Dogman Encounters Radio

Just after his birthday, on March 27th, earlier this year, tonight’s guest, William, was working as a security guard, patrolling outside of a huge building, in North Carolina, when he had a Dogman encounter. His job required him to patrol the building every hour, to verify that there were no security threats inside. Every 2 hours, he was required to patrol the outside of the building. The 1st 3 times William patrolled the outside of the building that night, everything went fine. He didn’t find anything out of the ordinary. Tonight's guest, Shadoe Harshaw, might only be 25 years old, but the man knows his way around the woods. Ever since he was a toddler, he's spent as much time as possible in the woods. All of that experience in the woods prepared him for a lot of things. What it didn't prepare him for, though, was encountering something that looked like a Werewolf. Shadoe's friend had an even more intense encounter than Shadoe had. He was sitting in a deer stand, one day, when a Dogman crawled into the stand with him and the next thing he knew, it was right in front of him, pushing down on his knees, looking him in the eye! Tonight’s guest, Jack Quinn, used to spend a lot of time at his friend’s cabin, in rural Ohio. Sometimes, after he’d get off work, he’d drive out to the cabin and arrive between 9 and 11 PM. After arriving there, his friend, who was an Army Ranger, would make dinner for the two of them and then select a Werewolf movie or scary Bigfoot movie for the two of them to watch. By the time they had eaten dinner and watched the movie, it would normally be close to 1 AM. With the details of the movie still fresh in their heads, they’d get into a golf cart and drive deep into the huge woods that surrounded his friend’s cabin, for an adrenaline rush. They’d been doing that routine for quite some time when one night, they started noticing shadowy figures dashing from tree to tree, in the distance. They thought it must have been some of the Grassmen that they knew were in the area, but they came to realize that they weren’t Grassmen. They were Dogmen. That marked their first experience of many they were yet to have with Dogmen, in the area around the cabin and in the cabin. The scariest Dogman encounter Jack had there was one he had while he was inside the cabin. It frightened him so much, he hasn’t gone back to the cabin since he had that encounter. When you hear him tell you what happened, you’ll understand why he hasn’t gone back. Tonight's guest, Joe, has always loved being in the woods. He grew up in the country and has always preferred being alone to being in the company of others. Naturally, when he bought a 1-acre property, in rural Louisiana, complete with a creek and big woods right behind his home, he expected to have quite a bit of time to himself. Unfortunately, though, he found out that he had a visitor that was going to visit his property anytime it wanted to. When it would come around, it had the bad habit of jiggling doorknobs and looking in windows at people, late at night. What was it that was doing that? In late September, of 2000, tonight’s guest, Chance Neidecker, went on a bow hunt, in Western Arkansas. Like he had done, several times before, he had his uncle drop him off at a creek that lead into Fort Chaffe. A military base, in Arkansas, that's been sitting unused, for years, but was being revamped, at the time. After walking about 2 miles in, Chance found a tree with a big elbow limb, about 10 feet off the ground. Thinking that would be a good place to hunt from, Chance climbed the tree, sat on the elbow limb, and waited. As Chance sat there, he observed all of the common forest animals he’d expect to see, deep in the woods, like that. It was a beautiful day and nothing was out of the ordinary. That is, until what he initially thought was the biggest wolf he’d ever seen stepped out of a nearby cane break and into full view. As he would soon realize, when it stood up, onto its back legs, that was no wolf. It was something else! 4 years later, in November of 2004, Chance was hunting with another family member, close to where he had his 1st encounter, on Fort Chaffe. Chance and that family member were sitting on an observation platform when Chance spotted a large creature, between 200 to 300 meters out, ambling toward the spot where Chance and his dad were sitting. At 1st, he thought it might have been a large bear, but then the memories came rushing back, from his 1st Dogman encounter. Wanting to get a 2nd opinion, he asked his family member to use his scope to check it out. When his family member did, at first, he thought it was a huge wolf. He changed his mind, though, when he saw the creature raise up and stand on its back legs. In 2012, tonight's guest, Lisa, went on a camping trip, with her family and some friends. They went to Cochiti Lake, in New Mexico. Lisa expected to have a great time, but the trip ended up being anything but. That's because a Dogman paid her a visit, late on the 1st night she and her family were there. The Dogman gave her reason to believe that it was going to harm her children and when it did, Lisa did the only thing she could think of to protect them. What did she do? How did things turn out? Tonight’s guest, Robin Haynes McCray, was featured on Episodes 10 and 15 of my new Bigfoot show, titled, “My Bigfoot Sighting” because she’s been interacting with Sasquatch since she was a little girl, growing up in Michigan. She says that Sasquatch have made their presence known to her up until present day, where she now lives, at her house, in the woods. In fact, there’s so much Sasquatch activity, at her property, Igor Burtsev has made multiple visits there, to research them. Sasquatch aren’t the only kind of cryptid that seem to be drawn to her, though. Dogmen seem to be drawn to her too. In fact, not only does she have a resident population of Sasquatch hanging around her property, a population of Dogmen reside there too, including a huge Dogman, named Luicious, that’s apparently made it his mission to keep watch over her property, 24/7, to make sure that there aren’t any problems with order being kept. Be warned; if you have any intentions of trying to sneak onto Robin’s property and cause any problems, law enforcement is the last thing you’re going to need to worry about. You’re gonna be dealing with Luicious. Or should I say, Luicious is gonna be dealing with you! Bremerton, Washington is known for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, which is located there, the Bremerton Annex of Naval Base Kitsap, quiet streets, and being a family-friendly city. Tonight’s guest, Alan, grew up in Meigs County, Ohio, running wild in the woods there, on the land around his dad’s 88-acre farm. After spending so much time in the woods, Alan was convinced that his dad was right, when he told him that there wasn’t anything in those woods that he couldn’t handle. Well, one night, after he became old enough to work, he was heading home, from work, when he found out, the hard way, that there WAS something in the woods, in Meigs County, that he couldn’t handle. Tonight’s guest, “Wolf Queen,” is a Cherokee American Indian who’s family is of the Wolf Clan. Being of the Wolf Clan makes it more likely for her to have encounters with Dogmen, she says. When she was 11, Wolf Queen was reading, in bed, one night, when she heard her great uncle’s cattle making sounds of distress. When she got up and looked out her bedroom window, to her horror, she witnessed something, she’d never seen before, killing her uncle’s 1,600 pound bull. That wasn’t time she’s seen a Dogman, either. Tonight’s guest, Paul Chafin, spent as much time, as possible, in the woods around his home, in Eastern Kentucky, where he grew up, until he had his 1st Dogman encounter, when he was 15. After he had that encounter, Paul wasn’t as interested, as he used to be, in spending time in the woods. Fast forward to today and there’s quite a difference in how he looks at things. In Northeastern Ohio, there’s a place that has a reputation for cryptid sightings. That place is Atwater Township. Atwater Township is in Portage County and is surrounded by miles and miles of woods and swamps. Tonight’s guest, Melanie, grew up in Northeastern Ohio and when she was a kid, she used to spend her days exploring the woods and swamps around her home. After her mom would lace up her tennis shoes and send her out the door, she’d stay out until she had to come home for dinner. Wanting to pass her love of nature on to her grandkids, she used to take them on what she called deer rides, through the country, around dusk. One evening, while taking her granddaughter for a deer ride, they encountered a creature that they didn’t even know existed. On September 12th, of 2019 at 4:55 AM, tonight’s guest, Kevin Tapaha, was walking to work, down a dark road, in Cascade County, Montana. Suddenly, he heard something moving in the gravel, up ahead. He knew that normally, no one would be walking down that dark road but him, at that time of the early morning, so he didn’t think it was a person. The nearest streetlight was a good distance away, so when he was finally able to see movement ahead, it was hard for him to tell what it was. At first, he thought it was a deer and then, moments later, he thought it was a huge dog. Unfortunately, though, it wouldn’t be long before he realized that it wasn’t a huge dog. It was a creature out of his worst nightmares and it wasn’t long, after that, before it focused its full attention on him! Tonight’s guest, Chuy, is a full-time pastor who lives in Twin Falls, Idaho, in an area called The Magic Valley. While the area where he lives is beautiful, a lot of strange, frightening things happen there. Twin Falls lies right next to the rim of a huge, deep canyon and the deepest part of that huge canyon is called Hell’s Canyon. While strange, frightening things happen in the area around Twin Falls, most of the strange activity happens in Hell’s Canyon. Hell’s Canyon is actually where Chuy had his first Dogman encounter. The night he had his encounter, he thought he was in the clear when he made it to his truck and drove out of the canyon. Unfortunately, though, his problems were just starting. One night, when tonight’s guest, Michele, was a kid, growing up in rural Arizona, she was at an outdoor family celebration, with a lot of her Navajo family members. In Ohio, there’s a valley called Sleepy Hollow where locals say a lot of strange things happen. People have reported seeing strange creatures there, as well. The Pocomoke State Forest is 18,000 acres in size and lies on both banks of the Pocomoke River, in Worcester County, Maryland. For a long time, the forest has had a reputation for being haunted. Tonight’s guest, “Brad,” was featured on Episode 268, and in that show, he told us about the Dogman encounter he had in Southern California. If you listened to that show, you might remember how Brad expressed an interest in trying to hunt and kill a Dogman. You also might remember that I attempted to dissuade him from trying to do that. Well, unfortunately, Brad didn’t take my advice and because of that, he had an encounter that, in his words, scared him to death! You see, last August, Brad went out with a Marine named Mark and a man named John, who is a champion match-shooter, specializing in long-distance shooting. Mark had a Dogman encounter of his own before they went on that hunt, so he knew they were real. John was skeptical because he hadn’t seen one. That was all about to change. To make sure they’d be prepared for anything that might happen, or so they thought, they took some formidable firepower with them. It wasn’t long before they found out that they had made several huge mistakes, though. One of those mistakes was thinking that the .416 Rigby they took was going to be able to easily take down an alpha Dogman. Another, even more dangerous, mistake was not considering the fact the alpha might not be alone when they shot him. What happened? Why did a self-described adrenaline junkie, like Brad, become so shaken that he thought he was going to have a heart attack? We hope you’ll tune in and find out. Tonight’s guest, Frank Sobczak was featured on Episodes 253 through 256 of Bigfoot Eyewitness Radio. That’s another show I host, where Bigfoot eyewitnesses come on and talk about their sightings and experiences. Unfortunately, Sasquatch aren’t the only kind of cryptid Frank’s had an encounter with. You see, when he was in his 20’s, he and a friend were hanging out, around 2 abandoned houses. After his friend went home, he decided to go into 1 of those abandoned houses, but that was a decision he came to regret. Happy Halloween, everyone! For this special, Halloween episode of Dogman Encounters, we’re going to do something different. Instead of airing a normal show, tonight’s show isn’t going to be an interview. Instead of interviewing tonight’s guest, I’m just going to air her sharing the details of encounters she and her family members have had on a large property they own. You see, the property where their encounters happened has been owned by her family for 30 to 40 years. They use the land for farming, hunting, and other things. Going way back, family members and friends of her family have reported having encounters with strange creatures there, on that land. Tonight’s guest has worked in law enforcement for years and after having done that, for so long, she says she’s seen just about everything. She also says that she doesn’t frighten easily. Tonight’s guest, Christyne Anne, has had 4 Dogman encounters. The 1st 2 happened when she was growing up, in West Virginia. The last 2 happened after she had grown up and was living in Arizona. The 1st time she saw a Dogman, she thought it was a Werewolf. Later on in her life, after doing a lot of research on Dogmen, however, she realized what it and the other ones she saw really were. If you’re ever in the woods and happen to see a Dogman pup, don’t make the mistake tonight’s guest, Paul, made and approach it! Paul, a new construction builder, from Ontario, Canada, was scoping out a remote, undeveloped land parcel, in the summer of 2018, when he had the misfortune of stumbling upon a Dogman pup. Unfortunately, he made the decision to approach it and that’s when it let out a distress call. When it did that, the fact that Paul had made a potentially life-threatening mistake was made perfectly clear to him. He found out the hard way that the pup wasn’t alone. As Paul says, at that point, things were about to get really bad for him. What’s worse than having an encounter with a bison-sized Dogman? Having an encounter with one that size that’s apoplectic, because it thinks you want to hurt its pup!
