While there are examples of people who have become extremely successful nearly instantly, the large majority of them fell flat on their face immediately thereafter. When steps are skipped, smaller mistakes are skipped, which means you miss the opportunity to learn from small mistakes, and instead make big mistakes. But we’re all raised in such a way that we tend to think that it’s always wrong to stand up for ourselves, to push back, or to be confrontational in any way. This is the name of the game, and the process of continuously leveling up your life through self-improvement. That process never ends, and no matter how much you learn, there will always be more to discover, to learn, and to improve. At the end of the day, with most things in life, you simply get what you pay for. So be careful about cutting corners and trying to do things the cheap way.
