These are the people who actually made it home and are alive to thank.Memorial Day is a day to remember and pay tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service of our country. It honors all military members who have died while serving in the US armed forces in current or previous wars.The origins of Memorial Day—originally called “Decoration Day”—can be traced back to local observances for soldiers with neglected gravesites during the Civil War. One of the first Decoration Days was held in Columbus, Mississippi, on April 25, 1866, when women decorated the graves of Confederate soldiers who perished in the battle at Shiloh. They decorated them with flowers.On May 5, 1868, three years after the end of the Civil War, the tradition of placing flowers on veterans’ graves continued with the establishment of Decoration Day by an organization of Union veterans, the Grand Army of the Republic.The first large-scale observance at Arlington National Cemetary – a land donation by Robert E. Lee’s family – was held on May 30, 1873, with General Ulysses S. Grant presiding.Until World War I, only Civil War soldiers were honored on this holiday. Now, all Americans who’ve served – and gave the ultimate price – are observed.It is much more than a day off from work, although that is what it has morphed into for most Americans. It is a day to remember that freedom is not free; that it comes at a price, and that price is paid in blood and sacrifice, both for those commemorated and their families.The true essence of Memorial Day is not who has the best barbecue or which community has the best fireworks. She is being excoriated over her past tweets that expose her as an uber-radical Leftist. Further, one of her first official acts was to punish a whistleblower who exposed the almost total Left-wing bias at NPR, castigating him so profusely that he resigned after being suspended without pay.Here is a short clip that examples her Marxist-Progressive ideology. Before we get to this morning’s segment on America’s Third Watch, I want to comment on the self-righteous virtue-signaling of the pro-Palestinian protesters here in the United States and in Europe.It was reported this morning that pro-Palestinian (read: pro-Hamas) protesters blocked both the Golden Gate Bridge in California and the Kennedy Expressway feeder to O’Hare Airport in Chicago, the latter causing people to miss their flights. If you’ve ever missed a flight you know how hard it is to reschedule and that it most often costs you extra to get seated on another flight.The point I am trying to make is this. No one affected by the blocking of traffic or the blocking of building access – the blocking of anything, whether it’s pro-Palestinian protesters, BLM protesters, or any other cause de jour protesters, is sympathetic to the protesters' cause. The actions of these protesters, regardless of their cause, only serve to alienate and antagonize the very people they are trying to win over.Help us disseminate fact-based information by sharing with like-minded peopleIn fact, when someone trying to make a flight, get to work, or walk into a building is obstructed by these types of protests, it creates a wave of anger—not in support of the cause being protested but towards the protesters themselves. People see these obstructive displays as selfish displays of self-righteous virtue signaling that telegraph the protesters' sense of elevated importance over everyone else.How does making someone miss a flight benefit the Palestinian people? How does making someone late for work or a doctor’s appointment – now does impeding an ambulance’s emergency run to a hospital or a fire engine’s run to a fire or a police response to a deadly situation make people feel sympathetic to a protester’s cause? It doesn’t. It foments anger toward the protester and – through that – creates indifference and resentment toward the cause itself.Taking to the streets in protest in the United States and the free nations of the world has become an exercise in pious pseudo-moralistic posturing that achieves very little if anything.If protesters are sincere about advancing support for their causes, they have to engage the population with information, education, and fact-based argument, not actions that literally turn the population against them…like blocking streets, bridges, and business entryways. Evidently, we live in an age when the most ignorant and uninformed among us are now empowered to believe they are intelligent. Yes, this certainly applies to politics and the litany of social issues facing our country – but in this particular case, I am referring to the bizarre and unfounded panic surrounding the upcoming solar eclipse on Monday, April 8th.Yes, that’s right. The solar eclipse that will occur on April 8th is being deemed by some – and this is astounding – to be something of a “state of emergency.” As the “Imbecile-in-Chief” would say, “No lie!”As Dr. Robert Malone writes at his substack (which is linked at UndergroundUSA.com:“It turns out that around parts of the USA, there are empty grocery shelves, long lines for food, and queues for gas. After all, the April 8th solar eclipse could cause death and destruction.“The National Guard has even been called to duty in Oklahoma...“In fact, some local governments have been making emergency plans and preparations for months in advance. National Guard units and military installations have been called in and are involved to keep people safe.”Really?! Has our society been so incredibly dumbed down; have the imbecilic been so duped into believing that they possess intellect that we are reverting to the Medieval Days when uneducated serfs thought the gods were stealing the sun from the sky during solar eclipses?As Malone alludes to in his article, a solar eclipse is not a national emergency, it is not a state emergency, and it is not a local emergency. It is a naturally occurring event in nature. I’d say “follow the science” but we all know how that went during COVID thanks to a colluding and dishonest Medical-Industrial Complex.So, there is no need to run to the store to fill your closets with toilet paper or your pantry with 99-cent packages of ramen noodles. You don’t have to wrap your computers in foil and you don’t have to construct an “eclipse shelter.”The only thing you should do – and this is if you want to view the eclipse, is to take proper precautions for your eyes:* Never look directly at the sun during any phase of the eclipse without proper eye protection* Use certified solar viewing glasses or solar filters specifically designed for eclipse viewing* Do not use sunglasses, smoked glass, or homemade filters, as they do not provide adequate protection* Supervise children closely to ensure they use proper eye protection or view the eclipse indirectly* Do not use cameras, binoculars, or telescopes without appropriate solar filters* If using a telescope, ensure it has a solar filter covering the front aperture* Keep pets indoors during the eclipse to prevent them from looking at the sun* And, be cautious of traffic and crowds during eclipse eventsWe in the United States really have to start employing critical thinking skills as a constant in our lives and we must demand that our educational system dispense with the installation of false self-esteem in our children. We need to return to the tried and true core curriculums of the past that taught a child how to think rather than what to think. Sadly, the Marxist-run teachers' unions will never allow that to happen so we must take our children’s education into our own hands. But I digress.There is no national, regional, or local state of emergency associated with Monday’s solar eclipse. Take precautions for your eyes and the eyes of your loved ones and enjoy engaging in the witnessing of nature. Trust me. I appreciate each one of you.And before we get into the meat of what I want to address, now comes news that our Catholic President has banned religious-themed eggs from the White House Easter egg festivities. Instead, he is celebrating Easter as an LGBTQ awareness celebration. Funny, when I went to Catholic School we understood the holiday to signify Jesus rising from the dead and the forgiveness of sin for all who believed in him. Damn deceitful nuns….If you listen to the media or the stick-up-the-ass-puppet-heads at the White House or US State Department – and we touch on this in today’s segment on America’s Third Watch, Joe Biden and his administration are staunch supporters of Israel in her struggle against Hamas. The only problem is this. All of Biden’s actions and all of the actions of his subordinates prove exactly the opposite.We need to be crystal clear on one point. Hamas is a US State Department-designated terror organization. That designation makes them not only an enemy of the United States but also an enemy of the West and the free world. They are in the same category as ISIS, the Taliban, Hezbollah, and al Qaeda.Another point that needs to be understood is that the overwhelming majority of the Palestinian people support Hamas, not only as their elected government but also in their actions. 72 percent of the Palestinian people – according to the Palestinian Center for Policy Survey and Research – believe and support Hamas' decision to attack Israel and her people on October 7th of last year and support for Hamas had risen in Gaza and more than tripled in the West Bank.Now let’s take into account that the UN – not the most Israel-friendly institution on the global stage – has concluded there were “reasonable grounds to believe” sexual violence, including rape and gang rape, occurred at several locations during the Oct. 7 attack on Israel by Hamas militants and most likely continues to this day.And now let’s dispense with the bullshit that Iran is not orchestrating the whole thing; that it’s not funding, coordinating, and providing tactical support for the unprovoked carnage Hamas has exacted on the Israeli people.Through it all, the Biden administration has maintained the intellectually stunted desire to affect a two-state solution; a result that Hamas and the Palestinian people do not want.Through it all, the Biden administration has continuously pushed for a ceasefire which only acts as a hudna for Hamas.Through it all, the Biden administration has fortified the Iranian mullahs with tens of billions of dollars; money only an imbecile wouldn’t recognize as fueling not only the terror state's desire for a nuclear weapon but also the Hamas offensive and possibly the ensuing Hezbollah offensive.At no time has Mr. Biden acknowledged Iran’s role in this murderous rampage. At no time has Mr. Biden acknowledged Hamas' desire to eradicate the Israeli people from the face of the Earth.And at no time has Biden sought to quell the grotesque level of anti-semitism emanating from the far-Left and youth of his political party right here in the United States!At no time has Biden – or his team or supporters – done anything to exhibit support for Israel. In fact, they have gone so far as to initiate interference in that sovereign nation’s elections by lobbying for “regime change.”So, it is a blatant and bald-faced lie that the Biden administration – or Obama 2.0 – supports Israel. It does not. It is aiding and abetting a designated terrorist organization and advancing Hamas-produced propaganda that the poor Palestinian people are destitute and oppressed at the hands of Israel. They are not. They are destitute and oppressed at the hands of Hamas, the terror organization they support…which makes them complicit in that terrorism.Let’s put it this way, when the United States was tracking al Qaeda through the Tora Bora region of Afghanistan after the slaughter on September 11th, how would we, as Americans, have responded to another country forcing a ceasefire onto our military forces with bin Laden within reach? We would have laughed and taken the kill shot.Israel should have that right too. As a lead into today’s America’s Third Watch program – in which we discuss at length Chuck Schumer’s shameful but full-throated endorsement of interfering in another sovereign nation’s election, among other things – I wanted to play a clip that illustrates the intense and expansive gulf between the Far-Left and the rest of society.Sky News host Rita Panahi (if you haven’t watched her segments on the Left I promise you it will be well worth your time) presents a clip of a Far-Leftist rattling off all of the “democracy-killing” and “Hitler-esque” agenda items that Donald Trump will execute once he is re-elected to office, which is looking increasingly likely.As you listen/watch, keep in mind that this individual believes in “its’” heart of hearts – and I am using “its” on purpose – that all of these things are bad things; that all of these things are horrible and wrong:Call me a knuckle-dragging mouth-breather, but I see nothing wrong with any of the points with which “it” is taking issue. Each is mired in common sense and forces individuals to take responsibility for their actions. I especially agree with the point “it“ takes issue about the death penalty for human traffickers.But the larger point is this.A hot topic of conversation among many Americans is that we are facing the greatest divide since the end of the US Civil War and, many fear, we are on the precipice of a second US Civil War. I suggest we have been in a serious and very real culture war for decades.Have we really arrived at a point in time when the gulf between the Far-Left and the rest of the country finds the Far-Left defending human traffickers and pedophiles? Demanding treasure from the government simply because they exist?End the Department of Education and re-empower the states to oversee education, as intended? Absolutely! Supporting term limits? Who in their right mind doesn’t? Force NATO members to actually pay their dues? The gall!You have heard me say this before and I will say it until my dying day, God willing. The only reason we have Far-Left elected officials creating and passing these incredibly inane and societally destructive laws and regulations is that idiots like “it” vote like-minded idiots into office. We wouldn’t have the AOCs or the Adam Schiffs, or the Hank Johnsons – who believes stationing Marines on Guam would, literally, cause the island to tip over – if self-righteous, virtue-signalling, intellectually stunted dolts like “it” didn’t vote for them.Long ago, the Progressive-Neofascist Left manipulated the American people into believing that conversing about politics and religion with friends and family was impolite; something that shouldn’t be done. Before we get to the subjects of President Biden, his arrogance transmitted to the Middle East, and the troublesome floating pier he wants to put on the coast of Gaza, I wanted to shed some light on the crime committed by the so-called January 6th committee.After all the chest-thumping and insistence that Donald Trump was an insurrectionist Bond villain, the real villains in it all are the members of the January 6th House Committee themselves. Not only did the committee suppress video from the surveillance cameras inside the Capitol Building, but now comes news they hid evidence that exonerates President Trump from one of the chief accusations against him: that he offered no help.The Epoch Times reports:This revelation of illegal activity on the part of the January 6th committee should come down especially hard on former Congresswomen Liz Cheney and former Congressman Adam Kinzinger, to people who abdicated their responsibility to the truth to further a political agenda.Because this testimony was suppressed and not included in the final report, the final report itself becomes proof that a crime has been committed. Remember, those who testified before the committee did so under oath. That means the official report – submitted to the full Congress – was a fabrication on the level of the Steele Dosier. The committee perjured itself in its report to Congress and the American people.If we are ever going to begin our journey down the road where government is more important than politics; where truth is more valuable than opportunism and power, the the whole of the January 6th Committee needs to be held responsible for the crime they committed in lying to Congress and the American people.This accountability, if we are going to admit that the soft-touch of 21st-century justice for the elitist class has to end, needs to carry prison sentences. And because this lie was used in an attempt to manipulate the 2024 General Election, it should be seen as an attempt at insurrection itself, barring any of the committee members from holding elected federal office ever again.It’s time the arrogance of the political class – on both sides of the aisle – ended with these criminals put in shackles and led to a holding cell until their day in court. Before we get deeper into the screamfest that was Joe Biden’s State of the Union speech (Is that what that was? It sounded a hell of a lot more like a campaign speech full of rainbows and unicorns…oh, and by the way, it’s all our fault for not appreciating the efforts of President Drool Cup), I wanted to say that the GOP response to Mr. Biden’s clown show was spot on.US Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL), laid it all out in a very understandable form, even for Biden-leaning suburbanite women. Aside from a little bit of a presentation issue which telegraphed exaggerated emotion – and I say this not because her content wasn’t excellent, but for remembering what they did to Bobby Jindal when he gave the response, the media excoriated him for appearance and delivery, Britt was excellent.In fact, her response is worth highlighting in total:It will take clear and honest voices – like Britt’s – to open the eyes of the 39.4 percent of the country who believe that Biden and his cabal are doing a good job; who don’t see that at every turn he and his team are damaging the country both domestically and also internationally.The time for not talking politics with your neighbors because it isn’t polite has passed. They conned us into not talking amongst ourselves to protect their greedy, selfish political power plays for too long. Before we head into this segment of America’s Third Watch, I wanted to touch on the announcement that Ronna McDaniel is stepping down as the RNC chair after the Super Tuesday primary contests. Quite frankly, the move is overdue.I’ll preface this by saying that as far as I know, McDaniel is a nice person. For all I know she did the best she could in performing her duties as RNC chair. But the bottom line here is her performance was sub-par and it facilitated the tyrannical reign of the Biden administration: Obama 2.0.During her time as chair, McDaniel should have retooled the RNC to be a potent, pointed, and even vicious messaging machine. Republicans at the national level should have owned the narrative. Elected Republican members of the Legislative Branch should have been trained in messaging techniques both in front of the microphones and through their staffs.The RNC should have then turned its eye toward empowering the State GOP leaders with those same messaging techniques and methods. McDaniel should have made it clear to all 50 state leaders that there were goals to be met and that the RNC was there to help them achieve those goals.And then the focus should have been on the expansion of both the donor base and also the voting base (I won’t castigate McDaniel for her spendthrift ways, but growing a war chest must come before new office furniture purchases). The expansion of the donor and voter bases can only be achieved through messaging and educating the RNC leadership on community organizing – that’s right, taking a page out of the Progressive playbook.And lastly, McDaniel failed at the most important role of an RNC chair: winning elections. Too many easy pick-ups at both the state and federal levels fell through the cracks because the RNC embraced the status quo of sucking at messaging. They owned no narratives and, in fact – but for making McConnell-like mumbling statements that bored the electorate to tears – allowed Democrats to demonize any Republican running as an “extremist” or a “MAGA” candidate, never defending the idea that making America great again is a good thing, not a bad thing.Because the RNC exists in a hobbled state when t comes to messaging and narrative ownership, far-Left assholes like Rob Reiner and George Takei spew lies, hate, and disinformation about Donald Trump that is easily proved wrong. Racist? Please, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson couldn’t get enough of Trump when he was cutting them checks. Islamophobe? Please, his administration was well on its way to achieving a lasting peace in the Middle East before Biden and Blinken fucked that up. Border security? Check. Thriving economy? Check. Mounting homeownership across all demographics? Yup. Record minority new business start-ups? Before we get to this segment of America’s Third Watch, I wanted to touch on a hypocrisy everyone is letting slide. It may sound insignificant to you at first, but the more you contemplate the double standard being applied here, the more you see that one demographic is getting pushed around, and has been pushed around since the 1960s (for those calculating the math that’s 64 years).Currently, the number one hit on the Billboard Country Charts belongs to Beyonce, who critics describe as specializing in R&B, funk, rap, and hip-hop. She is commonly understood to be a performer predominantly of the Black culture, although she is knee-deep in the woke culture.Her new song, Texas Hold ‘Em, is certainly of the country flavor. That’s unmistakable. Here’s a short clip:Now, I am not saying that Beyonce doesn’t have a good product here. It’s well produced and I am sure the pop-country fans will glom onto it like an urban cowboy gravitates to a Tony Lama boot sale. But it’s not country music and, in fact, I will go as far as to say Beyonce has transgressed the line of cultural appropriation.And when one looks at the cover art for this single, it’s clear Beyonce holds a certain contempt and disdain for the more modest culture that is the country culture.Cultural appropriation is a charge the Black community often slings at the White community. Put succinctly, it is the use of elements of one culture by members of another. The Black community claims that in any form, Black cultural appropriation is offensive – especially when done by a White person – because the original significance of the elements is not respected. Black activists also, quite vocally, insist it reinforces stereotypes.When you understand the “ground rules” for the cultural appropriations game it’s clear that Beyonce and her producers are co-opting elements of the country lifestyle in an extremely opportunistic manner: to make money. Do they “respect the original significance” of the country culture? If you believe that you had better check the oil in your intelligence engine because you are not firing on all cylinders.Don’t get me wrong and don’t attempt to paint me with the disingenuous broad brush of political racism. There are successful Black performers who have both made the jump from pop to country and come up paying their dues doing it in a way that respects the country culture. Darius Rucker, Charlie Pride, Rhiannon Giddens, and Mickey Guyton have done so, but succeeded in doing so because of their true passion for the genre, not because they saw dollar signs in grabbing for their piece of the pie.The country culture is – by its very nature – the most inclusive demographic in the United States and that’s because it isn’t predicated on skin color or identity politics.You become a part of the country culture when you work hard, provide an honest day's work, live life being responsible for yourself and taking responsibility for your actions, respect and help your neighbors, when you strive to make your community and your country – no matter any perceived flaws – a better place to live, and you judge others by the content of their character, not the color of their skin.Now, ask yourself this question. Did Beyonce move to a small Texas town and fall in love with the lifestyle; and experience an epiphany about country life? Or did she see dollar signs and a cute hat she could exploit to enrich herself through cultural appropriation, something her community rails against?Do you see why it matters? If cultural appropriation is going to be a thing, then it should apply across the board. As we get into this Presidents' Day edition of America’s Third Watch, I want to go on record as saying I was never a fan of homogenizing Washington’s Birthday and Lincoln’s Birthday together and then enjoining all of the presidents into that memorialization.Washington and Lincoln are monumental presidents, literally. The historical events that occurred under their leadership and tenures are rivaled by few, if any. Washington commanded a force that vanquished the most powerful military of its day and then oversaw the chaotic and sometimes belligerent beginning of the Great American Experiment. How many people throughout history would turn down an offer to be made king? How many people throughout history would walk away from the seat of power voluntarily?And Lincoln? A lawyer who rose to that station as an autodidact was thrust into a thankless position of impossible magnitude only to navigate not only the caustic halls of Congress in mitigating a divided nation but also insolent generals on the battlefield and a breakaway confederacy. His ultimate reward was three-fold. He succeeded in saving the Republic, he facilitated the end of slavery in the United States lighting the fuse for that practice to fall around the free world and, for it all received a bullet to the head.How is it that these two unique men, who gave their lives in their entirety for our country, must be celebrated with the likes of Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt (both racists and sympathetic to fascism), or Lyndon Johnson and Barack Obama (both racists from opposite ends of the racism spectrum). And don’t even mention the disgrace that is our current president.Honestly, Washington and Lincoln deserve their own days of memorialization. Before we get into the meat of this America's Third Watch segment, I just had to comment on the absolute abdication of humanity exercised by US Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) in her “present” vote addressing Hamas' use of rape and sexual assault as tools of war.Please understand that Tlaib represents an area of Michigan that is overwhelmingly Islamic and decidedly pro-Palestinian. The majority of the people there saw the genocidal attacks by Hamas on Israel on October 7th in a favorable light. That said, Tlaib represented her constituency in her vote, leading me to my overarching point – more on that in a bit.But to address the disingenuousness of Tlaib…The bipartisan resolution, introduced by Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL), passed in a 418-0 vote with Tlaib voting present. The resolution calls for lawmakers to condemn all sexual violence and rape committed as a form of weapons of war.While this, like all resolutions, holds little sway in the realm of reality, it does put all those who voted for it on record as abhorring the practices, which multiple sources have documented Hamas has used against Israel citizens and on the hostages they violently acquired on October 7th and in the days afterward.How could anyone not join in condemning the rape and sexual assault of women in any context?In defense of her indefensible vote, Tlaib said she was “disturbed” that the resolution did not address rape or sexual violence allegations made against soldiers from the Israel Defense Forces.“We all have a responsibility to denounce sexual violence in all forms, regardless of who is responsible,” Tlaib said in an X post. “War crimes cannot justify more war crimes. This resolution falls well short of also acknowledging the sexual abuse of Palestinians.”The problem with that disingenuous statement? There are no reports of the IDF committing these war crimes. It is a hollow accusation completely devoid of any evidence that any such thing took place. Tlaib is suggesting something that has never happened and trying to cover for her support for Hamas, its terrorism, its antisemitic genocidal mission statement, and its tactics by doing so.But, as much as I find Tlaib to be reprehensible and a wholly-owned operative of the Islamofascit movement to advance Islam globally, as I said before, she did vote the will of her constituency. Which brings me to my overarching point.The people responsible for a vote that throws shadows onto whether rape and sexual assault should be considered war crimes are the people who voted for Tlaib and the people who support her continued existence in Congress. It can be argued that Tlaib just had fidelity to her constituency so the people who need to be condemned and ostracized are the people who support and vote for people like Tlaib.We have gotten into the habit of believing that the central focal point of all the problems in government rests with the elected officials. That’s true to a large extent, but it isn’t the total package. Tlaib, McConnell, Jeffries, Pelosi, Schumer, AOC. But the fact of the matter is this.The blame for the ideological, political, and special interest activism and the continued fleecing of the American people rests almost exclusively with those who vote for these assholes. If they can’t get elected they can’t facilitate their opportunism. But they do get elected and that takes the votes of people who support them.As an aside, where the fuck is the #MeToo Movement in voicing support for the aforementioned resolution and voicing condemnation not only for Tlaib but for her supporters? Beuller? Beuller? They are nowhere because their entire movement was fraudulently gratuitous; a joke. Was the cause a good one? Yes, absolutely. But the spotlight-sucker leaders? All self-important, disingenuous, assholes.As a second aside, and I am including this picture as proof, when posting on Facebook about Tlaib’s “present” vote, I was denied the ability to post on a group in which I am the administrator, Facebook providing the excuse, “A security check is required to proceed.” No post before or since has seen this denial of service.Gee, I wonder which side of the Hamas v. I didn’t watch the Super Bowl so I am making my points based on the extensive social media coverage of Kansas City Chiefs' Travis Kelce going unhinged on his coach. Kelce – or as I like to refer to him, Taylor Swift’s boyfriend – exhibited not only a complete disregard for being a team player at a critical moment in the game, but he executed a horrific example of who he is as a role model.Now, I get that professional athletes – as with any performer or entertainer – have to have an elevated level of self-esteem. It would be hard to execute at a professional level in any genre that finds you performing at your peak in front of tens of thousands of people. But there is a fine line between embracing that necessary self-esteem to perform under pressure and being a jagoff.The moment Travis Kelce stepped into his coach's face, screaming and spitting, he crossed the line from thoroughbred athlete to jagoff.As I stated in the first segment of today’s broadcast, during Super Bowl 20 (and no I am not going to use the haute Roman numerals), with the Chicago Bears leading the New England Patriots by an insurmountable margin, Chicago’s coach, Mike Ditka, opted to use William “The Refrigerator” Perry in a scoring drive rather than his ace running back – and arguably one of the best running backs in the history of the game – Walter Payton.“The Fridge” was a defensive player, so the choice was one of psychological and emotional domination toward the Patriots; the proverbial sword in the neck, so to speak.The problem here is this. Walter Payton – a career-long member of the Chicago Bears, a premier player, worked like a workhorse in many a losing season, was denied the opportunity to score a touchdown in a Super Bowl. The opportunity was there. But he was denied that opportunity.At no time, from the moment of that decision until well after the McCaskey’s pre-maturely dismantled that dynasty-worthy team, did anyone – anywhere – see Walter Payton screaming into the face of Coach Ditka. It never happened.Now is as good a time as any to ask why. Payton certainly had the right to protest the decision. The greatest running back ever to play the game (many would agree) and the coach, to prove a point of dominance, lets a defensive lineman score a touchdown rather than allowing for a career crowning achievement for the league’s premier running back?The reason Payton didn’t throw a temper tantrum like Kelce is that Payton was a true sportsman and one who knew, no matter what, that every time he put on that uniform and/or took the field, he was seen as a role model for millions of young football fans. He took his profession seriously and part of that responsibility is knowing what that opportunity requires in public.I hear people channeling Charles Barkley right now in his protest that he never signed on to be a role model. That’s is a hollow argument and I suspect even Barkley knows it.When you make your money performing for the public – whether that performance is in sports, the arts, or whatever – it comes with the automatic assumption of role model status. Superstars know this. Mediocre one-trick ponies complain about it.I would look to the NFL to discipline Kelce but this is the same woke organization that knowingly sought to insert the divide of racism into Sunday’s Super Bowl by setting the precedent of playing a “Black national anthem.” I don’t believe there could be a bigger insult to the fallen and/or those who wear the uniform and sacrifice every day. So, I don’t hold out hope for the NFL doing anything but counting their 30 pieces of silver as our nation suffers a manufactured divide.That said, if I were the owner of the Kansas City Chiefs, Mr. Kelce would be having a “come to Jesus” moment regarding his bank account and his career options in the coming weeks. No one player is a franchise. If Kelce were kicked to the curb the Chiefs would still be a favorite for the 2025 Super Bowl.Kelce should publicly apologize to his coach and make a significant sacrifice to mend his now-tarnished image. And, I can only hope, that his billionaire girlfriend has the wherewithal to explain to her boyfriend his massive mistake and urge him to do the right thing. Otherwise, they deserve each other.There is no “I” in “team”, Mr. Kelce. With the release of special counsel Robert Hur’s report on President Biden’s handling of classified documents, it appears we are once again facing a Hillary Clinton-James Comey moment. Where everyone was outraged that Clinton wouldn’t be held to account for blatantly violating the Espionage Act and then defying the Justice Department by destroying evidence on her private server, the American people should be doubly outraged at Hur’s conclusion not to recommend legal action against Biden.Hur’s special counsel investigation “uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.” This is an incontrovertible violation of the Espionage Act and a crime that anyone else (but Clinton) would be charged for. Yet, it was announced that the Justice Department will not charge Biden in the matter, Hur saying, “no criminal charges are warranted.”So what was the basis for letting Biden skate on committing a crime that is not far from the seriousness of treason? As Hur put it in his announcement:“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory…Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify a reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”Two immediate points come to mind.First, unless Hur is a soothsayer or can see into the future; unless he is an omnipotent being, then he cannot know what a jury will think or do. Therefore, his contentions about the jury are all speculation and should not be considered in calculating whether or not the Justice Department should pursue any prosecution of Biden.Second, unless Hur is a board-certified physician qualified to diagnose cognitive disorders, his opinion on the mental state of the President is irrelevant. In fact, his non-expert “testimony” – via his comments – complicates matters where the public and their elected representatives' consideration of the execution of the 25th Amendment is concerned.Hur’s purview was – specifically – to determine whether or not a crime had occurred. His report – in conclusion of his investigation – determined a crime was committed. Therefore, Hur has to report that fact to his superiors and reserve his personal opinions for bravado sessions with his friends. His opinions on the matter are irrelevant. Only the facts uncovered are relevant.So, for the second time in less than eight years, senior members of a presidential administration – who do not enjoy presidential immunity – are not charged with crimes that they did, in fact, commit. Where Biden was found to have illegally held classified documents, Clinton was found to have illegally held classified documents as well, Comey said in his final determination:“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information…there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information.”Now, given the kid gloves with which Clinton and Biden are being handled – and how the administration of justice is being obstructed, how is it even possible to attempt to deny Donald Trump his right to be on any state Presidential Election ballot when he has already been acquitted of charges claiming insurrection?Colorado’s supreme court used the basis of Donald Trump being guilty of insurrection to move their ridiculous claim through the process that saw that state attempt to remove Trump’s name from the ballot.That determination was also used in Maine where a totalitarian Secretary of State unilaterally attempted to remove Trump from that state’s ballots.The determination – un-adjudicated – is the basis for the entire argument to disqualify Trump from any ballot for the 2024 General Election.But unless we are suspending the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment, no adjudication of insurrection can be leveled at the former President.But, wait Frank? When did Trump stand trial for insurrection?The highest legal authority in the United States where presidential misconduct is adjudicated is the Legislative Branch through the execution of the impeachment process. The “indictment” is executed in the US House of Representatives in the form of the actual impeachment, and the “trail” takes place in the US Senate with the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court presiding.The second time the impeachment-happy Democrats, under US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), politicized the provision, the 117th US Congre

On a recent edition of ABC News This Week, host George Stephanopoulos abruptly ended an interview with US Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), because Vance wouldn’t take a knee to the idea that the Executive Branch bureaucracy has autonomy outside the pleasure of the President of the United States and that rulings by the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) can never be challenged or subverted. Both notions are ridiculous.In the past, when being interviewed, I have stated emphatically that the biggest mistake of Donald Trump’s presidency was that he didn’t either outright fire or at least relieve of duty and reassign all of the upper- and mid-level political appointments at the Department of Justice, The US Treasury, the Pentagon, and the US State Department. That delinquency came back to damage Trump’s ability to achieve many things during his presidency and set the stage for the Deep State bureaucratic political opposition plaguing his current presidential run.Each civil servant in the federal bureaucracy serves at the pleasure of the President of the United States because the president is the ipso facto Executive Branch. He is elected by the citizens to execute the tasks of the federal government and to do so per the letter of the law. Each employee of the Federal government works for the president, and just like any other employer, when a subordinate fails to execute his or her duties, or if they usurp the authority thereof, they are and should be subject to termination.But Stephanopoulos – a former Senior Advisor to President Bill Clinton, challenged Vance on the president’s authority to terminate civil servants for their failure to execute presidential policy when, in fact, that is what any federal employee is employed to do. And Stephanopoulos did so with incredulous arrogance as if to insist that the Deep State bureaucracy has a constitutional authority to exist unilaterally outside of the President’s prerogative; independent from presidential and legislated policy.To Stephanopoulos’s contention that a SCOTUS decision can never be challenged or subverted, I was shocked that Vance didn’t point out the usurpations of SCOTUS rulings currently taking place under the Biden administration. SCOTUS ruled, in no uncertain terms, that the Executive Branch did not have the authority to forgive student loans, yet – to this day – the Biden administration continues to use taxpayer dollars to forgive student loans that were issued in good faith and with the expectation that they would be repaid. The power of the purse is exclusively reserved for the US House of Representatives. So with each loan forgiven, there is a violation of the separation of powers.SCOTUS also ruled that race could not be used in determining college admissions. Yet the Biden administration is pursuing the ability to use race-based admissions criteria at West Point, again defying the High Court.And as for fidelity to the Constitution? We need to look no further than Biden’s abuse of the Take Care Clause.The Take Care Clause in the United States Constitution, found in Article II, Section 3 states, “[the president] shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed”, meaning the president is obligated to execute the laws enacted by Congress and to ensure that the laws are faithfully executed. It emphasizes the president’s duty to enforce all constitutionally valid Acts of Congress, regardless of their alignment with the president’s personal views or policies.That certainly doesn’t sound like what’s happening on our country’s Southern border, does it?Then we should look at every non-legislated regulation coming out of the cabinet-level departments and agencies. The very act of Congress allowing the Executive Branch to craft ipso facto law through the establishment of non-legislated regulatory power is unconstitutional and SCOTUS has ruled as much in a case against the EPA. Yet the regulatory tyranny of the Executive Branch reigns on.Further, Biden’s abuse of the Executive order is clear and defined. There are specific criteria that need to be met to ensure a balance of power and accountability before a Chief Executive is allowed to issue an Executive Order.The foremost criterion for a president to issue an Executive Order is a clear constitutional authority. Executive Orders cannot exceed the president's constitutional authority or infringe upon the powers reserved for other branches of government.A president must also base Executive Orders on existing legislation or statutes so that they align with the laws enacted by Congress, ensuring that the president's actions are consistent with the legislative framework.The criteria for addressing issues related to national security or emergencies involve a genuine and imminent threat to the nation, necessitating swift action and honest transparency about the circumstances and their justifications.And this is where Vance should have slammed into Stephanopoulos’s argument with a tank. We get into this topic at the end of Friday’s America’s Third Watch segment but I wanted to address the issue more thoroughly. The level of constitutional illiteracy held by US Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) – not to mention US Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Ed Markey (D-MA) – in their proposed legislation to force a private sector company to abide by governmental edict is beyond stunning. It is grotesque.Walgreens, the Deerfield, Illinois-based pharmacy chain, recently closed a location in Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, which happens to be in Pressley’s district. Walgreens has closed three store locations in the Boston Area since 2022.The reason for these closures is simply. Because they existed in high-crime neighborhoods and were routinely targeted for robberies, it became economically unfeasible to allow those locations to remain open.Add to that the fact that Boston – a Blue urban area – has adopted the intellectually stunted policy of decreased police response and rate of prosecution under the guise of “equity” and the matter becomes one of economic survival and employee safety. It isn’t profitable or safe for these locations to remain functional.But, wouldn’t you know it, Pressley – perhaps one of the most egregious race baiters elected to federal office, almost broke herself getting to the microphone to play the race card:That Warren and Markey decided to coattail on this absurd protestation stands as testimony to how little our elected officials understand the laws of economics, the Constitution, and the many forms of government in the world.The United States was founded – and thrived to become the greatest economic power on the face of the planet – on the employment of a free market system. People produce products and/or offer services and the market determines the rate of compensation by establishing a level of compensation agreeable to all parties.That’s the way it was supposed to be. But ever since the US federal government raped the Commerce Clause and twisted the Supremacy Clause into origami to give the federal government much more authority over our daily lives than originally attended, we have moved away from a free market system.Today government interference is prevalent across what was once a free market. Executive Branch regulatory authority means we have to ask permission from the government to do anything in the marketplace. You need a license to:* Collect rainwater* Go fishing* Own property* Start a business* Renovate your home* Build a home* Operate a vehicle* Get married* Hunt* Own a weapon* Cut hair* Sell a product* Protest* Grow food on your property* Sell food* Set up a lemonade stand in many placesThe list goes on and on and now, evidently – according to Pressley, Warren, and Markey – the government is now assuming the authority to tell you where you will operate your businesses and when you can close them.The definition of fascism is:“...a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.”Understanding how intrusive our federal government is in the private sector allegedly “free” market, it is hard not to check the box next to each one of those qualifiers. All you have to do is replace the word “dictator” with “oligarchy” and we are there.The solution to this despotic power grab is not to “vote them out” – although it would be a great place to start. Truth is because electoral party politics biorhythms like a pendulum from conservative to liberal “vote them out” doesn’t work.No, the solution is for the 50 states to take back the power they foolishly let the federal government take from them and that can be achieved through the use of nullification.I lay out a solid plan to implement nullification – and more – in my book, Nullification: The Case for Decentralizing the Federal Government, available on Amazon in paperback and in Kindle form.Encouraging and aiding our state governments to tame the federal government shows neofascists like Pressley the door; the days of their ideological bullying and grifting the taxpayers at an end.Together, we can achieve this and we can save the Republic. I’d like to touch on a subject that GenZers and GenZ Alphas – and maybe even some later Millennials – wouldn’t fully understand from experience. The subject matter is what most people mistakenly call “radical Islam.” It is important for a couple of significant reasons, one of which concerns what is happening in the Middle East today.People who were alive and aware during and after the attacks on September 11, 2001, had the opportunity to hear the open debate that took place about the covenants and tenets of Islam. During that debate a popular notion – albeit one based on an untruth and a defective understanding of the Quran and Hadith – was that Islam is a “religion of peace.” It is not. It never has been. But that didn’t keep people of influence from declaring it so.From Presidents like George W Bush and Barack Obama……to failed presidential candidates like Hillary Clinton… …the preferred narrative was clear: Islam is a religion of peace.But perhaps the preeminent scholar on the Quran, Hadith, and Islam in general – Robert Spencer – debunks that motion in short order…I bring this up because of the epidemic of GenZ, GenZ Alpha, and Millenials who have taken to the streets in support of Hamas, claiming the entirety of the West exists as Islamophobic and that the West is the aggressor; that the “religion of peace” is under attack.(As an aside, Hamas is a US State Department-recognized terrorist organization supported in its mission by the Muslim Brotherhood – and now heavily funded by the number one state sponsor of terrorism in the world, Iran. The list of their attacks on Israel and Israeli citizens alone is exhaustive.)Islam is a religion of conquest and that conquest, as Spencer pointed out in my brief clip, is executed by the sword. And it is not the “radicalized” Muslim that executes this conquest, it is the devout Muslim that executes this conquest. The demographic within the Muslim world that does commit acts of terrorism is not a demographic that has been “radicalized,” rather, they are simply following the precise teachings in the Quran and Hadith.Some would say, “Well, isn’t that just like the Christians of the Crusades?” Yes and no and irrelevant.While the Christian Crusades were bloody and totalitarian, they were bastardized by politics and the greed for power that has its seeds in every human being. More important is that the Crusades ended with an understanding that they were wrong, ushering in reformation in the Christian church.Further – and here is where Christianity and Islam are incredibly different. The Bible and the Torah and written as secondhand accountings of the teachings of the Christian God. The Quran, Muslims insist, is the literal world of Allah. So, where the Crusaders had to interpret the words of God to justify their actions, Muslims are commanded by the literal word of God to execute what is held within the Quran without interpretation. If a Muslim wants to be devout, he or she must do as commanded.That gives the commanded tenets that Spencer covered specific and explicit meaning, especially Chapter 2, verse 191, which says,“Kill them wherever you come upon them and drive them out of the places from which they have driven you out…”As to the question’s irrelevancy, today it is the devout in the Islamic faith that launch missiles into civilian areas in actions of conquest, not Christians.In the 2000s I served as the Executive Director for BasicsProject.org, an educational 501c3 organization focused on exposing the internal and external threats to the United States and eradicating constitutional illiteracy. The internal threats were centered on progressivism and neo-fascism, and the external threats focused on those emanating from devout Islamism.I have read and studied the books. I know Robert Spencer as well as many others including Wafa Sultan, Paul L. Williams, Walid Phares, Brigette Gabriel, and many others considered learned voices on the topic of Islam. There are at least two things on which we all agree: 1) It is the devout Muslim that poses the threat because of his/her adherence to the letter of the Quran, and 2) Islam is not a religion of peace.And so it is that the onus of any effort to demilitarize the Islamic culture must weigh heavily on the devout within the Islamic faith. It is they who must reject the violence that is commanded by Allah in the Quran, and that will take a reformation that will – necessarily – move the over 1 billion Muslims away from the “literal teachings” of their god. That is no small task.What can help this reformation along is this. The West needs to be honest about the issue instead of creating false narratives like “Islam is a religion of peace.” It most certainly is not. And we can also help the Islamic world move away from violence and the use of terrorism as a tool of conquest by establishing the truth that it is not a small number of radicalized Muslims that exploit this tool, but the devout who are simply following the commands of the

A free pharmacy in the White House allows those who have access to it to get free prescription and non-prescription medications. This abuse of taxpayer dollars occurred under both Barack Obama and Donald Trump and is suspected of continuing under the Biden administration.The White House Medical Unit is supposed to be a free-standing medical unit that tends to the medical needs of the President, Vice President, and their families, and select – meaning a very small number of people – few staffers.A January 2024 report by the Department of Defense’s Inspector General indicates that there has been a revolving door at the White House pharmacy:“We found that the White House Medical Unit provided a wide range of health care and pharmaceutical services to ineligible White House staff in violation of Federal law and regulation and DoD policy…Additionally, the White House Medical Unit dispensed prescription medications, including controlled substances, to ineligible White House staff.”First, the Obama Administration gerrymanders legislation that requires the American citizenry to pay for health insurance, including unreasonable pharmaceutical prices which most often see countries around the world paying less than we do in the United States for the same drugs.Then Republicans failed to repeal Obamacare in total even as they controlled both houses of Congress.Now we find out that free prescription and non-prescription medication has been doled out to White personnel – and beyond – for over a decade?Wouldn’t you like to go to a pharmacy where you didn’t have to pay for your prescription medications…and maybe even bring your friends so they can get free prescription medication, too?This is just another perfect example of how much contempt the federal government has for the American citizenry. The idea that the elected class “serves” the people is ludicrous. We have already transformed from a Constitutional Republic to a system of Lords and serfs.The World Economic Forum has nothing on the “gorge at the taxpayer feed trough” US federal government.It is time – in fact, well past time – that we re-empower the individual states so that the government closest to the citizen is the one most easily managed and changed. It is just five minutes long, but it illustrates the humble modesty of a true leader.Far from utilizing the typical “blame everyone else” political move that just about every inside-the-beltway politician uses when things don’t go their way, DeSantis accepted the realities of the matter:It bears noting that his campaign suspension was followed immediately by an endorsement of what can now only be seen as the overwhelming favorite for the GOP, former President Donald Trump.Different from most political creatures, DeSantis didn’t name-call or castigate. He outlined what he was fighting for and will be fighting for in the last two years of his governorship and beyond.And rather than personally attack former South Carolina Governor Mikki Haley, he simply pointed out the obvious facts about the timber and reality of her campaign; that she has outed herself as a corporatist and a Deep State player, two qualities we do not need in a President at this period in history.Floridians know how devoted to individualism and freedom DeSantis is, so we supported him in his candidacy. And while the media likes to say that DeSantis' historical win in Florida for a second gubernatorial term was made possible by an endorsement from Donald Trump, that is about as far from the truth as can be.DeSantis won a landslide second term because he had fidelity to the people and the Constitution. He won a historic re-election because he kept his promises and took the tough stands that most governors in the United States shied away from for fear of criticism.What the future might hold for Governor DeSantis is unknown. But I truly hope it isn’t the last we hear of him in the public realm.Until then, we must all band together to beat back the scourge of Marxism that has made significant headway in our country courtesy of the neo-fascist Left’s co-opting of the Democrat Party. Before we get into Friday’s America’s Third Watch segment, in which we talk a lot about the situation in Gaza and our Southern border here in the US, I wanted to point out some promising talk coming out of all places, the World Economic Forum’s annual conference of elitist clowns in Davos.On the off chance that you are not paying attention to the narcissistic globalists at the World Economic Forum’s annual Davos get-together (insert eye-roll here), I’d like to share with you my surprise at a question-and-answer session and a speech.In both instances, the speakers presented a full-throated condemnation of Marxism and anti-individualism, with one presenter going as far as to declare those in attendance at Davos a part of the problem. You could almost feel the crowd’s righteous indignation.Starting with the latter presenter first, we have Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts, who declared in no uncertain terms his dismay with the entire World Economic Forum assumption that they are soothsayers and the future of the world.Then to the speech of the day, courtesy of Argentina’s newly elected president, Javier Milei, who made a case for reversing course from the global march to socialism.It is well past time that the free world pushed back against the self-righteously arrogant globalists who make up the World Economic Forum. At its simplest explanation, the Forum is nothing but an invitation-only gathering of snobbish narcissists who believe because they made a better widget and got rich off of it that somehow they have the intellectual capacity to rule the world by whim.Of course, both Roberts and Milei will undoubtedly pay a price for the truths they extolled in Davos. The Forum’s führer, Klaus Schwab (why do we listen to German totalitarians about their visions for the future), simply can’t allow non-conformity in the quest for the elite to rule the world.Just as history will see Milei as a champion of freedom, classical liberalism, and individualism, so too will those who voice the truth about the benefits of individualism – like Roberts at the Heritage – and the dangers of centralized and Marxist-based government as global patriots and defenders of inalienable rights and equality for all.To that end, we – those who understand the benefits of the free market and the dangers of totalitarianism in all its forms – must be vocal. We must talk about it; and teach. We must start respectfully and tactfully talking politics with our neighbors. Many narratives were crafted about the protest that occurred at the US Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. Almost all of the ones produced by Congress and the mainstream media shop the narrative of a violent mob that, unprovoked, stormed the Capitol Building while elected officials cowered in fear.But that is the preferred narrative; the narrative those in power want you to believe.Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why the elected class was so reticent in releasing the full complement of surveillance video to the American public? It is a valid and important question to have answered.Over 1,300 people were arrested and charged with various crimes related to the January 6th protest. Of that – three years on, 53 percent of those arrested (548 individuals) still await trial and another 220 individuals still wanted by the FBI. As to those still awaiting trial, their incarceration violates their Fourth and Sixth Amendment rights to due process and a speedy trial. Their continued incarceration moves them to the class of political prisoners.J6: A True Timeline is an important documentary that establishes a certifiable timeline using “evidence from hundreds of J6 trials, as well as evidence from bodycam footage, radio communications, and police officer testimony,” so that we all can better understand what happened that day, who was responsible, and what went wrong.The documentary does not editorialize. Instead, it “chronologically recounts the significant events of the day as they unfolded.” The opening paragraph on the efforts archival page at Open.Ink reads:“J6: A True Timeline gives the audience a never-before-seen timestamped blueprint for the events of January 6, 2021, as they unfolded in real-time. No other film to date fills the gaps or tells the story chronologically the way this film does. The film is also different from anything produced to date because a small group of protestors, some of whom are J6 defendants, have been the ones to collect hours of footage to help contextualize the events of the day. The film was funded and produced entirely through small donations and tens of thousands of volunteer man-hours. Before we get to Monday’s segment of America’s Third Watch, I wanted to make a few comments about Joe Biden’s disgraceful Valley Forge speech. To put it bluntly, there was so much disingenuousness in that speech – so much politically driven propaganda, that I was half expecting Washington’s ghost to appear to slap the man.As I have stated many times – and as I am starting to hear emerging into the conservative mainstream, there is no adjudication of insurrection anywhere against Donald Trump regarding the events on January 6th. In fact, not one January 6th political prisoner has even been charged with insurrection. Therefore, the 14th Amendment, Section 3 doesn’t apply.Additionally – and this addresses the degree of outright deceit to which the neo-fascists who puppeteer the Biden administration will sink, Trump already served four years, and none of the fear-porn being shopped by Democrats ever came close to happening. One would think that if Donald Trump was a “danger to democracy” he would have planted the seeds the first time around. He didn’t.During the entirety of his tenure as President, Trump had fidelity to the US Constitution and succeeded in protecting the citizenry by holding the Bill of Rights as sacrosanct. The Biden administration’s fear-porn about Trump being “Hitler” and that he will somehow hijack the nation to totalitarian despotism is so over the top that only the most intellectually stunted among the Democrat faithful can honestly believe the allegation.But the most egregious error – and this is something that the ideological Left has been purposely hawking ever since the Wilsonian Marxists arrived on the scene, is his insistence that our nation is a democracy.I am inserting the forward of my monograph, The United States of America Is Not A Democracy, underneath along with a downloadable PDF (premium members already have access to all my monographs and books on the Bookshelf page:“The word democracy does not appear in the Declaration of Independence or the United States Constitution...and for good reason. In recent days, Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has made some very dangerous statements for someone in his position. He is speaking the truth and the establishment, Deep State political apparatus doesn’t like it. How can they? They hated Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump for the same thing.This is not an endorsement (it’s still too early in the process to make an intelligent statement of support), but each point Ramaswamy makes is something I can wholeheartedly agree with. In fact, I have been championing his stance on two of the issues for decades.In these four clips, Ramaswamy hits on:* The media’s support of the institutional racism false narrative* The selective support of Ukraine as farce in the realm of “Good v. His response is pointed and frank. Not only does he expose the disingenuousness of the question, but he also points the finger of culpability at the media for using the false narrative as a fulcrum in its ongoing quest to keep our nation divided.As Ramaswamy is of Indian nationality, it is hard for race-baiters like Sharpton, Ibrahim X. Keni, Robin DiAngelo, and Marc Lamont Hill to level the over-used and deceitful charge of “racism at Ramaswamy. Considering the argument Ramaswamy made in his answer to the reporter, any charge of racism would open the door for a perfect example of bald-faced hypocrisy.Wagging The Dog With UkraineRamaswamy gives it to Piers Morgan on the issue of whether or not he supports the continuation of aid – both militarily and financially – to Ukraine in its war with Russia. To make his point, he examples the 2020 Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict and points out in no uncertain terms that Ukraine is supported because it is the media’s cause de jour and that because the Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict was, in large part, about Christians the media had no stomach for covering the story in any meaningful way.In a chiefly Christian country – as is the United States (64 percent of Americans asked identified as Christian), you would think there would at least be a mention of the conflict in the mainstream media, yet because the mainstream media controls the flow on information an overwhelming majority of Americans didn’t even know the conflict occurred.In his attempt to counter Ramaswamy, Morgan stumbles and deflects in the face of being presented with that counter-argument to Morgan’s desire to pigeon-hole Ramaswamy on the Ukrainian issue and even goads Morgan into admitting that the United States has been used by the international community as a world police force.The Joke That Is The Contemporary RNCIn a blunt statement, Ramaswamy says what few people in the Republican Party and no elected Republican say: The RNC is an ineffective, “it’s-my-turn”, power club that hates outsiders, settles for mediocrity, and loses elections.I have been calling for Ronna McDaniel’s resignation – or firing – for years. She has failed to capture and hold the House and the Senate and (even though she tried to steal some of the spotlight) had very little to do with Donald Trump’s win in 2016.So, what has she done besides prove to the rank-and-file GOP that she knows how to purchase expensive furniture? She has done nothing. She has occupied a position attained through nepotism (she is Mitt Romney’s niece) and done nothing to advance the achievements of the Republican Party.The Duper Super PACsIn this final clip, Ramaswamy rightfully takes issue with the animal that is the Super PAC. While Republicans celebrated the Citizens United v. FEC verdict in 2010, the fact of the matter is this. Super PACs are a way for the elite and the wealthy to have more influence in elections than the average citizen.I have written about this before. If the federal government is going to place limits on what an individual can give to any one candidate then there should be a low-threshold limit established for Super PACs. The alternative to that would be to reverse the Citizen United ruling.With Citizen United, the floodgates to Dark Money were opened in the United States. As 501c4 organizations do not have to register their donors, not only can corporations and unions donate unlimited amounts to organizations that spearhead political campaigns, but they financially fuel opposition research which infamously produced the Steele Dosier for the Hillary Clinton campaign in 2016; a pack of lies and fiction that no one has been tried for and which exists as arguably the worst case of election interference in US history.Too Early To Pull The TriggerAs I said, my support of these statements is not an endorsement of Ramaswamy’s candidacy. But it is an acknowledgment that his candidacy should be taken seriously. He is hitting on

The election “authority” in that state, Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, has decided – unilaterally – that Donald Trump should be removed from the federal election ballot in Maine because he is an insurrectionist.Mind you, in no court, in any state, anywhere in the United States, has a charge of insurrection been leveled against anyone, let alone Donald Trump. So, no insurrection conviction – against anyone – has been registered.Officially – legally, there has been no insurrection as qualified by the United States Constitution. Therefore, there is no legal (read: legitimate) basis to invoke Section 3 of the 14th Amendment which bars insurrectionists from running for the presidency, among other federal offices.One can only hope that the US Supreme Court still recognizes the US Constitution as the law of the land and fast-tracks a rebuke of Colorado’s supreme court in their ruling to remove Trump from their state ballots and Ms. Bellows. There is no other interpretation that can be legitimate but to declare that there has been no adjudication of insurrection and thus no due process to affect Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. The actions in Colorado and Maine are unconstitutional and unlawful, and – quite frankly – they all know it.An interesting note about Bellows. in Maine, voters do not elect the Secretary of State, Attorney General, or Treasurer. Elected majority Democrat Party insiders choose them after deals are made in those smoky back rooms of the State House. As of December 2023, Maine has a Democrat trifecta and a Democrat triplex. Democrats control the offices of governor, secretary of state, attorney general, and both chambers of the state legislature.So, as the thinking people among us have suspected all along, these are political moves to deny political opponents the right to run for office. And while societally spoiled assholes like Rob Reiner, Barbara Streisand, George Takei, and Kathy Griffin screech about Trump’s insurrection, that label – as applied by then – is nothing more than wishful thinking on their parts.Newsflash, each of those ignoramuses – who swore and promised and threatened to leave the United States if Donald Trump won in 2016 failed to keep their word.The serious point in all of this is the attempt to deny ballot access to political opponents without due process; without any constitutional point of order on which to hang that action. These acts are the actions of Third World dictators and the likes of Mao, Stalin, Xi, and Putin. What comes next from Progressives – who should now be called neo-fascists in the mainstream, assassinations? Exiles?And before anyone defending these actions starts revving up their Trump derangement, take note that the DNC did exactly the same thing to Robert F. When they pointed fingers at Donald Trump about grifting the Ukrainians, it was Hunter Biden getting paid to do nothing.And just like the midlife-crisis 1970s male who had to buy a Corvette to “compensate” for what we will label “shortcomings”, the woke Left is continually overcompensating in their championing of just about every special interest demographic known to man. This is where the phobias come in.Islamophobia, xenophobia, transphobia, homophobia, you name it. If you can attach “phobia” at the end of something, at some point during a political, social, or cultural disagreement with a woke Leftist you will be labeled some sort of phobic.But this doesn’t make sense. No one “fears” Muslims. We may have an issue with the fanatics in our midst, you know, the ones that like to fly planes into buildings and blow people up, but no one fears Muslims. And how the hell do you fear a religion? I find Islam in need of significant reformation but fear it?Then there is the ridiculous notion of Americans who aren’t woke being afraid of people from other cultures and countries. We’re a melting-pot. We’re a nation of people from other cultures and countries. No one “fears” the illegals who are crossing our borders. We might be pissed off about it and rightfully so. They don’t respect our country enough to follow the rules but they want our taxpayer-funded aid? They want the opportunity for a better life but start by breaking the law? No, no fear. Just resentment.And who the hell is afraid of Dylan Mulvaney? Or the ridiculous Hunger Games wannabes Jill Biden had in her extremely bizarre Christmas video? In 2023, most of us have blown by the “homosexuals are mysterious” phase and are in the house of “who gives a shit” about other people’s private lives. Nobody cares. Before we get to this morning’s segment on America's Third Watch, I wanted to touch on an item that I believe is getting little coverage in the mainstream media and the coverage it is getting is convoluted.US Secretary of State Antony Blinken was invited to sit in with the Israeli War Cabinet so he could be informed on the next stage of Israel's campaign to rid Gaza of Hamas, this time in the south. What this meeting turned into was Blinken lecturing the Israelis about what they could and couldn't do, what they must do, and a time frame on when they needed to wrap this up.Blinken told them they could not use the same tactics they did in the north (which were successful). Instead, they have to execute more pinpoint targeted attacks so they don't have to evacuate civilians, so they don't have to go into UN buildings or hospitals or community buildings and government buildings; buildings that Hamas hides behind – and they want it wrapped up in a couple months.Actually, not even a couple of months. The Israelis said it should take a couple of months to wrap it up and Bllinken said, “I don't think you have that kind of credit.” Who the fuck is Anthony Blinken?! For that matter, who the fuck is the Biden Administration to be dictating to Israel – a country that was just attacked and had civilians slaughtered on the level of 9/11 for us (that's the equivocation, what happened on October 7th equates to what happened to us in New York, Shanksville, and Washington DC on September 11th, 2001).So, who the hell is the Biden Administration to be telling a sovereign nation how they have to fight their war against an entity that the US State Department recognizes as a terrorist group…officially?!Whose side are they on?? They keep saying they support Israel and that Hamas must be defeated but when Israel goes about defeating Hamas (and Hezbollah and Palestinian Islamic Jihad and al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades) the Biden administration and the radical Left and our country – the United States, who is supposed to be the chief ally of Israel over everyone else in the world – Biden sends money to Iran and Iran sends money and arms to Hamas and Hezbollah. How's that being an ally? How's that giving a damn about Israel's survival? How is that helping Israel get rid of terrorists that lob missiles into their civilian population? It doesn't! Are we tired yet of the politicians that lie, bald-faced, to us and then do exactly the opposite? It’s been happening for a while but it has been on steroids since the Obama Administration and now the Biden Administration. It's just out of control!It's time we know the names of the people behind the Blinkens, behind the Bidens, behind the Obamas; the people who have been pulling the strings not only through Obama's administration and Biden’s but who actively subverted a sitting president, duly elected, during the Trump Administration.This governing by committee and shadow government rule has to stop! Before I intro this morning’s segment on America’s Third Watch, I want to point out the overt and deliberate attack on innocent Israelis in Jerusalem last Thursday by Hamas terrorists. This attack resulted in the murders of six people and the severe injury of five more.I warned of this in the run-up to the fake ceasefire. I warned that the cessation of hostilities was not as it appeared and, in fact, was a hudna: a perceived ceasefire that gives jihadis (and that’s what Hamas is, a group of jihadis) an opportunity to regroup, re-arm, re-strategize, and re-deploy.We witnessed the end of that short hudna with the murders in Jerusalem.The West – and especially those pro-Hamas/Palestinian protesters who exist in the intellectual void of college campuses and radical urban assemblies – have completely failed to understand the Hamas mindset.As Professor Denis McEoin, the Royal Literary Fund Fellow at Newcastle University, wrote at MEForum.org:“The jihad is waged against the entire world, but Israel has become its focus. Since the jihad is deemed unending, and since Israel is going to stay, there will be no end to the religiously inspired struggle. The Hamas covenant, for example, is unequivocal: ‘There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through jihad. Initiatives, proposals, and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors.’“The best that the international community can hope to achieve is a political solution, but this cannot occur unless a way is found not only to control the violent tendencies of the extremists but also to rework Muslim theology and social thought. There is no Muslim equivalent to Reform, Conservative, or Reconstructionist Judaism. Almost all the great Muslim thinkers of the last century have been deeply conservative.“For Muslims, the challenge is to move from a worldview that sees all other religions and all non-Muslim people as inferior, Satanic, ignorant, and subject to Muslim conquest to one that coheres more closely with modern thinking in Europe, the Americas, and the Far East, where there is competition between nations and corporations, but where religious hatred is increasingly relegated to the history books. Others may have to abandon similar prejudices, but the extent of Islamic terrorism, its link to the provisions of the Shari'a, and the gulf between Islamic thinking on human rights and the norms of the original Declaration of Human Rights justify concentration on Islamic intolerance as a special problem. It is time for leaders to emerge within the Muslim world capable of guiding their people towards peace and humanity….“However, it is difficult to see how Israel or the West can have confidence in Hamas's long-term aims. Its position suggests a wholesale rejection of any mediated, peaceful resolution of the conflict.”Bottom line, Hamas and those who are of the devout jihadi mindset do not want peace with Israel. They want Israel – and the whole of the Jewish people anywhere and everywhere – not to exist. And the fact that the last election in Gaza resulted in the Palestinians voting overwhelmingly for a Hamas-run government, well, that is a statement that cannot be ignored.Now on to the dumpster fire that was Sean Hannity’s Great Red State – blue State debate.I don’t know of a junior high school debate team member who would have called what took place last night a “debate.” No debating took place. In fact, no issue juxtaposition was executed except for talking point bravado. The people, the consumers, the viewers learned nothing but that our politicians literally hate each other.The idea of having a debate has always been a good one. But with the introduction of spin doctors, Madison Avenue marketers, and the slash-and-burn, win-at-all-cost ideology of Saul Alinsky, politicians cannot be trusted to engage civilly in debate. They are incapable because they lust for power.Hannity had a chance to produce something significant but his guests betrayed his intent. And that’s something the Governors have to be held responsible for.In the future, and I mention this at the beginning of the segment, the American people – as well as the networks and the candidates – would be better served if a “moderator” scripted a set of questions to be asked of each candidate and then asked them one-on-one for an equal set amount of time. They could then spotlight highlight answer moments in a same-screen final comparison segment. Glaring inaccuracies might also be pointed out during this segment.If presidential “debates” were formatted like that, the American people would be better educated on the positions each candidate holds. Additionally, the networks could – I’m not saying they are bright enough to do so, but they could – examine and investigate each candidate's campaign planks to illustrate or expose any infidelity or fealty to their positions.Regardless, the present political “debate” format is useless and only serves to further divide an already fractured nati

The caller – whom most would label a conspiracy theorist – insisted that the Israelis don’t necessarily care for Americans and that the Carter administration toppled the Shah of Iran to install the Ayatollah and the present-day Iranian Islamic state.Listen to the certainty with which he speaks. This is the same certainty the pro-Hamas protesters and social justice warriors on US campuses, in US urban areas, and in many places around the world, have in their voices. They believe they are correct.This is a by-product of our society being duped into not discussing politics and/or religion with family, friends, and neighbors. False narratives and untruths are embraced without being challenged because no one dares to challenge them. And society loses the clear vision of right and wrong.Please note, and this is especially important with the holidays coming up. Discussing politics or religion with family and friends does not have to result in arguments and bad feelings. A civil person can discuss anything with an even and fair tone. But to do so it requires open-mindedness and a willingness to listen to others.Search for that modicum of common ground on any issue and build on that. The post contains video of pro-Palestinian protesters marching in cities across the country chanting “from the river to the sea,” referring to the land between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River that includes Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank.“Between the river and the sea” is a fragment of a slogan used since the 1960s. The full saying goes:“From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.”The question then is this. What does that mean for Israel and the Jewish people?In 1966, the Syrian leader Hafez al-Assad, the father of the country’s current dictator, said, “We shall only accept war and the restoration of the usurped land…to oust you, aggressors, and throw you into the sea for good.”Hamas, whose drug-enhanced terrorists killed 1,400 people on 7 October, claims the slogan in their rejection of Israel: “Hamas rejects any alternative to the full and complete liberation of Palestine, from the river to the sea,” says the organization’s 2017 constitution.But let’s focus on Tlaib for a moment. She is an elected Representative to the US federal government. It is irrelevant that she represents a majority Muslim voting district in Michigan. An elected US federal official cannot – cannot – satisfy the oath of office or the obligations of the job and call for the genocide of a people.This – any way you look at it – is an act that should find her expelled from the US House of Representatives. Alas, that won’t happen because the Democrats align with her thinking. Before we get into today's segment on America's Third Watch, I wanted to say something about Columbus Day and all the people who are advancing the false history that Howard Zinn came up with about Christopher Columbus committing genocide against the Native North American Indians.Christopher Columbus never set foot on North American soil. That's history. He landed in Haiti – Hispaniola beforehand, it’s now called Haiti. As we head into the season of gotcha politics and twisted narratives; the season of smear and assassination for anyone daring to message the truth simply for its delivery, I thought it prudent – especially as some in my particular sphere are being scrutinized – to reiterate my experience and background.I have come to understand that this type of confirmation and reiteration helps readers and listeners consume my research, analysis, and opinion with a higher level of confidence.In reality, journalism and journalistic activism would be better served if everyone with a keyboard or a microphone occasionally reiterated their bona fides and experience so people would know why they should actually care about what the journalist or activist is saying.I am also doing this now to make a very important point; one that I have written and advocated for many times before. As Ronald Reagan put so succinctly, “Trust but verify,” or in other words, do your homework when it comes to verifying the facts being espoused and those who espouse them. More on this in a moment.My History & ExperienceI was born in a solidly middle-class neighborhood in 1961 to parents on their way up the societal and financial food chains. In the beginning – although I never really felt it – times were financially interesting, my parents having to borrow money in my infancy just to feed me.That would change very soon. My father successfully founded a company and broke into defense contracting, specializing in housings for battlefield and space exploration electronics and communications components.I went to parochial school until we moved to an upper-class neighborhood where I attended public school, excelling in the arts, and – for all intents and purposes – lived a normal – quasi-privileged but wholly grounded – childhood.I was deemed gifted in junior high school and high school and excelled in music receiving a plethora of awards and accolades, eventually attending college in Texas to study jazz music performance. I took early leave from college to play professionally and while doing so had the honor of playing with a number of musicians – both in the blues and jazz genres – who are included in music history books and in the various halls of fame.During this time, my parents became deeply involved in county and state politics, my mother rising to the level of Executive Director of the Republican Party for DuPage County, Illinois – then the 6th most Republican county in the United States and an “always stop” for all presidential candidates and those seeking statewide office. This is when I cut my teeth on politics, learning from the bottom up. From yard sign and petition duty to fundraising activities to strategizing at just about every office level including countywide and then statewide and national office campaigns. My interest in politics and government survives to this very day.(As an aside and more contemporarily, I served as the campaign manager and chief strategist for a 2018 Santa Rosa County, Florida commissioners race that saw an outsider win by historic margins and achieving a historic voter turnout.)But I am getting ahead of myself.Prior to college, I took an interest in fire and emergency medical services after my father suffered a severe myocardial infarction. I volunteered at a number one-rated ISO fire department outside of Chicago, one that routinely enjoyed a ranking of number one by the Illinois State Fire Marshal’s Office. With the ability to attend college, pick up music gigs, and participate in an organization that gave back to the community, I felt well-rounded, blessed, and fulfilled.Over that time I achieved EMT-A status and, because of the department’s rigorous training program, certified at the Firefighter II level. Both certifications are historically registered with the State of Illinois.But that soon changed as I was bitten by the fire service and my music career took a backseat.In 1987, I went full-time, as a firefighter and paramedic (EMT-P) for the same department for which I had volunteered. Over the course of the next four-plus years, I became certified as a Firefighter III and Fire Apparatus Engineer while attaining advanced levels in the areas of Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS). Additionally, I was trained in rapid water rescue, rescue scuba diving, hazardous materials awareness, EMS helicopter safety, advanced rescue techniques, and various other specializations.As it happens to some who become so immersed in the EMS life, I burned out before my time was up where ambulance rotations were concerned. It's very good to see that Mr. Newsom, surviving a recall for being so incredibly partisan, has chosen someone who is even more partisan than he to fill the seat; to represent all of the people from California. Last I looked California wasn't all Democrats, or all Progressives, or all insane, Leftist, neo-fascists. There were some Republicans there.So, the leader of Emily's List, one of the most radical groups in politics today, to fill that seat? Why what a great choice Gavin! You'd be a great president! Not…And now on to the next absurdity, and we hit on this a little bit right at the beginning of the program, but the idea that you can mistake a fire department pull box for a doorknob is something that is beyond anybody's comprehension. A third grader knows what a fire alarm pull box looks like.To have a sitting member of Congress try to pretend that he didn't know that the big red pull station – that says “FIRE: Pull in Case of Emergency” – for him to think that the emergency pull station opens a locked door? That's ridiculous!And then when you compound into this that he was (or he claims to have been) a high school principal and he doesn't know what a fire department pull box is? If you believe this then you are the problem in our country today because it's an absurd statement.And then Alexandria Casio Cortez (say that in the voice of Sebastian Gorka) to try to defend this? It all just illustrates how incredibly stupid they believe you are! They don't care about representing you. They don't care about serving the people. They only care about pushing their agenda through and they think you are stupid.So how can they have any fidelity to what the Framers wanted when they constructed a system of government that is predicated on compromise?Win at all cost is Alinsky bullshit and that's what was ushered onto us with Alinsky and his chief disciple, Hillary Clinton. Before we get to this morning’s segment on The Captain’s America: Third Watch, I wanted to double down on some things we talked about at the end of the second segment.First, we need to expunge the idea that the Democrat Party is the political party that champions the working and average man. This idea is so far from the truth it would take a Space X rocket just to see where it was 50 years ago.The Democrat Party, today, is the party of corporate coercion and wealth; of rewarding their political benefactors and placing the most extreme elements of our society above every other demographic that comprises the United States.They are the party of globalism and one-world government; of centralized government and authoritarianism. At every turn, they seek to attain more power over the people and, by doing so, to whittle away at our individual rights making the Bill of Rights a work of fiction.Today’s Democrats are, in fact, neo-fascists who use private-sector cronies to impose their will onto the people when their attempts at legislation fail.The concerning point that we talked about this morning is that the Republicans of the “Uniparty” federal government are no better; they are just less egregious in their actions making them the lesser of the two evils when it comes to choosing.This brings me to the second point and one that bears stating again. The core of the Republican purpose – going back to its inception – is to maintain limited government; to affect less government in our lives. This means fewer but better laws, less regulation, lower taxes (if any), and the protection of sovereignty.Today, the federal GOP is floating minimum wage bills that puke on the notion of a free market. They have failed to even repeal Obamacare as a whole and continually find ways to allow the neo-fascist Left to “compromise” their way into incrementally subjugating the citizenry even as they redistribute wealth to those who refuse to participate in our economy.This is why the only platform message I care to hear from any of the GOP presidential candidates – and actually, this goes for all of the GOP candidates at any level of government – is this: Less government, more freedom.It’s time we started seeing the repeal of laws, not the creation of more, and it is absolutely time to restructure our tax system to forbid the elected class from creating new taxes or expanding the taxation that already exists. Neither party can be trusted to come through for the American people on that point.Less government. More freedom. Fewer and limited taxation. If that’s your platform and you explain how you will adhere to those principles, then you have my vote. Before we get to this morning's segment on The Captain's America: Third Watch with Matt Bruce, I want to say a few words about what can only be seen as the pre-eminent national disgrace and his actions on the 22nd commemoration of the September 11, 2001 attacks.Joe Biden – President Potato Brain – and this cannot be repeated enough, is the first sitting president to snub 9/11 ceremonies at any of the attack sites. Oh sure, he took a few minutes out of his nap time to read the words loaded into the teleprompter on the subject – but those words were both manufactured by a speechwriter and disingenuous, otherwise they wouldn't have been delivered from Alaska, equivalent to about as far away from the attack sites as you can be.Then, to add insult to injury, Biden lied about being at Ground Zero on September 12, 2001. That he can lie, bald-faced to the American people and the attack victim survivors, with such ease should put him into the category of “scum of the Earth.”Then, to double down on the insults, Biden and his puppet masters released billions of dollars – on 9/11 – to the number one state sponsor of terrorism in the world – Iran.I won't even go into the horrifying retreat from Afghanistan that he and his intellectually stunted mouthpieces – all opportunistic whores in my book – called a major success. The only "success" there was successfully handing the country over to the Taliban and arming them with billions of dollars on A-grade American military equipment. If you voted for this opportunistic piece of garbage – this national disgrace – you must take a look at yourself; what you believe in and why you vote for people.If you are simply voting for the letter behind the name – the D or the R – just because of the D or the R then you are a major part of the problem. Let me say that again. You are part of the problem.President Washington warned of the evils of political factions taking complete control of the federal government in his Farewell Address. Today, we are reaping what we have sown through our arrogant, self-centered, and self-absorbed abdication of our primary responsibility as citizens: the oversight of our government. We have allowed the greedy, opportunistic, and power-hungry to wrestle control of government away from the people and our country is dying for that lack of oversight.For the love of God, people, research your candidates, what they stand for, who is financing them, what their actions prove they really stand for, and only then cast your ballot. This is true for voters from both sides of the aisle.We were never supposed to be subjugated to the will of the political parties. In my opinion, they are akin to the labor unions; they served their purpose in their day but have become greedy, self-important, and obsolete for today's purposes. Before we get into Monday’s segment on The Captain's America: Third Watch with Matt Bruce I wanted to elaborate a little bit about something we talked about – or I guess I ranted about – in this segment and that is the attempt by the politically manipulative to move us back to masks and “Hey, let's take another variation of a booster!”You need to think for yourself and that means taking some time to read the studies that have come out since the “pandemic.” There is an abundance of studies that prove, beyond any doubt – and Fauci has actually come out and said this on a number of occasions, most recently I believe a couple of Sundays ago, that masks do nothing but elevate your CO2 level when we're talking about viruses like COVID.The virus is smaller than the apertures in the masks and that means it goes freely through that membrane. So, all you're doing is inhaling recycled breath which has more CO2…which is bad for you.As far as the vaccines are concerned, unless you've been living under a rock you understand that they really don't do anything! Young men are contracting myocarditis, young women who are pregnant are passing this mRNA to their fetuses. This is not good.This is what happens when BigPharma rushes something through the developmental process. It's ridiculous that they're even thinking about trying to force this canard onto the American people – again – in order to politically manipulate us.It has to stop!I will not comply! You should not comply. No one should comply with a CDC mandate that they don't even have the authority to issue. The CDC is not the overlord of all things medicine. Neither is the AMA, by the way. They can advise but they can't order anyone to do anything. Neither can the Executive Branch of our federal government. They've been acting unilaterally for quite some time now – and this goes back several presidencies, not just Joe Biden's. We talk about that in this segment as well.There is no reason for our federal government – or even our state governments – to be mandating anything about COVID ever again. We've already seen the lawsuits come down on the side of the people who filed the lawsuits because they lost jobs. We've seen the Judiciary slap down the Executive for the orders they issued using the organizations they used in order to force their will upon the people. And we've seen where the public has boycotted companies that not only mandated the jab but the use of masks and how they suffered the consequences for totalitarian actions.Study after study has come out saying that masks didn't work and that's just common sense because the apertures used in the popular masks are much much larger than the virus itself. The use of masks made no sense. It actually caused more damage than good because it caused you to breathe in more CO2. That’s very bad for you, especially children.We're finding out now that the vaccine is affecting pregnant women and women who are seeking to become pregnant because the mRNA vaccine is being passed on to the fetus through the placenta and the bloodstream.We see myocarditis erupting in young men. The side effects of these vaccines grotesquely outnumber the points of benefit.And we're seeing that natural immunity is superior treatment for this; that Ivermectin – even the FDA has had to come out to admit this even though they massage their language to achieve plausible deniability – but they came out and said, “You know what? Doctors, they can prescribe ivermectin for COVID,” and this is after it's been proven again – in study after study – that the cocktail of ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and high-dose vitamin D is much more effective than any vaccine.And lastly, we've seen that the vaccines just don't work! They don't prevent COVID. They don't prevent the passage of COVID. It's ridiculous! And now they have a new variant out?You know what? Everybody's got some level of natural immunity to this. So, wash your hands. If somebody is sick, treat it like the flu. If somebody is sick, don't get in their face. And if you're sick don't cough in people's faces; don't sneeze in people's faces. Have a little civility when it comes to being sick. But if you take your precautions for the regular flu then you've done everything that you possibly can to prevent COVID.Make no mistake. Before we get into this morning's segment on The Captain's America: Third Watch with Matt Bruce, I wanted to reiterate how important it is to come to the aid of our fellow Americans living on Maui in Hawaii.The devastation from the tragedy that happened there – an act of God – is enormous. It was described by my sister, who lives on the island, as a natural disaster genocide.Eyewitnesses said that a fireball freight-trained through Lahaina giving people no time; there was just no way out.This is a disaster of dramatic proportions and just like Americans always do when we are faced with a tragedy like this we come to the aid of our fellow citizens.So, do your research on some good organizations over there. I know Tulsi Gabbard has an organization out there that looks pretty good. I steer away from the Red Cross because of the percentage of the dollar that actually gets to the people. The Salvation Army is always a good place to give your money. But look for people who are explicitly seeking to help the people of Maui.With that in mind, when we go forward to rebuild the island paradise, let's make sure we are respectful of the indigenous culture there because they've been there a very long time. They're a vocal minority; they're a bully minority, but they are the minority.Traditional Democrats haven't been represented in their party for quite a while. Now we have a moment in time when their incumbent candidate, Joe Biden, is thoroughly incapable of running for re-election (he was incapable of running for election the first time but that's beside the point).They have a viable candidate in Robert F Kennedy Jr. but the hard Left doesn't want Robert F Kennedy Jr. because he's a traditional Democrat. He's not a neo-fascist Progressive. So, they're floating the idea of Gavin Newsom.If Republicans are smart – and boy the jury is out on that – they will help facilitate this fissure on the Democrat side. A full propaganda campaign, Republicans talking to their Democrat friends asking why the Democrat leadership is so tone deaf and literally deaf about Kennedy's candidacy will put them in a corner so they have to explain why they don't like Kennedy. Because when they have to explain why they don't like Kennedy they have to admit that they are extremists. No one likes to admit that.This would be the perfect time to give our Democrat – our traditional Democrat friends – and olive branch so that we can get back to government that centers on compromise and not division.Let's help them expunge the neo-fascist Left from their party. They never belonged there in the first place. They're an infection in the Democrat Party and they need to be expunged.So, let's think about how to do that and how to do it without the leadership of the Washington establishment because they want to keep the status quo going. If you regularly read or listen – hopefully you do both – you know I am no fan of the Federal Reserve. From its genesis on Jekyll Island to its mishandling of crisis after crisis to its unholy relationship with the World Bankers and the globalist cabal at the World Economic Forum, at no time has the Federal Reserve ever sided with the people. They simply aren’t set up to do that, nor do they see any benefit in it.The Federal Reserve is not a government entity. It is a conglomerate of big bankers, assembled into a regional system that looks out for the banks. It is, by their own admission, the Central Bank of the United States even though no federal authority was given for the creation of a central bank. In fact, the United States had a decentralized banking system (if that sounds familiar give yourself a merit point) until the Federal Reserve Act of 1919 – thanks for the screwing again, Mr. Wilson.The Federal Reserve Act created the Federal Reserve System, responsible for managing the country’s money supply, making loans and providing oversight to banks, and serving as a lender of last resort. It also created a national currency and a monetary system that – they insisted – could respond effectively to the stresses in the banking system, creating a “stable” financial system. A later amendment requires the Federal Reserve “to promote effectively the goals of maximum employment, stable prices, and moderate long-term interest rates.”Just A Bang-Up Job…NOTAnd you’ve seen what a fine job the Federal Reserve has done in executing its responsibilities. Since 1919, we have seen the:* Depression of 1920* Wall Street Crash of 1929* The Great Depression of 1929 – the worst economic crisis of modern history* The Energy Crisis of the 1970s* The Recession of the early 1980s* The Savings & Loan Crisis of 1986* The Black Monday Stock Market Crash of 1987* The Recession of the 1990s* The Recession of the Early 2000s* The Dot.Com Bubble Burst of 2000* SubPrime Mortgage Crisis of 2008* And the double dose of Black Monday and Black Thursday in the 2020 Stock Market CrashYes, we see Federal Reserve chairman Jerome Powell talking about doing all he can to stem inflation, but the fact is the policies of the Federal Reserve put the economy into the unstable state it exists in today. And looking at that list of financial catastrophes, was anyone or any organization “bailed out” other than the big banks and gamblers of Wall Street? I dare say, no.Exhibit AThe subprime mortgage crisis of 2008 stands as a perfect example, although there were many more guilty parties to that fleecing of the United States than just the Federal Reserve. In that instance, the entire financial sector stood guilty of grifting the system; using other people’s money to gamble with and losing. In that massive economic “miscalculation”, people from all walks of life lost lifetimes worth of accrued wealth, all because of the avarice of Wall Street gamblers, their investment banker enablers, and – yes – the Federal Reserve.Consider this. Do you really know what a hedge fund is? In short, these are wealthy groups of people who half the time bet on an asset losing or “hedging” their “bets”. Those who manage hedge funds can literally make money off of a loss. How is it pro-American to hope that someone loses financially; that people invest money in the hope that someone fails? Yes, it’s more complicated than that but the fact remains, if that investment were used to support business rather than bet against it, how many companies would still be around today? How many people would be gainfully employed?Further, there are investment vehicles that are used that allow investment bankers and hedge fund managers to take great risks – placing very risky “bets” – with other peoples' money. A look at the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis is a perfect example. Massively risky financial actions by the biggest banks in the world ended in catastrophe, not for the major players – although some institutions were left swinging in the wind by their brother big bankers – but for the investors; the little guys.And what did our federal government do? Do you remember the first time the term, “too big to fail” was used? That’s right, the government used created Federal Reserve currency based on the future promise of extracting the bailout funding from the United States taxpayers.Additionally, we must all understand that when the US government throws financial commitments around on the world stage, that promise of the banks opening their windows to Third World and emerging nations is backed – at least since 1971 – by the “full faith and credit of the US government”. Of course, that means you and I; the taxpayers. Not the big bankers. Not the Wall Street gamblers. Not the hedge fund managers or derivative traders. You and I. Before we get to this morning’s segment on The Captain's America: Third Watch with Matt Bruce, I wanted to expound a little bit on something we talked about on this morning’s show.We need to understand that everything we consume – everything that we buy when we go to the store, regardless of whether it's food, whether it's a product of another nature – it's brought to us by a truck.Trucks are essential. They go from point A to point B to point C to the endpoint; from the farm to the table, from the manufacturer to your house. So whenever the government – at whatever level, whether it's the federal government, state government, county government, township government – whenever they impose a tax on a trucker; whenever they impose a fee on a trucker; whenever they require more hoops to jump through, they're raising the cost of what you're consuming.And they normally tag these tax increases onto bills that do not represent the fact they're raising taxes, whether it’s on truckers or not. It'll be tagged onto a defense bill, be tagged on to a healthcare bill, be tagged onto an education bill, but no one ever comes out and says, “Hey, we're going to legislate a bill that raises the fees on truckers” or causes diesel fuel to cost more. No one would vote for it. It is a slap in the face to awaken not only a nation but a world to what's going on with human trafficking, especially where children are involved.The most disturbing thing to me – and there were many disturbing aspects to this movie because it is all true – but the most disturbing thing to me was the statistics at the end when it said that the country with an appetite for child trafficking and the exploitation of children of a sexual nature is the United States. I was not only shocked but angered by that.We need to be better than that. And instead of our media and our elite inner circles running interference for the most extreme of sexual natures – and I'm talking about drag queen story hours for children, among other things. No one can argue that I'm sorry. I just do not sign on with that. I do not agree with it.I don't care what you do to get your jollies but you can't push that on to children and on to the mainstream; you can’t say, “Hey this is normal. You have to accept this as normal.” It's not normal. I don't judge you good or bad for it but don't try to make me swallow the line of bullshit that it's “normal”. It's not.This whole transgenderism movement, statistics from a plethora of outlets – medical outlets, psychiatric outlets – say that only 0.6% of the population around the world is affected by gender dysphoria. Yet, because the media is pushing this, we have 7% of kids in high school and junior high school identifying as trans because “it's the cool thing to do now”. It's not that they're trans. It's just the “cool thing to do”.That shit has to stop because it's starting to normalize something as wicked and disgusting as child sex trafficking and pedophilia.We have people we send to Washington who are supposed to make sure this shit doesn't touch our shores but they do nothing. In fact, Disney had the rights to this movie, Sound of Freedom, and buried it until the CEO of Goya Foods bailed it out from underneath them; buying the right so this movie could be released. That makes me puke. Fuck Disney!Please go see the movie Sound of Freedom. You'll understand why I'm so angry about this. You will be angry too and you will probably be moved to tears in several sections of the movie.We can't tolerate this and we have to make a stand, together: Left, Right, and Center.It's not okay to sex traffic children.
