One of the most pressing issues arising from the aftermaths of Hurricanes Helene and Milton—outside of the loss of life, immense damage, and pathetic response by the federal government—is this. The people most affected by the storm will have a very difficult time voting on November 5th if that subject is even remotely on their radar at this point.One can hardly blame anyone who has lost everything they own for not keeping the issue of the election front and center as a priority, even though the response from the federal government—and some of the state governments—has been insufficient and, in many cases, obstructive. It should be a significant issue in this election.However, a fact remains that cannot be argued. The overwhelming number of counties affected by the storm paths were Red-voting counties. Population-wise, it is unclear whether the numbers of conservative, constitutionalist, and Republican voters affected will balance with the number of far-Left and Democrat voters. But looking at the areas affected, there is a good chance there will be a deficit to the Democrats' advantage given the lopsided urban populations of Ashville and Winston-Salem in North Carolina, Augusta and Savanah in Georgia, and Tampa and St. Petersburg in Florida.The Path That Might Affect The VoteIn Georgia, Hurricane Helene’s effects were felt across 53 counties. These counties predominantly voted conservative and Republican in the 2020 election, with 57.3% of the votes reflecting that fact.Similarly, North Carolina's western part includes heavily Republican counties that have been designated eligible for FEMA aid, indicating a level of devastation that will undoubtedly hinder the ability of those affected to cast ballots. In those locations, 51.6% of the vote in 2020 went for the conservative (or Republican) candidates.The physical destruction and logistical challenges in North Carolina – specifically – will directly affect voter turnout. Traditional polling stations are either inaccessible or non-existent. If mail-in ballots are delayed due to postal service disruptions, the vote in affected areas will be suppressed.While this might not change voter preference, it will reduce the overall number of votes cast for conservative candidates if those voters cannot vote.Given that these areas are predominantly conservative in nature, the lower voter turnout will disadvantage conservative, constitutionalist, and Republican candidates. And even though emergency voting measures have been implemented in many election authority jurisdictions throughout the affected areas, there is no guarantee they will be adequately effective. This will be the third podcast I am doing that focuses exclusively on the incredible damage and destruction caused in western North Carolina, eastern Tennessee, and all the locations in its path, but focused primarily on North Carolina and Tennessee.Those of us looking on from afar can only do what we can to convey the utter devastation that has affected those areas. It is horrendous.But better than the onlookers explaining what is happening, it is much more effective—chilling, frightening, in fact—to facilitate the words of people who are there and have been lucky enough to get the word out about what they are going through.Some of these clips can be long, but I am warning you now, that every word is either heart-wrenching or infuriating. The only way you can turn away from these reports is to exist as cold-blooded and heartless.The first clip is a passionate and heart-breaking plea from a resident in the affected area:The next clip comes from a volunteer worker who expounds on the intentional obstacles FEMA is putting in place for the rescue workers who – are primarily volunteers and private citizens:The next clip comes courtesy of a personal friend, Connie, who lives in North Carolina. You will notice that as the accounts are presented, they both get worse and corroborate the reports as worse than being reported:This next clip was sent to me by a Florida friend, Bill, and features a member of the Florida State Guard – Special Missions Unit:This next clip features a volunteer with boots on the ground at a relief materials aid staging area at the Ashville airport and, again, expounds on FEMA's obstruction, incompetence, and dereliction of duty. Facebook says this is disinformation:And this clip features a citizen journalist who has boots on the ground – and who is engaged in rescue efforts – who does his best to explain how fed up those affected are with the piss-poor FEMA and federal government response, to include the county sheriffs in the region who are banding together to take a stand:We as a people need to do everything we can to help our fellow Americans in this time of need. It appears that the actions taken by the FAA and FEMA are contrary to their chartered missions and seditious.Elon Musk took to X to expose—through his SpaceX engineers with boots on the ground in North Carolina—that not only are FEMA and the FAA not helping them re-establish emergency communications and deliver critical emergency supplies to the affected, but both agencies are destructive to the effort.In the case of the FAA, it’s about bureaucratic procedure, which should have been suspended to prioritize humanitarian efforts.According to Musk, “The level of belligerent government incompetence is staggering!!” In a posting on X, one of Musk’s engineers stated:“They are now about to shut down the Air space to ‘regulate’ the private choppers we are riding in to deliver Starlink and supplies. We are pushing back with Trump team as well to help us, but not looking good…The largest concern for us here is the FAA throttling flights for our choppers, where they are requiring To/From information and mission now to deliver a discrete code. Doing this takes a long time and very cumbersome to the ops. This is the largest concern and most help we could use.”There is no good reason humanitarian aid flights, including the delivery of communications systems, should be obstructed. Yet here we are. And ignorance of the effort is not an excuse. Musk has been in contact with the national disgrace that is Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, who is slow-walking responses and running interference for what can only be interpreted as an obstructive effort of political motivation, seeing as 98 percent of the counties affected are RED counties.In an exchange between Buttigieg – who has consistently been derelict in his duties as Transportation Secretary (in fact, you would be hard-pressed to point out one accomplishment of his in that role), Buttigieg said:“No one is shutting down the airspace and FAA doesn’t block legitimate rescue and recovery flights. If you’re encountering a problem give me a call.”This statement inferred that Musk’s efforts are not “legitimate.”Musk responded:“There are hundreds of reports of FEMA/FAA blocking flights. This literally just happened. Still waiting…the helicopter is trying to land to deliver critical supplies. What’s the number to call?”To date, it appears Buttigieg hasn’t replied to Musk. I want to start this podcast by offering a first-hand account of what is happening in the rural areas of North Carolina in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The devastation is much worse than being reported…much worse.A friend of this show, Judson Carroll, who hosts the Southern Appalachian Herbs podcast, who also podcasts on the Prepper Broadcasting Network, lives in Western North Carolina. Lucky to have intermittent internet service, he has provided us with a first-hand account of what is happening there:I want you to keep something in mind as you digest that report. Just as with the disaster that wiped Lahaina on the island of Maui in Hawaii from recognizable existence, the federal government is doing very little to help American citizens during the natural disaster in Appalachia.Shockingly – and this is entirely unacceptable, the Biden administration has misappropriated FEMA funds to provide taxpayers dollars for benefits for illegal immigrants.Over $1 billion intended for disaster relief through FEMA was redirected towards providing services for immigrants, including those who entered illegally, with nearly $364 million in 2023 and $650 million for 2024 going towards the "Shelter and Services Program" aimed at non-citizen migrants released by DHS.A recent report highlighted an annual net cost of $150.7 billion due to illegal immigration, encompassing various expenditures like emergency medical care, incarceration, and welfare.Various reports mention monthly stipends ranging from $1,200 to $1,912, while the costs to US taxpayers—including those in North Carolina and Hawaii—for housing and medical treatment aren't directly quantifiable into a per-person per-month figure. Not much!A statement issued by the White House proclaims:“FEMA assistance in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina may include a one-time $750 payment to help with essential items like food, water, baby formula and other emergency supplies…”That’s a far cry from what the Biden-Harris administration is affording illegal immigrants, who broke the law to exist in our country at the very start.To add insult to injury – and in the wake of the Biden-Harris administration’s grotesquely irresponsible spending on non-critical special interests, impeached DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas issued a statement saying FEMA doesn’t have the funds to execute its mission:This is absolutely unacceptable, and the entirety of the blame must – without question – be laid at the spendthrift feet of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and the sickeningly opportunistic Democrat and Uniparty Deep State leadership in Congress.How dare they raid emergency aid funds to provide politically motivated funding for non-citizens while taxpayers – American citizens – exist in immediate need. It is not even really a choice between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris (and especially the latter since the Biden-Harris administration is actually being puppet-mastered by Obama 2.0). It is a choice between maintaining our freedoms and liberties and protecting our unique American form of government and the continuing advance of neo-Marxism, or as one of my friends puts it, the advance of neo-Bolshevism.A different friend – a friend from college, recently sent me a podcast clip that illustrates the subject at hand. The podcast is called Modern Wisdom, hosted by Chris Williamson, and features Eric Weinstein, managing director for the venture capital firm Thiel Capital. Weinstein is also the person you coined the phrase “intellectual dark web,”referring to academics and social commentators who express concerns over the perceived excesses of Left-wing identity politics.In this clip, Weinstein – who admits he is from far-Left political stock – expounds on why Kamala Harris constantly repeats the phrase, “What can be, unburdened by what has been.” It’s not an innocuous statement. In fact, it is an ominous statement:It all sounds good until you peel back the ideological onion layers to expose the rot manifesting on the inside. This rot has been facilitated by the progressive movement, which has now revealed itself as a Marxism-fueled drive to first democratic socialism, then socialism, and then, as an end goal, full-blown communism and the end of the Great American Experiment.Yes, our federal government has transformed into something quite different from what our Framers wanted for us. They despised the idea of a centralized government and centralized planning. They believed in the genius of fifty separate states with fifty separate constitutions affecting fifty separate social laboratories that cultivated government tailored to their people. The federal government was meant to be a compact between the states that filled in the cracks, not one that forced the states to their knees in subservience, and definitely not one of a fascist nature that colluded with global corporations to enslave its citizens.Yet, here we are. Evidently, the congressional GOP is stone-cold deaf, and quite frankly, I – for one – am sick of it.Congressional Republicans are readying the knives to insert into the backs of their own voters – again – in a surrender to Democrats on the critical issues of funding the government and protecting the sanctity of the ballot box.The legislation in question is The SAVE Act. SAVE stands for "Securing America's Victory in Every Act,” which – among other security measures – mandates proof of citizenship for voter registration in federal elections. It is crucial to safeguarding the sanctity of the ballot box, both from those who are here illegally and from those who would use the lax registration process to illegally register non-citizens to vote. And we know that’s happening.But, like so many times before – and after so many promises that it would never happen again, House Speaker Johnson (R-LA) is reportedly abandoning the measure, now seeking to fund the US government through, yet again, another continuing resolution and without addressing election security.It should be noted here that the last time Congress passed a budget through the regular order process, which involves the full budget resolution process as intended by the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, was for the fiscal year 1997. This was signed into law in September 1996. Since then, the government has been funded through a series of continuing resolutions, omnibus spending bills, or partial budget agreements rather than a comprehensive budget passed on time through the regular order.Incidentally, the obligation of funding the government through the regular order process is one of the few mandatory obligations of Congress as mandated in the US Constitution in Article I, Section 8, Clause 1 and Article I, Section 9, Clause 7.Article I, Section 8, Clause 1 grants Congress the power to "lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States," and serves as the basis for Congress's authority to fund the government.Article I, Section 9, Clause 7 (also known as the “Appropriations Clause”), states that "No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in consequence of appropriations made by law; and a regular statement and account of the receipts and expenditures of all public money shall be published from time to time." This clause mandates that all spending by the federal government must be authorized by Congress through appropriations.When was the last time any of us saw the latter? And why can’t Congress do one of the few things it is actually mandated to do in the Constitution? Seriously, how many fucking post offices do they rename in a year, and how many foolish DEI resolutions have been passed? But a budget or a bill to codify the sanity that foreign nationals shouldn’t have the right or privilege to vote in the sovereign elections of the United States?Apparently, Johnson’s plan is to pass a “clean bill” another continuing resolution this week to fund the government through December 20, just five days before Christmas. And we can all be certain that these game-playing assholes will sprint out of Washington immediately after to cash their paychecks and retreat behind their security walls for the holidays.Meanwhile, many, if not most, of the illegal immigrants who have been streaming across the border since the Biden-Harris regime opened the borders, have been registered to vote in our federal elections, and the Republicans in Congress just pretty much said, “Have at it.”Who do these opportunistic jagoffs represent, the foreign nationals or the citizens of the United States who elected them?Leave it to the congressional GOP to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. They had the Democrats on the ropes. In reading the many news and polling outlets yesterday, I came across an article that reported on a recent poll, the results of which are intensely disturbing.A recent poll conducted by the Napolitan News Service revealed that 28 percent of Democrats believe the United States would be better off if Donald Trump had been killed during one of the two assassination attempts on his life. It also revealed that one-third of their respondents believed Trump or his campaign might have been involved in the assassination plots.The poll also revealed that a full-throated 45 percent of voters pointed to anti-Trump rhetoric as the major factor driving the violence.That last point is critical for everyone to understand and reflect on. One-third of Democrats believe that the death of the opposition candidate at the hands of an assassin would be good for the country. The entirety of the country – or at least the sane 70 percent, should be foaming-at-the-mouth pissed off with these 30 percent.It is shameful (if that’s even a thing anymore in 2024) that anyone, anywhere, in the free United States of America, should be wishing for the death of someone because they disagree with their politics. It’s reprehensibly hateful, and those who feel this way need to be publicly ostracized and shamed.Quitupplely disturbing is that this homicidal hate is coming from the ideological group that preaches tolerance, diversity, and inclusion, usually at caustic decibels that should be found to be exceeding most noise ordinances. Another person, Ryan Wesley Routh, riddled with Trump Derangement Syndrome, has failed in an attempt to assassinate the former President and current presidential candidate.Routh, 58, a current resident of Hawaii and formerly of Greensboro, North Carolina, had an X account filled with posts trying to recruit people to fight for Ukraine and Taiwan, as well as pro-Hamas/anti-Israel content. Routh, The New York Post reported, frequently touted his do-gooder credentials and championed left-wing causes on social media.The assailant is in custody and being questioned after being apprehended by Martin County, Florida Sheriff’s Deputies. The FBI and Secret Service are involved in the investigation. Now comes news that Judge Juan Merchan, the judge in the ridiculous Trump “hush money” trial, has delayed sentencing in that case until after the November 5th General Election. Well, well, well… I guess he’s doing his best, “I was against fracking before I was for fracking,” Kamala-ala-ala-chameleon impersonation.Merchan tried like hell to distance himself from the negative ramifications of his wholly partisan and political persecution of Donald Trump, repercussions that saw even liberal legal scholars like Alan Dershowitz saying there was absolutely no basis for Alvin Bragg’s indictment to have come to trial. In his statement announcing the decision said:“Adjourning decision on the motion and sentencing, if such is required, should dispel any suggestion that the Court will have issued any decision or imposed sentence either to give an advantage to, or to create a disadvantage for, any political party and/or any candidate for any office…Unfortunately, we are now at a place in time that is fraught with complexities rendering the requirements of a sentencing hearing, should one be necessary, difficult to execute…”That Merchan said twice in his statement, “if such is necessary” and “should one be necessary,” alludes to the idea that one won’t be necessary. That idea – in and of itself – would prove that Merchan engaged in overt election interference by allowing the case to go forward at all. That, and his bizarre and partisan – and judicially unethical – behavior during the trial, should spur the process for removing Merchan from the bench for misconduct.Am I being partisan in my thoughts about Merchan? No. I am pointing out that when politics of a partisan nature interferes with the blind application of the law, it needs to have extreme consequences. Quite frankly, the same process should be initiated against Alvin Bragg for his prosecutorial misconduct in literally creating a crime when one not only didn’t exist but where other authoritative bodies with purview over the issue established that no crime had been committed.This is what the pundits and potentates mean by the political Left weaponizing the judiciary. It started quietly with the insertion of politics into decisions made from the bench and has now metastasized into a full-blown Third World cancer of political persecution for electoral advantage.The Executive and Legislative Branches of our federal government have been lost to partisan politics and Deep State influence for over 100 years; with the eruption of Marxist-based Progressivism and Woodrow Wilson, may he rot in Hell for what he did to our Republic.But the judiciary – the Judicial Branch – isn’t too far gone to salvage. That effort starts with removing federally appointed judges, through the impeachment process, for bad behavior in employing partisan politics – whether overtly or clandestinely, into their proceedings and decisions.And, to be clear, US Supreme Court justices can be impeached. In 1990, when asked why he didn't speak out more on political issues, Michael Jordan, perhaps the most famous athlete of contemporary times, said, "Republicans buy sneakers too." He didn't want to risk alienating any potential customers or fans based on their political beliefs.So it bears out that the Philadelphia Eagles would not likely endorse one of the most divisive politicians of our times.But Kamala Harris’s supporters and handlers would love for the people of Philadelphia to believe that untruth. What?And her non-denial denial that she was for banning fracking before she was against it and is now—well, your guess is as good as mine – that was Olympian – and Paris 2024 Olympian, at that!The one thing we did come to learn about Harris' intentions, should – God forbid they find enough ballots after midnight to win the cheat – was comes to us in the third thing learned from the interview: Harris has recommitted to her “values” and principles, which her record and actions prove her a committed Marxist.But the big point here is the tactic of duplicity, which I will discuss more in-depth in the coming days. But even with these high-level awakenings the Democrat Party has managed to put forth the most Marxist ticket in American history in Kamala Harris (whose father was a professor at Stanford University who literally taught courses on Marxism, and in a favorable light) and Tim Walz (whose glowing admiration for communist China has seen him travel there over thirty times and call socialism “neighborliness”).So, even with high-level awakenings, the Marxists who have erupted onto the Democrat scene – and at a fevered pace since the communist genie was let out of the bottle in 2008 when Chicago put form an unaccomplished nobody in Barack Obama – have still managed to expand their control over the Democrat Party.So, why would I say I am pleased at the awakening of Democrats to the hijacking of their party by full-blooded Marxists? The false flag effort by the Harris-Walz campaign – and the DNC – branding Harris supporters and campaign flacks as “joyful warriors” is one hell of a gaff. Of course, this shouldn’t come as a surprise. The far-Left’s hatred for history and penchant for re-writing history makes them vulnerable to such blunders.Now, why do I call the joyful warrior label a blunder – and one of spectacular proportion? Because the “joy” element, as political terminology, was created by the Nazi Party during the short-lived era of the Weimar Republic.According to HistoryLearningSite.co.uk, the tagline “Strength Through Joy” was created in Nazi Germany so that the party monopolized all aspects of a worker’s non-working time.“Strength Through Joy” supervised after-work activities, holidays, and leisure time. “Strength Through Joy” served two primary purposes. The first was to ensure that no one had too much time on their hands to get involved in untoward activities against the state. There was a belief that idle hands might get involved in anti-state misdemeanors. The second primary purpose of “Strength Through Joy” was to produce an environment within Nazi Germany whereby the average worker would be grateful to the state for providing activities and holidays that, in ‘normal’ circumstances, they could not afford as individuals.So, we can see why the optics of using the terms “joy” and “joyful warrior” are, well, not good! They open up an avenue for the American public – and this includes those who normally wouldn’t have entertained the idea – to seriously consider whether the far-Left of the Democrat Party isn’t fully invested in Marxism. Their policies certainly indicate that this is the case.Yet, the Marxists in the Democrat Party and in control of the Harris-Walz campaign are “all in” on the “joy” and “joyful warrior” concept:They are going all in on the “joy” and “joyful warrior” strategy because they want this election to be about emotion over substance, and at a time when they are just yards away from the fundamental transformation goal line.It wouldn’t be a stretch to suggest that the Marxists of the DNC and Harris-Walz campaign knowingly crafted the joy concept with the Nazi Weimar in mind. Sound odd? Consider that they have been very open about their socialism: price controls, centralizing government, their embrace of censorship, their politburo-style tactics of selecting their candidate. It’s right in front of us. The dystopian nature of the times we live in just keeps getting darker and darker, or at least the prospects of what can happen to our nation – and the world – do if the American people don’t wake up.The latest “let’s see how transparent I can make my Marxism” move from Kamala Harris is to proudly stand up for the Marxist concept of price controls. This new policy, rolled out at a carefully choreographed campaign rally, was even excoriated by, of all outlets, the “let’s run interference for the far-Left” Washington Post, where, paraphrasing their laughable tagline, democracy goes to die.In the piece, Catherine Rampell sounds as if she actually paid attention in her Econ 101 class:Government-mandated price controls are based on Marxism because they involve the state – the government – intervening in the market to set prices and allocate resources; a key tenet of Marxism.In a free market economy – such that we are supposed to have in the United States, prices are determined by the forces of supply and demand, and the government does not interfere with this process. However, in a Marxist system, the government plays a central role in determining prices and resource allocation. Apparently, this concept is lost on the far-Left rank-and-file. I say rank-and-file because I am certain that the puppet masters of the far-Left understand the concept completely. After all, they are Marxists!The ramifications of establishing government-mandated price controls are not only significant, but they should also be terrifying to anyone who wants to have free choice in their lives – another concept the far-Left rank-and-file finds confusing.One major consequence is that government-mandated price controls always lead to shortages. When the government sets prices below market equilibrium, demand exceeds supply, leading to shortages. One need only recall the dismal economy of the former Soviet Union, where there were routinely lines for staples like bread, milk, and meat. Russia’s solution in the post-Soviet world was to embrace a hybrid capitalism and allow the free market to exist. This is not unlike what China’s economy morphed into when the World Trade Organization stupidly allowed the Communist Chinese Party to enter into the organization.Another dangerous consequence of government-mandated price controls is that they facilitate black markets.When legal prices are set too high, people may turn to illegal markets to purchase goods at lower, more market-driven prices. This always leads to criminal activity. The reality of the vicious Russian syndicate serves as indisputable proof of what a black market can spawn. These black markets also deny legitimate tax revenue to the government, which one can argue might be a good thing.Furthermore, price controls discourage innovation and investment. When prices are artificially low, businesses have less incentive to invest in new technologies and production methods that increase efficiency and reduce costs. This leads to stagnation in the economy, a decline in overall economic growth, and mediocrity.As Dr. Robert Malone wrote in his substack, and I paraphrase, it just might be that corporate America, including Amazon's owner, Jeff Bezos (who also happens to own the Washington Post, from which the article came), it just might be possible that the elite just woke up to what a Harris presidency might look like.Of course, to a dyed-in-the-wool Marxist, all of these things are acceptable and, frankly, preferable to the capitalist system because in a Marxist system, the prices are not only set by the government but the government owns the means of production. If you thought the 2024 General Election would be predicated on how radical or unintelligent Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are, you are only considering the lesser of the things that the Democrat presidential ticket has going for it. Plouffe was Obama’s 2008 campaign manager and, from his station as White House senior adviser in 2012, served a similar role. Incidentally, Plouffe will have to give up his advisory role with the Communist Chinese Party-linked TikTok.Other Obama campaign retreads include senior policy adviser Brian Nelson, narrative crafter Stephanie Cutter, organizing strategist Mitch Stewart, pollster Terrance Woodbury, and communications adviser Jen Palmieri, most of who had roles in Obama’s campaigns or administration.Brian Fallon, who was previously the director of public affairs for Obama’s Justice Department, a top aide to Chuck Schumer and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 national press secretary, will also join the Harris campaign as a senior adviser for communications.The Harris campaign is also slated to hire GMMB, the media firm headed by former Obama ad maker Jim Margolis.Nelson served in the California Department of Justice, first as special assistant attorney general and then as general counsel from 2011 to 2015.Cutter served as an advisor to Obama during his first term and was deputy campaign manager for his 2012 re-election campaign. She also worked for other prominent Democrats, including Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, and Michelle Obama.Stewart was the director of field operations in the Iowa caucuses for or the Obama for America campaign and served as state director for Obama's primary campaign in Texas and Indiana. He later headed the campaign's Virginia operations. Stewart went on to serve as Battleground States Director for President Obama's 2012 re-election campaign, overseeing state strategy and programs that garnered victories in nine of the ten battleground states. He would go on to serve as the first Director of Organizing for America.Palmieri served as the Obama White House's Director of Communications from 2013 to 2015 and as the Director of Communications for the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign.But the most significant hire is Plouffe and the Harris/Walz/Obama 2.0 team is set to give the country a good “Plouffing.”In 2007, Plouffe was hired to run the presidential campaign of then-untested US Senator Barack Obama (D-IL), a political nobody who targeted his opponent Jim Ryan’s personal life because, in Obama’s obscurity, he had accomplished nothing.During Obama’s primary, Plouffe’s strategy was to target low-turnout caucus-based states with small delegate counts, like Nebraska, Idaho, and North Dakota. In doing so, Plouffe amassed enough state wins for Obama to build enough momentum to defeat then-heir-apparent to the Democrat dynasty US Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY), in larger states where her name recognition and political roots had the strongest impact.During the 2008 primaries, Plouffe emphasized keeping campaign strategy and communication confidential and especially avoiding any public appearance of infighting. He also green-lighted the use of information, strategy, and tactics created by the Analyst Institute.The Analyst Institute is a socio-political laboratory focusing on voter contact and engagement. By party affiliation, Democrats have warmed up to socialism 50 percent to 65 percent during that time, and Independents have grown in support of the Marxist philosophy 36 percent to 40 percent, the number of those willing to soften in the Republican party dropping from a high of 24 percent in 2012 (who was president then?) to just 10 percent in 2021 – the statistics compiled by Gallup.So, we see that the cancer lies within the Democrat Party, not the Independents or Libertarians (who were counted as Independents by Gallup) and not the Republicans. This is specifically why the Framers (a much more intelligent group of individuals than any of the bubbleheads in Washington DC today – and in any sector or sphere) made it difficult to jack with the Constitution: To guard against the whims of idiots, morons, and transformative activists.There are two methods for proposing an amendment – and this is just the first step, mind you. The first is through a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. Something that, given the current makeup of each chamber, is impossible to achieve.The second method is through a Constitutional Convention, which can be called by a two-thirds majority of state legislatures. Again, something that, given the current makeup of each state’s legislatures, would be impossible to achieve. In fact, this method is so difficult it has never been used.Once proposed, an amendment must be ratified—or approved—by three-fourths of the states. Again, there are two methods for ratification.The first is through state legislatures, where each state holds a vote on the amendment. While some states may easily pass a proposed constitutional amendment, achieving that three-fourths threshold is something that, given the split ideologically in our Republic, is an impossibility.The second method is through state ratifying conventions, where citizens in each state vote directly on the amendment. The segment, linked here at UndergroundUSA.com, is absolutely worth the listen.In that section, Panahi features a social media post by the racist hate-monger Joy Reid of MSNBC, in which she declares that she believes there are too many things wrong with the facts surrounding the assassination attempt to believe it wasn’t manufactured and staged. Give this a listen:Astoundingly hateful.Now, I’m not a fan of Alex Jones. I have nothing against him personally, but I don’t consume his product. That said, his entire enterprise, along with his ability to bring his product to market, was obliterated by a court decision that adjudicated he committed defamation against the parents of the Sandy Hook shooting victims for saying this, as provided during his deposition:Regardless of what you think about Jones, his show, or his take on Sandy Hook, isn’t what he said almost milquetoast compared to what Reid said about the assassination attempt against Donald Trump?Seriously, how is what Reid said not worse than what Jones said?And more importantly, since this is a status quo modus operandi for Reid, why hasn’t the litigation sector of the political Right used the legal precedent established in the ruling against Jones to go after Reid and MSNBC for defamation? Both Reid and Jones – as well as Trump and the Sandy Hook parents – exist in the public square. Why haven’t there been any lawsuits against Reid and MSNBC, seeing how there is precedent for a case against them in the Sandy Hook ruling?Is it laziness? Is it a lack of foresight? Is it that litigators on the Right are too unwilling to engage in pro bono work that would actually benefit the country instead of their wallets? Honestly, I’m confounded as to what the answer is for the lack of initiative, the lack of want to fight fire with fire that exists on the Right.And I’m not saying to censor or cancel Reid. No one should tolerate it, regardless of your political leanings.With the advent of social media, no one is disenfranchised from espousing their opinions in the public square. In fact, social media is more accurate when it comes to gleaning a pundit’s level of support because that support is organically and directly calculated. So, just like David Duke – who doesn’t have an MSNBC show, Joy Reid, Rachel Maddow, and the propagandists at Morning Joe – all employees of Comcast’s MSNBC, by the way, would all have an opportunity for their voices to be heard without the billion-dollar, megaphone corporate outlet. Shouldn’t they be filing a litany of lawsuits on behalf of the disenfranchised Democrat voters seeing to force the DNC to have fidelity to their own party rules?”House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), touched on this very thought immediately after the announcement by the White House (we still haven’t heard directly from Joe Biden) that Mr. Biden was standing down from the Democrat Party’s nomination for president in the 2024 election.As reported by Emily Hallas of The Washington Examiner:“During an interview Sunday morning with CNN’s State of the Union, Johnson gave his assessment of Democrats’ chances to do a last-minute switch at the top of the presidential ballot. “The Republican speaker noted that Democrats are facing ‘a real problem’ because ‘every state has their own election system,’ making it difficult for Democrats to end Biden’s bid for a second term.“Johnson says Democrats should expect ‘legal hurdles’ from states, because ‘Joe Biden was chosen after a long democratic process by 14 million people.’”Indeed, Biden himself, while flailing for political survival, claimed as much in a letter to Democrats before he received the knives in the back, saying:“I received over 14 million votes, 87 percent of the votes cast across the entire nominating process…The voters of the Democratic Party have voted. In 2021, Biden created a commission to “study proposals” to inflict its will on the High Court, which was “approved and submitted.” The commission’s report didn’t recommend structural changes to the SCOTUS but endorsed the adoption of a “code of ethics” for the Court’s justices and championed 12- and 18-year terms for members of the High Court.To borrow a phrase from Biden, “Here’s the deal.” The Executive Branch (Biden) and Legislative Branch (Congress) have no authority to place any measures on the Judicial Branch (the US Supreme Court). Each is an independent, co-equal branch of government that provides checks and balances to one another. I want to discuss what we all must do to tamp down the fake news that has exploded onto the social media scene. In the information age, when most people have smartphones with internet access, there is absolutely no excuse for not checking – at least in a cursory manner – to see if what you are posting, forwarding, re-posting, or retweeting isn’t fact-based. It takes less than ten seconds to highlight a subject and put it into a web browser to see what comes up.Case in point – and I have to admit some people I hold in high esteem have fallen to this. There is a popular sentiment being reposted across most social media platforms in the aftermath of the Trump assassination attempt that reads:“I think this goes without saying…but the chief of the @SecretService shouldn’t come from the company who sells Pepsi and Cheetos.”In less than 15 seconds, I discovered that this post is disingenuous at best and deceptive at worst.Kimberly Cheatle is the director of the US Secret Service. But to read the social media post you would think that Biden appointed her because of her connection to the woke PepsiCo company. That’s not the case…not by a long shot.Cheatle joined the US Secret Service in 1995. and was involved in the evacuation of Vice President Dick Cheney during the September 11 attacks. She served on Joe Biden's protective detail during the Obama administration. In 2017 and 2018, she served as deputy assistant director of the organization. She also served as the special agent in charge of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, office. Cheatle became the first woman to serve as assistant director of Protective Operations, a department tasked with the protection of the president and dignitaries, and managed a budget of over $133.5 million.Now, it is true that Cheatle parlayed her career with the US Secret Service into a plum private sector job, like all those from inside the Beltway do after their tenure in government, if, in fact, they actually retire before they mold.From 2019 to 2022, Cheatle served as senior director of global security at PepsiCo, where she directed and implemented security protocols for the company's facilities in North America.Then, in August 2022, Biden announced Cheatle’s appointment as director of the United States Secret Service, ending her private sector career. She assumed office on September 17, 2022.Now, does that sound like all she did to warrant the Secret Service directorship was “sell Pepsi and Cheetos”? No, it doesn’t. To infer that someone with the experience that Cheatle has amassed during her career wasn’t qualified for her current position is disingenuous and smacks of political motive.Yet, I doubt most of the people who shared and reposted the aforementioned comment bothered to take the time to determine whether the inference wasn’t unfair. When a former president and current presidential candidate is involved in an assassination attempt, you can’t deny the systemic failure of the protection detail. And given that protection details at that level are supposed to be the elite of the Secret Service, the culpability and blame for the failure land at the director’s feet. So, I do believe it would be the honorable thing for Cheatle to tender her resignation and, failing to do so, she should be removed from the position.But the larger point here is this. Before we delve into this segment of America’s Third Watch, I want to bring your attention to a crucial matter that unfolded during recent congressional testimony. It pertains to the Department of Veteran’s Affairs and the proposed legislation to restore gun ownership rights – Second Amendment rights – to veterans once they clear false claims of mental incompetence. This is a matter of significant importance and one that we all need to be aware of.This issue came to me courtesy of a brother of the badge (we’re both retired firefighters) via the Gun Owners of America X feed. To say the least, it is disturbing. At best, it is a fundamental usurpation of the Legislative Branch by an Executive Branch bureaucrat – under the shield of the Biden administration’s Department of Justice.This blatantly unconstitutional declaration was recently made during congressional testimony. Give this a listen:Given the recent US Supreme Court decision that reversed the Executive Branch’s abuse of regulatory powers under the guise of the Chevron Defense (allowing the creation of regulations with the power of law), VA Deputy Director of Pension & Fiduciary Service, Kevin Friel’s, declaration is nothing short of seditious. This seditious behavior evidences the Executive Branch’s desire to usurp our constitutional system of government, which – in and of itself – is an act of insurrection.But this isn’t the first time that the Biden administration – the Executive Branch under the Biden administration – has usurped our constitutional system of government. The Biden Executive Branch – and this goes for the Obama and Clinton administration Executive Branches as well, Obama more so than Clinton – has routinely abused executive orders to execute “end-arounds” to both Congress and the US Supreme Court.Perhaps the biggest usurpation comes in Biden’s student loan forgiveness scheme, which—when honesty is employed—is nothing more than a vote bribery scheme and a grotesque and unconstitutional transfer of wealth. As woke as it has become, Harvard Medical School still gets it right every now and again. Their deductions on the stages of grief are both cogent and corroborated. We see the first three stages play out in President Joe Biden as he looks toward November.Yes, Biden is an embellisher and a plagiarizer, and most of the time, displays a non-existent relationship with the truth, but with his polling numbers in the area of dismal and his own party’s potentates calling into question both his mental acuity and ability to win in November, we are seeing the first three stages of grief appear in his demeanor; the beginning of his acceptance that he is destined to be a one-term and failed president.Citing Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, in her book On Death and Dying, Jennifer Fisher, MMSc, PA-C, writing in Harvard Health Publishing, enumerates the stages as denial, anger, bargaining depression, and, finally, acceptance.Of significance at this point in time, where Joe Biden and his presidency are concerned, are denial, anger, and bargaining, all of which he displayed when speaking to Joe Scarborough on MSNBC’s jadedly pro-Leftist morning program Morning Joe.Fisher writes – and please keep in mind that while Fisher is talking about these stages as they relate to the death of a human, I am applying them to the death of a political career:“Denial refers to the period of grieving during which a person refuses to accept the reality of a situation. Denial is different than not understanding. It is a defense mechanism that helps us protect ourselves from the shock of the upsetting hardship. A period of denial can be normal and even helpful during the grieving process, as we work to process a difficult situation. Examples of denial include:* refusing to accept or acknowledge the death* refusing or avoiding the topic in conversation* stating the loss is not true, or that the source of the news is unreliable“Once a person comes to understand the information they received and accepts the reality of death, they often experience anger. Anger can be a natural response directed toward oneself, family members, doctors, God, or even the deceased. Anger is a normal part of the grieving process, though it may seem hurtful or offensive to loved ones. Often, anger is just a manifestation of grief and can present itself in various ways. For example:* blaming a medical doctor for not preventing an illness* blaming family members for a lack of care or support* feeling anger toward God or a higher spiritual power* feeling angry with oneself or blaming oneself for the death* experiencing a short temper or loss of patience“When we experience grief, we often feel hopeless and overwhelmed. It is common to be overcome by statements of "what if" and "if only," as we experience a loss of control over what is happening. We just witnessed a political paradox in France. Conservatives tallied the most votes, but the socialists of the Macron government won power in the French National Assembly. This is a by-product of creating voting schemes that seek equitable outcomes instead of representative or democratic ones.As reported by the Leftist and all-too-often propagandistic Associated Press:“A Leftist coalition, the New Popular Front, has won the most seats in the 2024 French legislative election, beating back a far-Right surge but failing to win a majority. The leaders of France’s Left-wing parties have acknowledged they made compromises to unite in an effort to keep the far-Right National Rally Party from taking power in France.“The New Popular Front, named after a similar coalition formed in the 1930s against the rise of fascism in France…includes environmentalist parties, the French Socialists & Communists, and the hard-Left France Unbowed Party.”While Macron’s gambit in calling snap elections blocked the possibility of National Rally president Jordan Bardella from becoming the next prime minister, he did so by artificially elevating the far-Left, with his candidates standing down in certain constituencies to give the best chance of defeating the RN.So, the far-Right National Rally Party led France's snap elections on Sunday with 33% of the vote, with the Leftist alliance New Popular Front following in second place at almost 28%, and President Macron's ruling coalition trailing in third place with 20%. Yet, after the second round of voting, the results showed just over 180 seats for the New Popular Front Leftist coalition, Macron’s ruling coalition with more than 160 seats, and the far-Right National Rally Party diminished to a restricted to third place with just over 140 seats. France will have a hung parliament because of the system, not the voters. The French-Socialist Voting SchemeThe French election system, strategic voting, and the increased popularity of other parties contributed to the conservative bloc winning a majority of votes but losing seats in the 2024 legislative elections.The French election system is a hybrid system that combines elements of both the “first-past-the-post” and proportional representation methods. The country is divided into 577 electoral districts, and each district elects a single representative to the National Assembly, the lower house of the French Parliament.Candidates who receive an absolute majority of votes in the first round of voting are elected outright. If no candidate achieves this majority, a second round of voting takes place between the top two candidates, and the candidate with the most votes in the second round is elected.In the 2024 legislative elections, the conservative bloc, which primarily consists of the Republicans and the Union of Democrats & Independents, won a majority of votes. However, they lost seats in the National Assembly. Seem inequitable? Does it seem like the far-Left stated electoral goal of “one person, one vote” is being tortured? It serves as the ultimate authority on matters of constitutional and federal law. Its primary duty is to interpret the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights, ensuring that federal and state laws adhere to the edicts and principles set forth by each.In interpreting the United States Constitution, SCOTUS has the exclusive purview of determining the meanings of constitutional provisions, resolving disputes over its interpretation, and striking down laws that violate constitutional principles.The High Court is also tasked with reviewing decisions made by lower federal courts and state supreme courts, allowing it to ensure that lower courts are correctly applying federal law and consistently interpreting the Constitution.The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction in certain cases, meaning it is the first and only court to hear a case. This typically occurs in disputes between states or cases involving ambassadors, ministers, or consuls.In the matter of judicial review, the SCOTUS has the authority to determine the constitutionality of federal and state laws. This includes safeguarding freedom of speech, religion, and the press, as well as the right to due process and equal protection under the law, among the other inalienable rights outlined in the Bill of Rights.The Court has a responsibility to ensure that all individuals have access to the legal system – regardless of ideology or station, including whether they are in either the public or private sphere – and that justice is administered fairly and impartially, according to US Constitution and how it applies to any matter before the Court.Ever since the emergence of 20th-century progressivism, the idea that the US Constitution is malleable to the point of radical interpretation has become an issue. Before we get into this segment of America’s Third Watch, I need to talk about the hollow feeling I have in the pit of my stomach after watching the first 2024 Presidential Debate. It is certainly not a time to be celebratory and for a few reasons.First, as I talk about at the beginning of this radio segment, what the world witnessed in the debate, and Biden’s performance was the ultimate act of cruelty at the hands of some of the most despicable people on the planet, the Obama 2.0 puppeteers. They are a selfish, opportunistic gaggle of totalitarians who are obsessed with attaining and maintaining power at all costs. They humiliated this man on the world stage and have been doing so for the entirety of his tenure as president.Understand this. There will be no meaningful pivot away from the Marxist agenda if this element is not completely purged from government at every level and in every department, agency, and commission.Secondly, as a close friend pointed out in a comment on social media immediately after the debate, “Democrats don't take a dump without a plan. Everything is about staying in power. They wouldn’t have put pudding head out there without having thought the matter through. They’re up to something…” He couldn’t be more correct.Unlike Conservatives and Republicans – and to an equal extent Libertarians, the neo-Bolsheviks – or far-Left – of the Democrat Party have been playing the long game of transformation since the turn of the twentieth century. They have been playing the “fundamental transformation” game for over 120 years. And like the oblivious frog in the pot of water that has been slowly increased to a boil, the American people haven’t noticed the unhealthy amount of Marxism that has crept into not only our government but the American ideal.Biden’s intellectual slaughter in the debate was a planned sacrifice; a scheduled execution. Now, they get to select a replacement for Biden on the national ballot without any input from the voters. All they have to do is force a brokered convention, and they can install their candidate.Make no mistake. That selected candidate would have never been able to win a national election going through the primary process. This hand-picked candidate will be more radical and more aggressive – and have a much looser relationship with the truth – than any other Democrat ever elected to office.The candidate will be a devout neo-Bolshevik Marxist who will make Barack Obama’s lust for transformative change to socialism seem like a third-grade sociology experiment. Should this selected candidate win, God forbid, he or she – given the massive debt held by our country and the debilitation of the rule of law and fidelity to the Constitution and Bill of Rights – will be the last American president to be elected in our Constitutional Republic. Given Obama 2.0’s contempt for the rule of law and the Constitution, this is not outside the realm of possibility.Harris will not, however, be at the top of the Democrat ticket in November. In May, Waters fear mongered that right-wing organizations connected to Trump were “training up in the hills somewhere to attack” if Biden won the election. Some analysts have interpreted this as the groundwork for a false flag operation planned by Democrats in case Trump wins in November. She has pathetically fear mongered about potential “killings” and fears for the safety of black people if Trump were to win, calling Trump supporters "domestic terrorists."Give this a listen:This type of irresponsible and incendiary rhetoric led to deadly riots throughout the summer of 2020, resulting in tens of billions of dollars in damage to property by far-Left activists; activists associated with Black Lives Matter and Antifa. While the First Amendment may protect their right to espouse violent rhetoric, words that incite violence and mayhem, with the right comes consequences when laws are transgressed by those they are inciting.The US Supreme Court holds that citizens have a right to free speech under the First Amendment, but not if that speech is used or meant to produce imminent violent conduct or is likely to do so.Under 18 US Code Section 2101, incitement to riots and violence includes the acts of organizing, promoting, encouraging, participating in a riot, or urging others to riot, a federal crime punishable by up to five years in prison.In California, Penal Code § 404.6 makes it a crime to incite a riot, even without direct participation in violent acts.In New York State, Penal Law Section 240.08 addresses inciting to riot. According to this law, a person is guilty of inciting a riot when they urge ten or more individuals to engage in tumultuous and violent conduct likely to create public alarm. This conviction is punishable by up to 364 days in jail and a fine in the amount of $1,000 fine or double what the defendant gained from the crime.I’d ask why AOC, Waters, and Bowman haven’t been charged with inciting violence and encouraging rioting, but I believe we all know the answer to that question. Blue urban areas and Blue states have politically weaponized the judicial system, and the established prosecutorial double standard benefits the Marxist revolutionaries masquerading as Democrats only.Ultimately, these reprobates are enabled by those who elect them, and until these people are literally harmed by the violence AOC, Waters, and Bowman – and people like them – promote, it is unlikely they will be held accountable at the ballot box for their crimes.But one thing is guaranteed. Before we get into this segment of America’s Third Watch, I wanted to highlight the lead article at UndergroundUSA.com today, “A Simple Truth The Powers That Be Won’t Talk About.” This has to do with an uncomfortable subject for many: Black crime and Black-on-Black crime specifically.As the Black community celebrated the “Juneteenth” holiday, an all too common slaughter happened on the streets of our urban areas, predominantly within the Black community. This outbreak of violence was in excess of the typical shooting epidemic that increases on weekends and especially when the weather is more hospitable.This violence, which claims way too many lives annually, is the go-to form of conflict resolution among the inner-city Black youth. This total lack of intellectual ability to resolve conflicts without the use of violence has spread into the suburban areas that surround our major cities.One of the biggest obstacles to combatting this epidemic of violence is the fear that exists within the non-Black communities of being designated a racist for pointing out the obvious problem. It’s not a gun issue or a lack of law enforcement issue, although that plays into it. It is a cultural issue that society is failing to push back against.Please give the article a read. Before we get into this segment of America’s Third Watch, I want to touch on the epidemic of denial that is metastisizing in the United States when it comes to politics. It’s actually quite serious.It wasn’t too long ago that the uninformed among us – those who opined about politics without knowing the facts on any given matter; those who based their opinions on emotions rather than evidence, truth, and fact – were but a scant few. They were the outliers, the ones you could almost rest assured would find themselves too busy to vote on Election Day.Those days are gone. Long gone.With the subverting of truth on almost all social media platforms and the mainstream media complex’s need to whore itself out through those platforms for risk of dying off, truth and fact have given way to emotion, fearmongering, and outright lies for a great many people who do vote.A case in point. After posting one of my latest pieces, Is The Democrat Party Now The Party Of War, Or Is Biden Wagging The Dog?, on a popular social media platform, one reader responded:“Lies lies lies is all I see . Biden is a clear winner. No matter he isn't fixing to go to Prison like the Natzi German freedom hater.”Aside from awful punctuation and grammar – and don’t get me started on the spelling, it is beyond obvious that facts and truth didn’t matter to this commenter. The only thing that mattered was his emotions. Each point made in the piece was notated and sourced from scholarly and well-documented sources, but he either failed to examine the facts or just couldn’t be bothered to consume accurate information that proved him wrong about what he wanted the truth to be.This is the kind of intellectual ignorance that directly threatens the continuation of our Constitutional Republic. When voters are so fickle that they insist on ignoring the facts in deference to their emotions, it opens the door for manipulators to manipulate, deceive, and capitalize on that deception purely for the acquisition of power and control.This is the 39% of the electorate that would vote for a fencepost rather than admit that all of the smear and exaggeration the media and political opponents are throwing at Donald Trump are just that: smear and exaggeration. They want Trump to be the villain because their propaganda outlets have drilled that concept into their heads, the facts, evidence, and truth be damned.We stand at this point in time because the manipulators and opportunistic charlatans of the political class have fed us the wholly disingenuous idea that it is rude to talk about politics or religion with family, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances. It’s not rude, it’s how we understand that we have more in common than in difference, and they hate that. It’s how knowledge gets disseminated.Engage in productive conversation; in the exchange of thoughts, information, and ideas. That’s how our Republic was born. It wasn’t born because we didn’t discuss politics, and it certainly wasn’t born because we didn’t acknowledge a Natural Law Entity higher than ourselves. Life is ensconced in a constant battle between good and evil, whether the issue is personal or public. When truth, evidence, and fact are rendered irrelevant to the discussion of good and evil, then the Republic is lost, and with the loss of our Republic, freedom is but a word in a history book.Talk to your friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues – those you meet socially – about politics and religion. You don’t have to be a raging asshole about it. Be calm, and know what you are talking about by arming yourself with facts and points of evidence. Speak the truth, but don’t be afraid to admit when you are wrong. But talk…productively engage with your fellow Americans. If you’ve ever missed a flight you know how hard it is to reschedule and that it most often costs you extra to get seated on another flight.The point I am trying to make is this. No one affected by the blocking of traffic or the blocking of building access – the blocking of anything, whether it’s pro-Palestinian protesters, BLM protesters, or any other cause de jour protesters, is sympathetic to the protesters' cause. The actions of these protesters, regardless of their cause, only serve to alienate and antagonize the very people they are trying to win over.Help us disseminate fact-based information by sharing with like-minded peopleIn fact, when someone trying to make a flight, get to work, or walk into a building is obstructed by these types of protests, it creates a wave of anger—not in support of the cause being protested but towards the protesters themselves. People see these obstructive displays as selfish displays of self-righteous virtue signaling that telegraph the protesters' sense of elevated importance over everyone else.How does making someone miss a flight benefit the Palestinian people? How does making someone late for work or a doctor’s appointment – now does impeding an ambulance’s emergency run to a hospital or a fire engine’s run to a fire or a police response to a deadly situation make people feel sympathetic to a protester’s cause? It doesn’t. Evidently, we live in an age when the most ignorant and uninformed among us are now empowered to believe they are intelligent. Yes, this certainly applies to politics and the litany of social issues facing our country – but in this particular case, I am referring to the bizarre and unfounded panic surrounding the upcoming solar eclipse on Monday, April 8th.Yes, that’s right. The solar eclipse that will occur on April 8th is being deemed by some – and this is astounding – to be something of a “state of emergency.” As the “Imbecile-in-Chief” would say, “No lie!”As Dr. Robert Malone writes at his substack (which is linked at UndergroundUSA.com:“It turns out that around parts of the USA, there are empty grocery shelves, long lines for food, and queues for gas. After all, the April 8th solar eclipse could cause death and destruction.“The National Guard has even been called to duty in Oklahoma...“In fact, some local governments have been making emergency plans and preparations for months in advance. National Guard units and military installations have been called in and are involved to keep people safe.”Really?! Has our society been so incredibly dumbed down; have the imbecilic been so duped into believing that they possess intellect that we are reverting to the Medieval Days when uneducated serfs thought the gods were stealing the sun from the sky during solar eclipses?As Malone alludes to in his article, a solar eclipse is not a national emergency, it is not a state emergency, and it is not a local emergency. It is a naturally occurring event in nature. I’d say “follow the science” but we all know how that went during COVID thanks to a colluding and dishonest Medical-Industrial Complex.So, there is no need to run to the store to fill your closets with toilet paper or your pantry with 99-cent packages of ramen noodles. You don’t have to wrap your computers in foil and you don’t have to construct an “eclipse shelter.”The only thing you should do – and this is if you want to view the eclipse, is to take proper precautions for your eyes:* Never look directly at the sun during any phase of the eclipse without proper eye protection* Use certified solar viewing glasses or solar filters specifically designed for eclipse viewing* Do not use sunglasses, smoked glass, or homemade filters, as they do not provide adequate protection* Supervise children closely to ensure they use proper eye protection or view the eclipse indirectly* Do not use cameras, binoculars, or telescopes without appropriate solar filters* If using a telescope, ensure it has a solar filter covering the front aperture* Keep pets indoors during the eclipse to prevent them from looking at the sun* And, be cautious of traffic and crowds during eclipse eventsWe in the United States really have to start employing critical thinking skills as a constant in our lives and we must demand that our educational system dispense with the installation of false self-esteem in our children. We need to return to the tried and true core curriculums of the past that taught a child how to think rather than what to think. Damn deceitful nuns….If you listen to the media or the stick-up-the-ass-puppet-heads at the White House or US State Department – and we touch on this in today’s segment on America’s Third Watch, Joe Biden and his administration are staunch supporters of Israel in her struggle against Hamas. The only problem is this. All of Biden’s actions and all of the actions of his subordinates prove exactly the opposite.We need to be crystal clear on one point. Hamas is a US State Department-designated terror organization. That designation makes them not only an enemy of the United States but also an enemy of the West and the free world. They are in the same category as ISIS, the Taliban, Hezbollah, and al Qaeda.Another point that needs to be understood is that the overwhelming majority of the Palestinian people support Hamas, not only as their elected government but also in their actions. 72 percent of the Palestinian people – according to the Palestinian Center for Policy Survey and Research – believe and support Hamas' decision to attack Israel and her people on October 7th of last year and support for Hamas had risen in Gaza and more than tripled in the West Bank.Now let’s take into account that the UN – not the most Israel-friendly institution on the global stage – has concluded there were “reasonable grounds to believe” sexual violence, including rape and gang rape, occurred at several locations during the Oct. 7 attack on Israel by Hamas militants and most likely continues to this day.And now let’s dispense with the bullshit that Iran is not orchestrating the whole thing; that it’s not funding, coordinating, and providing tactical support for the unprovoked carnage Hamas has exacted on the Israeli people.Through it all, the Biden administration has maintained the intellectually stunted desire to affect a two-state solution; a result that Hamas and the Palestinian people do not want.Through it all, the Biden administration has continuously pushed for a ceasefire which only acts as a hudna for Hamas.Through it all, the Biden administration has fortified the Iranian mullahs with tens of billions of dollars; money only an imbecile wouldn’t recognize as fueling not only the terror state's desire for a nuclear weapon but also the Hamas offensive and possibly the ensuing Hezbollah offensive.At no time has Mr. Biden acknowledged Iran’s role in this murderous rampage. Each is mired in common sense and forces individuals to take responsibility for their actions. Not only did the committee suppress video from the surveillance cameras inside the Capitol Building, but now comes news they hid evidence that exonerates President Trump from one of the chief accusations against him: that he offered no help.The Epoch Times reports:This revelation of illegal activity on the part of the January 6th committee should come down especially hard on former Congresswomen Liz Cheney and former Congressman Adam Kinzinger, to people who abdicated their responsibility to the truth to further a political agenda.Because this testimony was suppressed and not included in the final report, the final report itself becomes proof that a crime has been committed. Remember, those who testified before the committee did so under oath. That means the official report – submitted to the full Congress – was a fabrication on the level of the Steele Dosier. Katie Britt (R-AL), laid it all out in a very understandable form, even for Biden-leaning suburbanite women. Aside from a little bit of a presentation issue which telegraphed exaggerated emotion – and I say this not because her content wasn’t excellent, but for remembering what they did to Bobby Jindal when he gave the response, the media excoriated him for appearance and delivery, Britt was excellent.In fact, her response is worth highlighting in total:It will take clear and honest voices – like Britt’s – to open the eyes of the 39.4 percent of the country who believe that Biden and his cabal are doing a good job; who don’t see that at every turn he and his team are damaging the country both domestically and also internationally.The time for not talking politics with your neighbors because it isn’t polite has passed. They conned us into not talking amongst ourselves to protect their greedy, selfish political power plays for too long. Before we head into this segment of America’s Third Watch, I wanted to touch on the announcement that Ronna McDaniel is stepping down as the RNC chair after the Super Tuesday primary contests. Quite frankly, the move is overdue.I’ll preface this by saying that as far as I know, McDaniel is a nice person. For all I know she did the best she could in performing her duties as RNC chair. But the bottom line here is her performance was sub-par and it facilitated the tyrannical reign of the Biden administration: Obama 2.0.During her time as chair, McDaniel should have retooled the RNC to be a potent, pointed, and even vicious messaging machine. Republicans at the national level should have owned the narrative. Elected Republican members of the Legislative Branch should have been trained in messaging techniques both in front of the microphones and through their staffs.The RNC should have then turned its eye toward empowering the State GOP leaders with those same messaging techniques and methods. McDaniel should have made it clear to all 50 state leaders that there were goals to be met and that the RNC was there to help them achieve those goals.And then the focus should have been on the expansion of both the donor base and also the voting base (I won’t castigate McDaniel for her spendthrift ways, but growing a war chest must come before new office furniture purchases). The expansion of the donor and voter bases can only be achieved through messaging and educating the RNC leadership on community organizing – that’s right, taking a page out of the Progressive playbook.And lastly, McDaniel failed at the most important role of an RNC chair: winning elections. Too many easy pick-ups at both the state and federal levels fell through the cracks because the RNC embraced the status quo of sucking at messaging. They owned no narratives and, in fact – but for making McConnell-like mumbling statements that bored the electorate to tears – allowed Democrats to demonize any Republican running as an “extremist” or a “MAGA” candidate, never defending the idea that making America great again is a good thing, not a bad thing.Because the RNC exists in a hobbled state when t comes to messaging and narrative ownership, far-Left assholes like Rob Reiner and George Takei spew lies, hate, and disinformation about Donald Trump that is easily proved wrong. Racist? Please, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson couldn’t get enough of Trump when he was cutting them checks. Islamophobe? Please, his administration was well on its way to achieving a lasting peace in the Middle East before Biden and Blinken fucked that up. Border security? Check. Thriving economy? Check. Mounting homeownership across all demographics? Yup. Record minority new business start-ups? Yes indeed.Any way you look at it (and now we get to juxtapose the presidential records of Trump and Biden) Trump’s policies were infinitely better for America and the American people under his presidency.But you wouldn’t know that because the caustic, imbecilic Left owns the narrative. Their demonization gets to stick in the minds of the 13-second attention span voter because the RNC couldn’t message its way out of a wet paper bag with a hole in the bottom.So, I applaud Ronna McDaniel for having aplomb in her announcement that she would be resigning after Super Tuesday. But I won’t be pining for the good old days when she was the head of the RNC. Before we get to this segment of America’s Third Watch, I wanted to touch on a hypocrisy everyone is letting slide. It may sound insignificant to you at first, but the more you contemplate the double standard being applied here, the more you see that one demographic is getting pushed around, and has been pushed around since the 1960s (for those calculating the math that’s 64 years).Currently, the number one hit on the Billboard Country Charts belongs to Beyonce, who critics describe as specializing in R&B, funk, rap, and hip-hop. She is commonly understood to be a performer predominantly of the Black culture, although she is knee-deep in the woke culture.Her new song, Texas Hold ‘Em, is certainly of the country flavor. That’s unmistakable. Here’s a short clip:Now, I am not saying that Beyonce doesn’t have a good product here. It’s well produced and I am sure the pop-country fans will glom onto it like an urban cowboy gravitates to a Tony Lama boot sale. But it’s not country music and, in fact, I will go as far as to say Beyonce has transgressed the line of cultural appropriation.And when one looks at the cover art for this single, it’s clear Beyonce holds a certain contempt and disdain for the more modest culture that is the country culture.Cultural appropriation is a charge the Black community often slings at the White community. Put succinctly, it is the use of elements of one culture by members of another. The Black community claims that in any form, Black cultural appropriation is offensive – especially when done by a White person – because the original significance of the elements is not respected. Black activists also, quite vocally, insist it reinforces stereotypes.When you understand the “ground rules” for the cultural appropriations game it’s clear that Beyonce and her producers are co-opting elements of the country lifestyle in an extremely opportunistic manner: to make money. Do they “respect the original significance” of the country culture? If you believe that you had better check the oil in your intelligence engine because you are not firing on all cylinders.Don’t get me wrong and don’t attempt to paint me with the disingenuous broad brush of political racism. There are successful Black performers who have both made the jump from pop to country and come up paying their dues doing it in a way that respects the country culture. Darius Rucker, Charlie Pride, Rhiannon Giddens, and Mickey Guyton have done so, but succeeded in doing so because of their true passion for the genre, not because they saw dollar signs in grabbing for their piece of the pie.The country culture is – by its very nature – the most inclusive demographic in the United States and that’s because it isn’t predicated on skin color or identity politics.You become a part of the country culture when you work hard, provide an honest day's work, live life being responsible for yourself and taking responsibility for your actions, respect and help your neighbors, when you strive to make your community and your country – no matter any perceived flaws – a better place to live, and you judge others by the content of their character, not the color of their skin.Now, ask yourself this question. Did Beyonce move to a small Texas town and fall in love with the lifestyle; and experience an epiphany about country life? Or did she see dollar signs and a cute hat she could exploit to enrich herself through cultural appropriation, something her community rails against?Do you see why it matters? If cultural appropriation is going to be a thing, then it should apply across the board. As we get into this Presidents' Day edition of America’s Third Watch, I want to go on record as saying I was never a fan of homogenizing Washington’s Birthday and Lincoln’s Birthday together and then enjoining all of the presidents into that memorialization.Washington and Lincoln are monumental presidents, literally. The historical events that occurred under their leadership and tenures are rivaled by few, if any. Washington commanded a force that vanquished the most powerful military of its day and then oversaw the chaotic and sometimes belligerent beginning of the Great American Experiment. How many people throughout history would turn down an offer to be made king? How many people throughout history would walk away from the seat of power voluntarily?And Lincoln? A lawyer who rose to that station as an autodidact was thrust into a thankless position of impossible magnitude only to navigate not only the caustic halls of Congress in mitigating a divided nation but also insolent generals on the battlefield and a breakaway confederacy. His ultimate reward was three-fold. He succeeded in saving the Republic, he facilitated the end of slavery in the United States lighting the fuse for that practice to fall around the free world and, for it all received a bullet to the head.How is it that these two unique men, who gave their lives in their entirety for our country, must be celebrated with the likes of Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt (both racists and sympathetic to fascism), or Lyndon Johnson and Barack Obama (both racists from opposite ends of the racism spectrum). And don’t even mention the disgrace that is our current president.Honestly, Washington and Lincoln deserve their own days of memorialization. Before we get into the meat of this America's Third Watch segment, I just had to comment on the absolute abdication of humanity exercised by US Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) in her “present” vote addressing Hamas' use of rape and sexual assault as tools of war.Please understand that Tlaib represents an area of Michigan that is overwhelmingly Islamic and decidedly pro-Palestinian. The majority of the people there saw the genocidal attacks by Hamas on Israel on October 7th in a favorable light. That said, Tlaib represented her constituency in her vote, leading me to my overarching point – more on that in a bit.But to address the disingenuousness of Tlaib…The bipartisan resolution, introduced by Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL), passed in a 418-0 vote with Tlaib voting present. The resolution calls for lawmakers to condemn all sexual violence and rape committed as a form of weapons of war.While this, like all resolutions, holds little sway in the realm of reality, it does put all those who voted for it on record as abhorring the practices, which multiple sources have documented Hamas has used against Israel citizens and on the hostages they violently acquired on October 7th and in the days afterward.How could anyone not join in condemning the rape and sexual assault of women in any context?In defense of her indefensible vote, Tlaib said she was “disturbed” that the resolution did not address rape or sexual violence allegations made against soldiers from the Israel Defense Forces.“We all have a responsibility to denounce sexual violence in all forms, regardless of who is responsible,” Tlaib said in an X post. “War crimes cannot justify more war crimes. This resolution falls well short of also acknowledging the sexual abuse of Palestinians.”The problem with that disingenuous statement? There are no reports of the IDF committing these war crimes. It is a hollow accusation completely devoid of any evidence that any such thing took place. Tlaib is suggesting something that has never happened and trying to cover for her support for Hamas, its terrorism, its antisemitic genocidal mission statement, and its tactics by doing so.But, as much as I find Tlaib to be reprehensible and a wholly-owned operative of the Islamofascit movement to advance Islam globally, as I said before, she did vote the will of her constituency. Which brings me to my overarching point.The people responsible for a vote that throws shadows onto whether rape and sexual assault should be considered war crimes are the people who voted for Tlaib and the people who support her continued existence in Congress. It can be argued that Tlaib just had fidelity to her constituency so the people who need to be condemned and ostracized are the people who support and vote for people like Tlaib.We have gotten into the habit of believing that the central focal point of all the problems in government rests with the elected officials. That’s true to a large extent, but it isn’t the total package. Tlaib, McConnell, Jeffries, Pelosi, Schumer, AOC. But the fact of the matter is this.The blame for the ideological, political, and special interest activism and the continued fleecing of the American people rests almost exclusively with those who vote for these assholes. If they can’t get elected they can’t facilitate their opportunism. But they do get elected and that takes the votes of people who support them.As an aside, where the fuck is the #MeToo Movement in voicing support for the aforementioned resolution and voicing condemnation not only for Tlaib but for her supporters? Beuller? Beuller? They are nowhere because their entire movement was fraudulently gratuitous; a joke. Was the cause a good one? Yes, absolutely. But the spotlight-sucker leaders? All self-important, disingenuous, assholes.As a second aside, and I am including this picture as proof, when posting on Facebook about Tlaib’s “present” vote, I was denied the ability to post on a group in which I am the administrator, Facebook providing the excuse, “A security check is required to proceed.” No post before or since has seen this denial of service.Gee, I wonder which side of the Hamas v. Israel, Islam v. I didn’t watch the Super Bowl so I am making my points based on the extensive social media coverage of Kansas City Chiefs' Travis Kelce going unhinged on his coach. Kelce – or as I like to refer to him, Taylor Swift’s boyfriend – exhibited not only a complete disregard for being a team player at a critical moment in the game, but he executed a horrific example of who he is as a role model.Now, I get that professional athletes – as with any performer or entertainer – have to have an elevated level of self-esteem. It would be hard to execute at a professional level in any genre that finds you performing at your peak in front of tens of thousands of people. But there is a fine line between embracing that necessary self-esteem to perform under pressure and being a jagoff.The moment Travis Kelce stepped into his coach's face, screaming and spitting, he crossed the line from thoroughbred athlete to jagoff.As I stated in the first segment of today’s broadcast, during Super Bowl 20 (and no I am not going to use the haute Roman numerals), with the Chicago Bears leading the New England Patriots by an insurmountable margin, Chicago’s coach, Mike Ditka, opted to use William “The Refrigerator” Perry in a scoring drive rather than his ace running back – and arguably one of the best running backs in the history of the game – Walter Payton.“The Fridge” was a defensive player, so the choice was one of psychological and emotional domination toward the Patriots; the proverbial sword in the neck, so to speak.The problem here is this. Walter Payton – a career-long member of the Chicago Bears, a premier player, worked like a workhorse in many a losing season, was denied the opportunity to score a touchdown in a Super Bowl. The opportunity was there. But he was denied that opportunity.At no time, from the moment of that decision until well after the McCaskey’s pre-maturely dismantled that dynasty-worthy team, did anyone – anywhere – see Walter Payton screaming into the face of Coach Ditka. It never happened.Now is as good a time as any to ask why. Payton certainly had the right to protest the decision. The greatest running back ever to play the game (many would agree) and the coach, to prove a point of dominance, lets a defensive lineman score a touchdown rather than allowing for a career crowning achievement for the league’s premier running back?The reason Payton didn’t throw a temper tantrum like Kelce is that Payton was a true sportsman and one who knew, no matter what, that every time he put on that uniform and/or took the field, he was seen as a role model for millions of young football fans. He took his profession seriously and part of that responsibility is knowing what that opportunity requires in public.I hear people channeling Charles Barkley right now in his protest that he never signed on to be a role model. That’s is a hollow argument and I suspect even Barkley knows it.When you make your money performing for the public – whether that performance is in sports, the arts, or whatever – it comes with the automatic assumption of role model status. Superstars know this. Mediocre one-trick ponies complain about it.I would look to the NFL to discipline Kelce but this is the same woke organization that knowingly sought to insert the divide of racism into Sunday’s Super Bowl by setting the precedent of playing a “Black national anthem.” I don’t believe there could be a bigger insult to the fallen and/or those who wear the uniform and sacrifice every day. So, I don’t hold out hope for the NFL doing anything but counting their 30 pieces of silver as our nation suffers a manufactured divide.That said, if I were the owner of the Kansas City Chiefs, Mr. Kelce would be having a “come to Jesus” moment regarding his bank account and his career options in the coming weeks. No one player is a franchise. If Kelce were kicked to the curb the Chiefs would still be a favorite for the 2025 Super Bowl.Kelce should publicly apologize to his coach and make a significant sacrifice to mend his now-tarnished image. And, I can only hope, that his billionaire girlfriend has the wherewithal to explain to her boyfriend his massive mistake and urge him to do the right thing. Otherwise, they deserve each other.There is no “I” in “team”, Mr. Kelce.
