S1 Ep 65"What to do in Life" Isn't Important
If there is one episode I think it's important that people listen to in this series, it would be this one. We constantly ask ourselves what we should do in our lives. S1 Ep 54When Was the Last Time You Cried?

No matter how good we are at something, we will bump into somebody who does not agree with us. Maybe they won't agree with our choice, suggestions, ways of working or something else and unfortunately we are not trained well on how to handle disagreements. So if someone disagrees with us, our brain tries to tell us that we are in danger and hence we become defensive. But, we must reflect why and where these disagreements are coming from. Their negative and positive forms. How are they affecting us and thus react in a more informative way or so, not react at all.

Because once you know what's the worst could happen to you, any scenario you deal with, is going to be better than what you had imagined. You are training your mind to be prepared for what's the worse could happen, you're prepared for it. But at the same time, that worst scenario is one of the million possibilities.

We all at one point struggle finding our purpose, goal or passion in life. But you don't find your Passion, you grow your passion. You don't find passion hidden in the corners but the things you have stayed and nurtured over the time. Quitting your job or studies to find your passion is not an answer. In fact you are building pressure of earning from your passion from the day one. In order to fulfill your passion, you should first look for stability. Instead of giving up on your job, find time in in your current situation and devote it towards your passion.

That one failed exam or missed promotion or not being able to buy the latest car right now isn’t the end of the world. It is natural to feel a sense of disappointment when you’ve let those around you and yourself down… but remember, your life is not over. That path which you couldn’t walk wasn’t the only way to get to your destination. The material possessions you covet are means and not the destination. They don't define you. My wish for the first episode of the year... I hope this turns out to be the best year for you... by falling in love with yourself.
