If you think about America's heroes, the veterans who go off to war and put their lives on the line for our freedom, they come back, and often many of them are struggling. Famously, we hear that 22 veterans commit suicide every single day. For a different way to look at PTSD and dealing with depression among our nation's heroes, there are the folks who are on my show right now: the co-hosts of The Agrihood, Gene Callaway & Jason Mitchell.

There's an old saying, "There are three kinds of people on the planet. There are the people who make it happen, the people who watch it happen, and the people who say, 'What just happened?'" I've got two people who make it happen in my studio. They are with Rising Tides: Chris Wycoco and Jonathon McCellan.

When I think we know about the human body and how it works now more than any time in the history of mankind, yet we're an overweight country. We're wired, and we're tired.
