God has a Patriarchy. It is His order, priesthood, and word. Abraham chapter 3 helps define this Patriarchy with the parallelism of cosmology and spirits. This is the "DBR" of God. Kolob is simply the beginning of the order. When Lehi says, "There must be opposition in all things," he is not speaking of just opposites. He is speaking of everything in between. If so, we can look at the Children of Israel as not being willing to rise up Sinai to "see the face of God" like Moses. Every Pride Month, the ideology of identitarianism encroaches further into Latter-day Saint culture. Charlie Bird's decision to marry his boyfriend brings many of the problems and confusion on this topic into focus. Pride Month lifts lesser identities above being a Child of God. The Brethren have given some clear guidance on the conflict between the gospel and these pernicious ideologies, such as identitarianism and intersectionality, but you must look for it.
