This episode covers the life of Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow through the last half of their crime spree from late 1933 to their death by ambush on May 23, 1934. Bonnie had never killed- but the newspapers and the FBI took the account of one bad witness to convict her or murder-and the fact that she had been an enabler and solid accomplice was enough to put her away for a long time. We also devote a section at the end to the FBI and their successful attempts to bring down a number of "Most Wanted" persons in 1934. We include the last days of John Dillinger, Pretty Boy Floyd, and Baby Face Nelson, all in 1934 here as well. The death of Bonnie & Clyde marked the end of the road for many notorious outlaws of the 30's. 1001 Heroes, Legends, Histories & Mysteries podcast rips the cover off the politically correct version of the American Indian fighting only to protect his lands from white encroachment., as we look into the unholy alliance between the Iroquois nation and the British power brokers trying to stamp out American independence during the American Revolution between 1775 and 1783. Sam returned, and was just off the coast where she was staying when a storm struck and his ship went down. This is an incredible story of heroism on the part of the men who fought and liberated the south of Holland in the process. It is the largest single day air drop in recorded history. On the night of October 4th, 1967, at about 11:20pm, it was reported that something had crashed into the waters of Shag Harbor, Nova Scotia. Multiple witnesses reported hearing a whistling sound and then a boom as the flying object approached the waters about 1/2 mile offshore, floating, its lights changing color, then disappearing beneath the water and traveling eastward, leaving only a yellow wake of frothy water behind. Was it an alien craft, or a top secret government project? Two men, one of whom was a boy of 12 who witnessed the UFO, never gave up on finding the truth, despite government cover-ups.
