Allison went into labor days before the lockdown in March 2020 and then continued to teach virtually with her newborn in her lap throughout the whole spring 2020. She transforms kids' lives. She works with students from various backgrounds and many who come from low income homes with lack of resources and support systems. She also works with migrant children who are living in and out of hotels and various homes. Allison is not only their teacher, but a mentor, a parent, an angel.
