HELL PIX: HORROR PHOTOS INSIDE IDAHO MURDERS AFTER KOHBERGER SLAUGHTERS STUDENTS, PARENTS SUE

Family members of Bryan Kohberger's victims are shocked by the new release of graphic crime scene photos with little warning. Kaylee Gonsalves' parents say they were made aware of it just hours before. The redacted photos show the bedrooms where the murders took place, clearly showing blood spatter on the walls, blood dripping on the beds, and blood smears on the floor where a battle of life and death took place. As it turned out, three of the photos showed body parts and the victims, and had to be taken down by the police. The families of Kaylee, Madison, Xana, and Ethan have filed a lawsuit against WSU, claiming the killings should not and would not have occurred if Washington State University had acted on multiple complaints about Kohberger's inappropriate, predatory, and menacing behavior, the suit seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial for negligence and the wrongful deaths of their loved ones. The 126-page complaint alleges WSU is at fault for bringing Kohberger to the Pullman-Moscow area, where they accepted him into their criminal justice program and hired him as a teaching assistant. Within weeks of Kohberger's arrival, WSU knew there were accusations of Kohberger's threatening, stalking, and predatory behavior led to more than a dozen formal complaints being filed about Kohberger. The families say WSU failed by not taking action and following up on the complaints about Kohberger, ignoring the warning signs that allowed Kohberger's behavior to escalate unchecked. The families claim, "On November 13, 2022, a foreseeable - and, in fact, predictable - tragedy occurred when Kohberger entered the bedrooms of four undergraduate students and violently stabbed them to death. These deaths should not and would not have occurred if WSU had acted appropriately." As the lawsuit heads to court, Kohberger's sister gives an exclusive interview discussing how the family is hurting. PASTOR JOHN PAUL MILLER SET FREE ON STALKING WIFE MICA, CHURCH WAS "SEX PLAYGROUND" RPT

John Paul Miller pleads not guilty to charges of cyberstalking and making false statements to investigators, waiving his right to a speedy trial, not unusual in a federal case. Prosecutors claim Miller is a flight risk, citing a large safe, silver pieces, and valuable baseball cards found in Miller’s home as means to flee, in addition to access to a private plane. The judge sides with U.S. attorneys, setting Miller’s bond at $100,000 and ordering Miller must surrender his passport and wear an ankle monitor. The grand jury charges from November 16, 2022, until Mica’s death on April 27, 2024, 528 days, John Paul Miller harassed Mica. Count one claims Miller threatened to use nude videos and photos of Mica to harass, posted a nude photo of Mica online without her consent, placed tracking devices on vehicles used by Mica, placed Mica under surveillance with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate, damaged Mica’s vehicle, and interfered with Mica’s finances. He also interfered with Mica’s daily activities. If he is found guilty of cyberstalking, his sentence could be five years, or it could be between nine and 10 years depending on the charges that the jury decides he's guilty of. 'LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE' STAR SOBS IN COURT OVER SEX CHARGES

"Little House on the Prairie" alum, Melissa Gilbert, sobs in court during hubby Timothy Busfield's pretrial detention hearing in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Emmy Award winner Timothy Busfield is now released from the New Mexico jail, pending trial for child sex abuse charges. Busfield is accused of inappropriately touching two 11-year-old twin boys while directing episodes of the hit TV show, "The Cleaning Lady." When Busfield joins the cast as an actor and director, he tells the boys to call him "Uncle Tim." The alleged inappropriate action happens on multiple occasions, and parents of the boys say Busfield masks the inappropriate touching as "play." One of the boys, "SL," states that he was touched on his intimate parts over his clothing. The parents say SL wakes up scared from nightmares and is diagnosed with Post-Traumatic-Stress Disorder (PTSD), due to about Busfield touching him.  Allegations surface that one of the boys withdrew from the set and didn't want to go as much as before. The child actors accused Timothy Busfield of touching them inappropriately while working on the TV show, "The Cleaning Lady," told a totally different story when they first talked to investigators. Asked directly and specifically if they knew about private areas on their body that no one can touch, and both boys say "yes." KILLER SMILE: SURGEON DAZZLES ON DATE APP BEFORE SHOOTING EX-WIFE & NEW HUBBY, RPT

Michael McKee's charges are upgraded to four counts of aggravated murder in the deaths of his ex-wife, Monique Tepe, and her husband, Spencer. The indictment specifies that the firearm used by McKee was equipped with a muffler or suppressor, commonly referred to as a "silencer." McKee also faces an additional charge of aggravated burglary for allegedly breaking into the Tepe home to commit the murders. Police say McKee is the person captured on video walking in the alley behind the Tepe home between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. the morning of the murders. Using license plate reader data and surveillance technology, detectives track McKee's vehicle traveling approximately 325 miles from Illinois to Columbus, Ohio, arriving shortly before the murders and leaving soon after. Investigators have yet to mention a motive for the murders, labeling the killings as "domestic violence-related." McKee and Monique were married for a short period of time and have been divorced since 2017, but a clerical error caused the divorce case to receive a new hearing date, appearing on the docket for this past June and showing a trial date for September, just three months before the murders. 6,000 LETTERS, THOUSANDS IN DONATIONS, BILLBOARDS RENTED, LUIGI MANGIONE FANS WONT STOP

Luigi Mangione's legal team created a website for the accused killer, they say “due to the extraordinary volume of inquiries and outpouring of support. His attorneys say the website — luigimangioneinfo.com — was created to ”share case updates, “dispel information” and publish letters from Mangione while he’s incarcerated. He writes “I am overwhelmed by — and grateful for — everyone who has written me to share their stories and express their support.”  That support include thousands donations for his legal fees. Luigi Mangione's defense team describes his "beautiful, promising life" as "derailed" by the murder charges against him. This phrasing is not highlighted as a saying from Mangione's groupies, but as a phrase coming from Mangione's attorney as part of a legal motion filed to dismiss the federal case or get the death penalty tossed. As part of an evidence suppression hearing in the upcoming trial of Luigi Mangione, prosecutors play a 911 call placed by the manager of a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The McDonald's manager is not identified, and the hearing is the first time the 911 call is played in public. The manager is apologetic as she tells the 911 operator she tried the non-emergency line first and continues taking orders as she tells the operator, "I have a customer here some other customers were suspicious of because he looks like the CEO shooter in New York. "And they're just really upset and come to me, and I'm like, I can't approach him." The 911 operator, Emily States, testifies and is heard asking for a description of the individual, with the manager replying,"The only thing you can see is the eyebrows." Mangione's defense attorney, Marc Agnifilo, objects to the 911 call being played, but the judge says he is allowing the call for this hearing. Mangione enters the courtroom in shackles, but the judge allows Mangione to sit unshackled and take notes at the defense table. Long lines outside the courthouse filled with women and men supporters trying to enter the hearing, hoping to get a glimpse of the alleged CEO murderer. Mangione's defense team is trying to prevent several key pieces of evidence from being allowed at trial, like the comment about the 3-D printed pistol. Angifilo claims conversations with correction officers were illegally coerced and should not be allowed. The defense claims Mangione is questioned for 20 minutes by Altoona Police Officer Joseph Detwiler without being read his Miranda rights. Therefore, prosecutors should not be allowed to introduce any testimony about statements made by Mangione to police. United States District Judge Margaret Garnett says she will rule on the defense’s request to drop death penalty charges and the exclusions at a later hearing. If the murder charge remains, Garnett a trial could start in late December or early January 2027. If charges dropped, Mangione's trial might begin this October. Mangione has pleaded not guilty to all charges. Mangione’s next hearing date for Jan. 30.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

TOT MOM CASEY ANTHONY CHEWS-OUT VP VANCE, PARTIES W/REAL HOUSEWIVES

Tot Mom Casey Anthony joins the latest Substack post, which takes Vice President JD Vance to task for his protection of the ICE agents involved in the death of 37-year-old protestor Renee Nicole Good. Anthony calls the shooting a crime, writing that it should be investigated "as all other officer-involved crimes". She also demands the release of any available body-camera video. When Anthony first launches her Substack, she claims she has "been in the legal field since 2011." That's an accurate statement if being on trial for her daughter's murder counts as legal experience. Anthony was acquitted of murder but convicted of lying to police. Substack is a subscription-based platform for writers and podcasters. Subscriptions to her channel cost $10 per month or $100 annually, with a free tier offering limited content. The world learned about Casey Anthony when her mother called 911 to report that her granddaughter had been missing for nearly a month and that Casey had just admitted it. Anthony spun a web of lies, claiming a nanny had taken 2-year-old Caylee and had not returned her. Police and the media got involved, but none of her claims proved true. On October 14, 2008, a grand jury indicted Anthony on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child, and four counts of providing false information to police. A jury acquitted Anthony of murder, but convicted her on four counts of providing false information to law enforcement. 'FRIENDS' STAR MATTHEW PERRY SUSPECT KILLER DOCTOR ESCAPES JAIL TIME IN HOLLYWOOD FIASCO

One of the doctors who pleaded guilty to supplying ketamine to actor Matthew Perry, leading to his overdose death, avoids jail time, being sentenced to eight months of home confinement. Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett also sentenced Dr. Mark Chavez to three years of supervised release. Chavez is the second of the five defendants to be sentenced in connection with Perry’s death. In his 2022 memoir, "Friends, Lovers, and the Big, Terrible Thing," Matthew Perry claimed to have been to rehab 15 times, detoxed 65 times, and spent about $7 to $9 million trying to get sober.    Two years after his near-death experience, Matthew Perry went to a rehab facility in Switzerland. He admitted to faking pain symptoms to get OxyContin during COVID. He was also getting daily Ketamine infusions. Ultimately, it was Ketamine that killed him.   On October 28, Matthew Perry went to his country club to play a game of Pickleball with friends. Perry returned to his home after the game and was seen by his assistant, who was leaving the house to run errands. At 4 p.m., the assistant returned home and found Perry floating face down in the heated end of the pool.  Paramedics pulled Perry out of the pool and pronounced him dead at the scene.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

HUBBY-FROM-HELL: IRS REP KILLS WIFE VIA FETISH WEBSITE, "HOT NANNY" LOVE TRIANGLE

Brendan Banfield is now on trial for the murder of his wife, Christine, and the prosecution's star witness is Banfield's lover, the family's former nanny. Juliana Peres Magalhaes, who was also charged, has agreed to testify as part of a plea deal. In exchange for her testimony, she will plead to the lesser charge of manslaughter, then walk free for time served. She will then be deported back to Brazil. The murder plot unfolded as Christine Banfield planned a fun day for her 4-year-old daughter, with a trip to the National Zoo with her Brazilian au pair, Magalhaes. The adult and child leave for the day, but turn around when Peres Magalhaes realizes she forgot their bagged lunches. Arriving at the house, the au pair sees a car she doesn't recognize, and a man she doesn't know entering the house. Confused, she calls her employer, Brendan Banfield, who tells her to stay in the car, and that he will be right home. Banfield is at the house in minutes, and they enter the house together. The au pair takes the 4-year-old girl to the basement while Brendan Banfield goes upstairs to the master suite. Brendan Banfield finds his wife, Christine, nude, with a man he doesn't know, holding a knife to her throat. Banfield tells cops he tells the man to put the knife down, but he starts stabbing the 37-year-old mother. Brendan Banfield carries a gun as an IRS Special Agent, and he draws his service revolver and shoots the man in the head. The intruder is wounded and down on the ground. Banfield calls for Peres Magalhaes and tells the au pair to get his personal gun, a Glock, out of the bathroom safe. Giving her the code, the au pair retrieves the Glock and, at Banfield's direction, shoots Joseph Ryan through the heart as he is lying on the ground. Investigators say, however, they believe the story told by Brendan Banfield and the nanny is a ruse. Someone created the profile on the Adult Fetish website, pretending to be Christine Banfield, as part of an elaborate plan to kill Christine Banfield so her husband, Brendan, and their Brazilian live-in Au Pair could be together. Investigators found pictures of Banfield and the au pair together in the Banfield bedroom, and Peres Magalhaes' clothes were found hanging in Banfield's closet. MONSTER MARRIAGE: ICY THREATS SURGEON MADE YEARS BEFORE KILLING EX-WIFE & NEW HUBBY , COPS

An Illinois surgeon accused of gunning down his ex-wife, Monique Tepe, and her husband, the father of their two young children, Spencer Tepe, allegedly threatened to kill Monique nearly a decade ago on “multiple occasions” during their brief marriage. Police arrested Michael D. McKee, 39, at a Chick-fil-A in Rockford, Illinois, on January 10, 2026, and charged him with two counts of murder in the deaths of Spencer and Monique Tepe. Authorities then upgraded the charges against McKee, who now faces premeditated aggravated murder. Police report they have the suspect's vehicle on neighborhood video surveillance in the couple's Ohio neighborhood, arriving just before the murders and leaving shortly after. A search warrant of McKee's luxury Chicago condo results in multiple weapons being found, with one of those weapons preliminarily matching evidence through ballistic testing to the Tepe murder scene. Twelve weeks before McKee is accused of murder, he is sued for malpractice by a Nevada man who claims McKee went into hiding or just disappeared, so he couldn't be served with legal documents papers. Nevada lawyer Dan Laird files the suit, but serving McKee was nearly impossible, as the surgery group he works for gives the attorney a fake address, and the phone number issued by the state medical board for McKee is a fax machine. MOM Suzanne Morphew's Body Found in "The Boneyard" Dump: HUSBAND, 'I DIDN'T DO IT"

Barry Morphew returns to the Alamosa County court to formally face murder charges for the second time. Morphew is soft-spoken in a cream-colored sweater and light-wash jeans, sitting next to attorneys David Beller and Jane Fisher-Byrialsen. His daughters, Mallory and Macy, sat behind him in the first row.  Beller enters a not guilty plea on Morphew's behalf. Maintaining his innocence in his wife’s murder, Morphew waives his right to a speedy trial. Defense attorneys and prosecutors, agreeing on the large amounts of data, anticipate that the length of the proceedings requires more time to prepare. The judge sets October 13 for Morphew’s jury trial; it is expected to run up to six weeks. Barry Morphew was originally charged with the murder of his wife in May 2021, but the case was dropped days before trial, after the judge barred prosecutors from calling key witnesses to the State's case, for failing to follow rules in turning over evidence. Former 11th Judicial District Attorney Linda Stanley was later disbarred by the Colorado Supreme Court for significant ethical misconduct. Stanley made inappropriate comments in the media and even improperly investigated the judge in the case. Her actions compromised the Morphew prosecution and led to disciplinary action. NICK REINER MURDER RAMPAGE TRIGGERED BC HOLLYWOOD WEIGHT GAIN FEARS?

Sources say Nick Reiner believes he’s the victim of a "conspiracy" after killing his parents. It is clear that Reiner knows he killed his parents, but doesn’t understand why he’s in jail. Reiner, delusional, thinks the people who put him there are "conspiring against him." Sources close to the legal proceedings claim it’s likely Reiner will plead not guilty by reason of insanity, placingthe blame on unbalanced schizophrenia meds. Now, claims are being made that a change in medication may have led Reiner to murder his parents.  Reiner reported complaining to his doctors that his meds had caused him to gain weight. Changes were made, and some are saying the new medication allegedly caused him to become increasingly "erratic," "dangerous," and isolated, marking a total physical and mental decline. BIZARRE: BRIEF 'STARTER MARRIAGE' CLUE, DENTIST & WIFE MURDERS @ HOME, TOT KIDS ASLEEP

Investigators obtain all available surveillance video from the Tepe neighborhood, focusing on the time between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., and release video of one person walking in the alley behind the Tepe home. Police believe that person is Michael McKee. One car with an Illinois license plate arrives in the neighborhood shortly before the Tepe murders take place, and leaves shortly thereafter. The license plate on the vehicle is registered to Michael McKee, a vascular surgeon in Chicago. McKee is also Monique Tepe's ex-husband. The vehicle registered to McKee is traced to Rockford, Illinois, and evidence inside the vehicle links McKee to the murders of Spencer and Monique. Police are not saying what evidence was found in the vehicle, and a motive for the murders has not been made public, but police say there is proof McKee had the vehicle prior to and after the homicides. The arrest warrant for McKee says the murders took place at 3:52 am, and McKee is identified by surveillance video and the vehicle. McKee is charged with two counts of murder and is currently in a Winnebago County jail awaiting extradition to Ohio. Monique Tepe married vascular surgeon Michael McKee in August 2015, but separated as a couple after just seven months. The couple had no children. Monique stated the reason for the divorce was that they were "incompatible." After living separately and apart for a year, divorce proceedings began in May 2017, and the divorce was final the next month. BEAUTY-QUEEN-CHEERLEADER'S BABY DEAD IN CLOSET, GRAND JURY SET: LAKEN SNELLING

New details are emerging in the case of a 21-year-old college student and cheerleader from the University of Kentucky accused of hiding her newborn inside her college apartment closet. Laken Snelling's case is on its way to a grand jury. The panel is expected to hear evidence in late January. The grand jury will likely be asked to indict Snelling on the three charges she initially pleaded not guilty to, and there’s possibly a count of murder or manslaughter depending on the newborn's autopsy results. Laken Snelling is arrested after her infant is found dead in a trash bag inside the closet. An autopsy report only deepens the mystery surrounding the infant's death because the results are found to be inconclusive. Snelling posted baby bump pics before her infant was found dead. Authorities allege Snelling gave birth in secret, wrapped her baby in a towel, placed him in a trash bag, and left him in her closet. According to an arrest report, Lexington police were called to a home on Park Avenue for an unresponsive infant on Wednesday. Police said they found a baby's body in a closet, wrapped in a towel inside a black trash bag. The UK cheerleader is now charged with abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, and concealing the birth of an infant. Court records show Snelling took selfies during the birth. CARNIVAL CRUISE TEEN CHEERLEADER 'FOUGHT FOR HER LIFE,' STILL NO ARREST

It's been more than two months since Anna Kepner’s death aboard a Carnival cruise ship, and still, there has been no arrest. Her death is now ruled a homicide, and according to her autopsy report, she was “mechanically asphyxiated by another person or persons.” The medical examiner also found two bruises on the side of Anna’s neck, writing she may have been held in a ‘bar hold,’ meaning her attacker held an arm across her neck. Anna’s stepbrother may be a suspect in the teen’s murder; the FBI remains silent. Anna Kepner’s cruise to the Caribbean is a family trip. She’s joined by her grandparents, who took her on her first cruise; her father, Chris Kepner; her stepmother, Shauntel Hudson; and her two siblings and two step-siblings. Anna’s parents share a room with the two youngest girls, and by their own decision, Anna, her brother, 14, and stepbrother, 16, split a second room. Grandparents Barbara and Jeffrey Kepner remind the teens they have a spare bed in their room if anyone decides they need more space. During dinner, Anna excuses herself early; sources allege her braces hurt. Surveillance footage shows Anna walking back to and entering the room she shares with her brothers. After eating, the teen boys come to the room before the youngest sibling ventures out again to explore, leaving Anna and their stepbrother alone. When he returns, he notes Anna isn’t in bed but assumes she got a second wind and is spending more time with the adults. He goes to sleep with no idea his sister’s body is shoved under the bed just a few feet away. Though family members released the details of Anna’s autopsy, and court records from stepmom Shauntel Hudson’s divorce proceedings indicate her 16-year-old son, Anna’s stepbrother, may be a suspect in the teen’s murder, the FBI has remained silent on the progress of their investigation. No charges have been filed. Anna’s stepmom, Shauntel Hudson, files a motion for a gag order in her divorce proceedings, claiming the public exposure and reporting on the case and subsequent filings could lead to "possible irreversible harm" to the children and family or could jeopardize the investigation and her son’s presumed defense. The documents request that future hearings be closed to the public in the event the 16-year-old is charged in Anna’s death. KILLER GRANDMA "GOD'S MISFITS" CULT MEMBER MURDERS 2 YOUNG MOMS ESCAPES DEATH PENALTY

The suspected mastermind in the deaths of moms Veronica Butler and Jillian Kelley, has pleaded no contest to the murders. Grandmother Tiffany Adams made the plea to murder, removal of a body, and desecration of a corpse charges.  The full autopsy reports on Veronica Butler and Jillian Kelley identified their cause of death as multiple sharp force trauma. The reports list a total of 30 wounds on each victim, including 9 stab wounds and 21 cuts. Many of Butler's wounds were consistent with defensive injuries. A police affidavit states that Tifany Adams allegedly made statements implicating herself in the deaths of Butler and Kelley. Investigators believe Butler and Kelley were lured to the location, arriving around 9:40 a.m. Officers found pools of blood, Butler’s glasses on the ground, and a broken hammer at the scene. Police believe the women were then forced into another vehicle. The probable cause affidavit contains extensive details, but the women’s causes of death were not initially disclosed. Their bodies were discovered in a cattle pasture leased by Tad Bert Cullum, the boyfriend of Tifany Adams. Cellphone data from three burner phones purchased by Adams helped narrow down the location. The phones first pinged near Butler's abandoned car, and the data later led police to the pasture. Officers found signs of digging. A hole, which had been refilled, contained the bodies of the two women. Investigators cite a custody battle over Butler’s two children as the motive. The custody dispute had lasted more than five years. Butler’s ex-partner, Wrangler Rickman, who is Adams’ son, had custody of the children. However, Rickman was confirmed to be in a rehabilitation facility in Oklahoma City at the time. Butler was allowed supervised visitation with her children every Saturday. According to her attorney, she was likely to gain unsupervised visitation in an upcoming hearing. The affidavit states, “Adams vehemently opposed this and went to great lengths to plan and purchase items used in Butler and Kelley’s murders.” It continues, “Adams, Cullum, Cole, and Cora were willing to kidnap and murder two victims to limit visitation for Butler.” Court documents also allege that Adams and her accomplices attempted to kill Butler in February. Adams, her boyfriend, and another couple reportedly drove to Butler’s home near Hugoton, Kansas, intending to kill her. A witness told investigators the plan was to throw an anvil through Butler’s windshield to make it appear as an accident, but Butler did not leave her home. State investigators retrieved data from Adams’ phone showing searches for terms such as “taser pain level,” “gun shops,” “prepaid cellular phones,” and “how to get someone out of their house.” According to the documents, Adams purchased five stun guns before the women disappeared. She also bought three prepaid burner phones from a nearby Walmart. All the burner phones stopped transmitting on the morning of the women’s disappearance. After the attack, the bodies were reportedly stored in a sealed freezer before being buried 4 to 8 feet underground. 'COME HOME': HUSBAND FRANTIC, SAYS WIFE, SPECIAL ED TEACHER VANISHED OVERNIGHT

When Linda Brown misses the first day of school after winter break, loved ones know something is wrong. Linda would never let her students down. Linda is a beloved special education teacher at Robert Healy Elementary School in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago, happily married to Antwon Brown. Chicago PD is desperately searching for the missing school teacher. The special educator was last seen by her husband on Friday evening and by neighbors Saturday morning. Linda misses a weekly appointment that day, and isn’t answering her phone. Concern turns to fear when Linda hasn’t returned home on Sunday. Though Antwon last saw Linda Friday night, neighbors say they spotted her Saturday morning near their home.Linda’s purse, with her wallet and phone, is missing from the home, and her phone rings when called. Family members and friends retrace the teacher’s last known steps, but don’t find any leads.  Her sister’s husband, Lorenzo, tells “Crime Stories” staff that Linda’s vehicle has been located at 35th and Lake Park. Security footage also shows her walking across a pedestrian bridge alone on January 3, at around 3 a.m., according to the husband.  Linda is 5 feet tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and eyes, last seen wearing a long, puffy black coat with shiny Ugg-style boots. Authorities are searching the area where her blue Honda Civic, plate number CX57470, was located on Wednesday afternoon. BOMBSHELL! NICK REINER'S HIGH-PROFILE LAWYER JUMPS SHIP

Nick Reiner appears in court to enter a plea to the killings of his parents. While Reiner already had an opportunity to do so in December, defense attorney Alan Jackson asked to delay the arraignment for a true chance to speak with his client, whom he had only had about half an hour before his initial appearance. Just ahead of his arraignment, Nick Reiner is moved off of suicide watch at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility. Reiner no longer has to wear a padded smock and is now allowed a yellow shirt with his blue uniform pants. Reiner isn’t completely off the hook, still held alone in High Observation Housing until a judge orders he can move elsewhere. Even if Reiner is released from HOH, he will still be closely monitored and have a cell to himself. Experts say Nick Reiner trading a suicide smock for a standard uniform is a tactical victory for the District Attorney, preventing Reiner’s attorneys from arguing he’s too catatonic to participate in his own defense. The court will soon determine if this perceived stability is a result of medication or a genuine return to legal competence. Prosecutors will pounce on Reiner’s statements about cycles of homelessness and rehabilitation, painting him as someone who has long operated outside conventional stability, then use Being Charlie against him—the film demonstrating Reiner’s high level of self-awareness and creative agency. The outcome of the Reiner trial may set a new standard in California law: how mental disability is weighed against special allegations. BOMBSHELL: D4VD HOME INCINERATOR PURCHASED @ TIME OF CELESTE DEATH?

Private investigator Steve Fischer tells Nancy Grace that a chainsaw was found in the home rented by D4vd, and the chainsaw was still unwrapped. PI Steve Fischer claims he also found a "burn cage" inside the home rented for Burke by his manager. Employed by the property owner to determine what took place in his house, Fischer uncovered items still in their original packaging that were unused. The incinerator is illegal in Los Angeles, delivered to the residence under a fake name, and claims to reach a temperature of 1,600 degrees. The LA police department Chief Jim McDonnell is remaining silent about the Burke investigation, saying public statements could "potentially jeopardize the case." The LAPD obtained a court order to keep the medical examiner's full autopsy findings sealed to maintain the integrity of the investigation. David Michael Burke will likely be indicted in connection with the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
