Max Fiumara joins the podcast this week and we had a blast walking through his journey into being a comic book artist and creator.
His love for comic books started at a young age and early on Max and his brother Sabastian knew they wanted to be professional comic book artist. The path was not easy and there were many challenges in Max's journey but today his unique style of art sets him apart in the industry.
He has worked on many titles both as a cover artist and sequential art for Marvel, DC Comics, and Image. His big break came on the title Four Eyes with Joe Kelly. It was at this moment Max felt at home in his own style.
Today he is the co-creator of one of the hottest titles with Dave McCaig and Rick Remender, The Sacrificers. An incredible story of family, religion, politics, love, and betrayal. If you are not reading The Sacrificers now is the time!
