The Hawks chalk another in the Win column this past weekend with a successful Homecoming game against Northwestern. A slow start saw Brendan Sullivan, the hot topic of the past few weeks, come into the game to replace Cade after a hard hit, and bad interception. Sullivan would finish out a quiet 1st half and return as the starter for the 2nd where Iowa exploded for 4 total TDs in quarter 3 and a runaway victory. Sullivan was effective statistically, but maybe more importantly provided juice for the team. We got to hear from the Coordinators during this Week 5 BYE for the Hawks and they did not disappoint!
