The Idea of Having a Second Child

Cutting Out Booze: My Decision to Stop Drinking

Parenting in a Pandemic

In this solo episode, I discuss the evolution of my relationship with food and where I’m at right now: a much more “chill” version and one who is now comfortable relinquishing control. This has truly been the greatest mental shift I’ve experienced since giving birth.
