Kerry Dixon joins Stamford Chidge to look back at the win against Hull and preview the FA Cup tie v Brentford and the massive match against Liverpool next Tuesday.Kerry and Chidge admit the win against Hull was much tougher than they thought, but after all, these are the wins you have to grind out if you want to win the title. Thank goodness for Diego Costa who again scored the crucial goal and seems to have his head back in the game. Another who's head appears to be back in the game is Courtois and his performances this season are contributing hugely to Chelsea's defensive solidity and success. Kerry believes that if he keeps this up he will undoubtedly be the best goalkeeper in the world. It’s hard to remember a worse week in recent times following Chelsea as we limply exited both the Champions League and the FA Cup. All this seemed to be compounded by Costa apparently being sent off for biting Everton’s Gareth Barry – whilst all of us can understand the desire to do Barry serious injury, thankfully Costa pulled his chompers away at the last second thereby avoiding a dreaded Luis Suarez scenario. In reality the only thing to bite was the realization that these two defeats mean that our season is over by March for the first time since the 90’s and an uncertain future awaits the club, players and supporters alike.
