Todd McFarlane joins the podcast this week. Todd has had an amazing career than spans 40 years! He has worked for Marvel as an artist most notably on The Amazing Spider-Man. Spider-Man 1 is one of the highest selling comics of all time. In 1992 Todd became the Co-Founder of Image Comics, the 3rd largest publisher in comic books today. That same year, Todd also created Spawn which broke the record in 2023 as being the longest running independent comic book of all time. In 1994 Todd started McFarlane Toys and completely changed the action figure toy segment. This is still the case today. Today we speak about a lot of the upcoming projects in 2024 and beyond starting with Spawn and the 10 titles to launch starting in 2024 and beyond. We also spoke about McFarlane Toys and his entrance back into Sports and the release of the Diablo series. We looked into the DC Universe and spoke about the amount of figure that are released on an annual basis. Lastly, we spoke about the upcoming Spawn film that is projected to be in theaters in 2025.
