Whenever you are faced with tough decisions to make in life, you should always remind yourself of what is going to be worst case scenario. It sounds like a defeatist approach but, on the contrary, it really works. Why? Because once you know what's the worst could happen to you, any scenario you deal with, is going to be better than what you had imagined.
You are training your mind to be prepared for what's the worse could happen, you're prepared for it. But at the same time, that worst scenario is one of the million possibilities.
