HEADLINE: What the Fulton County judge could do by Ned Barnett  Now that President Trump has been indicted in Georgia, a Fulton County judge could do what all judges do, which is jail his court’s defendant until trial date. Such an act would send shockwaves through the Trump Campaign, the 2024 election, and America. The Fulton County judge could decide to jail President Trump ensure that Trump doesn’t leave Atlanta or Fulton County.  The Donald even has armed Secret Service bodyguards whose mandate is to use deadly force if necessary to protect a president’s life. Knowing this, what Fulton County or Georgia police officer would dare draw his or her gun in an attempt to stop Trump from departing Fulton County, even if this is in violation of a local judge’s order? Now, set aside the current judge and consider this. If you were the presiding judge in this Georgia case, and you knew that it was your bounden duty to ensure that the indicted “criminal” shows up for his day in court, what would you do about a man who, at least on paper, could appear to be a legitimately potential flight risk, what would you do? What would it do to the Georgia economy if they put Donald Trump in jail while waiting the trial date? Are these people even worried about the fallout of this? Conclusion: This Fulton County/Atlanta charges could be the most fascinating – and challenging – of the four sets of charges Trump now faces.  So don’t be surprised if this demands that Trump appear in court, without explaining why.  Then, upon arrival, the judge remands Trump into custody, to be held without bail until the trial begins.  What that would do to his campaign is literally unpredictable, though I expect all of us following this campaign has his or her own opinion.  What I do feel certain about – if Trump is elected, and is sworn in, he will exercise his authority to pardon himself of federal charges, and call on the U.S. Supreme Court to immediately review the ruling, and the charges, which smack of a Constitutional violation of the guarantee of free speech. There are a few dozen of others like myself who have researched and written endlessly, both in books and on the ‘Net,  to expose the lies, the disinformation, the misinformation, and the slimy political-shenanigans behind the efforts to “decarbonize” the economy of the world in the name of fighting global cooling, global warming, climate change, the climate crisis. $6.3 billion will be lost by the Ford company this year alone due to their EV line. How can a company lose that massive amount and still be in business? These vehicles won’t be bought/sold and we don’t have the resources to keep them running. We know what is happening in Africa b/c we have guest hosts from there and they tell us about ‘load sharing’.  There are many climate skeptic oriented bloggers doing good work. Some of the “good news” is getting out there.  Is what we do worthwhile?   Yes — It is always worthwhile to do what is right, to do what is good, to tell the truth, to fight the good fight against falsehoods and lies.  But are we making an impact?  I can no longer tell – I am having a little bit of a “I think I’m burnt-out” stage.  I see a news article about a topic, and I think, “That’s utter claptrap, I’ll write about that.” Only to discover that I’ve already written about it a half-dozen times and really have nothing further to say than what I have already said.   I sometimes fear I just don’t have anything more to say, at all – and when I teach Public Speaking, I tell students, “If you don’t have anything to say —  don’t get up to speak or if you are already up, sit  back down.” I have the same question here – Should we just keep banging away at this or should we find something else to do? We have computer tools to show us how many people listen and how long they listen, we are human, the numbers bother us from time to time. If you know anything about human anatomy you know what passes through the colon. The boy was given puberty blockers at a young age because he claimed that he was truly a girl. These medications resulted in a lack of penile tissue developing in his body, which was the reason that surgeons removed part of his colon in order to perform a vaginoplasty, a surgery that essentially attempts to create a “neo-vagina” in male patients. So this all happened b/c the boy was on puberty blockers, his penis didn’t grow like it was supposed to so there wasn’t enough skin basically to even do this surgery to begin with. The patient was described as a “healthy” teenager, but within 24 hours of the surgery, he experienced necrotising fascitis, a rare bacterial infection that can spread quickly in the body and result in death. Doctors attempted to save him by administering intravenous antibiotics and “repeated surgical debridement” (which removes dead or infected tissue), but multiple of his organs went into failure and he died. Further investigation showed that the patient suffered a deadly strain of E-Coli that likely originated from his own intestines. Here we are again thinking we know better than God. The ‘gay doctor’ audio we played the other day said “we are learning as we go”.  He admitted there are failures, and he admitted there has been no longterm studies done. They basically killed this young man. Bottom line up front: President Biden is arguably walking the U.S. up to the line of war and daring Russia to shoot first.  10 USC 12304 gives the President the authority to “augment” the forces of any “named operational mission” to active duty for NOT MORE THAN 365 consecutive days.  Operation Atlantic Resolve has existed since 2014 and is an official “named” U.S. military mission that deploys forces on a rotational basis mainly to the Baltic states and Poland.  Open-source information on Operation Atlantic Resolve from DOD does not suggest any forces are present in Ukraine under this mission.  Since conflict with Russia and Ukraine came to blows in 2014, rotational deployments under Atlantic Resolve have been considered a backbone of deterring Russia from crossing NATO’s Eastern flank.  The active-duty activation and deployment of these additional forces is a dangerous provocation, knowing full well NATO’s Eastern Flank is adjacent to active hostilities. President Biden did the same thing at the beginning of the war in Ukraine in 2022, massively increasing our active-duty force presence when we knew hostilities were imminent. But now it’s even more risky because hostilities are active.  Not only does this run the risk of further locking us into supporting Ukraine, now the military-industrial complex will say the US military presence is THE one thing preventing Russia from crossing NATO’s eastern border & that we have to maintain such presence indefinitely.  This probably means a long-term security guarantee. Another endless war but this time by proxy.  One could argue that unilateral troop activations/deployments like this—into areas of active or imminent hostilities—should be treated as a breach of the War Powers Act. Regardless, this makes me really uneasy. War Powers Act –  He is stating he will invoke it if necessary.  Is he going to say that Congress will then have to either declare or not a war against Russia? Did you know Russia still hasn’t called this a war? To them this is still a Special Operation. What will it look like if they REALLY declare war? Imagine that, there were thousands in protest and not one single incident of violence. HEADLINE: Foul Ball: L.A. Catholics Declare Victory Over The Perpetually Indulged by Peachy Keenan  There was no strip show performance, no dancing, no twerking on the crucifix, and no rousing ovation by a packed crowd of rainbow-clad LGBT activists. There was zero fanfare. The Dodgers engineered a rainout for the guys who had caused them nothing but grief. I’m sure the executives just wanted to get it over with so they could move on and forget pride month ever happened.  The thousands of Catholics who showed up at Dodger Stadium that afternoon for the peaceful protest won’t forget, either. I arrived at Dodger Stadium’s Lot 13 around 3 o’clock, and it was already packed with a thousand people. Another thousand or so came in after that, with a long line of cars waiting to get in. This is what a true Christian protest is supposed to look like. The faithful showing their love of Christ. They were peaceful, they wore images of Christ and Biblical sayings on their posters. They prayed rosaries. They sang hymns. They prayed the litany of the Sacred Heart on their knees! The crowd was super diverse – whites, blacks and hispanics all joined together w/ ZERO violence.  No Los Angeles bishops attended. The archbishop himself certainly wouldn’t have dared show his face. Originally, the prayer rally was going to start with a procession from the Cathedral in downtown L.A. to the stadium. It was called off. Why? Because the archdiocese, in their quest to “remain neutral,” refused to allow devout Catholics who were traveling from all over the country to park their cars in their huge, cavernous parking lot.
