Mom used to say, “Opportunity only knocks once!” Every once in a while in life we are given a chance to make a change. These "Windows of Opportunity" may be an employment opening, a new relationship, or a financial opportunity. God also provides us with opportunities to take a step of faith and follow him to a better place. How can we make sure we don’t miss our opportunities?

Justin Stratis, Professor of Systematic Theology, speaks on what he finds fascinating about the Bible, misconceptions about it, and how to approach reading it.

When it comes to the Bible, some of us are picky eaters. Like a fussy child, we just nibble here and there and ignore the bits we don’t like. The Bible is more of a snack than a meal. But as we grow up we need to expand our appetite for Bible reading. In fact, Christians are called feed on scripture as their primary source of nourishment from God. The incarnation of Jesus shows us, in very practical terms, what it means to give relationally.
