Because of the compassion of Christ, it’s worth following Him to the passion of Christ.

There are certain questions no one else can answer for us. In Matthew 16, Jesus asks his disciples two such questions, and they are questions people still have to face today. How we answer will determine the trajectory of our entire life.

It is not bad to be rich, but so many are bad at being rich. It takes intention and wisdom to know how to be good and rich, so for four weeks we will be exploring the truths in 1 Timothy 6:17-19 to grow as faithful and joyful stewards. Jesus told a group of his followers to pay attention to what comes out of people... both in word and deed. The things we hear and see are a direct reflection of what is going into the heart of a person. The story begins with a dead end. At one point or another, we all face dead ends. We get stuck. We feel trapped. We hit rock bottom. From what we see there's no way out. Then Jesus enters the story.
