Kevin Earle has been the executive director of the Arizona Dental Association since 2008. In that role, he serves as the principal lobbyist for dentistry and better oral health care at the State Legislature. He is the former executive director of the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners. Dr. Karah started her career in Counseling. Within mental health, she was hired into an Executive Director role, where she discovered leadership excited her. In 1977, Dr. Kolnick received his dental degree, cum laude, from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa where he was awarded the Gold Medal of the South African Dental Association. Dr. Whitehouse graduated from the University of Iowa Dental School in 1970.
