Reading Isaiah 34 for Monday, February 1st. God plans to slaughter and destroy the nations and let wild animals thrive where they once were. 

Reading John 5 for Friday, January 29th. Jesus heals a guy and tells him to pick up his mat and walk, but the Jews didn’t like that plan. Jesus then explains the problem of focusing so much on the scriptures that you miss the message and the purpose they serve. 

Reading John 4 for Thursday, January 28th. Jesus explains to His disciples that the harvest is coming, even though they did not do the hard work of sowing or preparing soil. 

Reading John 3 for Wednesday, January 27th. Jesus explains spiritual birth to Nicodemus and John the Baptist explains the supremacy of Christ to his concerned disciples. 

Reading John 2 for Tuesday, January 26th. Jesus solved a wedding banquet problem at his mother’s request. Jesus acts in defense of the temple’s holiness.

Reading Isaiah 6 for Monday, December 7th. Isaiah is sent to tell Israel that they are going down, except for a few holy seed, while knowing the majority’s unrepentant hearts will be calloused in the process. 

Reading Isaiah 5 for Saturday, December 5th. A prophesy about Israel being like an unfruitful vineyard that God is ready to stop cultivating. 

Reading Isaiah 4 for Friday, December 4th. The LORD plans to shelter the survivors and call them ‘holy’ who are in Zion and remain in Jerusalem. 

Reading Isaiah 3 for Thursday, December 3rd. A prophecy that haughty women of Jerusalem and Judah will be disappointed when their appearance cannot be kept up because their accessories and hair are gone. 

Reading Isaiah 2 for Wednesday, December 2nd. A serious warning of judgement is given for Israel and Jerusalem. 

Reading Isaiah 1 for Tuesday, December 1st. A strong warning of what is to come for an unrepentant Judah and Jerusalem. 

Reading Hebrews 2 for Monday, November 30th. Jesus is a suffering high priest who understands humanity.
