Kevin Earle has been the executive director of the Arizona Dental Association since 2008. In that role, he serves as the principal lobbyist for dentistry and better oral health care at the State Legislature. He is the former executive director of the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners. Before his move to Arizona, he spent twenty years regulating professionals in the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. In 1977, Dr. Kolnick received his dental degree, cum laude, from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa where he was awarded the Gold Medal of the South African Dental Association. In 1982, he graduated from the postdoctoral endodontic program at Columbia University in the City of New York. Dr. Whitehouse graduated from the University of Iowa Dental School in 1970. He was an Air Force dentist in Okinawa for two years, practiced in his home town of Peoria, Illinois for one year and moved into a practice in California as an associate in 1973. Richard was born in Dublin in the 7Os, not far from where he practices now. He grew up in the inner city and his journey and career in dentistry has travelled a million miles over the years. I have been a continually practicing full-time dentist for over 26 years and currently practice in Phoenix, Arizona. I have been a board approved consultant for over 20 years, adjudicating more than 1,000 dental board cases in Arizona. The primary responsibility of a board-approved consultant is to understand and define the standard of care and deviations from the standard of care.
