Batching our work is not a new concept. I love it. Creating an ideal week and scheduling our time to be most productive. But my favorite part of batching is knowing when I can turn work “off." Creating a schedule that includes designated white space has been so freeing allowing more fun and creating deeper relationships.

Raising five kids is not for the faint of heart. Everyone has a wish or a want, and trying to please everyone can seem daunting at times. In this episode Melissa shares her 1 tip that has helped keep her from running in twenty directions at the same time to teaching her children the importance of time management respecting everyone’s time.

Moms are fun. As a mama of five, I know full well that my kids will have a field day picking apart my less than perfect moments. However, if you’re like me (or my mom) we only have the best intentions at heart.
