Plain and Precious Things Author David Butler and I discuss Nephi's Tree of Life and Isaiah's King and Vision. Dave gives a breakdown of Josiah's reforms with some of the underlying Hebrew text to the Old Testament, as well as insights on Isaiah's vision of the seraphim and the coal.
David and I think along very similar lines. He has spent decades digesting the scriptures and though he is a lay scholar, he has an important voice. These discussions are always a feast and Dave's insights are compelling and faithful.
