My friend Sandy reached out to me a couple of days ago, just checking in to see how I was doing since she has not seen me do a Facebook live in a while. So many people (including me) give up on those resolutions early in a new year. With one word - we can commit to one word. So many great lessons in this one so far as I've been seeing & hearing about so many connections to it - it had to be on my list for sure. With so many things being "contagious" these days, we might as well choose some of those things that can be caught by others & ourselves. To think too, that these things can be very healthy for us.
