S3 Ep 60ECP060 Learning from Strictly - don't underestimate the medium term
As September dawns, it marks a significant juncture in our annual journey. For many, it signals the return to familiar routines - students head back to school, and governments reconvene after their summer recess. More broadly, it signifies the commencement of the year’s final leg. As we embark on the final third of the year, we find ourselves at a prime juncture to set our intentions and establish goals for the jfour months ahead. A great deal can be accomplished with thoughtful consideration in this timeframe. However, a hasty approach may lead to an initial burst of activity followed by disillusionment due to impractical expectations. It's crucial not to underestimate what can be achieved in the medium to long term, even if it means foregoing short-term idealism. In this episode of the Effective Challenge Podcast I take a look at some lesson we can draw from the BBC show, 'Strictly Come Dancing' In tandem with September's arrival, millions eagerly anticipate the return of the BBC series. This event elicits excitement and joy in some, while others greet it with a familiar sigh. 'Strictly' extends its vibrant spectacle until the holiday season, serving as a shining example of what can be achieved in the year's concluding phase. For the uninitiated, 'Strictly Come Dancing' is a beloved British television dance competition that pairs celebrities with seasoned professional dancers, challenging them to perform a variety of dance styles with the aim of clinching the coveted glitterball trophy. Weekly, their performances are assessed by a panel of experts and determined by viewer votes, culminating in the elimination of the lowest-scoring contestant. In the U.S., the show is known as 'Dancing with the Stars.' In pondering the final third of 2023, what insights might we glean from prior seasons of 'Strictly'? The podcast looks at five lessons: 1. You need clarity and focus to achieve what you want 3. 3. You can’t achieve things alone 4. Managing to do things when it gets uncomfortable 5. It’s possible to challenge and change perceptions 6. Who knows what the next four months could be a springboard to Link to the Rose Ayling Ellis dance discussed in the podcast that so powerfully demonstrates the impact she had on millions of people as part of her competition-winning dance routine as a deaf person https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QejOzrlovTQ If you have comments, questions or observations please drop me a mail - [email protected] or connect on social media Instagram https://www.instagram.com/damian_effective_challenge/ and LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/damian-piper/

S3 Ep 50ECP050 We suffer more in our imaginations than in reality
Welcome back to another episode of the Effective Challenge Podcast. In this week's episode, we're shifting gears and focusing on the management of our healthy minds. If you are concerned about your mental health, seeking support from medical professionals or mental health charities such as Mind is important. They are there to help. The topic we'll be exploring is something that frequently arises in coaching conversations and even in my own head when dealing with various situations. Despite the recent attention it has garnered in the last few years, it's not a new concept. In fact, one of the Stoics, Seneca, was discussing this very issue over 2,000 years ago. He famously stated, "We suffer more in our imaginations than in reality." Have you ever been caught up in worry and fear about events that haven't even happened or might never happen? If so, you're not alone. Our minds have an incredible ability to create vivid scenarios, often fixating on the worst possible outcomes. For some, this imaginative process can become a mental prison of suffering based on imagined futures that are unlikely or less dire than we perceive. It's important to note that some level of scenario planning is healthy and beneficial. It allows us to prepare and plan for various situations. However, there are times when this tips into the unhelpful category, and that doesn't mean there's something wrong with us. On the contrary, it's a sign of a healthy mind designed to protect us. What's crucial is learning how to manage it effectively. Interestingly, when we reflect on our experiences, we often realise that they aren't as terrible as we imagined. Our minds tend to exaggerate the negatives and downplay the positives. This raises an important question: Why do we allow our imagination to dominate our thoughts and emotions, leading to unnecessary suffering? And, more importantly, how can we break free from this self-imposed mental prison? We must acknowledge that we can't control our thoughts entirely to manage them better. However, with practice and the right tools, we can improve our management of them. Our internal wiring and systems make complete control an illusion. An approach I use for myself and others is the Intensive Care Unit for our minds—a personal ICU. It consists of three key elements: interrupt, challenge, and understand. In the episode, we’ll unpack each element and see how they can serve you and your situations. If you have any comments, questions or observations, please drop me a line – [email protected]

S3 Ep 49ECP049 Things we take for granted - covid one year on

S3 Ep 47ECP047 How are you feeling? Beyond busy...
In this shorter episode, I look at the overuse of the word busy as a descriptor for how we are doing. The podcast provides two approaches to consider. Encouraging to ask a follow-up question if somebody else gives you a bland 'busy' answer to the question - how are you doing? Encouraging ourselves when we are busy to check we are doing the basic things to keep ourselves at our best. If you haven't subscribed to the podcast, please do and if you know someone who might benefit from the content please share.

S3 Ep 46ECP046 Redefine more is more
This week's episode explores redefining "more is more." While we're familiar with the concept of "less is more," achieving more by doing less, it's important to identify higher-value activities and prioritize them. However, The allure of "more" is where we often find ourselves, influenced by cultural and psychological factors such as the busy trap, blurred work boundaries, and the impact of consumerism and social media. Surprisingly, having too many options can lead to decision fatigue, dissatisfaction, and anxiety, as we constantly wonder if there's a better choice. It can be similar when working longer hours to ‘keep up’ leading to poor decisions, a loss of perspective and memory impairment. One contributing factor to pursuing "more" is the quest for fulfilment, rooted in our primal needs for safety, food, and shelter. Our bodies produce chemicals like dopamine that drive this pursuit, but in modern times we can find that we are pursuing material possessions and external achievements which unmanaged can become addictive and overshadow our true fulfilment. To shift the balance of "more," we encourage listeners to consider a more balanced approach by considering their physical and mental well-being, investing in activities aligned with their values, and nurturing meaningful relationships. And not forgetting that gratitude for what we already have is key to finding joy and fulfilment. While there are times when going the extra mile is necessary, it's crucial to be aware of how our default behaviours can hinder our actual desired outcomes. Redefining success will likely result in achieving most of what we want while experiencing more happiness along the way, recognizing that the things we don't achieve are unlikely to outweigh the cost of happiness.

S3 Ep 45ECP045 - triangle of change - are you ready
Welcome to the latest episode of the Effective Challenge podcast. In today's discussion, we delve into a valuable approach designed to assess our readiness for change. This approach, developed by renowned psychiatrist Dr. Steve Peters, whom many of our listeners may recognise from his book, "The Chimp Paradox," is known as the Triangle of Change. The Triangle of Change encompasses three essential elements: Suffering & Reward, Psychologically Mindedness, and Commitment. We gain practical insights into assessing our preparedness for personal change by exploring these aspects. If you find yourself seeking personal growth and are eager to evaluate your readiness for change, this podcast episode is tailored precisely for you. Join me as we navigate the Triangle of Change, offering you a practical framework to gauge your current position and pave the way for a successful journey of self-improvement. S3 Ep 44ECP044 - Setting up for success - great the enemy of the great?
Welcome to the podcast, where I take inspiration from the Giro D’Italia, the first cycling grand tour of the year that tests physical and mental endurance. In this episode, I talk about how the Giro is more than just a race, it offers us a powerful metaphor for life itself. Each stage presents its own unique challenges, from unexpected obstacles and disruptions to moments of triumph and defeat. And in these challenges, we can find valuable lessons that apply to our own lives. For instance, Stage 6 felt like an example of the great being the enemy of the good. Two riders having been away in a break for over 70KM sacrificed coming either first or second by not working together in the final few 100 meters and ended up coming 88th and 89th as a result. That phrase got me thinking, are there occasions when it’s more like the great being the enemy of the great? In this episode, I explore how the pursuit of greatness can sometimes be counterproductive and even harmful. I’ll discuss how perfectionism can lead to non-action, and how our idealized version of great can be demotivating. I’ll also talk about how the pursuit of greatness can lead to overwork and burnout, neglecting our health, relationships, and other important areas of our lives. To avoid falling into the greatness trap, I’ll suggest setting better goals, the importance of self-compassion and learning from setbacks. I’ll share ways to prioritize self-care, such as setting boundaries, getting enough sleep, eating and drinking well, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation. It's also worth remembering that defining your version of greatness can be way more empowering than the more common view of external accolades determined by others. #success #giro #perfectionism #selfcare #procratination #emotionalintelligence

We'll explore the negative effects of displaced emotions and the warning signs to keep an eye out for. Additionally, we'll explore strategies for managing emotions, including identifying and labelling them, changing our perspective, and finding healthy outlets for expressing our emotions more effectively. This topic is essential for enhancing our emotional intelligence and improving our overall health by enabling us to manage better the situations we face. Furthermore, away from the exam hall, developing emotional intelligence is a crucial life skill that can be applied to all areas of our lives. By tuning into this podcast, you're investing in yourself and your well-being.

In this week's episode, we delve back into the fascinating topic of managing our thoughts and emotions. During a recent conversation, I encountered someone who was amused by their own anxiety over a situation that ultimately didn't come to fruition. It got me thinking about how our minds can sometimes lead us astray, conjuring up unnecessary worries and obstacles that hinder our growth and progress. In this episode, we explore the root causes of these unhelpful patterns of thinking, and I share a practical approach for managing them. By categorising our negative thoughts, we can help unlock our true potential and achieve better results in all areas of our lives. Welcome to the latest episode of the Effective Challenge Podcast, where I delve into the popular topic of productivity. In this episode, I'll be sharing my experience with David Allen's deceptive, yet for many people, game-changing 2-minute rule, as outlined in his book, Getting Things Done. S3 Ep 39ECP039 - Strategic Execution - the importance of patience
ECP039 - Strategic Execution - the importance of patience Welcome to this week's episode, where we'll discuss the crucial role of patience in strategic execution. We all know how frustrating it can be when a well-crafted strategy fails to produce the desired results, and we're left wondering whether we should abandon it altogether. However, often, the key to success lies not in scrapping the strategy altogether but in exercising patience and adapting our approach based on the results we are seeing. During this episode, we'll delve into the dictionary definition of patience and explore why it can be so challenging to practice it consistently. To illustrate this point, we'll draw on a powerful example from the world of women's professional cycling, where perseverance over many years has unlocked success for the sport. Finally, I’ll outline a three-stage framework for thinking about executing strategies that can be applied at an individual, team, or organisational level. I’ll also invite you to share your own experiences of when strategic patience has paid off or when it was necessary to pivot away from a failing strategy. So, get ready to deepen your understanding of the critical role that patience plays in strategic execution and gain practical insights into how you can apply this knowledge to your own life and work. S3 Ep 38ECP038 - Personal Accountability - the man in the mirror
Welcome to this week's episode, where we delve into the important topic of Personal Accountability. In a slight departure from our usual format, I share a poem that I read a long time ago and how it resonates with me to this day. The poem is called "The Man in the Mirror" by Dale Wimbrow. Throughout the episode, we explore various themes, including the influence of other people, personal integrity, personal accountability, values, beliefs, and the pursuit of 'things' at the expense of our medium to long-term happiness. We also discuss the importance of defining your own version of success, as well as the potential pitfalls of relentlessly pursuing external success at all costs. To illustrate this point, we use the example of Lance Armstrong and the impact that the pursuit of external success can have on both the individual and those around them. So join us as we reflect on the importance of personal accountability and the role it plays in our lives. Whether you're looking to make a change or simply gain a new perspective, this episode is not to be missed. In this week's episode, we delve into an important but often overlooked aspect of productivity: the damaging effects of self-criticism. Throughout the episode, we explore the following topics: The origins of the pressure to be productive and how it has evolved over time, particularly in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. S3 Ep 36ECP036 - Other Peoples Opinions
In this week's episode, I delve into the important and unavoidable topic of "other people's opinions". I start by examining three general considerations associated with opinions and then move on to explore three positive characteristics, three potential downsides, and three ways to use the opinions you receive. Opinions are ubiquitous and shaped by our upbringing, life experiences, and environment. We tend to share them when prompted and sometimes even when we aren’t. While opinions can be valuable, they can also have a less helpful side. Therefore, it's crucial to have a personal approach to managing this potentially important or damaging input. If you're unsure how to make the most of different perspectives, handle bias, or learn to trust yourself when it comes to opinions, this episode is a must-listen. If you have any questions, thoughts or observations, please leave a message or drop me an email [email protected] Please subscribe, share or review the podcast it really helps when you do.

I then consider what it means to progress and provide three areas to consider, our behaviours, skills and knowledge. ECP034 - Halting that negative imagination
ECP034 – Halting that negative imagination In this episode of the Effective Challenge Podcast, I’ll explore the power of imagination and its impact on our lives. Specifically, I’ll discuss the value of positive versus negative imagination and how each can affect our responses to the world around us. As human beings, we have the unique ability to imagine both positive and negative situations. While negative imagination can help us prepare for potential dangers and manage risks, it can also lead to anxiety, stress, and pessimism. Which, for many people, leads us to fall short of all that we could achieve. On the other hand, positive imagination can inspire hope, optimism, and creativity and even help us manifest our dreams and goals. In this episode, I’m responding to a question a llistener asked after hearing last week's episode – making difficult decisions. I’ll share some of my own experiences of a tendency to focus on risks at the expense of more positive thinking; I also discuss approaches I’ve been using with myself and others over the years to manage my imagination more effectively. As always, I’m interested in any thoughts, questions or observations you may have. Share a comment or if you’d prefer, connect with me on LinkedIn or drop me an email – [email protected] I’d be grateful if you have got value from the podcast if you could subscribe or share the podcast with others. It means a lot and helps with the positive impact the podcast can have.

S3 Ep 33ECP033 - Making difficult decisions
Every day we make decisions that have the potential to change the course of our lives. But we rarely stop and think about how to get better at making these decisions. This is a topic of interest based on the messages I received from episode 31 of the Effective Challenge podcast Valuing Decisions. And that's not surprising given the impact decisions have on our productivity, effectiveness and happiness. In this episode, I discuss ten questions to help improve the quality of your decision-making. Will I regret not starting in 12 months? What is the risk of doing nothing? Will I regret this on my deathbed? How certain do I need to be? What would my Virtual Master mind group advise? What if I viewed this as an experiment? Does this energise or drain me? Will this make me proud? Is this the sort of person I want to be? What are my stop criteria? If you have any comments, observations or questions, please drop me a message : [email protected] Please subscribe and share the podcast if there are others you think could benefit from the content. It really would be appreciated.

S3 Ep 32ECP032 Developing Emotional Intelligence - Anger is a volatile fuel
ECP032 Anger is a volatile fuel In this episode, I explore an important subject of Emotional Intelligence. I look at the topic of anger following something I'd read from one of the Stoics. The podcast explores two questions: What might the issues be with operating from a place of anger? What are things we might be able to do to help manage and sometimes avoid anger altogether? Please contact me with any thoughts, comments or observations. [email protected] or connect on LinkedIn, where I am most active.

S3 Ep 31ECP031 Valuing Decisions - the importance of understanding our values in the decision we make.
ECP 031 – Valuing Decisions In this episode, I look at the importance of values and having a bigger-picture framework to help make decisions. Given the high volume of decisions we make in any one day, having an approach to help us can lead to improved productivity and results. Which ultimately enhances our health and happiness. The cast also gives an overview of the Stanford University Decision Quality framework. Stanford has been researching decisions since the 1960s and, as a result, has a substantial body of academic research that underpins its work. If you are someone who has never really thought about your values, then this free template could help you step back and consider which values are most important to you. S3 Ep 30ECP 030 Its been a while
Welcome back. This is the first Effective Challenge Podcast since March 2020. In this short episode, I talk about the reasons why there has been such a gap since episode 029. I also ask listeners to consider the impact of the stories they might be telling themselves and do they help or hinder.

S2 Ep 29ECP 029 Responding to disrupted plans
In this weeks episode, I give a reminder of the PRIME model which I've referenced on the podcast previously. The PRIME model provides a basis to consider our personal foundations. These feel more important than ever given the challenges of the Coronavirus which is impacting the UK and beyond. I then go on to talk about an approach which can help you respond to situations when our plans change. I use my own plan to ride the 2020 Tour of Flanders (Project Ronde) which understandably got cancelled as a basis to demonstrate the approach being used. These are unprecedented times. The importance of looking after ourselves has never been more important. If you feel someone you know might benefit from the content of this podcast please share it with them. I'd be really grateful. Please drop me a line to [email protected] if you have any thoughts, questions or observations.

S2 Ep 28ECP 028 How does your environment shape what you do?
ECP 028 How does your environment shape what you do? In this episode, I take a look at Rangan Chatterjee's interview with John McAvoy. John's McAvoy transformed his life from convicted armed robber to elite Nike sponsored athlete. I consider what lessons we can extract from his experiences. I personally took so much away from this interview. I've pulled out five areas to share: · When our environment is all-consuming it's hard to see let alone question anything different. · Different role models create a different impact. · There can be a real benefit in not having benchmarks. · Applying talents to different things can generate very different results. · Judge people cautiously I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback - [email protected] Please share the podcast with friends, colleagues and family. I'd love to continue increasing its impact in 2020. Many thanks in advance.

S2 Ep 27ECP 027 O to the Q - Promoted from Within
ECP 027 O to the Q - Promoted from Within In this episode, I respond to a question from a listener who has been promoted from within a team and is concerned about the impact this could have on her relationship with her colleagues. In addition, I respond to a question about last weeks episode relating to breathing to help become more present. The Box Breathing technique is recommended as one of a number of different approaches to help generally calm unhelpful thinking down. Here's a link to a youTube video to help facilitate your own Box Breathing exploration. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FJJazKtH_9I&t=51s As always I'm interested in any thoughts or comments you may have about the episode, please drop me a line to [email protected] If you know someone who you think could benefit from the podcast then please share it with them. Many thanks in advance.

S2 Ep 26ECP 026 Getting in your own way
In this episode, I discuss the habit we can get into where we construct a mental bridge between where we are today to a place in the future I call FUDLand. FUDLand is a place of fear, uncertainty and doubt. There are some unhelpful consequences of this type of thinking. I also consider some alternative ideas about how you might shift your thinking to become more present. Please let me know your thoughts and feedback - [email protected] Please share as I'd love to increase the reach of the podcast. Who do you know who might benefit from this episode?

S2 Ep 25ECP 025 Clumsy or knocked something over
In this episode, I consider the impact the stories we tell ourselves can have on our actual behaviour. Based on a real-life experience I witnessed in a coffee shop and the reaction someone had to spilling a cup of coffee. I pose the question to consider what stories you are telling yourself and if they are helping or hindering. Any comments or observations please drop me a line to [email protected] I'm really keen to increase the impact of the Effective Challenge Podcast so I'd be really grateful if you could share or review it. Many thanks in advance.

S2 Ep 25ECP 024 Questioning quotes - no good or bad
Questioning Quotes - in this episode, I discuss a William Shakespear quote "there is no go or bad, only our minds make it so". I consider what could have been behind the quote and how it might apply to our everyday lives. I also observe the connection with many of the things we talk about today in the context of mental health. I'd be really interested in hearing which quotes inspire you, particularly if they are from way back yet feel really relevant to life in 2020. Please drop me a line to [email protected] I'd really like to increase the impact of the podcast in 2020. Please share with someone you know who is looking to improve their performance and results.

S2 Ep 23ECP 023 Don't overlook the youth
ECP 023 Don't overlook the youth Something a bit different in this episode. I have a special guest to talk with. Amelie, my daughter. We discuss: Tech Cooking Techniques for learning The art of influence and persuasion As always the cast draws out some practical things we can do to work on our own performance. Amelie will definitely be back for future episodes. I'm keen to increase the impact of the Effective Challenge podcast so please share with at least one person who may find the content useful or could do with something a little lighter in their podcast feed. Please share any comments and or observations with [email protected]

S2 Ep 22ECP 022 Mind Weeding
ECP 022 Mind Weeding In this episode, I consider how much our minds need weeding so we can grow and bloom just like our gardens. Often peoples minds are filled with thoughts that just are not helpful. I discuss the benefits of considering three questions which can help: Do I want this thought? How is this thought serving or hindering me? What will I do as a result of this thought? As always there is plenty of practical things to start exploring straight away. If you have any questions or observations as a result of the cast please drop me a line [email protected] If you think other people you know might benefit from this content it'd be great if you could share. Also, if you are so inclined please leave a review on your podcast provider. I'd really like to increase the reach and impact of the podcast in 2020 so your help really is appreciated.

S2 Ep 1ECP 021 2020 some housekeeping
ECP 021 2020 some housekeeping The ECP Podcast has taken a break for the first part of 2020. This new series (or season depending on which you prefer) kicks off with a few messages about things that are planned for the podcast in 2020. Different episodes will have different bitesize features. This will include: Q&A - where I'll answer questions that people ask me that are likely to be of benefit to others. Quote Thoughts - where I look at wise words from others and give my take on what I think the quotes are aiming at. Team Talk - where I'll come up with topics teams can use at their meetings to raise awareness of different performance approaches. Media Corner - where I'll consider different performance-related books, podcasts and talks. Of course, the Podcast will still continue to have the more in-depth look at particular subjects. And a common theme throughout any podcast will be what people can practically do to make use of the content discussed. As always It'd be great to hear your thoughts and feedback. Of course keep your questions coming - I'll need them for the Q&A cast - [email protected]. Please share the podcast with people you feel would benefit from the content and if you are so inclined, head over to your podcast provider of choice and leave a review (particularly those 5 * ones...).

S1 Ep 20ECP 020 Unwrapping Wellbeing
As the days tick by in December, we edge closer to Christmas and the holiday season. A time to kick back, probably eat and drink a little too much, laugh with family and friends and perhaps reflect a little on 2019. At least that’s the idea. The reality is very often different. In preparing for a merry Christmas many people will put more thought into what crackers to buy than their own wellbeing. So, with that in mind, grab a mulled wine, mince pie and some space to listen to ideas wrapped up in wellbeing gift. In this case, the gift stands for: Gratitude Innovation Forward Thinking Time I'm always interested in any comments or feedback from this or any other of the Effective Challenge Podcasts. Please share with others who you think may benefit for the content and of course please subscribe so you don't miss future episodes.

S1 Ep 19ECP 019 Agile or anarchy - you decide
In this edition of the Effective Challenge podcast, I discuss some of my observations about delivering in an agile environment. Topics include: Providing the bigger picture clarity Keeping things simple Keeping people in synch You do have plans Feedback as a way of working Recognition of the wider delivery environment Without due consideration of these six areas, it's easy to quickly find the promise of delivering in more agile ways quickly turns to anarchy. I'm really interested in your thoughts on this subject and any feedback you may have about the podcast. Please drop me a line to [email protected]. Please subscribe to the podcast and share it with people who you believe may benefit from its content.

S1 Ep 18ECP 018 Making work more obvious
In this episode, I discuss the growing need to dedicate time and effort to define the work that needs to be done in order to reach an objective. In fact, defining the work is actually work in its own right. I look at this topic from three angles: Defining the Macro The value of a weekly review and plan session Creating daily focus. I make reference in the episode to a Bill Gates documentary Inside Bill's Brain. It's available on Netflix. Here's a link to a trailer. I'm interested in your feedback and observations please drop me a line to [email protected] Please subscribe to the podcast through your usual channel and if you think others might benefit from the content, I'd be really grateful if you could share it with them.

S1 Ep 17ECP 017 Innovation - two wrongs can make a right
In this episode, I discuss the topic of innovation. I've worked in and with teams looking to innovate and have made a number of observations about what can work best when it comes to innovation. I discuss seven in this cast. They are: Clarity of objective. Build trust and openness in the team. It's a mindset not an event. Move quickly from theory to practice. Plan do review approach. Think about who you recruit. Alignment of reward systems As always I'm interestest in any thoughts and observations you have about this topic. I'd also be super appreciative if you've found this of benefit if you'd pass it on to someone else you think might appreciate the content. And if I'm pushing my luck a 5* review always goes down well.

S1 Ep 16ECP 016 Are you too fancy?
In this episode, I discuss the tendency some people and teams have to become too fancy about the approach they use to achieve a goal. The approach can get in the way of the progress they want to make often as a result of: Becoming too complex Getting lost in the approach Failing to bring people with them Struggling to prioritise and make decisions I talk about four things you can do to help support yourself when thinking about the approach: Clarity of objective, understanding of the start point, and specific on what next. Working out the basics and do them brilliantly Importance of MI - what questions are you looking to satisfy. When it comes to MI, because you can doesn’t mean you should Start the approach small then, potentially expand As always I'm interested in any comments you have - please drop me a line to [email protected] If you have found this useful and can think of someone else who might appreciate it, I'd be really grateful if you could share with them.

S1 Ep 15ECP 015 BEST Time Choices
This is the final of a four-part series which has been considering the Effective Challenge BEST model. This episode focuses on the choices we make around how we use our time. Among other things, I discuss the potential downsides of finding yourself operating from a 'latest and loudest' mode, consideration that we need clarity and principles as opposed to the latest gizmo or tactic and finally how Stephen Covey's habits can help. I'm interested in any thoughts or comments you may have about this cast, please drop me a line to [email protected]
