According to the Innocence Project, there are at least 20,000 innocent people in U.S. jails today. Is Barry Brown one of them? In 1994, Barry was found guilty of a double homicide and was given two life sentences without the possibility of parole. 30 years on, key witnesses have passed, memories have faded, and the only way to truly learn more about this case is by talking to the people at the heart of it. In this conversation, I seek to find out what happened to Liberty and Helen Harmon in 1994. Clifton Ray Jr., is a serial killer who committed at least 3 murders on the streets of Kansas City, Missouri between 1987 and 1994. Ray was convicted of the strangling of his neighbor in 1995, but thanks to advances in DNA technology, he was later linked to two other murders, both of which were stranglings. He is also suspected of being involved in several other killings.He is currently serving a life sentence for these convictions in the Missouri State Corrections System without the chance of parole.
