Ep 252Kill Bill Vol 1 - Action

E

I'm not sure how to show my love for this film. It did so much for my love of cinematic diversity. Watching kung-fu movies on TBS or USA or whatever was always a treat but I had not idea what was going on or if there was a plot. Kill Bill became a widely loved film of cinephiles who gushed over the camera action and the screenplay. At the time, I had no idea it borrowed so much material from Japanese cinema. Kill Bill, while clearly Americanized, is a revenge movie and cultural soup that gives the American audience a violence they so desire wrapped in a revenge narrative few Hollywood films dare to explore. If you like Kill Bill, please watch Lady Snowblood to witness the inspiration.

Ep 251Tiger Claws - B/Action

E

The day has come that we've all been waiting for...well, at least for Mickey! The “Queen of Martial Arts” kicks onto the B-ACTION screen in 1992’s Tiger Claws! A martial arts serial killer tears through the streets using a dark dangerous martial art known as the “Tiger Style”! A badass but underutilized Cynthia Rothrock and Don Johnson wannabe Jalal Merhi crack the case only to end up face to face with a terrifying version of Bob Ross painting “Happy Little Tigers” in the blood of his enemies! Seriously, how is Bolo Yeung even more terrifying in glasses and a sweater?! Don't just watch Action, B-Action!

Ep 250Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon - Horror

E

Anna's co-hosts over at The Barren's Hideout podcast, Big D and Little D, joined us tonight in an assault on Charlie's person for his contemptuous opinion on Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon. As always, even though Charlie didn't care for the film, he gave it a fair review and his points were spot on, unlike his revulsion for Cutie Honey and Thirst, of which his opinions are wrong and he should be ashamed about himself. Leslie Vernon is a big thumbs up from everyone who's name isn't Charlie.

Ep 249Tomb Raider - Action

E

Get you popcorn and drink of choice, turn off your brain and just have a good time with Anna's Banger Month pick of 2001s Tomb Raider. Long time friend and first time guest, Daniel from The Geeks with Beards podcast, joins us for a rip-roaring conversation. While not as good as the three Indiana Jones movies (yes, there are ONLY three) but clearly better than King Solomon's Mines, this movie is an enormously fun adventure movie with a ton of ridiculous action perfectly suited for the flavor of the classic video game series. Movies don't have to be "good" to be entertaining and this film is the perfect example of that. With all it's flaws, Tomb Raider is absolutely worth your time. Just don't take it so seriously.

Ep 248Equalizer 2000 - B/Action

E

The post-nuclear wasteland of Alaska is a dangerous place. You gotta walk tall and carry a big ass gun. He may be a man of few words, but Slade (Richard Norton) is the tallest SOB on the block! The Equalizer 2000 is wall to wall action with big explosions, brutal flamethrowers, and an infinite amount of bullets! Robert Patrick shines in his feature film debut. This unmistakably “B” movie is fun for sure…but is it badass?! Don't just watch Action, B-Action!!!!

Apr 5, 20251h 34m

Ep 247Ready or Not - Horror

E

Charlie rarely watches movies that never saw a VHS release but thankfully Anna made him sit down for the 2019 Ready or Not. Samara Weaving (woof. yes please) heads up a surprisingly gory "Cat and Mouse" affair that surprised us all how good it was on our first watch. This film is just so damn fun thanks to the original storyline, viciously hilarious kills and a cast that is having a bloody hoot make a horror movie. Anna's Banger Month of Annapril keeps it's momentum with this strong recommendation.

Ep 246SISU - Action

E

One look at Sisu should be enough for any reasonable to immediately deduce that in no way shape or for show you screw with this guy on any level. Phrases like "Yes, sir No, sir, May I help, sir, Thank you for not forcibly removing my spleen, sir" are all perfectly acceptable forms of communication with Sisu. Things like, "Imma shoot your dog, blow up your horse, steal your gold and burn down your country," are NOT what one would call a sensible conversation. Sisu is a film that flew under the radar for many action fans for the simple reason that a theatrical release shortly after the worst of the COVID pandemic killed the hopes and dreams of most films that weren't named Godzilla or Maverick. This film is worthy of being in a "Banger" month so please see the film before you listen. P.S. I know damn well that the main character's name isn't Sisu. Don't @ me. Sisu is way easier to remember than Aatami.

Ep 245Guyver: Dark Hero - B/Action

E

I AM THE GUYVER! AGAIN! Mikey from Monster Zone joins us to gush over 1994’s The Guyver 2: Dark Hero! Sean Baker is back, setting the tone with fighting crime and dishing out cans of whoop ass! As he struggles to coexist with the sentient alien armor within, the Cronos Corporation resurfaces! That means more Zoanoids, more amazing special effects, and more badass fight choreography! This one has its ups and downs, and no Mark Hamill tease, but we do get Steve Wang in the director’s chair who brings us a faithful Guyver adaptation! Don't just watch Action, B-Action!!!

Ep 244Big Trouble in Little China - 200th Episode

E

200th Episode!!!! I'm still toweling off after the explosive love fest the cast had while covering Big Trouble in Little China. So so sticky. Anyways, it should come to no surprise that this is a favorite. It's weird, it's got monsters, kung-fu, guns, magic, sword fighting, I mean, what's not to like. This movie is THE BEST comfort food you could cinematically ingest. It's filling and you never get tired of the taste. Everyone seemed genuinely jealous that Pete got to see this in the theater until everyone realized how old he is and then they just felt sad. RIP Pete. It's coming quicker than you think.

Ep 243The Matrix - Action

E

Once a generation a film comes around that makes such an international impact on pop culture that one can't comprehend a world without it. The Wizard of Oz, Psycho, Jaws, The Godfather and Star Wars are all examples of films that have or will influence generations of creators and fans of the movie industry. We got two of these kind of films in the 90s. Jurassic Park and the Matrix are such pop culture phenomenon that it's inconceivable that we won't continue to see their fingerprints all over the movie industry for decades to come. Covering The Matrix this week was a special experience for the cast and we have a hell of a conversation. Probably the most interesting fact to pop up was the Anna hadn't seen the film since she was a kid and pretty much saw it for the first time. Final verdict: The Matrix is boss!

Mar 11, 20251h 33m

Ep 242Commando Ninja - B/Action

E

Did somebody say Future Cops!? Hell no they didn't, but if you're looking for a solid hour of badass 80’s action movie references and hilarious one-liners, we’ve got just the thing for you! 2018’s Commando Ninja! Practical effects, outrageous kills, and more action movie tropes than you can shake a power glove at make this one an instant classic! But remember, only a Commando Ninja can kill a Commando Ninja!

Mar 8, 20251h 37m

Ep 241Scream - Horror

E

I won't say horror was dead in 1996 but it clearly had become stale and good scares with compelling stories were hard to come by. Blame it on Tipper Gore and the Parental Advisory movement or the fact that Hollywood was more interested in making a quick buck off aging franchises, horror in the mid 90s was just...meh. Thankfully some kid at a horror convention insulted Wes Craven by saying he wasn't scary anymore. Craven said, "Hold my beer, kid," and Scream was born. The horror community owes Scream a depth of gratitude that is unmeasured. Without Scream, I don't think horror would exist as we know it today. Anna is called the Scream Queen because she's got a great set of lungs. Anna is a bona fide Scream expert and she drives this conversation in the best direction. No matter how many times you've seen Scream, treat yourself and go watch it again before listening. You deserve it.

Ep 240The Stepfather - Horror

E

All good things must come to an end and sadly the Month of Pete is no exception. That is unless we can get a social media campaign going to make this the Year of Pete. Hey, that's a good idea! CALL TO ARMS! Fans! Friends! Family! Freaks! We need YOUR help! Please write to us on all the social media platforms (don't forget the upcoming OF site) and email the show that YOU want an entire year of Pete Picks. The Year of Pete will be a glorious event maybe only eclipsed by the creation of the Earth itself. I know you want this to happen but the only way it does is if YOU write in and let the corporate scum at the top know it's what YOU want. Better yet, record a short message and send it to [email protected]. The more messages you send the better chance those corporate pigs at the top will have to bend to our will. We can force their hand but only if YOU let them know what the listeners really want, A YEAR OF PETE!!!! Make it happen friends. Oh yeah...we covered The Stepfather with special guest Erin from Manic Movie Monday!

Ep 239American Ninja - B/Action

E

There are no Ninjas like the AMERICAN NINJA! The Dudikoff abides in this 1985 action movie classic from the iconic Canon Group. Ninja stars! Ninja Lasers! Ninja Tire Irons! From a French crime boss with his very own evil Power Rangers training facility to Steve James grabbing Ninjas by the balls, there’s no end to the campy badass action in this blast from the past! Ninja vanish! POOF! Don't just watch Action, B Action!!!

Feb 22, 20251h 37m

Ep 238RRR - Action

E

You never know what film will pop up during The Month of Pete and...well... Pete picked the Bollywood modern classic "RRR" and it broke Nate. Broke him pretty bad. Sadly Anna was out sick and her shoulder wasn't available for Nate to cry on. Brian from Reviewing History returned to the show to sing the praises of the fictional epic featuring two of the most famous Indian folk heroes. Yes I said sing because this is a musical much to the trepidation of Charlie..until he watched it. Yes, somehow Pete found a musical that Charlie actually LIKED!!! Seriously, you'll never know what to expect with The Month of Pete. Charlie, Brian and Pete urge you to invest the time to watch the incredible visual spectacle that is RRR. Nate? Not so much.

Feb 18, 20251h 41m

Ep 237Cruel Jaws - Horror

E

Bruno Mattei is an infamous Italian director who's catalogue is full of some of the most egregious movie rip-offs of all time and this week's film, Cruel Jaws (aka Jaws 5) is no exception. Thankfully the cast was able to recruit Captain Steve from Bucket of Chum podcast to help us navigate through the confusing disjointed plot lines. Nate abandoned ship almost immediately and took Anna with him while Charlie, Pete and Captain Steve recognized the awfulness of the film and settled in for a good damn time. Don't let Nate's poopy diapers discourage you, three out of five hosts can't be wrong. Can we? I do encourage you to go watch it if just to see the blatant copyright infringement the movie is guilty of.

Feb 11, 20251h 29m

Ep 236Beowulf - B/Action

E

In a post apocalyptic, medieval, steampunk world, a man walking around with his own armory of weapons and a dark past arrives at a trading outpost cursed with a great evil that he's been hunting. Add in some industrial techno music, a gratuitous amount of somersaults, and a gigantic straight razor guillotine…and you've got 1999’s interpretation of the Old English epic poem BEOWULF! Didn't see that coming, did ya?! Come for the Christopher Lambert, but stick around for Grendel's hot MILF!!!

Feb 8, 20251h 23m

Ep 235Hard Ticket To Hawaii - Action

E

We start the MONTH OF PETE with special guest and fourth or fifth member of the Give Me Back cast, TROY! Now before roll your eyes and run for the hills because Pete is picking all the movies this month don't fear, he promised not to pick all Japanese hentai-body horror films this year. Maybe. Rest assured, however, he will pick four regretful movies that will test his friendship with cast and maybe finally get him kicked off the show. We start with a truly awful action flick from director Andy Sidaris full of bombs, beasts and boobs. LOTS of boobs. Like enough boobs to make even Pete say, "Yes, I know you have boobs. Can we focus on something else?" If not for Snake, you're genuinely better off just watching the ridiculous action clips on youtube.

Ep 2344 Year Anniversary Special - Action and Horror

E

Four years ago Charlie started a little show that covered both action and horror movies. Today it's still basically an action/horror podcast with a few new voices and a chaos that for some reason keeps YOU coming back every week to listen. In all seriousness, we are humbled that you waste...erm...invest your time listening to our dumb show. I hope that our enthusiasm, and many times our regret, for these films comes across to you in the best possible way. Without getting too sappy, we love and adore you all and look forward to interacting with you for years to come. Do you know what the BEST thing about our anniversary episode is? It's that next week starts THE MONTH OF PETE. See you soon.....

Jan 28, 20251h 48m

Ep 233Robot Jox - B/Action

E

Big ass robots fight for territories as an alternative to war in a dystopian future. Need I say more? Ok, fine! Chainsaw penis’, transforming into tanks, rocket fists, a space chase, and barroom brawls! This one gets pretty dark for a kids film, but that’s why we love the 80’s! If that’s not enough then stick around as we discuss the anime inspirations and the impact this film has made on cinema history. We’re Robot Jox, CRASH AND BURN!

Jan 25, 20251h 31m

Ep 232Chopping Mall - Horror

E

Friends, here's the thing, I really enjoy writing these paragraphs but when I run into a show where we start making jokes and the whole thing devolves into a giggle-fest it's really had to put together a coherent thought. How about this, Dustin from Flicks and Friends joins the cast and chaos erupts almost immediately. Your takeaways from this preview are 1. Go watch Chopping Mall. 2. download the show. 3. Forgive us for making you drive off the road as the laughter is infectious. You've been warned.

Ep 231Total Recall - Action

E

Welcome to 2025 and we start out the year celebrating Charlie's birthday month and he kicks off the party with a Bonified action Classic, Total Recall. Anna and Pete get all hot and bothered with the eye candy that is Sharon Stone and Michael Ironsides while Charlie and Nate swoon over a gun. Clearly Anna and Pete are clearly winning the podcast. We make our predictions as to if it's a dream or reality and giggle our way through a great conversation. If you haven't see this masterpiece then we won't judge...well...maybe a little...maybe a lot. Probably a lot. Just go see it and let Arnie goodness wash all over you.

Jan 14, 20251h 59m

Ep 230Rolling Vengeance - B/Action

E

A Canadian trucker with the ingenuity of Tony Stark and Batman’s desire for justice takes on a family of hillbilly hooligans after they cause the deaths of his entire family! His weapon of vengeance? The biggest, baddest Monster Truck you’ve ever seen on screen! We’ve got bar fights! We’ve got dummy kills! We’ve got big rig crashes! We’ve got Ned Beatty as a slimy owner of a strip club/bar/used car lot with hair that’ll have you craving a long drag off a Marlboro and a cold sip of Molson! So crank up the AC/DC and strap in for one hell of a ride! Don't just watch Action, B Action!!!

Jan 11, 20251h 37m

Ep 229The Substance - Horror

E

It's official, the first episode of 2025 brings HUGE news as we add Anna as our fourth host. The rumor was that there was an attempt to replace either Nate or Pete with Anna which was met by the simple statement, "Well, why not replace both?" Thankfully Anna insisted we make a foursome out of the show (her words. don't call HR on me) and our first episode landed with a beautiful blood fountain called The Substance. The cast collectively feel that this is one of if not THE best horror film in the past five years and we highly recommend that you watch it before listening. It's intense, sad, gory and uncomfortable. We loved it.

Jan 7, 20252h 14m

Ep 228BeeKeeper - Action

E

We were bound and determined to end the year with a bang so we devised a poll that couldn't fail. Picking between Bee Keeper, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare and Deadpool guaranteed that everyone wins and we would end the year with a bang. Even with some voter fraud, we landed what was probably the best action movie of the year. Bee Keeper is a throwback to the Cannon days of "Safety Be Damned," action movie filled with practical effects and real honest to god explosions. We even get probably the best "dummy fall" since Children of the Corn 2. Nate, Pete and Charlie giggle their way through a hell of a ride not because the movie is silly but because it's silly. Wait...does that even make sense? Never mind. Have a safe Holiday season and we'll see you in 2025.

Dec 31, 20242h 0m

Ep 227Shadow Warriors 2 - B/Action

E

The Hunt for the Death Merchant. Assault on Death Mountain. Shadow Warriors 2. What do these titles have in common? They’re the same film! Parker from Dissect that Film returns from our Assault on Devil’s Island episode to dissect the action and bad acting as it relates to Hulk Hogan himself! Will Dustin defend the Hulksters honor? Will Mickey finally profess his love for Martin Kove? Will Charlie ever recover from the buffet of B-Action in this film? Does any of this make any sense to anyone?! Join us to find out in our first sequel episode!!! Don't just watch Action, B Action!!!

Dec 28, 20241h 40m

Ep 226Jason X - Horror

E

Anna joins us again for this gush fest, or should I say SPURT-fest, for the ridiculous, absurd, many times stupid and infinitely entertaining Jason X. This movie is bad and the cast knows it but could care less because it's AWESOME. Arguably the best in the franchise with the exception of the genre establishing first four movies, Jason X is a joy. So much so that Nate went to Dairy Queen for a pre-recording Blizzard to celebrate. Does everybody remember that Nate is lactose intolerant because he didn't.

Dec 24, 20241h 48m

Ep 225Ernest Saves Christmas - Action

E

This week we cover the greatest Christmas Action movie since Die Hard... Ernest Saves Christmas. It's agreed that Ernest is a National Treasure however Nate is a bit of a Christmas curmudgeon. That doesn't spoil the the conversation in the least as we giggle our way through this ridiculous movie. Even Ed Marino thought it was a great show and if Ed thought it was great then you KNOW it's a ball.

Dec 17, 20241h 30m

Ep 224Invasion USA - B/Action

E

If you want peace on Earth, there's only one man that can make it happen, CHUCK NORRIS. B-ACTION takes on Christmas with this week's pick, 1985’s Invasion USA! With this much badassery exploding off the screen we needed back up, and Logan of Video Villa Entertainment answered the call! So deck the bad guys with boughs of fists and bullets and have yourself a merry little rampage of revenge. Matt Hunter is coming down the chimney with awesome one liners for all the good little boys and girls…and roundhouses for the rest.

Dec 14, 20241h 41m

Ep 22330 Days of Night - Horror

E

Brian from Reviewing History and our Scream Queen Anna join the cast to discuss one of the best vampire films ever. Yes, I said ever. No doubt this movie has it's flaws but far makes up for it's shortcomings with a rich story, creepy atmosphere, hopeless scenario and delicious gore. This film is anything but a traditional sexy vampire and the gang revels in the monstrous nature of these beasts. A must see for sure.

Dec 10, 20241h 55m

Ep 222Die Hard with a Vengeance - Action

E

Bruce Willis deserves to be included on the Mt. Rushmore of genuine good guys from Hollywood. He's given us so much entertainment over the decades all while being an outstanding citizen and a kick ass father. It breaks our hearts that his health is failing but instead of wallowing in sorrow we're going to celebrate all the joy he's brought to us. Kathleen, Pete's partner in crime over at Good Beer Bad Movie Night, joins us to laugh and goof on arguable the best Die Hard in the franchise. Much like Raiders and Last Crusade, Die Hard 1 and 3 stand on equal ground in our eyes. We laughed so much in this episode that our sides are still sore. Simon says, "download now or a bomb will go off in a school."

Dec 3, 20242h 8m

Ep 221Arena - B/Action

E

In a galaxy far far away…Aliens beat the hell out of each other for money and fame in the Arena! Can Steve Armstrong, Earth's first legitimate contender in decades, overcome the seedy underground crime syndicate looking for an easy pay day?! Listen to us whisper sweet nothings about fight manger Quinn, recognizing Shorty’s rizz, and praise the awesome practical effects ranging from huge set pieces to fantastic creature creations! Don't just watch Action, B Action!

Nov 30, 20241h 15m

Ep 220Ninja the Violent Sorceror - Horror

E

We have it on audio recording that this movie is NOT Pete's fault even though he picked the movie. Too bad Pete forgot to send it to Charlie in advance. Friends, this movie is bad. Even bad as compared to other bad martial art movies. It not recommended to see unless this is your kind of bad. The director, Godfrey Ho, is famous for taking the budget of one movie and then chopping it up and inserting it into several of other different movies and sending them over to the US for a quick buck. It is one of the more egregious examples as the story is incomprehensible even after several viewings. The best thing about this movie is that we covered it and had a blast doing so. Don't watch the film and just listen to us make fun of it.

Nov 26, 20241h 23m

Ep 219Ninja Assassin - Action

E

One of the most action packed ninja movies in the past 15 years karate chops us right in the titties as Charlie and Nate gush over this mile a minute freight train of fists, blades and bitchin kyoketsu-shoge. Yeah, we can't pronounce it either but it's one of the coolest weapons we've had the pleasure to discuss. Pete paid respect to the film but really didn't like it. That's his freaking problem and we don't have time for that kind of negativity. Truly a masterpiece of action. Watch it then tune in to the show.

Nov 19, 20241h 29m

Ep 218Cage - B/Action

E

It’s Captain America and The Incredible Hulk vs a seedy underground cage fighting ring! Well, kinda. Reb Brown and Lou Ferrigno star in 1989s Cage, a film Wikipedia calls “Possibly the greatest movie ever made”! Did it live up to the hype? Is Lou Ferrigno possibly the greatest actor of all time? Is Al Leong a bad guy in this one? You'll just have to find out when you get into the cage with B-ACTION!

Nov 16, 20241h 30m

Ep 217Blood Beat - Horror

E

Ninja November was supposed to be pretty cut and dried. You needed a ninja in either an action movie or a horror movie. To complicate things slightly, Charlie said the movies had to have the word "ninja" in the title. Really not that difficult. This week, Nate was able to burn every podcasting host bridge by not only picking a movie WITHOUT ninja in the title but he also picked a movie WITHOUT a ninja. Anyways, Pete got his boobies, Charlie got his kill and Nate got demoted. Just a normal Monday night.

Nov 12, 20241h 21m

Ep 216Ninja 3: The Domination - Action

E

Cannon does it again. What did they do? They made a movie but in this case it's amazing...but not really...Did we like this? I think so. Maybe not. We brought the whole gang from B Action over to double check as well...did it help... Aww hell. Go watch it.

Nov 5, 20241h 42m

Ep 215TC 2000 - B/Action

E

Billy Blanks and Bolo Yeung in an apocalyptic, dystopian future? Sign us the hell up! Anna and Hanna of the Cinema Slab Podcast use their Chi to help us break down the 1993 Action Sci-Fi film TC 2000! In a future destroyed by pollution the rich thrive underground while the poor fight to survive on the surface. What happens when webs of deception and evil schemes lead them all to a final all out war?! The only thing crazier than the badass fights and stunts is Billy Blanks’ haircut!

Nov 2, 20241h 42m

Ep 214Candyman - Horror

E

Have the words "bad boy" ever been associated with the name Ted Raimi? The answer is yes. Tune in to hear that and more on our last Halloween movie of 2024, Candyman.

Oct 29, 20241h 56m

Ep 213Army of Darkness - Horror

E

Despite Pete and Troy's "sometimes, dead is better," watching, Nate insisted he try the necronomicon to resurrect Charlie. Did it work? Is the show better without Charlie? If a ghost boos in the forest, is anyone really scared? These questions and more might be answered in this exciting new episode....Hail to the King Baby!!!!

Oct 22, 20241h 54m

Ep 212Raw Force - B/Action

E

Zombies, martial arts, BEWBS, and maybe Hitler? That's one heck of a combination! 1982's Raw Force is a movie trope salad but is it all Dustin has hyped it up to be?! This episode gets out of hand FAST, but we do our best to stick the landing! Join the B.A.M.s as we dig out and polish the best Jade bits for a hilarious and extra spicy episode!!! Remember...Don't Just Watch Action, B Action!!!!!!!!

Oct 18, 20241h 21m

Ep 211Casper - Kid Friendly Horror

E

Nate brought back the Kid Friendly episode this week for our Month of Horror and the guys were joined by ladies from Cinema Slab to cover Casper. But that's not all this episode has in store...get ready for terrifying hosting, trains completely off the rail, spirit summoning and.....farts?! RIP Charlie. It was a good run while you were with us. Wait? You haven't heard? You better listen.

Oct 15, 20241h 47m

E

Five. Five technical difficulties is a record for an episode. Why were there so many technical difficulties? Sorry. No spoilers. Download this show now. There are at least Two Big reasons.....

Ep 209Dollman Double Feature - B/Action

E

He may be tiny but he's got a big…gun. It's B-ACTION’s first Double Feature! 1991’s Dollman and 1993’s Dollman vs Demonic Toys brings us the Full Moon treatment and a special guest Mikey aka Dollman Jr. (@specter) We go from intergalactic space travel to busting drug dealers and then from hooking up with the world's tiniest hottie to blasting possessed toys! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?! Don't just watch Action, B Action!!!

Oct 4, 20241h 37m

Ep 208Lost Boys - Horror

E

There are movies that can shape a childhood if you catch them at the right time, case in point, The Lost Boys. As young men who walked to the beat of their own drum, this film spoke to Nate and Pete on a deep level and was absorbed into their souls as a critical memory. Charlie on the other hand, saw this in his twenties and while he still likes the film, it just doesn't have the same impact that Nate and Pete experienced. Our conversation is a fascinating study of how film affects a viewer differently at different stages of your life.

Oct 1, 20241h 55m

Ep 207Vikings - Action

E

Charlie and Pete gush over the old school action / adventure picture The Vikings starring Hollywood royalty Kirk Douglas, Tony Curtis, Ernest Borgnine and Janet Leigh. The film is a bad ass swashbuckling good time unless you're Nate. Don't be like Nate. Go watch this film. It's peak Golden Era of Hollywood!!!!

Sep 24, 20241h 34m

Ep 206LionHeart - B/Action

E

It’s JCVD at his best! Underground street fights! Peak 90’s fashion! The most adorable Little Orphan Annie performance! If you put your whole bet on any movie other than 1990’s Lionheart, well…“wrong bet”. Official JoeyC joins the B Action Boys to talk about wild fight scenes, surprisingly heartwarming moments and, uh, pent up sexual tension?! Don't just watch Action, B Action!!!

Sep 20, 20241h 24m

Ep 205The Wicker Man - Horror

E

Charlie hates musicals. This much we know. Is The Wicker Man a musical? No. Is there a lot of singing in The Wicker Man? Absolutely. Are there a lot of bare boobs in The Wicker Man. You're damn right there is. Is Pete in trouble again for another questionable selection. Sort of. He's damn lucky Anna from Cinema Slab was there to support his claim that this is a horror classic.

Sep 17, 20241h 52m

Ep 204Nates Birthday Double Feature Extravaganza - Action

E

Nate's final birthday pick was a bit of a head scratcher that turned into a giggle fest. Nate tossed a double feature at us and after the Feast debacle Charlie and Pete were not looking forward to this show. Turns out Nate picked a couple of unknown bangers...well...at least that's what Charlie and Nate thought. No joke, this show is 90% giggles and 10% trying to explain WTH is going on. I dare you not to laugh.

Sep 10, 20241h 53m

Ep 203Assault on Devils Island - B/Action
