Often described as Putin's private army, the Wagner mercinary group, some 25,000 strong has moved into Russia calling on the Russian military not to oppose them and vowing to bring the Russian military high command to 'justice.' Putin describes Wagner and their leader Yevgeny Prighozin as 'treasonous.' This as the Ukrainian military's counteroffensive against the Russian military continues.
