Runner's High: How a Movement of Cannabis-Fueled Athletes Is Changing the Science of Sports.

BenGreenfieldFitness.com/runnershigh I recently read the book Runner's High: How a Movement of Cannabis-Fueled Athletes Is Changing the Science of Sports. As kind of a mash-up of Michael Pollan's How to Change Your Mind and Christopher McDougall's Born to Run this immersive, investigative look at the hidden culture of cannabis use among elite athletes (as well as weekend warriors) reveals the surprising emerging science behind the elusive, exhilarating "runner's high" they all seek. Author of the book and my guest on today's podcast - Josiah Hesse - believes that "pot makes exercise fun", or at least, easier or more productive. The link between performance enhancement and cannabis has actually been an open secret for many years, so much so that with the wide-sweeping national legalization of cannabis, combining weed and working out has become the hottest new wellness trend. Why, then, is there still a skewed perception around this leafy substance that it only produces the lazy, red-eyed stoner laid out on a couch somewhere, munching on junk food? In fact, scientists have conducted extensive research that uncovers the power of the "runner's high" - the true holy grail of aerobic activity that was long believed to be caused by endorphins. In an extraordinary reversal, scientists believe marijuana may actually be the key to getting more Americans off their phones and on to their feet. In Runner's High and in this podcast, Josiah takes you on a journey through the secret world of stoned athletes, describing astounding, cannabis-inspired physical and mental transformations, just like he experienced. From the economics of the $20 billion CBD market to the inherent inequalities in the enforcement of marijuana prohibition; from the mind-body connection behind the "runner's high" to the best way to make your own cannabis-infused power bars; Runner's High takes this groundbreaking science out of the lab and onto the trail, court, field, and pitch, fundamentally changing the way we think about exercise, recovery, and cannabis. Josiah is an author and journalist from Denver, Colorado, whose work has appeared in Vice, Esquire, Politico, and The Guardian. Hesse casts a wide net in his journalistic curiosities, covering everything from science, crime and politics, to pop culture, the arts, sex and drugs. After a decade of covering the slow-burn legalization of marijuana, Hesse finally wrote the book we discuss today. In this episode, you'll discover: -How the "420 games" inspired Josiah's book...07:15 -Josiah's history w/ cannabis prior to the 420 games...12:20 -An ultra-marathoner that has taken edibles during his runs for years...17:15 -What to expect in cannabis-inspired fitness classes and events...21:20 -How prevalent is cannabis use in professional sports...25:30 -How, when and why cannabis became "persona non grata" among natural herbs...34:15 -What is the best dosage to increase the efficacy of exercise...50:25 -Does cannabis help altitude performance?...59:55 -Is cannabis a true performance enhancing drug?...1:04:00 -Is cannabis a crutch for Ben Greenfield?...1:11:05 -And much more... BenGreenfieldFitness.com/donnamills You've no doubt heard me talk on podcasts before about my epic massages. We're talking essential oils, carefully selected musical tracks for healing the body, an acoustic sound healing table, a pulsed electromagnetic field mat, and a variety of specific plant medicine compounds and supplements for relaxing the body and turning a massage into a full body, mind and spiritual reboot and cleansing. But I haven't talked much about the wizard (wizardess, I should say) behind-the-scenes. Her name is Donna Mills, and she is my massage therapist, the most unique and talented therapist I've ever worked with, and my guest on this podcast. Is This The World's Most Efficient, Biohacked Workout? The New Full Body Electrostimulation Science by Katalyst (& How To Build Muscle In 20 Minutes).

BenGreenfieldFitness.com/katalystpodcast In a recent weekly roundup, I reported on what I called "Possibly The World's Most Efficient (New) Workout: The "Katalyst", and told you to get ready for the next frontier of electrical muscle stimulation. In my Boundless book, on my podcast, and elsewhere, I've talked in the past about how I use electrical muscle stimulation, also known as “EMS,” ...but with all other forms of EMS I've used in the past, although getting great results for injury rehab, muscle growth, targeted muscle "re-training" and more, I've also had to deal with all sorts of wires, time-consuming electrode attachment, confusing user interfaces, and a pretty clunky experience that takes up a lot of time. But this brand new electrical muscle stimulation suit called the “Katalyst” is a total game-changer. You literally just pull on the suit and select from any of the workouts on the app and a personal trainer not only walks you through the entire workout, which involves functional fitness moves like squats, side lunges, presses, cardiovascular and power movements, and a whole lot more… …but the intensity is automatically adjusted by your trainer as you go, and so it also creates a highly customized workout. This is one of the coolest time hacks for exercise that I've discovered in a long time and—coming from a guy who has done a lot of different workouts—I can tell you that this thing is not some gimmicky “As Seen On TV” technology that you use to get a six-pack while you're sitting on the couch eating Twinkies. Instead, I think this technology is going to take the fitness world by storm. Pro athletes can train muscles they've never used before and retrain injured muscles while complete exercise beginners or those in rehab can lift weights without excess stress on the joints. Again, the Katalyst suit is a total game-changer, and this thing is flying off the shelves now as folks discover the magic of EMS. Here's where you can get the Katalyst suit today (that link gives you "early access" to getting a unit for yourself). But I also wanted to get the Founder and CEO of Katalyst - Bjoern Woltermann - on the show to take a deep dive into exactly how this new technology works. Bjoern is the Founder and CEO of Katalyst, a revolutionary home fitness product that can actually improve your fitness through every phase of life. Using proven Full-Body EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) technology, Katalyst removes common barriers to fitness like time, ability and motivation, and replaces them with a 20-minute, full-body workout that works with your body rather than against it. Because there are no weights and no joint impact, Katalyst empowers all people to live longer, healthier and happier lives. A startup veteran and economist by trade, Bjoern was introduced to Full-Body EMS as a way to fit strength training into his busy travel schedule and to rehabilitate a back injury. After training every Monday for six weeks, Bjoern was amazed to find himself both pain-free and in better physical shape than he had been in years. He soon realized that this technology had the potential to significantly improve millions of lives. Driven by an innate desire to serve people, Bjoern founded Katalyst in 2015 to bring Full-Body EMS to the United States. Aside from Katalyst, Bjoern is a devoted husband and uncle who loves to travel the world and is committed to a healthy lifestyle. During our discussion, you'll discover: -How Bjoern got interested in EMS...8:54 2012, had a corporate job flying all over the world This resulted in chronic back pain Advised to strengthen core and lower back, otherwise serious injury would be incurred Introduced to an EMS clinic (20 minute treatment is too good to be true) Two different reactions: horribly uncomfortable or relatively manageable Breathwork is important for the comfort level After 6 weeks, he was pain free, no pain meds, etc. Body Street studio EMS EMS is far more popular in Germany than the U.S. -Brief history of EMS training...15:10 BGF podcast w/ Jay Schroeder (old, may not be available) Science discovered by Russians in the 60's TENS treatment is a different treatment than EMS Early 2000's, body transformer was a more efficient means of delivering EMS First commercial device was around 2007 Used by elite soccer teams (athletes signed NDA's because of it worked so well) -The science that backs up the efficacy of EMS...19:10 FDA-regulated category Hurdles too high for manufacturer's to expand in the U.S. Some European universities carry out 2-3 full-blown studies on EMS per year Hockey players 1.5% faster after EMS New way to activate muscles; easier to target specific muscle fibers -Why EMS induces a high amount of soreness...23:20 Previously unused and dormant muscles "No muscle left behind" Much more complete muscle activation Increasing the recruitment of muscle fibers in each rep Get to exhaustive state of the muscle faster Activate more muscle fibers at the same time - subconsci

Microdosing Psychedelics, How To Use LSD, Shrooms, Iboga & Other Plant Medicines, Legal Psilocybin Retreats, Truffles & Much More With Third Wave's Paul Austin.

BenGreenfieldFitness.com/paulaustin Paul F. Austin is a pioneer in the 21st century responsible use of psychedelics for healing, leadership and personal transformation. He has been featured in BBC, Forbes, and Rolling Stone for his accomplishments in entrepreneurship regarding social awareness towards the benefits of microdosing psychedelics. Paul is the author of the book “Microdosing Psychedelics: A Practical Guide to Upgrade Your Life” and the founder of two companies in the emerging psychedelic space, Third Wave and Synthesis. ‍ It all started with his personal 7-month microdosing protocol, through it Paul experienced the tangible benefits of microdosing LSD, including an acceleration of learning ability, easier access to flow states, and an improved sense of presence. His experience with microdosing inspired him to push for legitimizing psychedelic substances via the topic of microdosing. ‍ Most importantly, intentional psychedelic use helped him to further uncover his own truth, enabling an alignment of purpose and mission with contribution to community and society. Paul’s unconventional path has now placed him in a position to serve the lives of many millions through psychedelic education and literacy. Two companies have been borne of Paul's mission: Third Wave and Synthesis. This led him to create “Third Wave” which explores pragmatic ways to change the cultural conversation around psychedelics, focusing on the intersection of science, psychedelics, and self-actualization. ‍ Within Third Wave, Paul leads his team in building an educational platform to ensure psychedelic substances become responsibly integrated into our metamodern cultural framework. Currently, Third Wave offers long-form psychedelic guides, online training focused on the skill of microdosing psychedelics, and an industry-best network of clinics and retreat providers, creating a space for individuals to come fully into their own agency, power, and autonomy. In 2018, he co-founded Synthesis, and led several high-dose psilocybin truffle retreats, leading branding, marketing, and public relations before stepping back to focus on Third Wave full-time. Setting off at the age of 21 from West Michigan, Paul lived in five countries and traveled to 60+ over the span of six years before moving to New York City in August 2017. Propelled by an insatiable curiosity for the unknown, Paul's travels led to an incredible expansion of being and growth, setting the stage for his professional career in psychedelic leadership and advocacy. Paul is often seeking balance between city and countryside: the unrelenting energy of big city life pared with the tranquility of nature. When not working, he loves to read, camp, drink espresso, steam himself silly in eucalyptus, and laugh at the irony of life. Third Wave began in 2015, with an intent of changing the cultural conversation around psychedelics. They offer free education, paid online courses, and peak performance coaching. Paul's work there has been featured in the BBC, Forbes, and Rolling Stone. Synthesis is a legal psilocybin retreat outside of Amsterdam. For many clients, attending Synthesis is a profound and meaningful experience, one that leads to improved well-being and significant clarity on purpose and direction. Outside of Paul's entrepreneurial endeavors, he speaks about the intersection of psychedelics, personal transformation, and professional success. The 2 Most Potent Hair Growth & Hair Loss Reversal Molecules Known To Humankind: C60 & GHK-CU - A Big Hair Podcast With Auxano's Jay Campbell & Nick Andrews.

BenGreenfieldFitness.com/hairgrowth As I was recently reading in a fashion magazine, hair has always been the primary indication of confidence for most men. When you consider that two-thirds of men see hair thinning by the age of thirty-five, and men’s hair restoration is a $1.5 billion industry, you began to understand how much confidence is contributed to a man’s hair. But why? In a Canadian survey conducted by researcher Rosemary Ricciardelli, men identified hair as being the primary link between their youth and attractiveness. Ricciardelli observed how men with a full head of hair — even the ones who weren’t particularly otherwise attractive — go out of their way to bring attention to their hair when meeting someone new. These full-haired men tended to be more relaxed and confident in demeanor when dealing with other individuals because they feel like they represent the standard for the ideal man. Ricciardelli helped prove this theory by asking the participants to physically describe their ideal male figure. All of the participants described men who were clean-cut with a full head of hair. We’re unconsciously groomed (pun totally intended) and conditioned (ha!) to think that a healthy man has a full head of hair. But how does this psychologically affect the way men actually feel in their hair? Perhaps a full head of hair reassures them of their healthy biological standing. Maybe the loss of hair reminds men of their mortal vulnerability. Even men with gray hair prefer the color change over balding. Beards also matter, as facial hair is also a key part of men’s self-identification. In one study, men with facial hair were considered more aggressive than clean-shaven men. Both men and women found men with facial hair to be more masculine, with a higher social status, than men who were clean-shaven. More interestingly, men who are bald tend to accentuate their facial hair as compensation for balding. With the double whammy of baldness and facial hair, a man’s masculine appeal could be through the roof. So, to continue on the topic of hair and beard health in men (and the former in women too) that I visited on my recent podcast with Dr. Cameron Chesnut, I decided to continue to explore the topic of hair optimization. My first guest, Jay Campbell, who first joined me on the podcast "Is Metformin Really Dangerous, Little-Known Peptides For Muscle Gain & Fat Loss, Testosterone Replacement Therapy & Much More!" is a 4x international best selling author, men’s physique champion, co-founder of Aseir Custom and founder of the Jay Campbell Brand and Podcast. He is also a a Champion Men’s Physique Competitor and the best selling author of the Testosterone Optimization Bible and of The Definitive Testosterone Replacement Therapy Manual: How to Optimize Your Testosterone for Lifelong Health and Happiness. He also wrote a very popular article on my website entitled Testosterone Decoded, Shattering Testosterone Myths (& Everything You Need To Know About Testosterone Optimization Therapy). As a global influencer on health optimization and raising human consciousness, Jay is no-nonsense, authentic, and fearless in his servant mission of leading humanity towards the Golden Age. Since returning from 12 days in The Sacred Valley of Peru, he's recently experienced a profound awareness of the importance of #RaisingTheVibration of humanity to reach planetary consciousness aka unconditional love. J ay also introduced me to the company "Aseir", which he cofounded along with Nick Andrews (see below). BenGreenfieldFitness.com/timkennedy My wife and I recently immersed ourselves in a three-day close quarter combat and firearm and personal defense training course called "Sheepdog-Response". We experienced hours upon hours of grappling, close quarter combat, situational awareness, firearm training and much more. We were feeling a bit sore and beat up at the end, but definitely more prepared for any “curveballs” life may throw at us. I think these types of skills, along with skills such as wilderness survival, plant foraging, hunting, etc. are really good ways to ensure that one is prepared for life in general. I was so impressed with the course, that I decided to get the founder of Sheepdog, Tim Kennedy, on the podcast to talk about it, and much, much more. If you haven't heard of Tim, then you definitely need to know about this guy. Tim is a retired American mixed martial artist and current soldier. A fighting professional from 2001 until 2016, he has fought in the UFC, Strikeforce, the WEC, ShoMMA, HDNet Fights, and represented the Chicago Red Bears in the IFL. Kennedy is one of the few fighters to simultaneously serve in the United States Army while also fighting professionally. He also is a television host, producer, and entrepreneur. Tim completed Basic Combat Training, Advanced Individual Training, Airborne School, Special Forces Assessment and Selection and the Special Forces Qualification Course. In 2007, he completed Ranger School and was assigned to the 7th Special Forces Group, where he served on an Operational Detachments Alpha. During this time he was also a sniper, sniper instructor, and the principal combatives instructor for C Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group. Kennedy deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom multiple times. In August 2009, Kennedy transitioned from active duty to the Texas Army National Guard's 19th Special Forces Group and served in the position of Special Forces Weapons Sergeant. Among Kennedy's multiple awards are the Army's Bronze Star Medal with V device, which was awarded for valor under fire. He is now an active, Ranger qualified, Green Beret, Special Forces Sniper with tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as other locations around the globe. He was host of the History Channel television series Hunting Hitler which explores alternative theories about Adolf Hitler's death. He also hosted the show on Discovery Channel Hard to Kill, which he attempted to explore a day in the life of the world's most dangerous occupations. He produced the TV documentary Not a War Story in 2017 and helped co-produce Warriors in 2014, and also produced and hosted Iron Dragon TV. bengreenfieldfitness.com/mineralfix Micronutrient deficiencies are widespread across the globe in both developed and developing countries. The Most Mind-Blowing Information On Heart Disease You'll Ever Hear: Understanding The Heart (Uncommon Insights Into Our Most Commonly Diseased Organ) - Part 2 With Stephen Hussey.

bengreenfieldfitness.com/understandingtheheart2 As I've mentioned several times before on podcasts this year, I recently read what I consider to be the best book I've ever read on cardiovascular health. Before this point, my top book recommendation would probably have been. Dr. Thomas Cowan's Human Heart, Cosmic Heart, ideally paired with a listen to my own big show on all the different ways to test, analyze and medically quantify your heart health, which you can listen to in the episode titled "The Best Way To Test How Healthy Your Heart Is: Ben Greenfield Undergoes A Complete Advanced Cardiac Evaluation & Reports The Surprising Results!". Anyways, this newest book is called Understanding the Heart: Uncommon Insights into Our Most Commonly Diseased Organ. The author, Dr. Stephen Hussey MS, DC is a Chiropractor and Functional Medicine practitioner. He attained both his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, OR. He is a health coach, speaker, and the author of two books on health; The Health Evolution: Why Understanding Evolution is the Key to Vibrant HealthSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Cookie Farts, Sex For Exercise, New Biohacks, Pre-Workout Stacks, Morning Vs. Evening Workouts, Calorie Counting & More With Max Lugavere & Crosby Tailor.

BenGreenfieldFitness.com/threeway On a recent trip to LA, I had a chance to sit down with my friends Max Lugavere and Crosby Tailor for an absolute geekfest jam packed with our top of tools, tactics, tips and nutrition/training/life/spiritual/relationship "hacks" of late, recorded as sort of a roundtable, each of us going one at a time, with plenty o' "rabbit holing" as we talk through all of our latest self-optimization strategies. So who are these guys? Crosby Tailor is a represented fashion model and graduated college football athlete turned biohacker and sugar-free dessert chef. Crosby believes that everyone is different, and therefore, not just one diet or lifestyle will work for the majority. Crosby has tried every diet fad from going vegan, the body ecology diet, hardcore paleo, the alkaline diet, as well as super high fat ketogenic, and never felt completely balanced or satisfied, but there were things he absolutely loved from each lifestyle. So he decided to take bits of information that upgraded his life, from each of his favorite wellness mentors like Dave Asprey, Mark Sisson, David Wolfe, Charles Poliquin, Dr. Axe, Dr. Adamo, among many more, and specifically “Tailor” his lifestyle with what resonated best to increase his overall vibration and quality of living. He realized that nothing will ever be perfect, and that its about playing the best hand possible from the cards we were given, accepting what is, and celebrating how different we all really are. This would have never been possible if he didn’t learn to intuit what he needed, explore the proper research, and embark upon a trial and error period of learning what worked for him and what didn’t, in order to further the positive development of his mind, body, and soul. Crosby is not a doctor, nor is he here to make certain health claims, but instead share information that he has gathered over time, that might help you make your own best decisions for self improvement. Crosby is also the creator behind Crosby’s Cookies, “Eat Dessert Burn Fat,” a sugar, gluten, and grain free dessert company born from a labor of love. He hacked the dessert world and has come up with hundreds of recipes from cookies, cupcakes, donuts, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, ice creams, and chocolates! Every recipe is boosted with superfoods and beneficial ingredients that serve a purpose for your health. Crosby hopes to take you back to the inherent pleasures that abounded before refined sugar took over. Max Lugavere is a filmmaker, health and science journalist and the author of the New York Times best-seller Genius Foods: Become Smarter, Happier, and More Productive While Protecting Your Brain for Life, published in 8 languages around the globe. He is also the host of the #1 iTunes health podcast The Genius Life. Lugavere appears regularly on the Dr. Oz Show, the Rachael Ray Show, and The Doctors. He has contributed to Medscape, Vice, Fast Company, CNN, and the Daily Beast, has been featured on NBC Nightly News, The Today Show, and in The New York Times and People Magazine. He is an internationally sought-after speaker and has given talks at South by Southwest, TEDx, the New York Academy of Sciences, the Biohacker Summit in Stockholm, Sweden, and many others. From 2005-2011, Lugavere was a journalist for Al Gore’s Current TV. He lives in New York City and Los Angeles. I have also podcasted with Max in the past on the following episodes: During our discussion, you'll discover: -Why farting in public has been unfairly stigmatized...05:30 -How Omega 3s affect gut health...14:45 -Nutrition Habits that Max, Crosby and Ben implement daily...18:40 -How to identify calorie dense vs. calorie sparse foods...32:00 -Why sex is the best exercise...39:05 -Peptides that Ben, Max and Crosby use...42:15 -Go-to technology biohacks...44:35 -Technology Devices that stimulate different brainwave states...55:35 -How they nurture the communities in their home towns during COVID...1:06:15 -How panic porn degrades the immune system...1:12:45 -Healthy and unhealthy ways to unpack our baggage...1:15:30 -And much more... Why The Way You Think About Time Might Be Wrong, Hacking Your Subconscious, The Perfect Morning Energy Routine & More: Reality Revolution With Brian Scott

BenGreenfieldFitness.com/realityrevolution I recently read a book called The Reality Revolution: The Mind-Blowing Movement to Hack Your Reality. It was really good. Specifically, it did a great job "mashing up" in one title a ton of the energy flow and body enhancement routines, subconscious reprogramming, meditation and visualization tactics and much more in a very practical and easy to understand way, written and explained by someone who has obviously done this stuff for a long time. The author's name is Brian Scott, and he's my guest on today's podcast. Brian is an author, motivational speaker, thought leader, life coach, transformation coach, influencer, podcast host for the reality revolution podcast and the laptop lifestyle podcast, and he is also an artist. He has studied and worked on consciousness expansion for over 20 years. His primary goal is to find that spark to and unleash your greatest potential. Brian helps people overcome obstacles, unlock abundance, improve their health and improve their relationships. He incorporates basic to advanced strategies and technologies such as meditation, hypnosis, qi gong, reality transurfing, sensory deprivation, virtual reality, mind tech, quantum jumping, reality shifting, yoga, energy psychology, luck coaching, NLP, Silva Mind Control, and biohacking. After walking away unscathed from a near-fatal shooting in his home, Brian began a fanatical search for answers. He deepened his research into parallel realities, quantum mechanics, and consciousness to uncover what happened in his close call with death. Along the way, he developed a series of techniques capable of creating profound transformations. In The Reality Revolution: The Mind-Blowing Movement to Hack Your Reality, Brian introduces you to the techniques that have helped his clients find lasting love, create wealth, and revitalize health. You’ll learn how to surf through parallel realities and unlock the power of your mind through a mix of researched and science-backed techniques like qi gong, meditation, quantum jumping, energy work, and reality transsurfing. If you’re ready to create an incredible reality for yourself, this book shows you the way, and we have a great discussion about it on today's show. During our discussion, you'll discover: -How Brian's name change created an identity transformation...09:45 -How a near death experience led Brian toward his journey...12:11 -The big mistake people make about time...18:20 -Is intuition your future self talking back to you?...27:20 -Why slackers always get lucky...30:00 -Using anchoring to change your reality...38:50 -EcoMeditation...43:50 -Brian's energy flow manipulation routine...46:00 -The 5 Tibetan Rites...49:25 -Intention setting and your Reticular Activating System...1:00:00 -Brian's downloadable meditations...1:06:45 Episode sponsors: -The Boundless Cookbook -Kion Lean -Paleo Valley Organ Complex -Water and Wellness -Seed Daily Synbiotic Do you have questions, thoughts or feedback for Brian Scott or me? The Renegade Breathing Mastermind Behind The Crazy Holotropic Breathing Protocol I Do In My Sauna (& Biohacking Breathwork, Best Foods For Breathhold Time, Dangers Of Wim Hof & Much More!).

BenGreenfieldFitness.com/niraj2 I met my friend Niraj Naik (the same guy who invented the crazy holotropic-style breathwork protocol I do in my sauna) inside a sauna in Estonia, Finland, where he led me and one of my buddies through an "omming" breathwork protocol, and I've been hooked on him as my "go to guy" for breath work ever since. He joined me first on the podcast "The Renegade Pharmacist: How To Increase The Effects Of Psilocybin, The Secrets Of Colostrum, Fixing Constipation With Breathwork & More" and also invented the breath work routine that I took my boys and I through and detail in the article "How To Blast You (And Your Child's!) Physical, Mental, & Spiritual Resilience Through The Roof With Breathwork". He also recently designed an extraordinary 8 day breath work course called "SOMABreathFit" that my boys and I also just did - a course that combines fitness, sleep protocols, meditation protocols and much more in a simple-to-implement, done-for-you short daily program. Niraj comes from a background of working long hours for several years as a community pharmacist. Becoming a certified “legal drug dealer” at the ripe age of 24, he got to witness first-hand, many clients going home with shopping bags full of drugs each month, rarely getting better and usually going on to suffer from other diseases. He also learned of the debilitating side effects of the prescription medications which drove many of the patients to have to take more and more drugs to ease the side effects. Curious to find ways to improve his own health, he attended several health seminars and discovered an in-depth approach on how to reach optimum health and vitality by understanding the true origin of disease and how to prevent it. After experiencing great benefits with his own health, Niraj was motivated to devise a scheme to see if he could also help his suffering patients. He incorporates a lifestyle plan called his "healthy shopping lists" that includes simple food swaps, tools and websites to support their specific conditions. Within two weeks he received testimonials from patients who were starting to get better and within a few months some being able to lower their dosages or completely come off their medications. After an arduous battle trying to get his novel approach accepted into the mainstream that resulted in a lot of stress and disillusionment, in 2010 he was diagnosed with a stress-related illness, ulcerative colitis, that left him housebound for over 10 months. He was told by doctors and nurses there existed no cure and he would need to be on medication for the rest of his life. Like his patients, Niraj suffered from side effects of his medication to the point he felt completely hopeless and even suicidal. He was then left with a choice that would be a major turning point in his life. Test out a new drug or have his colon removed. He decided to choose option 3, a path not yet known by conventional medicine. So began his search to learn from people who had great success with either curing themselves or others from chronic illness. He learned a combination of natural treatments including Ayurvedic practices and dietary recommendations from Paleo and Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD). He studied healing methods through meditation, yoga and mind power techniques like self-hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He even discovered the powerful techniques of sound and music therapy as tools for reducing stress and promoting self-healing. Niraj finally broke free from the burdens of his illness, without medication. The experience of illness has allowed him to completely re invent his life and discover a new passion for helping others to do the same. His specialty is helping people recover, prevent or reduce the dependency for longterm medication for the metabolic diseases of diabetes, heart disease and obesity as well as autoimmune disease where stress is an underlining factor in the cause. Niraj is now a professional musician, holistic health expert and entrepreneur. He runs several successful websites that help others who suffer from stress-related, chronic diseases through his self-composed, captivating meditation music and online courses. Niraj has composed music for healing centers, spas and therapists worldwide. During our discussion, you'll discover: -Niraj's personal history and what makes his programs unique...06:50 -What mainstream yoga practices get wrong...21:45 -How CO2 has been thrown under the bus...33:15 -Where Wim Hof gets it wrong...36:10 -Breath work combined w/ hyperbaric treatment?...45:45 -Combining modern science w/ ancient wisdom when it comes to breath work...50:35 -Why humming is an important part of Niraj's training...55:30 -The importance of the control pause tactic...59:55 -What happens at Niraj's live clinics...1:04:05 -How diet affects your breath...1:12:45 -And much more! -Episode Sponsors Kion Lean JOOVV Thrive Market Clearlight Saunas Do you have questions, thoughts or feedback

Anti-Aging, Hair Growth, Gray Hair, Baldness, Beauty Myths & Beauty Truths, Dermarolling vs. Microneedling, Scars & Stretch Marks, Testosterone, DHT & Much More With Dr. Cameron Chesnut.

bengreenfieldfitness.com/cameron I get a ton of questions about hair growth, grey hair, male and female pattern baldness (alopecia), skin beauty treatments, scar and stretch mark fixes, beauty "biohacks," and beyond. So I figured it was high time to get an expert on the show to unpack all of this. His name is Dr. Cameron Chesnut. Dr. Chesnut and I have quite a history. We've known each other since way back in our Ironman triathlon competition days, grew up in the same general region of Northern Idaho/Eastern Washington, and have recently reconnected as brothers with similar interests in fitness, health, nutrition, spirituality, biohacking, beauty, and beyond. Dr. Chesnut recently opened a brand spankin' new biohacking facility in Spokane, WA called "ÔPTIM," which is a fully comprehensive health optimization practice, combining a revolutionary blend of functional medicine and regenerative modalities in a way that offers you unparalleled wellness. Recently at a dinner, Dr. Chesnut was enlightening me on common myths and tips regarding hair growth (based on my recent project of growing out my hair, and potentially, magically sprouting a beard), and also showing me all the other cool toys they have at Optim, such as hormone optimization, cryotherapy, laser, and other photobiomodulation treatments, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treaments, hyperbaric oxygen, IV's stem cells, and beyond—so I figured we could geek out on a podcast. So who is he, exactly? Dr. Chesnut is recognized worldwide as a key opinion leader and innovator in both minimally invasive and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. He was fellowship-trained in cosmetic surgery, reconstructive plastic surgery, laser surgery, and Mohs micrographic surgery at UCLA, training in the most demanding cosmetic and surgical environments of Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Los Angeles. His fellowship at UCLA featured a rigorous, full integration of plastic surgery, facial plastic surgery, oculoplastic surgery, and dermatologic surgery. Through this one-of-a-kind integration, Dr. Chesnut is a well-rounded and cross-pollinated surgeon. He has an unparalleled foundation in skin cancer treatment, plastic reconstruction, and cosmetic surgery, as well as laser and aesthetic dermatology. Dr. Chesnut is an international expert on both the art and science of facial aging, utilizing an approach that relies not just on surgery but addresses all aspects of aging. He loves to utilize this knowledge and skill of cosmetic surgery to improve the results of his skin cancer patients during their plastic reconstructions. A leader in the fields of dermatologic and cosmetic surgery, Dr. Chesnut is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning speaker and has been invited by his peers to present throughout the world on numerous cosmetic and reconstructive topics. He is a regular contributor to the surgical literature, continues to author numerous book chapters, and has been recognized for his research and innovation in cosmetic surgery, lasers, and noninvasive treatments. A native of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Dr. Chesnut has returned home to the Inland Northwest. He graduated with Honors from the University of Washington School of Medicine as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his dermatology residency at UCLA where he was selected as the Chief Resident and subsequently was selected for the integrated Procedural Dermatology Fellowship, also at UCLA. Outside of surgery, Dr. Chesnut enjoys active time with his wife, Aubree, and his children Torin, Tatum, and Callum. He is an avid surfer, passionate skier, loves beach volleyball, tennis, and playing on the river. During this discussion, you'll discover: -The fringe micro-needling treatment Cameron did on Ben before their recording...4:30 - What to expect after Cameron's PRP treatment...9:25 - Cameron's background...13:25 - All the cool gadgets inside Cameron's ÔPTIM Clinic...18:25 - Pros and cons of derma-rolling...21:20 - Supplements demystified...33:15 - Iron and copper contributing to grey hair...41:30 - If butter on the scalp can bring back hair...53:00 - How exosomes enhances the effects of hair growth...1:00:50 - How do hair transplants work?...1:03:50 - How Cameron treats scars and stretch marks...1:06:15 - How much therapy is too much...1:13:00 -And much more! The Perfect 11-Minute Morning Routine: How To Make Your Day Better By Using Ancient Ayurvedic Principles To Optimize Your Morning Routine.

bengreenfieldfitness.com/ayurveda It's no secret that I weave into my personal health protocol many "ancient" tactics I've borrowed from the fields of Traditional Chinese Medicine and also Ayurveda, including... ...tooth and oral care via coconut oil pulling and tongue scraping... ...Tai Chi and Qi Gong-esque morning exercises... ...acupuncture, acupressure, and tapping... ...digestive organ massage... ...dry skin brushing... ...cooking and blending with ghee... ...and much more... I find Ayurveda particularly intriguing. After all, these days, time is scarce and precious in today’s world and we seek solutions that are quick. While allopathic medicine tends to focus on the management of disease, the ancient study of Ayurveda provides us with holistic knowledge for preventing disease and eliminating its root cause. For the past 21 years, my guest on today's podcast and author of the excellent book Everyday Ayurveda: Daily Habits That Can Change Your Life in a Day, Dr. Bhaswati Bhattacharya, MPH, MD, Ph.D., DABHM, FABPM, HHC, CAP, has been practicing holistic family medicine emphasizing Ayurveda and teaching best clinical practices and educational techniques for learning Integrative Medicine. She currently works between her private consultation medical practice in Manhattan and her deeper study of indigenous medicines around the world, when she consults with patients via phone/video conference. She has recently completed a Ph.D. in Ayurveda at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in the ancient city of Varanasi in India. As the first U.S. Fulbright Scholar sponsored jointly in 2013-2014 by the U.S. Department of State and the Government of India to research and teach Ayurvedic medicine, Dr. Bhattacharya continued research in the clinical and physicochemical bases of bhasmas, which are herbometallic compounds that often work quickly and cleanly to rebalance the body from "incurable" diseases. For her Ph.D. thesis 2014-2018, she studied how plants work medicinally, from soil to stomach to cell. Specializing in The Patient, Dr. Bhattacharya actively incorporates traditional and indigenous medical systems into her clinical practice of holistic family medicine, using modern science only where it actually works for real patients. The goal is not a clinical trial; it is to help each patient improve his/her quality of life, health, and well-being. She defines, refines, and practices medicine on a holistic and truly integrative path. She provides holistic medical care for the underserved as well as for insured patients. Modalities that Dr. Bhattacharya uses include herbs, nutrition, yoga, breathwork (pranayama), exercise counseling, energy work, mind-body medicine, homeopathy, and aromatherapy, with a strong underpinning of Ayurveda, as well as the use of biomedical drugs and procedures as needed. During this discussion, you'll discover: -Bhaswati's childhood development as an ayurvedic practitioner...7:30 -How phases of the moon affect the quality of ghee while it's being made...13:45 -How the day is split up according to Ayurvedic principles...21:30 -Bhaswati's morning routine ...36:15 Bhaswati writes a weekly column for South Asian Times Bhaswati's 12-step morning routine: Rise an hour before dawn Lie still and listen to your belly Your belly conveys how it's doing (your second brain—your gut—talks to your first brain) The gut tells you what it wants (if you are hungry) and any other information (gut instinct) Bend fully down and touch the ground with your hands; say a prayer before stepping on the earth When you twist your body you twist your gut; waking it up Sit up, take a small sip of water from your right palm and swallow Gives information from your mouth's microbiome to your body (do this only when you are healthy) Things growing in your mouth signals the body to produce natural antibodies as well as hormones Head to the toilet Wash your hands, wash your face with cold water, a little bit of water into each nostril and expel Swish some water in your mouth Clean your teeth Use a small Nim tree branch (4 inches long), chew on it, brush teeth with it, spit the bitter juice, rinse your mouth with water Tongue scraping Swish your mouth with sesame oil; very good for lubricating the nerves Put some oil on your fingers, swipe on the insides of your cheek, gums, and put some hot water in the mouth Fill the 5 senses with beauty, good things, light a candle, light incense, touch something soft, tulsi plant Look in the mirror, present yourself for the day; head to the kitchen to sip your first beverage -Problems with the way processed food is produced...49:20 -The 5 oils that are compatible with Ayurvedic practice...57:35 -Practical uses of Ayurveda in everyday life...1:05:45 -The best oil to use in rinsing out your mouth...1:16:40 -How neglect of our senses will deleteriously affect our lives...1:22:15 -And much more! My New #1 Hack For Zapping Inflammation, Increasing Deep Sleep & Recovering Faster - Earthing (The Most Important Health Discovery Ever?)

bengreenfieldfitness.com/earthingpodcast I recently read the book Earthing: The Most Important Health Discovery Ever! (and my twin boys also watched the accompanying documentary "THE EARTHING MOVIE"). Although I already knew about the importance of having an intimate connection with the planet we live upon, this book blew my mind when it comes to identifying one of the best solutions for chronic inflammation, better sleep, enhanced deep sleep, and much more. Since reading it, I've been traveling everywhere with my grounding sleeping mat, wearing my Earth runners every day, and my boys have barely even touched their shoes. In the book, author Clint Ober introduces the planet's powerful, amazing, and overlooked natural healing energy and how people anywhere can readily connect to it. This never-before-told story—filled with fascinating research and real-life testimonials—chronicles a discovery with the potential to create a global health revolution. So obviously, I had to get Clint on the show! Clint Ober is the innovator behind the Grounding Movement & CEO of Earth FX Inc., a research and development company located in Palm Springs, California. A series of seemingly unrelated synchronistic events dating back to his early childhood led to a groundbreaking discovery that’s being recognized as the greatest health discovery of all time. Grounding has now become a massive international movement—causing people to shed their shoes and reconnect electrically to the surface of the Earth. Clint first learned about grounding when installing cable TV systems in Billings, Montana in the early 1960s. A decade later, he formed Telecrafter Corporation and built it into the largest provider of cable installation services in the United States. This company specialized in the proper grounding of cable installations for safety and TV signal stability. In the 1980s, he turned his attention to the developing computer industry and partnered with McGraw-Hill to distribute live digital news services, via cable, to PCs. This led to the development of the first cable modem and an increased awareness of the need for proper system grounding. Following a health challenge in 1995, Clint retired and embarked on a personal journey looking for a higher purpose in life. During his travels, he noticed people wearing plastic and rubber-soled shoes that insulate the body from Earth. He wondered if no longer being naturally grounded could affect us. The question led to an experiment that suggested grounding alone reduced chronic pain and improved sleep. Thereafter, he developed a working hypothesis: Grounding the human body to the Earth normalizes the functioning of all of the body’s systems — the body utilizes the earth’s electrical potential and free electrons to maintain its internal electrical stability, normalizing all of its self-regulating and self-healing systems. Over the past twenty years, he has supported over 20 research studies* that collectively demonstrate that grounding reduces inflammation and promotes normal functioning of all body systems. During our discussion, you'll discover: -How Clint became interested in the concept of earthing...7:45 -How a busload of Japanese tourists gave Clint his big idea regarding grounding...17:12 -The early days of Clint's clinical research on grounding the body with the Earth...23:23 -What is going on in the body when a person is grounded with the Earth...33:25 -The mechanism of action for grounding to the earth...43:30 -What our ancestors understood about earthing and grounding...48:15 -The best surface when it comes to conductivity between the Earth and the body...50:20 -Best shoes to wear to properly ground with the earth...53:35 -The length of time required for a person to become properly grounded with the Earth...57:15 -How to know whether or not your home is grounded with the Earth...1:02:15 -Whether all grounding mats created equal...1:04:05 -The grounding patches that are an athlete's best friend...1:08:00 -And much more... Reprogramming Your Brain To Deal With Trauma, Getting Rid Of Cell Danger Response, Why Drugs Don't Work, "Emotional Concussions" & Much More With Dr. Don Wood.

BenGreenfieldFitness.com/donwood Dr. Don Wood is a guy I've been hearing about for years from multiple trusted friends of mine in the self-improvement and self-mastery realms, and I finally decided to connect with him and his work more deeply by hosting him at my house in Spokane, Washington to showcase the special flavor of therapy that he does - by working with both me and my family for a four hour session, followed by the podcast you can hear in this episode. Don is the Founder of the Inspired Performance Institute and developed something called "TIPP™", which is a cutting edge approach to high performance using advancements in neuroscience. After years of research, Dr. Wood coined the term “emotional concussions ™” which simply means events and experiences in your life may have had a profound effect on your current behaviors and habits, he refers to these events and experiences as “atmospheric conditions ™” If you experience PTSD-like symptoms, health issues related to an overactive sympathetic nervous system, or impediments in your progress towards everything from business success to relationship issues to athletic performance, Don says nothing is wrong with you, and you might simply just need a reboot. Don's work is based on the idea that events and experiences throughout our lifetime continue to play a role in how we experience life in the present. He has also realized that there was a better way of treating these type of issues. He says… …“Teaching people to live with, manage and cope with the daily stress doesn’t fix the problem. The solution comes from understanding it’s source and providing a long-term permanent solution”. Since 2015, Don's Inspired Performance Institute has worked to create innovative strategies to help people heal from the limiting effects of trauma, so they can feel and perform at their best. The result has been the development of a revolutionary approach to performance improvement referred to as TIPP (The Inspired Performance Program). TIPP is based on the idea that our minds have developed some glitches and error messages in the ways they store information about events from our past. And apparently, we all have these glitches! Even high-functioning individuals, like executives and professional athletes, have so-called glitches from their pasts, and once “reprocessed”, their performance improves to a whole new level. Once the mind is updated and refreshed using the Inspired Performance Institute’s NEURO technique, a part of TIPP, individuals are able to remain present, calm and focused, and their performance naturally improves. After we reset the mind with TIPP, we restore the body with our NOWW program. A chronically dysregulated and imbalanced nervous system can lead to anxiety, depression, PTSD, panic attacks, addictions, or even chronic illnesses such as auto-immune disorders, thyroid problems, cardiac and gastrointestinal diseases, and even, cancer. TIPP, TIPP KIDS, and the NOWW program are designed to help reset the mind and restore the body to optimal states of health, performance, and wellness. Don actually separates trauma into two camps. Most of us think of trauma as a clearly defined, often injury-inducing event like a car accident or a mugging. He calls this big ‘T’ trauma. The second type of trauma he calls emotional concussion. These are experiences that affected us psychologically but may be more loosely defined or harder to pinpoint. Don says that a very large percentage of the population is dealing with unprocessed trauma when you consider these two types of trauma. Unresolved trauma or disturbing events and experiences from your past may be interfering with your ability to function at your highest level. These experiences may limit our ability to regulate your mood, focus, or connect with others in a healthy, loving and safe way. When we experience a traumatic event, our body has a physical response to that trauma. Trauma triggers that fight or flight (aka active state) response. This creates inflammation in the body as a way of pausing the immune system so that the body can use all resources to respond to the trauma. When we are no longer in danger, the body allows everything to return to normal. What a lot of people don’t realize is that when we have unprocessed trauma, we think about it. And, when we think about it, we relive it which results in the same fight or flight response. We have the physical response to the trauma just by thinking about it! If we are doing this constantly, the immune system can’t function properly, which overtime results in autoimmune issues. Often we dismiss the idea that trauma is the cause of an issue because we may not recognize the experience as trauma. Don uses a great analogy in this episode that points to the high-definition memories we have of traumatic times in our past vs the muted memory we have of a non-threatening event (like the dinner we had last night). These high-definition memories can be very powerful and can

Is "Drinkable" Seawater The Future Of Health Tonics?, How "Quinton" Works, Isotonic vs. Hypertonic & Much More With Water Researcher Robert Slovak.

bengreenfieldfitness.com/quinton Robert Slovak is my go-to "guru" for all things water. He first joined me in the podcast "Water & Water Filtration: Everything You Need To Know About Water Filters, Alkaline Water, Structured Water, Hydrogen-Rich Water, Deuterium Depleted Water & Much More!" ...and then also in the podcast "Everything You Need To Know About How To Use Hydrogen Water: Timing, Dosing, Delivery Mechanisms, Hydrogen Tablets, Hydrogen Water Machines, Hydrogen Inhalers & Much More!" ...and now Robert is back for a three-peat to talk all things minerals, Quinton, advanced hydration methods, and beyond! Robert is a degreed mechanical, aeronautical, astronautical engineer best known for co-founding Water Factory Systems in the early 1970s. He and his brother were among the early developers of reverse osmosis (RO) technology and its many applications. Their successful innovations encompassed home and office RO drinking water systems, bottled water production, laboratory purification, hemodialysis, seawater desalination, microchip production, bottled water production, water vending, spot-free vehicle washing, and scores more. As a result of the rapid growth of RO applications, Robert’s ongoing seminars, and a best-selling industry book on the subject of point of use (POU) RO, he became a well-known figure in the water industry. Robert officially retired from the US water industry in 1996 and went on to bring his knowledge and experience to Brazil, Asia, and other international markets. He put together a team and published Agua Latino America to establish a legitimate water equipment and education infrastructure in Brazil and South America. His “students” continue to play a major role in Brazil’s water industry. In 2004, while in a remote location of Brazil, Robert became seriously ill and was introduced to an obscure 1897 medical discovery known as Original Quinton Marine Plasma (named after the famous revolutionary biologist René Quinton). Robert attributes his "jungle" survival to Quinton's remarkable healing properties. This ocean-harvested nutraceutical contains the entire Periodic Table of organo-complexed minerals and trace elements as well as essential and rare micronutrients and has been continuously produced for more than a century. Having been an avid student of health and nutrition science for decades, Robert recognized the remarkable history and efficacy of Quinton Marine Plasma in supporting a wide range of the most difficult health conditions and has distributed it to leading-edge clinics and health practitioners around the world since 2008. For the past nine years, Robert’s focus has been on bringing a new nutraceutical breakthrough called “Molecular Hydrogen” (H2) to medical professionals and health-minded consumers. This “smallest molecule in the Universe” has been overlooked for its remarkable health benefits until now. With more than 800 worldwide health studies on the subject, physicians, researchers, and clinicians have been proclaiming H2 as the most unique and versatile antioxidant and signaling molecule. In 2010, Robert co-developed a practical way for everyone to benefit from this discovery by creating the first reactive hydrogen tablet that infuses water with a supersaturated concentration of H2 gas. This proven nutraceutical is now in its 9th year of distribution in both professional medical and consumer markets. In 2011, Robert became a founding investor in the Quicksilver Scientific Corp., which was developing a groundbreaking new technology to deliver nutrients and nutraceuticals to the cells: nano-encapsulated liposomes. In just a few years, Quicksilver Scientific established its scientific dominance in this growing field and is currently expanding its product scope and global distribution. Recently, several of the key formulas offered by Quicksilver Scientific have become a cornerstone in the ongoing battle against the coronavirus. While attending medical and wellness conferences throughout North America, Robert recognized the persistent minefield of water-related misinformation encountered by doctors, patients, and consumers alike—that’s after spending nearly 50 years in the water technology industry. This unsettling experience soon turned into the motivation to do something about it and Water And Wellness was established in 2017. A team with more than 150 years of combined experience was assembled to create a product line of advanced POU and point of entry (POE) water treatment systems for health- and wellness-minded consumers. In addition, a line of synergistic water additives was formulated for the consumer market including Quinton and QuintEssential minerals & trace elements, Active pH Restore alkalizing mineral powder, Active H2 ULTRA molecular H2 tablets, and Active Ribose C high-bioavailability vitamin C. Recently, Robert’s 20-year interest in Deuterium Depleted Water (DDW) took a new direction forward. With the revival of Soviet-era research from the 1960s and r

Ducks Vs. Chickens, Yaks Vs. Cows, Eating Locusts, Unique Permaculture Practices, Bible-Based Eating & More With Jordan Rubin.

bengreenfieldfitness.com/jordanrubin A few months ago, I was having dinner with my friend Jordan Rubin and - between bits of my friend Andy Neale's MCT-infused-coconut milk-collagen-superfood ice cream - Jordan fascinated me with stories of the crazy animals and superfoods he now grows on his farm, all in a sustainable and regenerative way that could feed a lot of people with very low acreage requirement. So I just knew I had to get Jordan on the podcast to talk about his farm and his techniques. After growing up in a health-focused household, Rubin attended Florida State University. But at age 19, a life-threatening case of Crohn’s disease struck. After losing 80 pounds, Rubin was just 104 pounds and ravaged by inflammation. (His doctors didn’t expect him to live much longer.) With conventional medicine utterly failing him, he turned to nutritional-based healing and began specifically studying Biblical references to nutritional health and lifestyle. Making Bible-based diet adjustments, unlocking the power of fermented food and utilizing probiotic supplementation teeming with soil-based organisms, Rubin turned his health around and healed himself of Crohn’s disease in weeks. Fast forward years later to 1999, and he and his wife, Nicki, founded Garden of Life. The company quickly grew into an award-winning, retail powerhouse nutrition company. Jordan is now one of America’s most-recognized and respected natural health experts, and is the New York Times bestselling author of The Maker’s Diet, and 26 additional titles, including his latest work, Essential Fasting. An eco-entrepreneur, author and lecturer on health and nutrition, Jordan has shared a message of health and hope across the globe for the last 22 years. Jordan is the founder of Garden of Life, the leading whole food nutritional supplement company, and Beyond Organic, a vertically integrated organic food, beverage and dietary supplement manufacturer. Jordan has formulated hundreds of dietary supplements, functional foods and beverages including many #1 top sellers in the Healthy Foods channel. In 2016, along with co-founder Dr. Josh Axe, Jordan launched Ancient Nutrition, a company that brings the principals of Ancient Nutrition to the Modern World. Jordan is the founder of Heal the Planet Farm, a regenerative permaculture retreat located in Missouri’s Ozark mountains within the four-thousand-acre Beyond Organic Ranch. Jordan and his beautiful wife Nicki are the parents of six wonderful children. During this discussion, you'll discover: -Why Jordan prefers to eat yak and water buffalo over cow...9:30 -Key differences in water buffalo milk from cow milk...15:00 -Why duck eggs over chicken eggs...21:00 -How these types of foods can be available to the masses...26:10 -Fun facts on raising ducks...31:30 -Pros and cons of camel milk...36:45 -Superfoods Jordan is raising on his farm in Tennessee...39:00 -Mixed species combined with rotational grazing...45:55 -Jordan's personal nutrition philosophy...55:25 -How perspectives on food consumption change with various epochs of time...1:01:30 -Resources for following what Jordan is up to...1:03:10 -And much more!
