Ep 85A QUICK CHAT
Hi team! As you can see from the title, today is not the scheduled NSQ. In short, I will be taking a quick break over the Easter holidays/school holidays to regroup and sort some stuff out. Longtime listeners will know about my dog Neddo who struggled with Lymphoma for the past year. By the time this episode is released, I will have said a very hard goodbye to my best mate. To take care of myself and make sure I'm giving you guys the best content I can, this break is very needed. Thank you so much for the support team. It means the bloody world to me. Can't wait to be back and better than ever at the end of April. Mon x
Ep 84HOW’S YA HEAD | DON’T BE SCARED TO GO BACKWARDS TO GO FORWARDS
Today we have Zach in the studio! Zach is an absolute legend and just an all round good egg. We cover SO MUCH in this episode. Zach speaks about the difficulty he has with opening up to people close to him and the way he has tackled with the idea that he can 'figure it out on his own'. We talk about the road less travelled and how Zach worked his way up through the ranks to where he is today (in the most unconventional way possible, btw). Zach also shares the struggle him and his wonderful partner went through last year, experiencing a miscarriage. We discuss the importance of being there for your mates and opening up the conversation. I can't thank Zach enough for coming on and being so open and honest with me. Hope you guys bloody love it! Enjoy! We also add to the HYH playlist which can be found HERE! **Trigger warning: There is discussion of miscarriage throughout this episode. We discuss the fact that a vagina is a muscle AND talk about the pelvic floor muscles (which are super important btw). P.s. You should NEVER make a person feel uncomfortable about the way they feel during penetrative sex.
