Early Sunday morning, the Iranian-backed Yemen-based Houthi terrorist organization launched a surface to surface missile at the Jewish State. Sirens sounded throughout the center of the country, as Israelis scrambled for their bomb shelters. Israel's air defense systems were activated, and apparently the missile exploded in mid-flight. Early Sunday morning, Israeli fighter jets took out over 1,000 Hezbollah rocket launchers in southern Lebanon aimed at the Jewish State. Sources say Hezbollah was on the verge of launching an imminent major attack against strategic IDF intelligence targets in the center of the country. Hezbollah still managed to launch over 200 rockets, missiles, and drones at northern Israel killing an IDF serviceman. Nevertheless, Israel prevented a much larger disaster. Israeli officials have been taking part in talks towards a hostage deal/terrorist release and ceasefire, with Hamas once again rejecting the proposal. Will Iran strike in the days ahead now that a deal appears out of reach? It's been around two weeks since Hamas head Ismail Haniyeh was taken out while visiting Tehran. Israel hasn't claimed credit, yet Iran has vowed to launch a revenge attack on the "Zionists." On today's Israel Uncensored, Josh Hasten says that reports indicate that Iran and its proxies may strike the Jewish State in the next several days, as retribution for the killing of top Hezbollah and Hamas leaders. Prime Minister Netanyahu cut his trip to the United States short and held security consultations on how Israel would respond to this heinous attack. Israel over the weekend targeted Mohammad Deif, the head of Hamas' military wing, in an Air Force attack. While Deif's fate remains unknown, Israel did eliminate terrorist Rafa Salama, Hamas' top commander in Khan Yunis. Ari Singer grew up in Manhattan, New York, a child of two Holocaust survivors - whose stories are amazing in their own right. While his upbringing in New York was going fine - he was a student at Manhattan Day School - his parents decided to end their family's exile in 1973, and Ari, then 13, made the big move to a 25-year old country that was just weeks away from the start of the Yom Kippur War. Ari and his family have been tested since 1973 as well, but there is an infectious "let's just keep moving forward" attitude that Ari learned from his parents, and it's served him quite well. He's one of the most optimistic people Goel Jasper has ever met, and they spoke recently at Ari's home in Peduel.
