Daily Word - You probably have heard ministers delivering sermons on the same topics from opposing viewpoints. Or you may have heard them teach something you didn't agree with. In today's message, I share how you can properly listen to a sermon from me and other ministers; in doing so, benefit from the sermon and not be led astray by wrong or confusing doctrine. Daily Word - Whatever God has called you to do, he has given you an abundance of time to accomplish it. We serve a God of abundance, which includes time abundance. Let's endeavor to remove the mindset of time scarcity and see time the way God sees it — abundantly and more than enough to complete our calling. Links - Join, Partner

Daily Word - I have been guilty of this many times. Here is the story: God gives me an idea. I start implementing it, and then I run into some challenges. At this point, I throw up my hands and say, "God is going to work it out." However, it crashes and burns. Did God let me down? No. The problem is that "God is going to work it out" is not a strategy for success. God needs us to plan. Links - Join, Partner

Open Forum - We discussed a lot about how to know when God is leading you to move either physically, occupationally, or relationally. We also discussed that sometimes we need to yield to the desires of our spouse, even when we desire not to do it. Links - Join, Partner

Daily Word - The calling God has given you is unique and requires a unique blueprint, so we should not copy someone else's plan for success. When we copy, it is like putting a circle in a square hole – it just doesn't fit. Yes, we can learn from others, but we should not copy. Daily Word - God desires for us to implement the vision he has given us faithfully. Faithful means that we do it the way God wants us to do – not the way we think is best. Without being faithful to implement the vision God's way, we are, at best, frustrated with minimum success and slow progress and, at worst, God takes the vision from us. Links - Join, Partner

Open Forum - We discussed that married entrepreneurs have to navigate between their family and entrepreneurial calling and that family emotions work different than co-worker emotions. We also discussed that we need to follow the peace of God, not our natural understanding. Links - Join, Partner

Daily Word - I used to believe that if you follow the calling God gave you, things would be perfect all the time. However, that belief is so far from the truth that it is dangerous to our success. God doesn't promise us a perfect path, but victory in the end. It is important to receive this revelation so we don't quit our calling when things get hard. Links - Join, Partner

Daily Word - We hear many stories of successful non-Christian entrepreneurs on the news, and every now and then, we hear about few Christians who have achieved success in business. Why does it seem like secular entrepreneurs are more successful in business than Christian entrepreneurs? Well, the reason is that they have fully committed to their worldly system of success, whereas many Christian entrepreneurs are wishy-washy. They are trying to do business God's way mixed with worldly principles, which is a recipe for frustration and failure. Links - Join, Partner

Sunday Service - At the beginning of each year, God shares with me a word that He desires for those who are connected with Church for Entrepreneurs to focus on for that entire year. Daily Word - The body of Christ has more of a love problem, than a doctrinal problem. Many believers are spending more time trying to correct each other, than they are loving each other. Daily Word - Unfortunately, as we are living life and working on our callings, we will experience trying situations. Maybe you will become physically ill, perhaps you will experience a death of a close friend or family member, or maybe there will be a financial emergency. These curve balls in life have the potential to knock us off the paths of our callings. Daily Word - Many Christians are giving and serving in church but still struggling in the area of prosperity. One of the major causes of this is a misunderstanding of how God brings prosperity to us. Open Forum - We discussed that sometimes we have to intentionally neglect some important tasks, so we can do what is needed most at the moment. We also talked about who is at fault if your child experiences mental illness, whether Christians should participate in Halloween, finding your purpose, and a few other interesting things. Daily Word - Various bible teachers and pastors preach on the topics of grace, faith, and living holy. Most times you hear these topics in isolation, and depending on who you listen to, it can appear these topics contradict each other. For example, if we are living under grace, do we have to follow God's law to live holy? If we don't live holy, do we fall out of grace? Daily Word - Your calling will be tried by fire, and you may be tempted to give up. In fact, that is the goal of the trials that you are facing. Daily Word - God has given every human the ability to have faith. Some use this ability to have faith that their education will land them a high paying job. Others have faith that medical doctors can repair something broken in their body. However, they might discover that faith in their education, doctors, etc., does not gain them the desired results. Daily Word - Today's culture is increasingly hostile toward believers in Christ. Because of this, some people are on a mission to harm you economically by asking you "gotcha" questions about your faith. For example, you might be asked about homosexuality, transgenderism, abortion, etc. If your answer goes against the culture's viewpoint then they will attempt to ostracize you, get you fired, or have other businesses stop doing business with your business. Open Forum - Worldwide there is over 40K Christian denominations. This means that there are many Christians with many different faith beliefs. Today we discussed how to lead people of various Christian faiths. We also discussed about freewill, working with God instead of working for God, and other interesting topics. Links - Join, Partner

Daily Word - I totally believe that God wants us to be financially prosperous. However, why would the creator of the universe care about our financial status? It seems like there would be more important things He would be concerned about. Well, I believe the answer is because of His "Goodness." Links - Join, Partner

Daily Word - We are turning our attention again to marriage. Why? Because the state of an entrepreneur's marriage affects the success or failure of their entrepreneurial calling. To help create a successful marriage, we have to not fight for our right to be right. Links - Join, Partner

Sunday Service - The 80/20 rule says that if 100 people are working at a task, then 20 people will outperform and achieve more results than the other 80 people combined. This rule works because many people are performing tasks and implementing visions that God never gifted them to do, thus we get an uneven output of results. God created us with equal value but gifted us unequal talent. Many of us are frustrated and not successful because we're not doing the things we were gifted to be great at, but instead doing things we are good, okay, or terrible at. Daily Word - A major factor of success is knowing that God's blessing is on you now. This blessing is the empowerment to prosper. As believers in Christ, we don't have to do anything extra to receive the blessing. It is a part of our salvation package. Links - Join, Partner

Daily Word - Imagine a dad promises to buy a car for his daughter. If the daughter doesn't believe her dad's word, then she is expressing that she feels her dad is lying and untrustworthy. Daily Word - Usually between where you are now and your next level is a financial gap. For example, you are working a day job and a side entrepreneurial project. The day job is draining, and you're ready to go all in on entrepreneurship. It doesn't make financial sense to quit, but you are so ready to leave the job. Daily Word - Have you ever heard the saying "I am just an old sinner saved by grace?" This sounds holy, but it doesn't correctly describe your identity in Christ. You cannot be both a sinner and saved. Listen and discover your true identity in Christ. Daily Word - When we experience failure in life, if we are not careful, we can harden our hearts towards God. This is dangerous because a hard heart cannot have faith, which is the force by which we receive success from God. Sunday Service - The very essence of faith begins, lives and ends with what God said. Belief in what God says is what produces faith. Many have misappropriated faith and pained themselves with many griefs. It was never in the origin of man that faith came, but rather a word from God, acted upon that brought faith into existence. Daily Word - I have a single thought I want to share with you: "God is not the author of confusion." Any area of your life where there is disorder and/or a lack of clarity, God is not the author of that. An author is someone who creates. God creates peace, which is order and clarity, not confusion. Daily Word - Have you been praying for success in entrepreneurship but it seems like your prayers are not being answered? If so and you're married, then check the state of your marriage. You see, the Word of God teaches us that if our marriages are in disrepair, that will hinder our prayers. Daily Word - Think about the time when you were in high school. In order to advance to the next grade, you had to pass some tests. In the same way, to advance to the next level in your vision, God is going to give you a test first. Links - Join, Partner

Daily Word - I have discovered through the Word of God that when we have a financial need, asking God to give us money is the wrong prayer to pray. The reason is that God can only give us what He has. Money is a human creation, not a God creation. Therefore, we need to ask God for what He can give, and what God gives is wisdom that leads to you making money. Links - Join, Partner

Pastoral Chat - In this short video, I want to encourage you to embrace the journey of your calling. When you don't embrace the journey, you lose your peace, become frustrated, and potentially quit. Daily Word - There is a misconception among some believers about the purpose of the Bible. They study it looking to find God's specific plan for their lives. However, they become disappointed when they can't find it. The reason is that God designed the Bible to teach us spiritual principles, not to give us an exact blueprint for our lives and calling. Open Forum - Today I reflected on how God had me start the process of launching a local church, without knowing why I am doing it. We also discussed finding your lane in your calling, and a few other interesting things. Links - Join, Partner

Daily Word - Since the beginning days of Christianity, believers have had disagreements over the meaning of various spiritual principles in the Word of God. A lot of these early disagreements are actually documented in the New Testament. What is amazing about these early disagreements is that God did not step in and correct everyone. Instead, He left it up to us to correctly discover spiritual truth from His Word. Therefore, when you are listening to other believers and ministers interpret the Word of God, you are bound to hear contradictions and disagreements. When this happens, we have to resist the desire to enter into fruitless arguments. In a real sense, to grow spiritually, we have to graduate from needing other Christians to agree with us.
