We have selfish needs.- We are not serious about God’s commandments.- We need to make the decisions we need to make on our knees with the word of God in our hands.- If I regard iniquity in my heart, God will not answer my prayers until we deal with it.- If we have an idol in our heart, God will not hear us until we remove it from God’s eye sight.- Hate those things you do that you don’t want to do. When you hate something you don’t want to live with it. It causes you misery.- Do away with it. God then has peace with us. God accepts us.- Now present your body as a living sacrifice. Give your body to Christ because He gave His body for us.

We don’t have to wait as the stirring pool in Israel.- All we have to do is ask Jesus.- Why as believers do not walk in the scriptures as in Romans 12.- We must offer our bodies without sacrifice. We must live holy and pleasing to God.- Do not conform to this world but be transform for God’s good and pleasing to his will.- Did you fall down? Well get up and offer your body a sacrifice. It will be pleasing to Jesus.- The world needs to see we are different.- We have brought the world into the church.- Love must be sincere. How we are to be acting. Hate evil; cling to what is good.- Live the life that you know. Love is patient, kind, does not envy, does not boast.- Love is not proud, does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking it is not easily angered, it keeps no records od wrong.- Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth, it always protects, always trust, hopes, preserves love never fails.- There is 3 principles to live by, faith, hope but the greatest of these is Love.

Jesus is the only answer.- The Church lacks compassion.- We miss the point of Jesus dying on the cross. We try to do everything right because someone is watching. We live under pressure.- Be an example of a believer. A believer will love you when you feel unloved.- When you fall you are not falling out of the hand of Jesus but into his hands.- You have fallen but not forgotten, God may be using your fall to get someone else in the Kingdom.- The righteous won’t stay down; the wicked cannot get up.- You fall Jesus or He will fall on you. You can’t say to God let me arrange some things first.- No one having put his hand to the plow and looking back is fit for the Kingdom of God.- What does Jesus mean by that have you ever tried to walk forward looking backwards; drive a car looking backwards?- The Kingdom of God is about going forward and looking forward. Not hesitating.- There is no room in the Kingdom for standing still. No victory in the Kingdom for looking back- The Kingdom of God is designed for the moment and to move forward.- God told Lot to get his family to get out. Angles urged Lot to hurry, He hesitated. The angles took Lot and his family out of the village.- Do not look behind you. Lot’s wife looked back. She was gone all because she looked back. She ignored the instructions and mercy of the Lord.. She didn’t understand to look back is to long for it.- No place for the Kingdom of God to drag your feet. God’ is a forgiving God. God says if you move right now and forget about what happened and what was I have something in store for you.- Move on, this is what Christians do. God will deliver you. Don’t be shackled to yesterday.- It is useless, it is gone.- Get up go forward, leave the trash behind. Press on. God can help you forget.- The Kingdom of God is to say it happened, I wish it hadn’t, can’t change it. So I forget about it and I move on toward Jesus.

While we are speaking God will answer.- Every victory you win is followed by a strong attack.- Just like David who defeated his enemy in Psalm 18:38. - When you overcome a temptation there will be another one. It is never over. It always comes back with greater strength.- Don’t settle as long as you live you will have to fight the good fight of faith.- The blood of Jesus is the reason we are not defeated.- When you relapse into sin, God is there; your failures will turn into victories. God’s grace is better than your sin.- We are held together only by the shed blood of Jesus.- Get up; don’t give up; don’t beat yourself down.- God will bring you victory. He will never walk away from you. God knows your heart.- We do things we shouldn’t do. When we are up or down all we can do is trust God.- Look at David he committed murder, adultery, lying and deceiving. That wasn’t David. What defines you? Jesus.- Who are we in Him? This body has a soul in it. We are a eternal soul housed temporarily in this decaying body.- Jesus has given us this body to do things in a certain amount of time.- We done know about tomorrow. We must live exclusily for the glory of God.- Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all of the energy and strength that God supplies. Everything you do will bring all glory to God.- Nothing apart from God is good. Through God’s Grace he breathes into us his character.- We are called to be his followers; to spread the word, you just gotta love one another, by your love to one another the world will know you re Jesus’ disciples- If we are always tearing each other down, what does that say about our character? We are miss representing Christ when thepeople who look at us says, I like your Jesus, I dislike you. Disciples mean one who accepts & assists in spreading the doctrine of another. Love people before I rebuked them.- Proclaim the name of Jesus. We have to give up the illusion that we desire a problem free life. You are going to have trouble, but God has overcome the world.- We are robbing ourselves of the blessing God wants us to be. We are robbing oursaelves of the grace that God wants to pour out in us & use us as that grace flows through us.- Jesus says do not be afraid. He reaches His hand down and lifts us up.- He has put a new song in our mouth. Blessed is the one who trust in the Lord.

You will be encircled & surrounded by the devil.- How can I allow the devil to devour me?- 1) If I am angry. Anger will eat your soul out of you. You want be able to enjoy the promise of God with anger in your heart. You will have no prayer life. You will hardly be able to exist.- 2) When I need revenge. Anger wants to make you want revenge. You will be weary, tired worn out and discourage. This is what the devil wants you to be. He has released all of our unbelief on us. Unbelief will devour you quickly.- 3) Unbelief – You will trust God only so far. We always think it is too hard, too little, too late.- Nothing is too hard for God. God takes a little bit and it becomes more than enough.- We think it is too late but Jesus is always on time.- Jesus is the resurrection and the light. He is able to resist anger, revenge and unbelief.- Jesus is the resurrection. Before death Jesus is a healer, after death He is the resurrection.- Don’t listen to people who gossip. You don’t have to suffer the wrath of God.- What you have done unto God’s children you do to God.- Jesus took my life at the cross and made me perfect- We will be delivered from the wrath of God, Jesus and Satan. We have been delivered from the wrath to come.- Romans 5:9; 1st Thessalonians 1:10 & 5:9; Revelation 3:10. Keep on trusting God.- Every one of our steps are ordered by the Lord. Jesus will keep us. We will never see the anti-Christ. 2nd Cor. 7:1-5 shows Peter as man & his humanity.- Trouble was on every side for Peter. He couldn’t get away from the stress of the Christian Life. Inside the body is fear, outside the body is conflicts.- The world and the church will never be the same.- Paul was the only person who had a conversation with Jesus.- The Two fears that Paul had was; 1) He feared that the Corinthians no longer would love him as he loved them. 2) Some of the disciples would turn against God’s teaching and all of his work would have been in vain.- We all want to be loved. Paul was chosen to do God’s work.- Paul had no choice. To keep yourself humble before the Lord. 1) Have compassion for people. 2) Have patience with God.- Everything is going to be alright. Inside the body is fear, outside the body is conflicts.- The world and the church will never be the same.- Paul was the only person who had a conversation with Jesus.- The Two fears that Paul had was; 1) He feared that the Corinthians no longer would love him as he loved them. 2) Some of the disciples would turn against God’s teaching and all of his work would have been in vain.- We all want to be loved. Paul was chosen to do God’s work.- Paul had no choice. To keep yourself humble before the Lord. 1) Have compassion for people. 2) Have patience with God.- Everything is going to be alright. God comforts the downhearted.

Both times have something to do with faith or the lack of faith.- In Matthews 5:8-10 Jesus was amazed that a man had more than enough faith to be heal. Jesus said that he had not seen a faith like this in all of Israel.- Jesus was also amazed by unbelief. His family and friends didn’t believe that Jesus could heal.- Matthews 14:25-31- The disciples were in a boat on the fiver. They saw a figure walking on the water. They were afraid, when Jesus told them it was He; Peter wanted to walk on the water to Jesus. Peter took his eyes off of Jesus, became afraid and had no confidence.- Jesus reached out to pick Peter up as he was sinking. Jesus says ”Oh you have so little faith” Faith is not a feeling but confidence in something that is bigger than yourself.- Faith is something God has already done.- Success in the Christian life is when we grow in faith and not in our ability but what God has done in his ability and what He is able to do.- It’s not about you but is all about Him.

We are here today kept by the power of God by His Son praying for all of us to be one in Him- Are names are written in the Lambs Book of Life- Jesus prays for keeping we will not know till we get home what God has kept us from.- He protects from harm because He heard Jesus’s prayer.- We are here because of Jesus unfailing intercession to the Father.- Luke 22:31 – says but Jesus interceded for Him (Simon). Satan wants to sift us like flour.- It hurts when bad things comes but remember Jesus has prayed for us. The answer will come. Every day your name is spoken in intercession.- Stop asking if you can lose your salvation. It is not salvation but God’s. He is our advocate. Jesus goes to the father. Our sins are already paid for. Jesus paid them all.

He has plan it all.- Before you are born, God all you; while you were still in your mother’s womb. God knew you: knew means intimately Loved You- While Paul was killing Christians, God still has his hand on him. While David was sinning against God, he still had his hand on him.- God does not approve of sin. God has a plan. God is intimately involved in every aspect of your life.- Don’t ever give up on yourself or anybody. God shows us difficult times to prepare our walk with him.- When you have given up on somebody; you have given up on God; His plan, His sovereignty, His mercy. - Put your hand over your mouth and be quiet. You don’t understand God’s ways.- We may never see the handy work in the one we are praying for. It may come in later years of his or her life. But never give up.- God loved Samson but he failed God. He saw a women and committed sin but in his life he killed more in his death- Oh praise the Lord for our “Blessed Assurance” in Jesus.
