Today’s podcast: The cost issue surrounding the continued pursuit of Paul Bernardo's presence and movement within the Canadian prison system - Meanwhile the Parole Board of Canada refused to disclose whether it had the composite transcript of the Bernardo videotapes based on Bernardo's privacy rights (upheld by a court decision as the Government of Canada fought to maintain Bernardo's privacy rights) until 5pm the day before the hearing. This proved to be "hell" for the French and Mahaffy families, according to the families lawyer Tim Danson. - Meanwhile the federal government wanted the families to pay over $19,000 in court costs for the government lawyers.
