumstances you are dealing with,sets the tone of your countenance .

Humility releases God's grace in the life of the believer which is essential for the believer to be made whole in this broken world. In this message we will dive deeply into what it means to be humble (poor in spirit) and how this is advantageous. We will spend a lot of time looking at how to cultivate humility.

This week we begin to look at the new pattern of living that we are called to in Christ. Prayer is a key step on the path to living a better way in Christ.

This week we will explore the Bible’s promise that God is present with His people in their suffering and promises to bring healing to our areas of brokenness.

In this weekend's message, the second in our "Becoming Whole in a Fractured World" series, we will see how powers and principalities contribute to the brokenness. ​This timely and relevant message will identify what these powers and principalities are, how they fracture and what we can begin to do to stand against them.

We begin our "Becoming Whole in a Fractured World" series with this message. Reality has been fractured by sin. Sin is really a failure to love God and love others. We can't talk authentically or accurately about ourselves or society without addressing sin. This message addresses sin and its consequences. ​

God longs for us to be restored. We will dive into what that means and look at 3 examples of how Jesus restored from death to life.

In this last Christmas message for 2022 we will look at the wise men and their journey to find the Christ Child. The interactions they experienced along their journey are illustrative of common responses to Jesus. May we seek Christ as the wisemen did!

Have you ever looked at Jesus' family history closely? In this final Advent message before Christmas, we will see that Jesus' genealogy, in Matthew's Introduction to Jesus' birth, is full of examples of how God rewrites the stories of peoples' lives. The Old Testament often foretells what Jesus' ministry would be about and the stories of Jesus' ancestors are illustrative of how God has been, and still is, about drastic life change.

Christmas is a season of joy, yet in the busyness of life joy often gets lost. This week we will explore how the rhythm of advent helps us cultivate a life of joy.

This week we will look at how we can navigate difficult seasons of life in light of the hope of the Advent of Jesus.

In this weekend's message, the last in our "Different" series from 1 Peter, we see that the follower of Jesus is to be humble and willing to serve. This message is full of practical insight for the one who humbly desires to please the Lord. Peter ends his epistle with some powerful teaching that will bless you.

1 Peter 4:12-19 reveals how the follower of Jesus will understand life on a different level. This Sunday, we will look at three ways this difference manifests itself in the face of suffering and conclude by looking at how thanksgiving can equip the follower to respond differently.

In this message we'll see that the follower of Christ is called to live in the will of God. Peter identifies three ways that this is accomplished - by our priorities, urgency and service.

Peter makes it clear that we are blessed in Jesus Christ no matter what the circumstances are in our lives. We are to do good knowing that even if we suffer we are blessed. In this message we will look at two ways to live so as to experience a blessed life and also to be a blessing to others.

Peter tells us to repay evil with blessing. It’s easy to say it, but hard to follow through. But Peter wasn’t exactly the guy that lived like this in his time with Jesus. How did he go from someone who cuts off a guy's ear when Jesus was being arrested to saying things like repay evil with blessing? What changed?

This week we continue to look at the topic of submission as we see the transformative potential that Biblical submission has for marriage.

The "good" life that followers are called to live will involve submission to authorities which brings glory to Jesus and opportunities to influence. Submission is a difficult subject which is important to understand because it is essential for godly influence in our culture.

Our big focus will be on our community—the Church—which is both a living organism and an organization with structure. As Eugene Peterson says, "Whether we like it or not, the moment we confess Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, that is, from the time we become a Christian, we are at the same time a member of the Christian Church." It behooves the follower to understand the nature and purpose of the Church.

This week we will explore Peter’s teaching to live differently, as exiles, in the times in which we live. ​

Are you full of the joy of your salvation? Joy is to be a characteristic of the follower of Jesus. In this second "Different" message from 1 Peter we will look deeply into what joy is and how to experience it as a follower of Jesus.

In this first message in our "Different" series from 1 Peter we will see that Peter establishes some identifying characteristics of the follower of Jesus and then identifies what it means to live as a new creation in Jesus. This is very relevant teaching as we live in a time that is confused and conflicted and we must be established in who we are in Christ.

This week we will conclude our series in Ruth as we see how God can bring blessing and redemption out of brokenness.

This week we will look at Ruth 4:1-12 as we see how God used Boaz, a Kinsman-Redeemer, to restore the lives of Ruth and Naomi. Boaz demonstrates Christlikeness as he shows how we can become God's instruments of grace to others. Often God's grace comes in the form of a person and we who love Jesus will be used by God to grace the lives of others as we follow His ways and use the gifts and resources He has given us to benefit others. This is what it means to be "grace givers". ​

Ruth, a Moabite woman, once a foreigner to God's people Israel, grows in grace quickly and demonstrates a reliance on God's ways. She has not only embraced God, she is willing to live her life according to His ways, relying on Him for divine intervention.

We are on the second week in our Ruth series and in this message, from Ruth chapter 2, we see that Ruth begins to encounter the blessings of a kinsman redeemer. She goes out to glean after the harvesters ending up in Boaz's field, who is a kinsman redeemer. This message looks at what this means and how it points to what believers experience in Jesus who is our kinsman redeemer.

This message begins a 5-week series from the book of Ruth. In this series we will see how God takes a ruined life and redeems it. The one who is redeemed is to live in reliance on God, experiencing restoration and a renewed identity. In this first message we will see that we may make plans but ultimately God orders our steps. Sometimes what we view as problems are the means that God uses to touch our lives deeply.

Ryan Koltiska When you see injustice, what is your response? When your faith is trampled on, what do you do? When God gives you the opportunity to take part in His work, do you have a willing heart? In the book of Judges, Deborah praises those who don’t sit on the sidelines, but willingly offer themselves to fight for the Lord.

Pastor Aaron Cloud This week we will look at Moses example of overcoming obstacles in his continued faithfulness to God’s call.

Through the life of King Josiah in 2 Chronicles 34, we will take a look at how powerful repentance can be in the life of a believer. Whether you've followed Jesus all your life or are just seeing what He’s about, repentance is a key part of the Christian life. Because of that, we’ll be looking at what it means to turn to the Lord and change for His glory.

God calls us to a life of courageous faith in relationship with Him, but our fears often prevent us from living it out. This week we will explore Moses' example of surrendering fully into God’s plan for us as we learn what we need to resist and what we need to remember in order to live out a life of courageous faith.
