Dogman Encounters Radio

In mid-June, of 2007, tonight’s guest, Ben, went night fishing with his friends, Jay and “D,” where a creek wound through the outskirts of Oswego, Indiana. The place where they decided to fish was secluded and by an abandoned house that had been sitting empty for some time. No one wanted to buy the house due to a murder-suicide incident that had happened there years prior. Unfortunately, a man who lived there had killed his family, in the house, and then taken his own life. Knowing the house’s dark history gave it an extra creepy vibe and understandable so. Ben and his friends had been fishing at that spot numerous times before, both during the day and at night, without incident. That wasn’t going to be the case, this time, though. On the night when Ben’s encounter happened, he and his friends found themselves running as fast as they could, in sheer terror, in an attempt to get away from a Dogman that made its presence known. Ben’s friend, “D,” who was 6’8” tall and almost 400 pounds, was pleading for Ben and Jay, who were faster runners, not to leave him behind with the Dogman, because he couldn’t keep up with them, as they raced to the car. Tonight’s guest, Alex, has been interested in Dogmen for a long time now. The problem is, apparently, Dogmen are interested in him too! And that’s not the kind of attention most people would want. You see, Alex has had 3 Dogman encounters. His first 1 happened when he was just 7 years old, so he had an early start when it comes to interacting with Dogmen. That 1st encounter happened when he was somewhere most kids feel very safe. Unfortunately, the Dogman that paid him a visit that night shattered any sense of safety he had. To this day, he can’t sleep without a light on, and he has a strong aversion to being in the woods after dark. When you’ve had as many Dogman-related experiences as he’s had, however, it’s totally understandable that he’d have those hang-ups. Alex isn’t the only person in his family who’s had experiences with Dogmen, though. His grandmother has had encounters of her own too. Tonight’s guest, Shelley, has had 3 Sasquatch sightings, but only 1 Dogman encounter. If you ask her which type of cryptid she’d pick, if she had to choose between having a Dogman encounter or an encounter with a Sasquatch, she’d tell you that she’d choose a Sasquatch encounter, any day, over having another encounter with a Dogman, because her Dogman encounter scared her to death! Tonight’s guest, David Bunt, is a farmer, in Cheshire, England who takes exception to people saying that Dogmen couldn’t be extant in the U.K. That’s because he’s had multiple encounters with them. While it’s true that he’s had multiple encounters with Dogmen, due to how much trouble he has talking about his encounters, he’s only going to share the details of his 1st encounter, on tonight’s show. Even though Dave was in amazing shape when he had his 1st encounter, he was so terrified, he thought he was going to have a heart attack, when he was trading gazes with that Dogman. Instead of walking away, the best he could do was crawl away. Before he had that 1st encounter, David loved nothing more than going to the most remote areas he could find and camping there. After being so traumatized by his 1st encounter and others he had, after that, remote camping will never be the same for him, unfortunately. Tonight’s guest, Abdullah EL Khatib, is a 1st generation Arab American, who was born in Boston, but when he was 4 years old, his family decided to move to the Middle East. He’s half Palestinian and half Jordanian, so they moved to Jordan. When Abdullah was 10 or 11 years old, he visited his grandfather’s olive farm. His grandfather’s farm was a beautiful place, with a nice home, a swimming pool, and a lot of land. After having dinner, with his family, 1 Friday night, he decided to walk down a hill behind his grandfather’s house to where all of the animals were kept, to look at them. When he started heading back to the house, he heard a deep growling sound that let him know he wasn’t alone. This wasn’t 1 of his grandfather’s animals, however. None of them were over 10 feet tall or walked on 2 legs. This thing WAS that tall and DID walk on 2 legs. When Abdullah 1st saw it, it was at a distance. It was going to get much closer to him, though. Tonight’s guest, Dwayne, has been tramping around in the woods his whole life, so he’s got woods credentials a mile long. After spending so much time in the woods of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, he thought he’d seen every kind of animal that lived there. Well, on November 17th, 2012, he found out how wrong he was about that. You see, Dwayne was deer hunting, in a blind, he had put 25 feet up in a huge pine tree. He had cut off some of its branches, so he’d have a window to look out. He sat in that blind all day, up until around 6 PM, without anything out of the ordinary happening. Around that time, though, Dwayne heard something that sounded like a woman, with a deep voice, let out an extremely loud yell, followed by a deep growl. At 1st, he thought it must have been a really big bear vocalizing because it was hungry. Roughly 1 hour later, Dwayne saw a large figure moving out of the corner of his eye and when he looked to see what it was, he saw what he initially thought was a huge wolf. As soon as he laid eyes on it, the creature tilted its head back and started sniffing the air. Then, to Dwayne's horror, the huge creature looked right at the base of the tree he was in and traced its eyes up the tree until it was looking right at him, through the window he’d cut in the branches. Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, it stood up onto its back legs and started walking towards the tree he was in. When it made it to the base of the tree, it let out the most ungodly yell/howl Dwayne had ever heard in his life. Dwayne had tears in his eyes now and did the only thing he could think of, to try to protect himself. He reached for his rifle...What happened to Dwayne that day has traumatized him so much that he works the 3rd shift, so he can stay awake at night. Tonight’s guest was 10 years old when she had her Dogman encounter. She was laying in her bed by a window that night, at her grandparent’s home, in La Puente, California, at the end of a cul de sac, when it happened. It wasn’t different from any other night until her dog, Bear, woke her up going crazy. After waking up to the commotion Bear was making, she looked around in an attempt to determine why Bear was so upset. It wasn’t long before she realized why he was acting that way. She realized that she had an unwanted visitor, and the visitor was merely inches away from her! She cried out to her mother, but when she did that, the visitor stood up to its full, massive, height. Desperate as she was, she called out to her mom again, and when her mom didn’t come, she hid under her covers, praying it would just leave her alone and go away. Eventually, she got too hot and couldn’t breathe, so she had to come out from under her covers. In 1989, tonight’s guest, Christopher, was working for an outfitter that was based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, that did a lot of canoe trips into the Atchafalaya Basin. The Atchafalaya Basin is the largest wetland and swamp in the United States. It contains the largest contiguous block of forested wetlands in the Lower Mississippi River Valley. Needless to say; there are a lot of areas in the Atchafalaya Basin that people rarely go to. Back then, Christopher’s boss decided that he wanted to get together with a famous, local photographer and teach people how to shoot photography in the wild. They decided to use a place called Belle River as a starting point. On a Monday evening, in late spring of 1989, Christopher, his boss, and the photographer drove about an hour south, from Baton Rouge to the Belle River area and set up camp after getting there. The next day, they got into their canoes and headed into the swamp. After heading about 5 miles into the swamp, they came upon a shell island where they decided to set up a base camp. That evening, at dusk, Christopher was alone, on the island, because the other men had headed deeper into the swamp to look for things to photograph. Christopher was about 5 feet from the water’s edge when suddenly, he saw what he initially took to be a huge dog swimming by, from his left to his right, just 15 feet from shore. It wasn’t long, though, before he’d realize that it wasn’t a dog he was looking at. Tonight’s guest, Steven, lives in a cabin, in Alaska, and has had run-ins with just about every kind of large animal that lives there, including brown bears. Tonight’s guest, Todd, is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. When Todd was growing up, he and his friends used to spend as much time as possible in the woods. His love of the woods ended 1 day, in October, of 1980. He lived across the street from the 24th Armored Division of the Army Reserve. Back then, the Army Reserve’s property wasn’t fenced in, so Todd and his friends used to spend a lot of time exploring the woods over there. 1 day, while looking for a BMX track that he heard about, with his friend, Keith, the 2 of them were stalked by something that Todd describes as looking like something straight out of your worst nightmare. At 1st, Todd and Keith could only hear that something was stalking them. It wasn’t long after that, though, when what was stalking them grew tired of hiding. Tonight’s guest, John, had a traumatic Dogman encounter, in Peru, Indiana, in July of 1990. Luckily, he wasn’t alone when he had his encounter. Well, at least, he wasn’t alone at 1st. You see, John was camping, with his friends, by the Wabash River when it happened. When the Dogman walked into their campsite that night, though, John’s friends ran, leaving him there, all alone, by the fire, with the Dogman. I originally planned to include tonight's guest's encounters in last week's show, but I didn't have it ready in time to do that, so I'm going to air his recording on tonight's show instead.Everyone who knows anything about Dogmen will tell you to never try running from a Dogman, for obvious reasons. What do you do, though, if you let your impulses get the better of you and you do run, but things don’t work out the way you’d hoped they would? Well, that’s exactly what happened to Jimmy, 1 night, and he’s going to tell you all about how that played out. That isn’t the only Dogman encounter Jimmy’s had, though. Another time, he saw 1 that was 11 to 12 feet tall. He’s going to talk about that experience too, and we hope you’ll tune in and listen to him do that. It’s hard to believe that tonight marks the 400th episode of Dogman Encounters. It seems like just yesterday when I was prepping Episode 1 to air, on August 22nd, of 2015. Due to tonight’s show being the 400th episode, it’s going to have a different format than most episodes. Tonight’s guest, Kim, had her Dogman encounter almost 50 years ago. Back then, Kim was riding around on backroads, with her boyfriend, in his truck 1 night, in an area of Wyandotte County, Kansas that had an ominous reputation. It was believed that a lot of satanic rituals had been performed in the caves that are in that area. A lot of the strange happenings in that area were blamed on those rituals being performed there and it was also believed, by locals, that the devil was stalking the area. Well, the night when Kim had her encounter, she initially thought she was staring at the devil himself. Moments later, she realized that it wasn’t the devil, but was what she encountered any better to have an encounter with? On last Friday night’s show, Robin talked about a lot of the things that have been happening at her home, in rural Montana, with the Dogmen that live there. On that show, she talked about the Dogmen there that look like huge timberwolves, and she talked about the Dogman that does not. If you listened to Episodes 139, 280, and/or 281, you heard "Robin" talk about the experiences she's had, with Dogmen on her property, in Montana, over the years. Well, since Episode 281 aired, she's had several new experiences with them. There's a twist, though. You see, a Dogman that looks and acts differently from the other Dogmen has taken up residence on and around her property. She's deathly afraid of it too. Whereas Robin describes the other Dogmen as looking like huge timberwolves, she says this latest Dogman looks like something straight out of your worst nightmare. While the other Dogmen she's seen, around her property look like they have fur coats, the Dogman she's so terrified of has what looks like shaggy hair all over its body. In New York State’s Finger Lakes region, Route 89 runs north, out of Ithaca, up to Lake Ontario. Route 89 doesn’t look any different than any of the other state routes, in New York State, but it has a dark secret. You see, Route 89 has a history of Dogman encounters. Late 1 night, tonight’s guest, Judy, was driving home from Cornell University’s emergency veterinary clinic, with her neighbor and her neighbor’s dog. They had just rounded a corner, in Judy’s Ford Edge, when all of a sudden, up ahead, Judy saw a dark figure start to cross the road. At 1st, she thought it was a large, wounded dog, due to its strange movements. It wouldn't be long, though, before she realized that was no dog. Tonight's guest, Bryan Blake, lives in South Mississippi and has had 2 Dogman encounters. He’s also had multiple Bigfoot Encounters. The day that 1st encounter happened, Bryan was alone, or so he thought. You see, he was riding around the farm that day, on a quad, checking on the fences and cows. He’d been riding for a while and hadn’t seen anything out of the ordinary, when all of a sudden, he saw a bald-faced calf that was acting strange as if something had caught its attention. At 1st, he couldn’t figure out why the calf was acting the way it was. It wouldn’t be long, though, before it became crystal clear to him what had caught the calf’s attention. The Dogman Bryan saw that day had a fair amount of size to it, but it wasn’t huge. The Dogman he saw when he had his 2nd encounter definitely was a huge specimen. It was so big, Bryan says its torso was a good 6 feet long! He also says that its arms were 5 feet long and very bulky-looking. He couldn’t tell, for sure, how tall it was. He wouldn’t be surprised if it was 10 to 12 feet tall, though! For example, Oak Park, Michigan is a city that shares its southern border with the City of Detroit. Tonight’s guest, John, lives on a farm, in North Texas, that his family has owned for over 150 years. Recently, John saw a creature on his property that, at 1st glance, he thought was a jet-black, oversized coyote. After sizing it up, though, he could tell that it was way too big to be a coyote. It was too big to even be a wolf. Not only was it too big to be a wolf, wolves don’t stand up erect, on their back legs. What he was looking at did that. John has a lot of animals on his farm. Some he considers to just be livestock. Others, he considers to be pets. With that in mind, he didn’t want to risk having this strange, large predator kill any of his animals, so he shot it. That might have been a mistake because Dogmen do have a strong sense of revenge. They’re also smart enough to know how to set a trap. Tonight’s guest, Joe Kendle, was born and raised in Colorado, but moved to South Carolina, a few years ago and that’s where he married his wife. The two of them live on a 10-acre lot that Joe says is his dream property. You see, Joe has always loved the outdoors and now that he can walk out his back door and spend the day roaming the 1,000’s of acres of woods around him, it’s almost like paradise to him. There are drawbacks to living where he does, though. In March, of last year, Joe was on the phone with his youngest son when, all of a sudden, he saw a Dogman walking across his property. Not knowing what Dogmen were, he rushed inside and told his wife what he had seen. She told him it was a Dogman and that there were stories of Dogmen being in that area. That encounter was pretty tame, as far as Dogman encounters go, his 1st encounter was pretty tame. The same can’t be said about his 2nd encounter, however. That encounter scared him so bad, he raced home, in his car, and had to lock up his brakes to avoid hitting his house’s front porch, he was so rattled. Ghost in the graveyard is a game kids play in the woods, at night, that’s very similar to hide and seek. The person who is it (a.k.a. the seeker) has a flashlight and has to count to 100. Then, they try to find the other kids who are hiding from them, in the woods. When the seeker finds any of the kids who are hiding, the kids who were found have to help the seeker find any of the kids who are still hiding. Tonight’s guest, Nancy, used to love playing the game, when she was a kid, growing up in rural Illinois. Normally, she had a great time playing it with her friends but one evening, right before dark, when she and her friends were introducing a new friend to the game, things got serious and they got serious really quick. That’s because, while it’s fun to play the game with your friends, it’s not fun, at all, when a huge Dogman decides he wants to play too. As if that experience wasn’t bad enough, about 3 years later, Nancy had another encounter that shook her up even more than her 1st encounter did. Tonight’s guest, Alex, grew up in an extremely remote part of Tennessee. As a kid, she loved nothing more than running around, deep into the woods, with her dog, Bandit, so she could explore and enjoy nature. One day, though, while she was outside, for recess, at school, in the 2nd grade, Alex saw something that changed her view on the woods and how safe it was to be in them. Not knowing what a Dogman was or that they even existed, it comes as no surprise that she was extremely traumatized by the experience. What kid wouldn’t be? After seeing it, she had problems with very intense nightmares, for years. Thankfully, in time, things got better for her and she started to bounce back from the experience. Fast forward several years. There was a huge, abandoned, house that was deep in the woods, about 3 miles from Alex’s home. That house had been abandoned, years prior, by a wealthy couple who left almost all of their belongings behind and just seemed to leave in a hurry, without telling anyone why they were leaving. After sitting abandoned for such a long time, the deep woods was well into reclaiming the property and that abandoned house. The house seemed so scary to Alex, she had a difficult time even looking at it. Well, one day, her adventurous spirit got the better of her and she decided that she was going to face her fears and finally go check that house out. When she went there, that day, what happened made her 1st encounter seem like a cakewalk. One night, when she was 7 or 8 years old, tonight’s guest, Amanda, was inside a doghouse, in her family’s garden, with all but 1 of her brothers and sisters. It was fairly late at night and they were telling ghost stories, trying to scare one another. Listening to the ghost stories was scary, but not as scary as what happened when they decided to come out of the doghouse. You see, when they came out, to their horror, an 8-foot tall Dogman was waiting for them! They were 100 yards from the house, so they thought their chances of making it inside were slim to none. After standing there, staring at them, quietly, for a few moments, the Dogman dropped to all 4’s and started running after them. When it did that, they all took off, running, for the house. Instead of waiting until tomorrow night to air this week's episode of DER, I decided to air it today. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!Tonight’s guest, Jay, is very serious about fishing. He likes to fish more than he likes to do almost anything. That’s why it’s such a shame he had his Dogman encounters. Now that he’s had them, fishing in remote locations will never be the same for him. That’s because, when he had his 1st encounter, he was fishing, at a remote dock, in the middle of nowhere, when 3 Dogmen made their presence known. The 1st Dogman he saw looked bear-like and was about 80 feet in front of him, when he noticed it. Not long after that, he realized it 2 more were behind him. Those 2 looked like hyenas, though. A lot of the people who listen to Dogman Encounters don't know that I host a Sasquatch-specific show called Bigfoot Eyewitness Radio. For those of you who didn't know about Bigfoot Eyewitness, I'm posting this sample episode.Tonight’s guest wishes to remain anonymous. With that in mind, he’s going to go by the name M.T. “M.T.” started having Sasquatch-related experiences at a young age. His encounters and experiences with them have continued well into adulthood for him, though, as you’ll hear if you listen to tonight’s show. The most notable encounter you’ll hear him talk about tonight was an encounter he had with a gigantic, male, Sasquatch, that M.T. describes as being 10 at the chin. When tonight’s guest, Jack McClellan, was driving home, late one night, from visiting his girlfriend, he saw a Dogman that was different from any Dogman that’s been talked about on the show. You see, Jack was driving down a country road, past a cemetery, when suddenly, he saw what looked like a huge dog in his headlights, so he started to slow down. When he did, this “dog” crossed the road in front of him. When it had gotten part of the way across the road, it stopped about 50 feet ahead of him, giving Jack a great chance to regard it. Not long after that, the “dog” stood up onto its hind legs. That was when it was perfectly clear to Jack that he wasn’t looking at a huge dog. It had to be something else. As Jack was sitting there, studying it, he was blown away by how muscular it was. Even though he had spent most of his life living in the woods, he had never seen anything like this. Across the country, locals have come up with varying appellations for the Dogmen that are seen in their areas. Of course, there’s the Beast of Bray Rd., near Elkhorn, Wisconsin. You’ve got the Michigan Dogman too. Well, Germantown, Ohio has become fairly well known, in the cryptid community, for Dogman sightings. Although, a lot of locals there don’t describe them as being Dogmen. If they see one, they call it the Butter Street monster, due to a well-known sighting that took place in Germantown, on Butter Street. Tonight’s guest, Caleb, was scouting deer, last August, on his step-grandfather’s farm, early one morning, when he got the surprise of his life. He was expecting to see deer grazing on the soybean leaves that were in his step-grandfather’s field, but what he saw was no deer. At first, he thought it was a coyote, but it was too big. Tonight’s guest, Robert, had his Dogman encounter when he was 10. Robert had a very childhood. Sure. His family moved around a lot, due to his father being an engineer for General Motors, but due to both of his parents having such high-earning jobs, Robert’s family was very comfortable. When Robert was 10, he and his family were living in a new housing development, in New York State that was almost perfect for a kid like him. He had good friends who lived just a few houses up the street from him. Right behind his house, there was a big woods that he and his friends used to play in and explore. There was even an old, abandoned, hangar 2 miles through those woods that they’d, sometimes, ride their bikes to and check out. Everything was about as perfect in his life as he could have hoped. That is, until the night when he saw a Dogman behind his house. You see, one night, after his parents had gone to bed, Robert went to his bedroom window and sat down, so he could stargaze. After sitting there for a little over 45 minutes, he noticed a large, dark, figure coming down a hill that was right behind his house. At first, he thought it was a huge dog. Dogs don’t have long arms and short back legs, though. This creature did. Dogs also don’t look have powerful humped backs. This creature did. Dogs also don’t have long, sharp, claws that make loud clicking sounds when they walk on paved surfaces. Well, this creature did. Robert was in shock, as he watched this strange creature come into view behind his home. His brother was sleeping in the room with him at the time and he wanted to call out to him, but he was so rattled, he couldn’t utter a single word. Up to that point, the Dogman hadn’t given any indications it knew Robert was there. That changed, though, when Robert decided to do one of the dumbest things he’s ever done, as he puts it. He picked up his father’s bb gun, raised it to his shoulder, pointed it at the Dogman, and that’s right. Sophia Bierman has had 2 Dogman sightings on her property, in Hartland, Wisconsin and encounter with a Dogman that stayed out of sight. Because of her encounters, she's been featured on The Travel Channel's Dogman/Werewolf documentary, an episode of Expedition X, with Josh Gates, IMDB TV, and recently was a guest speaker at the Elkhorn Dogman/Beast of Bray Rd. Conference.Sophia is a psychic medium who says she has a propensity for seeing things most people don't. In some ways, that can be a good thing. In other ways, it can be a hindrance. Tonight’s guest, Kai, used to be an avid coon hunter, but a Dogman encounter she had while coon hunting when she was 12, changed all of that. Back when she was 12, she snuck out of her house one night, to go coon hunting with her 3 best friends. Not long after midnight, after hunting at a location called Tall Pines that they had been to many times before, they decided to go hunting deeper into that woods than they had ever been before. Unfortunately, that was a decision they’d soon come to regret. After working their way about 4 miles into that woods, they came to a draw. Right before Kai and her friends got to the edge of the draw, the 2, big, walker hounds they were hunting with, Amos and Russ, ran excitedly down into the draw. Kai and her friends thought they were hot on the trail of a coon. After the dogs disappeared over the edge of the draw, everything went dead silent. About 20 seconds after that, the dogs tore out of the draw, screaming and crying, and blew past Kai, like their tails were on fire! They were heading at top speed in the direction of the truck. That stunned Kai and her friends because Amos and Russ had a reputation for not being afraid of anything, including bears, which they had treed numerous times before. Unfortunately, about 5 seconds after the dogs came tearing out of the draw, it became clear why they were acting the way they were. Kai watched in horror as an 8-foot tall, 4-foot wide, Dogman came up out of the draw and then squared up with them. It growled with so much force, Kai says she could feel her insides rattle. The next thing Kai knew, she had been knocked to the ground and was laying there, all alone, with the Dogman. Her friends had already taken off, running for the truck and left her there, to fend for herself. Kai watched in horror as the Dogman shifted its gaze from her absconding friends to her. So there she was, laying on the ground, all alone, with this 8-foot tall Dogman staring at her; all the while knowing that the truck was 4 miles away.Kai’s 1st encounter was obviously a bad one, but she says the 3rd encounter she had, years later, was even more frightening. In Episode 334, he told us about a Dogman hunt he and his friends went on. Tonight’s guest wishes to keep his identity anonymous. With that in mind, I refer to him as “Wayne” in tonight’s show. Wayne is 21 now and has lived in the same town, near the Land Between the Lakes, his whole life. When Wayne was a kid, it was only natural that he and his friends would spend a lot of time exploring and playing in the Land Between the Lakes. That’s because his house was so close to the LBL. Wayne describes the LBL as being his safe space, back then. Well, one day, the safe feeling he had in the LBL disappeared in a flash. What he used to look at as a great and safe place to go to have fun, turned into a place to be feared. You see, one night, when Wayne and his friends were playing hide and seek in the LBL, they found out, the hard way, that the LBL held a dark secret. It was a dark secret that his dad had warned him about in a round-about way. After he and his friends had that terrifying experience, he realized that his dad’s warnings about not being outside after dark just might have had a meaningful purpose. Unfortunately, that 1st experience he had, in the LBL, wasn’t going to be his last Dogman-related experience there, in the park. He went there to play what he believed to be Dogman vocalizations, in hopes of getting a response. Well, a response is what he got, alright! What happened in response to him doing that was much more than he hoped for. Not only did that 1st outing give him more than he bargained for, he made several other trips back to that forest and wound up having one of the Dogmen in the area, who had a head as long as Larry’s thigh, come so close to his leg, it might have been sniffing it! Tonight’s guest, Vincent Martin, couldn’t sleep one night, in the summer of 1997, so he decided to go for a drive, out in the country, to a natural spring he knew about, in Kirtland, Ohio. He left home at around 10 PM that night, so by the time he decided to head home, after spending some time at the spring, it was pretty late. While he was driving home, after going a short distance from the spring, up ahead on the right side of the road, he saw a dark figure. A figure that he says was black as carbon. As he got closer to it, he saw that it looked like a crouching Werewolf. Making matters worse, his passenger window was down and it was so close to the side of the road, a passenger in his car could have been able to reach out and grabbed its muzzle. As Vince drove past it, at about 25 miles per hour, he was too terrified to swerve away from it. He was rattled to the core, but made it past the creature without any problems. Wanting to verify that his eyes weren’t playing tricks on him, though, he made a loop and decided to go back... Tonight’s guest, Taylor, has been a woodland firefighter for the last 7 years. While doing that, he’s seen and experienced some pretty strange things. Nothing compares to what he says he experienced last August, though. You see, Taylor and his crew were fighting a wildfire near Fall Lake, in Minnesota, last month, when he says he had 4 Dogman encounters. The 1st 2 encounters he says he had are closer to the mild end of the spectrum. Tonight’s guest, Santiago, was visiting his girlfriend, at her home, in Barry’s Bay, in Central-Northern Ontario, Canada, when he had his encounter. It was getting late, about 2 AM, so he decided to head home. He only lived 200 meters, or so, from her, so he didn’t have far to go. Normally, no matter how late it was, he’d walk home without any concerns for his safety. That night, though, something didn’t feel right to him. He felt as if his safety just might have been at risk. When he got to a stand of hedges, at the edge of her property, he decided to peek around them, to see if there was anything he should be concerned about on the other side. When he did that, he saw that there WAS something to be concerned about. Winter Hill is a hill on the border of the boroughs of Chorley, Blackburn with Darwen and Bolton, in the historic county of Lancashire in North West England. It’s part of the West Pennine Moors and is a popular walking area. It’s also known for a strange creature that eyewitnesses have reported seeing there. The name locals have given the creature is the beast of Winter Hill. Tonight’s guest, John, lives close to the Appalachian Trail, in Southwest Virginia. John loves spending time in the woods. He loves to camp, ride dirt bikes, and do a lot of other things out there. His view of the woods changed, though, one night, when he was 15. You see, John and some friends were climbing a mountain in his friend’s jeep when the had an encounter with a big, white Dogman. Little did John know, that wasn’t going to be his last encounter with a Dogman. 2 years later, he and his friend, Ben had a much more intense encounter with a different Dogman. That Dogman did something that left them both convinced it was going to kill them. Tonight’s guest, LaTrisha, bought a home in the town of Fruitvale, which is in East Texas. She and her husband bought their home about 11 years ago, because they wanted to live a peaceful life in the country. Not long after they moved in, though, a neighbor gave Trish an ominous warning that gave her the impression living there might turn out to be anything but the peaceful existence she and her husband had hoped for. For the 1st 7 to 8 years they were living there, the only extraordinary experiences she had involved hearing strange vocalizations, from time to time. After 7 to 8 years had gone by, however, she started to have actual encounters. Encounters with Dogmen. When she had one of her encounters, she actually touched a Dogman’s butt cheek, mistaking it for a tree trunk. Eventually, she had to start locking their doors, because of the Dogmen proving that they knew how to open them. Tonight’s guest, Hannah Woolery, has always been afraid of the dark. Most people have the mindset that there’s nothing to be afraid of, so why be afraid of the dark. Hannah knows better. Late one night, in her bedroom, when she was growing up, she found herself nose to nose with a salivating Dogman that she describes as looking like it wanted to eat her. Tonight’s guest, Nate, is an environmental specialist who works for a company that’s based out of the Chicagoland area. Nate’s job requires him to do a lot of traveling to remote places, to monitor the water quality at various sites. One day, while he and a coworker were at a remote, inactive quarry, that his company owns, just outside of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, Nate saw a creature he had heard about, but didn’t believe to be extant. The Beast of Bray Rd. Until he had that sighting, he thought Dogmen weren’t real. He thought Dogmen were just imaginary beings that were talked about in tv shows for entertainment. He found out the hard way that day, though, that they’re all too real! Tonight’s guest, Alexandre, is 25 now, but he’s still haunted by a nightmarish experience he had when he was just 7 years old. His Dogman encounter happened while he and his cousin were staying at his uncle’s farm, in Brazil. Before visiting his uncle’s farm for the last time and having that encounter, Alexandre used to love running wild around the farm, playing with his uncles dogs, and playing in the woods. When Alexandre visited his uncle for the last time, the time when he had his encounter, he wasn’t allowed to run around and do a lot of the things he was used to being able to do. That was due to an unknown predator, in the area, killing a lot of animals. Due to that, Alexandre and his cousin weren’t allowed to run around and have fun outside, the way the used to be able to, before the unknown predator came into the area. Late one night, though, the unknown predator revealed its identity in a very violent, uncalled for way. What the Dogman did that night clearly had malicious intentions behind it.
