Speaking with Mandi Robertson is Scott Lambert co-owner of Vankleek Hill Winery in Ontario.

We’re mixing global stories with summer flavors! First, Greg Bedik from the Ukrainian Canadian Congress joins us to talk about a meaningful benefit dinner happening this Saturday — a night of community, culture, and support. Then, recipe developer Cristina Iacono is back with a vibrant, protein-packed summer salad you’ll want on repeat. And finally, we head to southern France as Christophe Bousquet, President of La Clape, takes us inside this historic and sun-soaked wine region in the Languedoc.

All about the beauty of the Languedoc.  The Languedoc is a huge region in southern France, and today on Unwined, we are going to take a closer look at its beautiful terror - we will speak with Alexandre Frégain, sommelier, wine consultant, and brand ambassador for Picpoul de Pinet.  We will also take a closer look at two iconic producers Anthony Aubert from Aubert & Mathieu and Françoise Antech Gazeau from Maison Antech - in Limoux.
