There was a great post from Alan Stein Jr. about Coach Juwan Howard, the University of Michigan Head Basketball Coach. It was all about improving our influence. He shared in the post some thoughts on the two things that Coach Howard recently did - one was very positive & encouraging; the other, was the total opposite of that.
