He put on an amazing show!! Here is a guy in his mid 60's, with 65 albums, has worked with so many other stars & he's still doing it today - I would say, better than ever. “Send Coach John a message”Some powerful reminders in this one - maybe too many now that I look back at what I shared here... but what the heck... just rolling with what I put out there. Listening to my buddy Sam Crowley and he got me thinking about so many things. First of all... going 0-20 he mentions, well that got me thinking about the time where one of my basketball teams did in fact go 0-20 during a season. But you know what?? It was one of my "best" seasons ever!! What I learned that year was tremendous. First and most importantly, I got to hang out with an outstanding & awesome group of young ladies. They worked so hard and we cam so close to having really a decent season (wins / losses wise). But the people they became during that season & the impact they had on me?? Priceless! The other item that I connected from listening to Sam, was the fact that as I get older, I don't ever want to see the reflection of the person that I could have become AND have that reflection represent some huge gap - something that I never even came close to becoming the person that I could have become. I'm looking at a new purpose, a new ignition point almost of my life. Thanks for listening. “Send Coach John a message”Saw a great post from my friend Jeremy Todd, which asked the question, "What do you remember from your Grandparent's house?" That got me thinking of some really awesome memories of my grandparent's house in Batavia, NY. It also got me thinking not only how lucky I am to be able to think about those memories, but also how important it is to take a few minutes to take the time to think about the memories. It's part of who I am. It's part of my family's history. I came away from that experience reminding myself how special my family was / is, and I need to keep doing my best to live my best life possible.

Then I read and heard something about Gratitude & Purpose. It hit me... I have both in my life. One of the many things he shared was the fact on how important it is to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. The growth that has come for him when he does this, has been amazing! I know the same is true for me and you. Summer is a great time to look at new things to do, read, listen to, try, talk to people, go new places, etc. These quotes I found .... powerful items if you take them and make them your own. I know I need to do just that & with Coach Will's help with the conversation we had this morning (will be on my podcast platforms later today), I am going to do just that. You can too!!

What is my journey going to look like in the future. It's about matching my walk with my talk. I have talked a good game for years - now I need to put into action the things I keep talking about and thinking about. This quote is something I need to remind myself of every day!! "Do something that my future self will thank me for." What is your 2.0? Where is your journey going? Keep the P2 Character traits & others around you all the time. Remember, Success leaves clues!!

“Send Coach John a message”**Love the "glitches", namely me that got this one out late. :-( Got a couple of good reminders in my readings this morning with my last sip of coffee at home before I left and then from my co-pilot, Gary Vee. Both centered around taking personal responsibility for my choices and actions. I also got the reminder to use my past as my personal mentor / teacher / etc., instead of beating myself up over things from my past. The "would of, should of, could of, .... " should not have any power over what I'm doing today. The P2 (Positivity Project) Character traits help feed into some very good habits that I'm looking to keep building up in my life - especially with my Ch. 2 part of my life that is coming. :-) Maybe this will help you too.

“Send Coach John a message”Got a few things that happened lately that I wanted to share and how it's a great reminder about Time being a BIG form of currency for relationships. One thing I think we all need to do is take things like the P2 (Positivity Project ) Character terms and so many other success / life lessons, and implement then into our lives so that we all can make the foundations of our relationships, that much stronger. There will be plenty of times that we need the strength from those relationships in order to get through the tough times that all humans go through at one time or another.

The weekly message I read from Andy Andrews' book, "The Traveler's Gift", was speaking about having a committed heart vs. an uncommitted one. This of course hit me differently this morning ( as I read the same reminder every Thursday morning) - which is why it's never a bad thing to read the same thing more than one time. Every time you do read it, you are at a different point in your life - in other words, you are a different person each time you read it. Today this message hit me differently and I wanted to share it with you.
