After missing a week we make up for it with this big show on UFC 217, some NBA, NCAA Football and the NFL. With two guest (Lucas and Average Joe) this a packed and funny show.

Since its inception, WB/DC has been trying to kickstart off the DCEU films. Man of Steel started it but Batman V Superman and Suicide Squad soured people on what this movie universe could be. Wonder Woman gave folks hope and now we got Justice League which basically picks up the baton and continues to show what the DCEU can truly be like in the future. Justice League ends up being a pretty good movie that rights the wrongs that BvS did. 3BG rating: 4.5 out of 5

Every November on #3BGPodcast we dive into a movie franchise. This year we do Karate Kid. The first movie is a classic. Flawed but a classic none the less. We talk about Pat Morita, Dan's Andrew Dice Clay voice, Mystic Asian Magic, that bullshit Crane kick, Daniel fucking up the clutch of the car, Cobra Kai showing no mercy and a Cobra Kai TV show???

First up show creators Stephanie Savage and Josh Schwartz alongside executive producer Jeph Loeb gave us the rundown of what to expect from this show in comparison to the comics. Then we chat it up with the main Runaways cast(Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer, Gregg Sulkin, Allegra Acosta) who really are hyped for what this show is bringing to the table. Runaways is set to premiere on November 21, 2017 on Hulu streaming.

So right around the time that Power Rangers RPM had started, over on the CW we were graced with America taking another crack at the Kamen Rider franchise. What we ended up with is Kamen Rider Dragon Knight which was based off of Kamen Rider Ryuki. While Dragon Knight kept certain stuff from Ryuki it also brought some original story ideas in as well. What you end up with is a surprisingly decent adaptation. 3BG HALLOWEEN!!! We end this month with a black horror movie!(We said it, BLACK! Fight us!) The horrific gory 90's horror classic, Candyman. We're joined by Zena from TheRealQueenofHorror.com to talk about this, so enjoy!

*Light spoilers!!!!* So Thor Ragnarok is upon us and boy oh boy does this series go out in a huge way. Its no secret that the Thor movies have been the weakest of the MCU films so thankfully Director Taika Waititi manages to give this film some levity and also some lightheartedness. All the characters end up having a moment to shine in some way particularly with Valkyrie and Hulk. The plot isn't as throwaway as you might think and for what it accomplishes it works especially for that world that Thor inhabits. The NBA is back!!! We go over NBA opening night, another wacky Top 25 in the NCAA, and NFL Week 5 recap and Week 6 picks.

Movies like Geostorm tend to more often than not be films that are in the "so bad its good" category. Unfortunately Geostorm isn't that. What we have is a film that is a basically Dean Devlin reusing stuff that he's done in previous movies like this. The story is lame and predictable, the characters are okay but again they're basically the same characters from Devlin's other works, and the main attraction of this Geostorm weather event ends up being lame as hell. 3BG score: 0 out of 5

Talk about the latest trailers from Thor Ragnarok, Black Panther, Justice League, and New Mutants, the Gambit movie is happening, and dabble a little on Marvel Legacy and Dark Knight Metal.

3BG HALLOWEEN! The vampire Alucard is a commanding presents in the world of anime. It would be impossible for us not to talk about him or the gory anime Hellsing Ultimate. Perfect for Halloween don't you think? With help from our good friend Diva we get woman's perspective on Alucard, Seras, Integra, Rev. Anderson, Nazi's, talking to women in the correct tone and more Nazi's.

The guys go over the U.S. not making the World Cup, Jerry Jones being Jerry Jones, Jemele Hill firing, NFL Week 5 recap, and our Week 6 picks.

Marshall is a new film from Reginald Hudlin that pinpoints in on a particular case that Thurgood Marshall was a part of that wasn't his famous Brown vs. Board of Education one. Its a very smart choice by Hudlin to do this because this movie highlights why Thurgood was as good as he was. Solid cast and great acting all around. There were a couple of spots that was shaky but overall a great movie. 3BG rating: 4 out of 5

"Give Me The Names"...Four words which signifies Jackie Chan's character being fed up with the bs served to him. The Foreigner is much in the same vein as Taken and Equalizer in that we have an old actor kicking ass and taking names for the sake of vengeance. This time its Chan doing what he does best. The Jellies is an upcoming Adult Swim show from the mind of Tyler the Creator. We sat down with Show Producer Carl Jones(known for Boondocks, Black Dynamite, and Legend of Chamberlain Heights) and Voice actor Phil Lamarr(Samurai Jack, Static Shock, Mad TV) as they hit us with the lowdown on how the show came to be and the bizarre nature of the show itself. The Jellies is a quarter-hour animated series created by Tyler the Creator and Lionel Boyce. The show follows a family of Jellyfish, including their 16-year-old human son Cornell. When Cornell learns that he was adopted at birth, he is shocked by the news and spirals out of control as he tries to "find himself." The result is he, his family and friends continue to end up in uncanny situations. The Jellies premieres Sunday, October 22 at 12:15 am ET/PT on Adult Swim

It's Time To Get EXTREME! Wrestlecorner has a fun little chat about Extreme Championship Wrestling in all of its glory.

Ever since the Generation X pilot movie from the 90's, FOX has been trying to get an X-men tv show off the ground. They managed to start this off with Legion and now we have a second show in The Gifted. Does this show do the X-men property justice? Tune in to find out.

Another October and another M.Night movie. Shyamalalama blessed us with this gem of a movie, Mel Gibson losing his faith and then aliens show up. D and Cj go into this review with DjTsu listening. (Cuz doing a Dj gig in Shibuya is WAY more important than reviewing a old movie) So sit back and listen to D and Cj belittle M.Night's writing.

Most movies that are sequels to a beloved and well known movie tends to be of three categories: Either its really good, really bad, or mediocre as hell. Fortunately Blade Runner 2049 falls into the really good category. What we have is a film that has a solid plot that expands on the first film, really good cinematography, and great acting from everyone. Only hiccup is that its too damn long clocking in at 2 hours and 40 minutes. Not a big deal but just aware of how long you'll be in the theater for this movie. 3BG rating: 4.5 out of 5

So we finally make it to the final Disney era Power Rangers season and boy did they go out with a bang. Much like with Power Rangers In Space, RPM was a season where clearly the writers had tons of leeway to do whatever show they wanted. Disney at the time was investing heavily in Marvel so the Power Rangers license was whatever to them. What we end up getting is easily one of the best seasons of this franchise.

The guys recap NFL Week 3 and talk about the NFL coming together and kneeling while also completely missing the point, NCAA football and Blue Chips scandal, NBA media weekend, and our NFL picks for Week 4.

Anthony Willis, composer of platforming adventure Knack 2 which is out now in stores. Channeling his extensive background in animated and adventure films, Willis diverted from the classical orchestral sound of the first game to create something more modular and percussive, something with a unique and ever-changing energy that could match the constantly-evolving nature and surroundings of the game's protagonist. Willis also had a hand in composing music for Birth of a Nation and Pirates of the Carribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales. So sit back and enjoy this informative interview.

So the much anticipated followup to Kingsman The Secret Service is finally here and it turns out to be a very solid followup with a few hiccups. On one hand the action and story is a wild ride with some twists you'll see coming and others you won't see. On the other hand though, the movie at times feels like its trying to one up the previous film with the action and the movie is a bit too long. Either way you'll enjoy the movie overall and won't regret it. 3BG rating: 3.5 out of 5

WHEN ANIMALS ATTACK MONTH (A.K.A- STOP FUCKING WITH SHIT WHITE PEOPLE) This review has gone to the dogs. (BOOOO!) Again we have man trying to make the ultimate machine! This time with a dog. It has the eye sight of hawk, swallows like a snake, jumps with bad cgi and other powers. We also talk about white women and dogs, Doggy Batman vs Superman, Doggy rape, White Privilege, That's yo ass Mr. Postman and puppets!

When it comes to anime adaptations, Hollywood really hasn't been on good terms. As we've covered before your mileage varies but more often than not they end up being bad. In comes Death Note which ends up being a competent movie thats hampered by the fact that its a shell of the anime/manga its based off of.

American Assassin is the typical action movie which is different from the vibe the trailers gave off. Michael Keaton and Dylan O'Brien do a pretty good job with there respective characters though O'Brien does tend to get one-dimensional at times. Sanaa Lathan is serviceable in her role. Same with Taylor Kitsch. The movie gets a bit tropey at times and you basically end up seeing where the movie is going once the plot starts going. Its one of those movies that ultimately ends up being one of those "Waste the afternoon" type of films. 3BG score: 2.5 out of 5

Dee and CJ recap the happenings of opening weekend of the 2017 NFL season. Lots of surprise upsets that could possibly tell an interesting story for the season but we'll see. We also talk about the Jemele Hill/ESPN situation, Sloane Stephens, Serena making her comeback after popping out her baby, and ending things off with our Week 2 NFL picks.

WHEN ANIMALS ATTACK MONTH (A.K.A- STOP FUCKING WITH SHIT WHITE PEOPLE) We now jump into the cold unforgiving waters of Deep Blue Sea. A movie that kinda saved Renny Harlin's career...kinda. In this podcast we hit all the points, Smart ass Sharks, LL's plot armor, One liners, missed opportunities and why you can't rap about everything!

Defenders has arrived culminating from 4 Netflix shows and giving us 4 characters that come together to save New York on a smaller scale. The show succeeds mainly because the 8 episodes keeps the pacing going quick and easy and it also ends up making Danny Rand/Iron Fist much better than his solo outing. So sit back and enjoy this giant size episode.

A movie where you only care about Ernie Hudson and Amy the Gorilla. We talk about Tim Curry's fucked up accent, Speak-N-Spells, Harambe, Hotep Gorillas, Ernie Hundson being a beast and White People fucking with Nature.

Voltron Legendary Season 3 has came and went and we finally get a chance to talk about our fav moments from this great season and we also touch upon things that happened in the previous 2 seasons as well.
