Scott McQuaid is an all-around film and theatre geek who was captivated by movies and so he taught himself acting and making films on his own. KL is planning to set up a night track around the city centre for mat rempit to race, where several roads would be closed to traffic for a few hours to enable cyclists to ride on it.
